in mind if you want to sell products effectively first you want to choose products that are not heavy or difficult to ship very often the shipping cost of the product is higher than the cost of the product itself so when you have heavy items the increase in shipping costs can literally eat all of your margin and make you literally bleeding money day to day you also want to avoid large items like furniture or glass because those can get damaged when they're transported so you will lose a lot of money on that another super important factor

when it comes to choosing products to sell is your margin needs to be at least 3x let's say this product cost you like ten dollars and then it costs you let's say another ten dollars to ship it all combined the product cost you like 20 25 if you are selling this product for less than like sixty dollars which is three x you'll be literally in a very vulnerable position because as you scale as you want to acquire more customers your margin will usually shrink and you'll have to spend a lot on that so most of

the cases you will be losing money if you're choosing products with low margins and bonus idea for you find products that have natural cross sales and upsells so if I'm selling glasses the case for glasses will make a natural upsell or cross-sell too many people that try to sell the Revolutionary products the problem with revolutionary products and the not saturated products is that you have no idea whether those products sell in many cases as well entrepreneurs consider their ego and their opinion oh I think this product is cool what if you think it's cool but

99 of people think the product issue you're not on Shark Tank so don't try to sell revolutionary products and you will not find those revolutionary products on page 159 on AliExpress the biggest secret in the realm of e-commerce is to sell products that are pre-validated products that are proven to sell products that for sure have markets of people that are buying those products so all you have to do is get into that market and present your product as something different from the product that's currently selling so let's say you come into the market and there

is a player like this right selling these wallet so what you want to do is you want to find an angle for that particular Market what I mean by the angle is the way you present the product as a solution for a particular segment of the market you can sell this product as a solution to nurses some people would say in this case oh Alex nurse this is a small market so let me show you some data to prove the point so we have 4.2 million registered nurses in United States imagine you sold your wallets

to like 10 of that market that's like 400 000 nurses not only that it's a proven validated market so fix is one of the companies that sells specifically to nurses that company makes over 100 million dollars a year in Avenue they're selling the closing they're selling accessories for nurses it's a very very solid Market to go after instead of just selling closes to everyone which is like a lot of Brands trying to do they Niche down on the particular market and that's a great example of this is Apple versus Windows so in 1984 Apple created

this like ad that literally created this segment was in the market of PCS where Windows Microsoft like was dominating so Apple created nicer looking computers that differentiated from Microsoft and they started to appeal to more creative people not people that are corporate but more like creatives these are multi-billion dollar companies now but the same principles apply when you take the product that's selling very well in a big massive market and you adapted to a smaller Market to a smaller Niche you can have a very good product Market fit and you can sell your products very

successfully so throughout this video I'll show you one way of finding products to sell that you probably haven't ever seen literally pre-validated products on the silver platter for you so one of my favorite favorite tools and it's actually free it's at the library so here what you want to do is you want to put some search queries like limited time offer for example it literally searches by what people are using in the ad copy so this search is absolutely free and you can also refine it instantly you find the product like this you can go

to their page literally they just started but this is interesting 27 if I do search on AliExpress and I look for this product this product will cost you three four dollars so the margin is actually very decent you can beat these guys just by making better ads it seems like they've stolen this content from somewhere or maybe just like one ad that was produced let me see if we can filter by videos and let's do here 2023. if you can see these pages that are like very fresh only a few likes most likely these are

drop shippers so this is like hit and miss right so even though it's free and you can find some great products this way but it's not the most time efficient like you would have to probably go through hundreds of products in order to find something that works so let's say we found this product we want to validate it with some extra are layers I mean now it seems like it's picking up right because probably these guys and maybe some other people are advertising it but it's been like pretty like inconsistent overall if we're looking at

eyelash curler that stuff is kind of like on a downtrend but it might as well like turn around here so probably still like a worthwhile product to go after now the third layer of validation that I personally like to do Amazon you can see this product has like thousands of reviews already you can see it's 17 it's validated right there is demand let me see the most recent how often people are buying this April 17 April 17 April 29 April 29th so the selling in Germany Germany Germany so if you watching this and you're from

Germany now that could be the product that you could sell and the same process that we have used on ad Library we can use on Tick Tock so Tick Tock creative Center you'd have to log in and here what it can do is you can see literally the best ads I'm looking for something that has long form validation in the market and so here if you want to sell in Beauty and personal care which is super competitive Niche but that's my favorite personally you can choose conversions you can also like save it so I'm using

the stool core 4play this seems like the ad for for some fragrances or something not a lot of conversion data but you can see what kind of products they're selling so another hashtag you can use like you can see Tick Tock made me buy it oh look at this right this is it's not the same that we have seen just on that Library check it out it's crazy they're using all of these same ads does it seem like they have a lot of traction yet you can also save it here internally within the within their

platform which is pretty cool so let's review this ad for example and if we see about like last 30 days it seems like it started to get like more traction here and the very cool feature here is Michael Cara and face toner it's broken down here on different keywords and and shows you how well is this going look at this like analytics literally gives you the whole script for the video so if you wanted to replicate it it is so easy to do you also see other products that are selling in a similar way these

besides that if you wanted to search on Google and do some extra validation for this particular product so you can see here like not a lot of stuff going on here on Google Trends but here there's a lot of products being like advertised so we want to see how much volume how much potential this product actually has so the fact that many magazines are talking about this product means that there is a lot of demand for this right otherwise it wouldn't be even like ranking these products from top to the bottom so here we have

many different ideas like we have even this one which is interesting but the website I'm pretty like primitive so probably we would find something else soloveave is extremely successful product they're generating like half a million visitors per month with this brand and it's very small Niche store that has only few products so just like that we found a good model of the store that we can replicate these are free tools that are at your disposal to find and validate these products that are selling right now now let's get into the pay tools this is my

favorite one because it saves a lot of time in terms of finding the products validating them so my favorite Products Research stool is called myania right so my Nia gives you ideas for products their business plan even shows you the estimate of the sales the different brands are making and I can also Source this by the sales now most of these are Brands right because the brands are actually generating a lot of Revenue whereas like Drop shippers they usually come and go so interesting product here that I would want to see it's called perfect browse

I mean yeah this seems like a general Drop Shipping Store maybe they've done some sales but they're already kind of like disappeared keep looking I keep looking and this brand is very interesting gives me all of the creatives gives me the product analysis gives me all of the ads as well so I can go in here and model this store and this product if I wanted to so the way I like to use my Nia is to search by Shopify I want to do likes I want to see the post that I've gotten at least

some momentum so I find something here that's like for gardening like in Europe most likely drop shippers let me see if I find anything like more interesting something with high margin something that fits my criteria for the products jewelry is always like a good category but specifically during like Q4 this is interesting this is consumable this is some kind of cream perfect join and Bone therapy cream what kind of stuff is this oh wow looks very aggressive but it's probably selling well I want to see ads from the same Advertiser they're selling some quite aggressive

stuff probably not something that I would want to model so I keep looking and probably I would increase my search to like 600. my indoor air is so fresh okay so this is good product let me see this air purifier all right fascinating so they're advertised for some time already this is good product this product that I would go after 159 dollars good margin this is something that I would sell also they're generating a lot of traffic so proven proven winner will just have to find another angle for this product and there's a lot of

angles for this product because I could customize the offer be specifically for people who have bats small kids and there's some smell in the house to suit that particular Market reduces allergy symptoms so it's another very good angle filters mold spores right I mean almost every house has this so you can see I was on my Nia for like only a few minutes and I have already found the product that is super super solid now it's a little bit heavy so I'd have to find out about that in terms of the shipping of the product
