the longer we wait on life to happen the more it passes Us by and what I mean by that is you know we need to start now life doesn't wait for anybody and I I don't think we should sit here and wait for ourselves when we're already here I feel like a lot of time we sit and we you know expect ourselves to sort of just grow in in into ourselves and be able to express ourselves in ways that are sort of befitting of the character we want to without actually putting in the work to
be that person and in my opinion half to work is just actually trying to express yourself as that person you know actually trying to embody the beliefs that you you know you hold true in your heart and um in my experience you know starting now has never harmed me it's sort of like admitting to yourself that you know your life that you want to live is possible you know any possibility that you want in your head anything that you desire already exists in the world especially the self that you desire I feel like there is
no past self to overcome and there is no future self to achieve everything you want in need is already here right now now it does take a little bit of time in my opinion to break the habit of being yourself it takes a little bit of time to truly understand what it means to um be a person to be somebody and everybody is somebody but I feel like the embodiment of that belief that agreement that knowing of the self at least to some extent is is sort of a difficult thing to actually achieve and I
think that's because we don't view life as something that we live but something that happens to us you know life is something that's coming from us you know you have to be the life before you try to see it it's it's something that's expressed through our action not through actions coming to us you know it's Express the your perspective your visualization and I feel like some people are trapped in a world where their mind or circumstances sort of Drive their perspective of the world and to some extent it makes sense like you definitely can see
the world's negativity or the world's positivity you can decide whether or not you want your world to be like that or you can be intentional at all times with it you realize that as long as you have a say as long as you have yourself in the equation you can find something within it that's going to benefit you and I don't necessarily mean that with every situation but you know Monday minute situations you know those things that stress us out in our daily life that aren't necessarily inherent to our character because not everything is personal
and the more I realize this the more I sort of realize the world isn't bad at all you know of course there's stuff going on free Palestine but in terms of things in my day-to-day life and and you know I would say average people's day-to-day life it doesn't need to be taken personal I feel like seriousness in regards to life only needs to happen when it needs to be taken serious you know life is too beautiful too rich and you can have too many experiences to live life bogged down in your own mind's bias that's
why I feel like it's very important to be intentional with your attention intentional with your car and intentional how you feel about yourself because at the end of the day how you feel about yourself and how you think yourself is exactly how you are now you think yourself stuck you think yourself you know hurt you are not to say that you know people's pain isn't Justified but to say that sometimes you know your pain truly is the breaking of the shell that encloses your understanding I feel like it's once we break those agreements with ourselves
once we you know realize subtle Natures of the world that sort of conflict with ours is it's our current ID that that makes it so personal makes it so I don't know no negative to us when in reality I I like to think of those things as growing moments and I've gotten a lot better at it recently cuz I definitely used to have a point where um if I was conflicted or if someone show me some information or presenting me with something I feel like conflicted with the way I was or conflicted with the way
I saw the world then I rejected it instantaneously without truly giving it the place to exist in my mind and and sometimes you know information is truly correct but it's just you just have to put it in your own perspective you know you have to take what you can from it and allow it to uh govern your experience and write your story the way it's meant to be written and the way I see it the way anyone's story is meant to be written is by themselves you have to realize that it's your hand that sort
of guides your life whether or not you you know are are truly the one pushing the pen or you're allowing someone to hold the pen for you it's your pen you know and it's up to you to decide whether or not you want to allow others to pull your strings or you want to pull your own strings and then come to your own decisions come to your uncle and and stand on who you are as a person and once you do that I think once you truly accept yourself as you are positive and negative that's
when you can start to actually change that's where you can see the wrong your ways cuz you're no longer clouded by your own mind's bias you're no longer clouded by your your emotion in some ways not to say emotion on your mind is a bad thing but both of them have their applications and uses and neither of them are you neither of them are your situation and neither of them you know truly Define what your life is to be your life is exactly as you make it and your life is you it's not your circumstances
not your positions not anything having to do with that it's you it's your embodiment your yourself and I don't mean that in a in a selfish arrogant way saying that oh you only have to worry about yourself but to say that you know if you don't take care of yourself you don't love yourself and you don't accept yourself for who you are then you'll never accept the world the way it is you'll never be able to see the the certain amount amounts of Beauty in places that you think are ugly and it it I don't
know it's Tru a beautiful thing to be able to experience that we have to learn to see the beauty and ugly things sometimes and not necessarily in in tragedies or stuff like that like nothing like that in regards to subtle negative cues in our life cuz you know I feel like a lot of people have experienced negativity in their life and you know it's LED them to this point even a greatest of people have had their negative experiences and it's just about the faith they had in themselves to keep on going and if you made
it to this point in your life you made it to this video You're live right now then you're live you know you you've overcome everything in your life that's brought you to this point and I think that any amount of overcoming deserves some sort of appreciation for you know you got you yourself to this point regardless of if you got help from external factors this is that and the other it was up to you to digest that information and allow it to be real to overcome little subtle things in your mind regardless of what helps
you it's still you helping you and that's not to say don't appreciate who helps you or whatever you know thing you use to to help you get over certain things but to say that you have to sort of be proud of yourself to live in this world you have to be proud of what you do and and you have to make sure your actions align with what you what you think is right cuz a lot of times in life you know you might find some conflicting ideas but that doesn't matter you know cuz it's truly
yours if you live life by someone else's standards if you constantly live life in reference to something that is not you I.E the past the future any circumstance then nothing all you'll be something that lives in reference and if all we do if all you do is live in reference to something how will you ever be the subject of your own life how will you ever truly take control of of what's going on around you if if you don't acknowledge that it's happening around you you know it's you and and one one tool that I
use to um sort of get on top of my mind sometimes cuz sometimes it racist it races in the situations that AR me races in the things that AR me in places it's about realizing what's around you like why am I worried about this situation that happened um maybe like a year ago or whatever and it's not here it's a memory and I'm worried about you know things and situations that have already passed things that I no longer have control over it's about realizing what's in your vicinity and taking control of that of course do
whatever you can to mitigate you know your baggage and whatnot but realize what's around you realize what you can appreciate within your own space and then you'll never have a a point where your comparison is the root of your suffering because you appreciate what you have you appreciate what's around you and you appreciate what's inside you you you know if you appreciate yourself then it it doesn't really ever come to a point in my opinion where you feel like you missed out you know you have to really realize that there is no such thing as
could have or should have there's only things you did and dwelling in in past circumstances dwelling in possibilities in my opinion is not worthwhile cuz if it's not in your hands it shouldn't be in your mind you know of course learn your lessons you know do what you need to do get better but realize that change happens now not in the past you know anything that you want to do anything that you want to begin has to start in the present it can't start in the future cuz if you constantly separated from yourself you'll never
be it you know if you want to get better and you constantly instantiate to yourself that who you are right now is not good or who you are right now is not you know a good person in your eyes then you need to work on who you are now fix your expression now do whatever you need to do now to allow yourself to feel like that cuz that's when your life begin begins once you start to stop living life in reference to something that is not you you know you can think about this future self
oh like I remember back in uh high school you know right before this the school year starts and you're like oh I'm going to be on top of my books I'm going to be on top of everything I'm doing I'm going to be so organized I'm going to do this I'm going to be that and then it comes to uh the semester it comes to the start you know you might get a little boost of motivation but since you're not truly embodying that since you're trying to live in a a sort of fantasy and trying
to separate it from yourself I feel like that's why it ceases to be you know if you want to start a routine you start now if you want to start something you start now you know saying I'm I'm about to start work I'm going work out a lot next year then next year comes and you're going to have the same mentality you know cuz why put off until tomorrow what you can start now what's going to benefit your whole life and the one thing I think benefited me and my whole life was you know the
practice of being present the practice of being intentional both with my words and with my my actions in a way you know realizing that you know you have to as a person accept everything you've done not to say be negative of course have a moral standard right but realize that you know you shouldn't dwell in in choices you could have made you of course yeah take the information take the the possibility take the knowledge of what you can do in the future to make these situations better but realize that that you know life waits for
no one and if you don't start living now when will you live you know a lot of people are alive but are they living a lot of people exist but are they living you know it's about whether or not you're I saw this this thing on uh Tik Tok whether or not you're a happy person with sad moments or a sad Mo person with happy moments whether or not you're allowing your character to be at its foundation something that you appreciate and you love you know you're I feel like in some ways it's about focusing
on your embodiment and then figuring out your expression focusing on making sure your embodiment of who you are is something you love then creating the expression afterwards and then your expression is going to be something you love and I feel like a lot of times we live in our expression we live in that instantiation of who we are the thing that we profess out rather than focusing on who we are inside and making sure who we are inside is someone we love so whatever whatever we put outside is something we love as well so when
we dislike what's inside and try to create something fictitious outside that sort of makes us get into these cycles of uh of hurt because we think ourselves to be a certain something and then we're shown situations where you know we're conflicted because you know we are expressed in a certain way our reaction is all we are you know we don't have any backing behind it to allow our reactions to be there because we're not present enough with our thoughts to actually react to actually respond you know we're stuck so much in those reactions that we
fail to realize how much is around it you know preoccupied with a single leaf you miss a tree preoccupied with a single tree you miss the forest there's always so much more to to the situations in our mind there's always so much more behind it you know why you ask why for certain things is also important and I know I'm going off on a bunch of tangent but I feel like it's very important for for people to sort of start now both with their healing Journeys and whatever they they feel like is necessary for themselves
and with their cultivation you know what they want holding your desires close in your heart holding whatever you need to close by so it sort of becomes a part of you in a lot of ways like this channel has help me in ways I I can't even express just because I've gotten so um not used to but uh comfortable expressing myself the way I am sort of expressing my embodiment and and sort of fine-tuning it to what I accept it to be what I want it to be and I think that everyone should not necessarily
have a channel but do things that make you feel like yourself and realize why they make you feel like yourself and and continue to live your life life and try to be you cuz there's only one you and everyone else is already taken it's your life to live not your life to to look over you know you don't read your own story you write your own story and that's what's important so if you made it this far in the video thank you so much I really appreciate all all you guys have done I'm probably going
