email marketing has always been the most profitable thing that I've done but in order to get an email list you need to create a highquality lead magnet to provide people in exchange for their email address the first impression that you make is really important so you want to make sure that the lead magnet that you create and offer is good quality and very valuable but how do you create one well now I'm going to show you how and we're going to be using notebook LM to come up with the perfect Le magnet idea so let's
jump in every month I provide members of my video content plr site some premium plr packages two per month and they're either lifestyle or business related and as we can see there are tons of different topics that people can access now when people download these packs what they can get access to are done for you videos articles keyword research ebooks affiliate rolodexes and a bunch of other stuff in each pack one thing that they get is a market research searched customer Avatar so let's go and open up one of the avatars that's in a pack
that I'm going to be releasing soon so this is related to the posture market and a customer Avatar if you don't know is a Persona of your ideal customer within a specific area or Niche when we create one of these we assign a name an email address and we give it some demographics now this is just not made up this is based on market research but the important stuff if we scroll down is we look at the goals and the challenges so not only do we have demographic information but we have psychographic information as well
and this profile is the kind of person that we need to ensure that all of our marketing targets our emails our content and so on what we can do is we can take this PDF and we can add it as a source to notebook LM so what we're going to do is we're just going to drag and drop this in here and wait for it to upload and then we're going to get notebook LM to give us some ideas for a lead magnet that would be attractive to that particular customer we're then going to come
down here and we're going to ask notebook LM based on this profile please provide 10 ideas for the perfect League magnet I could create to build a targeted list in this Niche and then we're just going to hit enter and we're going to wait and we're going to see what notebook LM provides us and then we're going to pick the one that we believe is the best or would be the simplest for us to create because some of the ideas may not be that easy to make but let's come down and have a look let's
see here so we've got an ergonomic home office setup checklist this checklist would provide Alex with actionable steps to improve his home office ergonomics addressing the goal of adapting his workspace to support good posture so how do we create a checklist well one way is to head on over to Canal and we can see they've got 1,150 templates uh related to the word checklist so we can just scroll through through and we could pick any one of these and start creating our checklist so for example we could click on this one then we could click
on customize this template and then we' just play around with this we' change the name we'd add the different steps in here related to what it is we're creating now we can of course ask notebook LM to actually give us more information so for example let's go with this one I could ask please tell me the steps I could include in this now ideally you would be doing this because you know something about the niche so You' probably be able to do this yourself but we can get ideas and it doesn't have to be with
notebook this part we could use chat GPT Gemini claw doesn't really matter but we leverage in AI just to save us time to me that's what AI does it saves time so let's just see what we've got here so we've now got these that we could proofread make sure that we agree with them and then take some of these and then just copy and past place them onto our checklist here make it look a bit nicer then we can download that and we can provide it as a lead magnet so it's not difficult to do
we've got others that might take more time and effort but could give more value to the person that's opting in we've got a 7-Day posture challenge we've got a guide to choosing the right ergonomic chair so let's choose one of these and let's look at a different AI tool to create the lead magnet so we will go with this one but rather than go with top three stretches I'll go with top five stretches to relieve neck and back pain so to create this lead magnet I'm going to use a tool called lead Creator and after
logging in I'm going to click the green button I'm going to call this posture EX for exercises and I will go with a fivepoint listicle and I will go with top five stretches to relieve neck and back pain we'll hit create and now this software is going to go and it's going to basically write my lead magnet now of course I still have to proof read stuff I've still got to fact check it it's really important that we don't take what AI gives us and just use it without any knowledge of the subject so I'm
not actually going to use this in real life this is just to demonstrate the process but then what I would do is I just make it look a little bit nicer so I might Center the title I would proofread everything and make sure that it makes sense and ideally I would have images because as it's a stretch a person would probably want to see it being done whether that's an image or a YouTube video so what I could do is I could make a space and then I could hit that and I could embed a
YouTube video or I could insert an image so that's something that I probably do in real life but as you can see we've got all of this cool stuff written out here and all we need to do is fact check it proofread it and once we are happy we can then start to create an email capture form so I will leave this as it is just open this up y I'm going to then choose my form field so I might put something like top five stretches to relieve neck and back pain revealed and then I'm
going to come down here and I'm going to say show me the stretches I'm then going to click on Styles probably change my color so it's a little bit different let's make it a bit of an orangey color um I'm then going to have this trigger so let's say I'll give it two seconds so when somebody sees this will make sense in a second but when I share this after a couple of seconds it'll all blur this will pop up and somebody will have to enter their information to get the Le magnet what I'll then
do is I'll make sure that I've integrated it with my autoresponder cuz I want to build a list so we'll just go with this one for now I'll come up here and save changes I'm not going to worry about much of this stuff just to demonstrate this tool but I'll come to settings I will change my domain and I'll just call this stretches we'll update and we'll update then we'll um come back here and I'll go to lead magnets and then I'll check this posture one uh I'll publish it and then I'll view it and
we can see somebody starts to look at this and somebody starts to read it and all of a sudden this pops up in order for them to continue they enter their name that email address they can consume this content and then they're on my list where I can then provide much more indepth information and value related to that particular Niche and as I've done my market research and I know the avatar and I've got a bunch of content I can easily help and build value so just going back to notebook LM it's great because we
can upload market research customer avatars if we have them and if you don't have them you can create these yourself on chat GPT or Claude or Gemini but the Avatar that is provided is only going to be as good as the information that you provide it so if you're trying to create an avatar in a niche that you're not proficient in then you've got no idea if what's created is actually going to be accurate so it is important that you know your market and it is important that you check everything that AI spits out but
