just to speak words but to ignite a fire within your soul a fire that will burn through the chains of procrastination that have kept you Bound for far too long I am here to remind you of the urgency the absolute necessity of taking action now because every moment you delay you risk missing out on the Divine Purpose God has placed on your life I stand before you to declare that procrastination is the devil's trap a spiritual stronghold designed to keep you from walking in the fullness of what God has for you today we are going
to break those chains tear down those strongholds and move forward with the power and authority that comes from our Lord Jesus Christ if you are ready to set your mind Ablaze to burn with a passion for God's purpose then stay with me because what I am about to share will change your life procrastination is not just a bad habit it is a weapon of the enemy crafted with Precision to keep you from your destiny it Whispers lies into your ears telling you that you have time that you can do it tomorrow that you don't need
to act now but let me tell you chosen ones tomorrow is not promised the devil knows this and he uses procrastination to keep you in a cycle of delay and in action he knows that if he can keep you from acting today he can keep you from God's blessings forever let's break this down so it resonates deep within your spirit procrastination is a spiritual stronghold it is not just about delaying tasks it is about delaying your destiny every every time you choose to put off what God has called you to do you are giving the
enemy a foothold in your life you are allowing him to build a fortress of fear doubt and complacency in your heart and what does the Bible say about this in second Corinthians 10:4 to5 it says the weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world on the contrary they have divine power to demolish strongholds we demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ welcome to a Word of Wisdom if you're not already subscribed go ahead and

place in our lives because we are chosen by God to fulfill a purpose and we will not allow the enemy to steal that from us procrastination is not just a physical or mental issue it is a spiritual battle when you procrastinate you are not just delaying a task you are delaying the manifestation of God's promises in your life you are delaying the blessings that God has prepared for you and let me tell you delayed obedience is disobedience the Bible is clear on this in James 4-17 it says if anyone then knows the good they ought
to do and doesn't do it it is sin for them sin chosen ones procrastination is sin because it is knowing what you ought to do and choosing not to do it think about that for a moment how many blessings have you missed out on because you procrastinated how many doors has God opened for you only for you to stand there hesitating doubting delaying and while you were waiting those doors closed the opportunities passed the blessings were given to someone else who was ready and willing to act I don't say this to condemn you but to
awaken you it's time to wake up chosen ones in Ephesians 5:14 it says wake up sleeper rise from the dead and Christ will shine on you today I speak to your spirit wake up rise from the Slumber of procrastination rise from the delay that has kept you bound the time is now Christ is ready to shine on you to pour out his blessings but you must be ready to receive them you must act now when God opens a door he expects you to walk through it immediately do not hesitate do not allow the spirit of
procrastination to keep you from see pleasing what God has prepared for you the Bible is full of examples of immediate obedience and the blessings that followed look at the story of Abraham in Genesis 12 God called Abraham to leave his country his people and his father's household and go to the land he would show him and what did Abraham do did he procrastinate did he delay no the Bible says in Genesis 12 by4 so Abram went as the Lord had told him he went immediately and because of his immediate obedience Abraham became the father of
many nations God's covenant with Abraham was established because Abraham did not procrastinate now imagine if Abraham had delayed imagine if he had hesitated if he had said Lord I will go but let me wait until the conditions are just right let me wait until I am more comfortable more prepared if he had procrastinated he would have missed out on God's best but because he acted immediately God's promises were fulfilled in his life the same is true for you chosen ones God has opened doors for you he has placed opportunities before you but it is up
to you to walk through them do not wait for the conditions to be perfect do not wait until you feel ready God's timing is perfect and his his calling on your life is now when he speaks your response should be immediate without hesitation because delayed obedience can lead to missed opportunities and blessings consider the Israelites in the wilderness God had promised them the land of Canaan a land flowing with milk and honey but when it came time to take possession of the land they hesitated they sent spies to scout the land and when the spies
returned with reports of giant fear and doubt crept into their hearts they procrastinated they questioned God's promise as a result an entire generation missed out on the blessing they wandered in the wilderness for 40 years all because they did not act when God called them to act what is God calling you to do right now what has he placed in your heart that you've been putting off it's time to stop wandering in the wilderness of procrastination it's time to take hold of the promises of God with both hands and move forward in faith the door
is open walk through it before it closes there is a blessing that comes with urgency a Divine favor that is unlocked when you move in alignment with God's timing when you act swiftly without delay you demonstrate your trust in God's plan and his ability to provide you show that your faith is not in your own abilities or the circumstances around you but in the God who called you let's look at the story of Peter walking on water in Matthew 14: 28-29 Peter sees Jesus walking on the water and says Lord if it's you tell me
to come to you on the water Jesus replies come and what does Peter do he immediately steps out of the boat and begins to walk on water he doesn't wait he doesn't hesitate he moves in faith and because of that he experiences the miraculous but notice what happens when Peter starts to doubt when he takes his eyes off Jesus and begins to focus on the wind and the waves he starts to sink this is what happens when we procrastinate when we delay our obedience we begin to sink into fear doubt and the overwhelming circumstances around
us but when we Act immediately keeping our eyes fixed on Jesus we walk in the miraculous we walk in the fullness of God's promises this is your moment chosen ones God is calling you to step out of the boat to walk on the water of your destiny don't let procrastination cause you to sink don't let fear hold you back move in faith and watch as God works miracles in your life now we know that overcoming coming procrastination is not always easy it is a spiritual battle one that requires intentionality and the power of the Holy
Spirit but let me tell you chosen ones you are not fighting this battle alone God has given you the tools the weapons to overcome this stronghold Ephesians 6: 10-18 tells us about the armor of God Armor that is essential in this fight against procrastination it says finally be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes procrastination is one of those schemes and to stand against it you must be fully equipped put on the belt of Truth remind
yourself of God's promises of his faithfulness and the truth that you are called and chosen for a purpose wear the breastplate of righteousness guard your heart heart against the lies of the enemy that tell you it's okay to delay protect your spirit with the righteousness that comes from Christ have your feet fitted with the Readiness that comes from the gospel of peace be ready to move to act when God calls knowing that he has prepared the way for you take up the shield of Faith with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the
evil one when procrastination tries to attack ra raise your Shield of faith and declare that you will not be moved wear the helmet of salvation protect your mind from the thoughts that lead to delay and focus on the salvation and purpose that God has given you wield the sword of the spirit which is the word of God use scripture to combat procrastination speak God's word over your life declaring that you are moving forward in his timing that you will not be held back pray in the spirit on All Occasions with all kinds of prayers and
requests be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people prayer is your lifeline your direct connection to God's power when you feel the pull of procrastination fall to your knees and pray ask God for strength for clarity for the boldness to act you cannot overcome procrastination on your own if it is only through the power of the holy spirit that you can break free from this stronghold the holy spirit is your helper your guide the one who empowers you to do what God has called you to do in Romans 8: 26 it
says in the same way the spirit helps us in our weakness we do not know what we ought to pray for but the spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans when you feel weak when procrastination feels too strong to overcome call on the Holy Spirit he is your strength in times of weakness he will intercede for you Empower you and give you the courage to move forward the holy spirit is your fire the flame that will burn away the chains of procrastination and set you free to walk in your god-given purpose as we come
to a close I want to remind you chosen ones that your life is not your own you you have been bought with a price and your life belongs to God he has a plan for you a purpose that only you can fulfill but to walk in that purpose you must be willing to move when he says move you must be willing to act when he calls you to act there is no time to waste the time is now in Ecclesiastes 3:1 it says there is a time for everything and a season for every activity under
the Heavens your time is now this is your season to rise up to break free from procrastination and to walk in the fullness of what God has for you don't let this moment pass you by don't let procrastinations steal Another Blessing from your life God is calling you to Greatness chosen ones he is calling you to step into your destiny to fulfill the purpose for which you were created but it requires action it requires immediate obedience it requires a heart that is fully surrendered to God's Will and timing so I stand before you today with
a challenge with a call to action what is God calling you to do what has he placed on your heart that you've been putting off now is the time to act now is the time to move no more delays no more excuses the time is now take that first step of Faith Trust that God will meet you where you are and guide you every step of the way don't let fear hold you back don't let doubt cause you to delay God is with you chosen ones he is leading you and he will not let you

every Whisper of fear that causes us to hesitate be uprooted and cast into the fire in Jesus name father ignite a holy fire within us a fire that cannot be quenched a fire that burns away every remnant of procrastination and fear fill us with the boldness of your Holy Spirit in empowering us to move swiftly and decisively in alignment with your Divine timing may we not waver may we not delay but may we run with endurance the race set before us knowing that you have equipped us for every good work Lord we repent of every
moment we have delayed our obedience we repent of every time we have allowed the enemy to convince us to wait to hesitate or to question your call forgive us father and cleanse us from all unrighteousness renew our minds sharpen our focus and let our hearts burn with a desire to fulfill your will without delay we declare that from this moment forward procrastination has no power over us we are children of the most high God Chosen and anointed for such a time as this we will move when you say move we will act when you say
