Eye exercise is super important to make your eyes bigger So, let’s try the second one! First exercise make pursed lips and Move side to side like this Now we are using the muscle of the whole face to improve blood circulation on the face Through this exercise and face yoga, you can reduce saggy cheek and the line around the mouth And get beautiful jowl and cheek and muscle area Trust me! we can enjoy this exercise until the end!
Step 2 Now make circles with the pursed lip like this! This is a harder exercise than the first one but this totally works! You can do this till the end, let's do it!
You can hold the chin with your hand, if you are concerned about it SWITCH! Now make a circle in the opposite direction Relax your chin through this exercise You can hold like this, if you're concerned about it You can train the muscle of the cheeks and mouth at same time Through this exercise, so before you start to exercise for each part You should do this at the same time it helps a lot So I highly recommend this It is kind of really hard exercise you know Say A U A U by opening your mouth big and making pursed lip But, please relax your chin adn eye area to prevent wrinkles A U A U A U It is really fun, I love it Step 4 Say E U E U by opening your mouth wide and making pursed lip The important thing is lifting your cheeks when you say E but please do not clench your teeth like this picture As you can see this picture, clenching your teeth makes your face bigger and bigger So please be careful everyone! step 5 Close your mouth and move your tongue up and down Stretch from inside to prevent the line around the mouth and buccal fat through this exercise Wow, my cheek is burning now But it really really works, you should do this together 3 2 1 SWITCH!
