[Music] hi guys this is Omar from the Omar show and today I am here to do another video on facial yoga well my last video on facial yoga got almost a million plus views so I know you loved it and so many comments wanting to know more about facial yoga well I do this every single day and I wanted to share my routine with you so say no to anti-aging facial surgery instead you may want to give facial yoga ago yes the same yoga principles we apply to keep the body feeling fit and youthful may
do the same for the face facial Yoga is a series of poses designed to tone muscles in places like the jaw line mouth eyes and forehead here are a few reasons to try facial yoga facial yoga is as natural as it gets it releases tension you might be surprised at how much tension we hold in our face and neck facial yoga teaches you to become more aware of those muscles so you can relax them anytime you feel tightness creeping up it also helps reduce wrinkles some wrinkles come with age some come because we are constantly
tensing muscles in the face like those around the eyes or mouth facial yoga builds awareness so you can release the unhealthy tension that Starving grow feet and other wrinkles facial yoga also promotes collagen production the muscle activity might boost collagen production keeping the skin younger looking and glowing and it's cheaper than medical intervention whether you follow facial yoga videos from YouTube or take a facial yoga class it's gonna be cheaper and that's why I'm here with this video for you today I'm going to show you some of these yoga exercises I'm doing for my face
from many and it has helped me to look youthful and retain the glow on my face and it's so easy to do I invest not more than three to four minutes in a day usually when I wake up in the morning just after I brush my teeth or if I don't get time for that even when I'm driving around dropping my son to school or going for a meeting or even if I'm sitting and working on my laptop I can do these it's very easy to do I'm gonna start showing you now pop up your
cheeks fill your mouth with air and shift the air from the left cheek to the right cheek and then vice versa do this for 30 seconds and then gently release the air this exercise will help in strengthening your cheeks and making them look firm and then move on to something fun pout pout pout pout all you have to do is about a few times as if you're kissing and you can have those amazing younger looking cheeks stick your lips together press both your lips together like you do after you apply lipstick and smile get those
pink lips and firmer cheeks with this magic move [Music] chin lipped tilt your head upwards looking at the ceiling tighten your lips and protrude them forward as if trying to kiss the ceiling hold on to this position for a few seconds and then release slowly this exercise will help that double chin disappear forehead exercise place the fingers of your right hand on your mid forehead and look up while keeping your face straight now move your eyebrows in the upward and downward direction repeat a few times to release stress and tension in the forehead muscles neck
exercise start with keeping your head straight now look towards your right and then move your head in the front to look straight now repeat the same motion towards your left side repeat a few times to have a form neck and release stress from your neck nerves [Music] tap it tap your fingers gently under your eyes and keep tapping while moving towards your forehead and then do the same in reverse direction reduce under eye sagging and dark circles while this move works under your eyes roll your neck up and down keep your head straight look down
at the floor while moving your neck in the downward direction and then look up at the ceiling repeat this motion a few times to have a firm jawline and ease stress in neck muscles so these are the few facial yoga exercises that I've been doing for many many years almost a decade I started in my 30 is that it has helped me maintain my youthful look at my forties and I'm sure it will help you to and that's why I wanted to share with you it's very easy to understand like we work out our body's
