hi everyone and welcome to my Channel today I'm gonna demonstrate to you a anti-aging and lymphatic drainage facial massage that is amazing for the contours of your face - getting rid of any signs of aging - improving those wrinkles but also this is amazing if you suffer with allergies if you have any congestion around your sinuses if you have headaches because we're going to be working with the lymphatic fluids that are close to the surface of our skin and we're gonna try to drain and those toxins out and bring the fluid down because a lymphatic
system is actually one of the key systems for our immune system so if you guys are interested thank you for watching so first thing we need to do is apply some oil or some lubricant so whatever you prefer using you can use a cream massage cream you can use oil I'm just gonna be using one of my face oils that I know works for me so I'm just gonna press it in so that when we do the massage the skin doesn't drag so the first thing we're gonna do is warm up our lymph ducts and
we're gonna be draining towards the Supra club' Killam notes and they are located just above your collarbone if you put your old fingers inside your collarbone we're just gonna apply really light pressure and we're gonna do this about five times just to warm them up and the first movement we're gonna do is we're gonna place our fingers just by our ears and then we're gonna go in a downwards motion towards our clavicles and we are gonna do this three times now we are gonna put three of our fingers just in the middle of our forehead
and we are going to drain towards our temples you can apply a little bit of pressure around your temples and then we're gonna go down towards our collar bones again and we're going to three times this is amazing if you have any frown lines if you have any wrinkles on your forehead but also if you get headaches and tension I carry a lot of tension around my forehead so this is a great exercise now we are gonna do a lifting motion for our forehead we're gonna start in the middle of our brows and then with
feather-like motion we're just gonna lift the skin just make sure it doesn't drag you can go over your brows as well if you want to open your eyes a little bit more [Music] now we are going to do our eyes so I'm gonna take the ring finger place it at the outer corner of my eyes and then with very very light pressure I'm gonna go underneath my eye stop at the brow bone make put a little pressure here go around the brow little pressure at the temple and then we can go down to the collarbone
now I'm gonna go in the inside corner of my eye and go outwards little pressure at the temple and drain towards the color bomb outer corner to the inside around the eye and down to the next thing I'm gonna do is work on the crow's feet that you sometimes get around your eyes I'm gonna put my fingers in a v-shape and apply them on either side of my eye and I'm gonna pinch my fingers together I'm gonna put them just in the corner between my fingers and in an 8 number 8 shape I'm gonna go
like this about 10 times so this is the motion that you are doing just drink it here make sure nothing is dragging nothing scratching or hurting now we are going to move to the other side and I'm going to put my fingers in a v-shape and I'm gonna pinch my fingers here and go in a number and age shape it's in the corner of my eye but the next exercise I'm gonna take the ring fingers and in a number eight shape I'm gonna go just in the corners of my eye and going down a little
bit to the cheaper this will help you with any puffiness around your eyes any swelling next thing we're gonna do is to a pinching motion we're gonna start in the middle of our brow go down to the corner of our eyes it needs to be a very light pinch don't grab onto too much skin and we are gonna go up and down like this three times can do all these exercises separately if you just wanna get rid of any puffiness or improve dark circles around your eyes one morning you can just do this I massage
I'm gonna put my fingers again in a v-shape the middle finger is gonna go in the corner of our eye and we're gonna make a v-shape and with very light pressure I'm gonna press and release press and release we're gonna do this two more times next we're gonna massage our nose I'm gonna take the ring finger and I'm gonna go on just the base of our nose and I'm gonna go around it three times then I'm gonna push to the bridge of my nose three times then we're gonna go up two O's our temple and
down to our collarbone I'm gonna go again push towards the bridge over your nose up towards your temple and down to your clavicle we're going to go around double mouth so I'm going to place my fingers on either side or my chin and I'm gonna go around my mouth let's stop here for a little bit of pressure and do it three times and we're gonna work on the nasolabial folds and I'm gonna place the fingers in the same position we are gonna go gently around the mouth push towards the inner corners of your eyes go
up to the temple and drain towards your clavicles we're gonna repeat this three times sure that you stop here for a couple of seconds with light pressure and then go up to the temple and down to your global next I'm going to place one of my hands just on this side of the face and with the other hand I'm gonna go from the chewing muscle here towards the inner corner of my eye press here a little bit turn my hand towards my ear and then go down towards my clavicle just make sure you are not
dragging your skin make sure you're playing very light pressure we're going to do this three times [Music] now we're going to do the other side [Music] now we're gonna work again on those nasolabial folds so I'm gonna press my fingers just on either side of my nose I would like pressure I'm gonna go down towards my ears and then down towards my collarbone your hands need to be horizontal stop at the temple apply a little pressure then go down alright next step I'm gonna take the base of my hands and I'm gonna apply it just
in the fold around my mouth and my cheeks and I'm gonna relax my neck and I'm gonna apply pressure into my hands and you can just hold this position for about three seconds and then we are gonna go up towards our ears and down to the collarbone so push lightly into your hands and drain towards your ears and down your neck also do this exercise by placing your elbows on the top of the table and then just lowering your face into your hands [Music] the next thing I'm going to do is place my fingers like
that so this finger is bent I'm going to pinch my jawline just around my chin and I'm gonna go up towards my ears and then we're gonna go down so pinch of the chin the thumb is on the other side and go down and one more time before we were focusing more on this folds of our cheeks now we are going to place the basis of our hands lower around our mouth and you can do exactly the same thing by just putting your elbows on the table lowering your face into your hands should face a
little bit into your hand and then we are gonna go up and drain down we're gonna do that again and when you get to your ears lift up your chin and then drain [Music] next we're going to work on our dual line and with the base of our hand we're going to press towards our chin and following the jawline we're gonna go up and your thumb is just gonna go behind your ear now we are gonna do this three times and then we are gonna do the other side exactly the same way this is great
for tightening your jaw getting rid of any double chin toning your neck and jawline area next I'm gonna open up my palms and I'm gonna place the thumbs just underneath my chin and I'm gonna place the edge of my fingers just on this line here just underneath my cheekbone and applying a little bit of pressure we're gonna slide towards our ears open our hands and then we're gonna slide down the neck towards our collarbone and then we're gonna do this motion three times [Music] make sure there's no much space between your hands in your face
and in a continuous motion go towards your ears open up your hands and I go down your neck we're gonna go back to the forehead a vertical motion we are going to go towards one temple and then back to what's the other temple and I'm gonna go back forward three times to finish up our massage I'm going to place my fingers in the middle of my forehead I'm gonna go down towards my temple apply some pressure here and go down towards my collarbone [Music] and the last thing I'm gonna do is a sweeping motion cross
