right welcome in this video I'm going to be teaching you how to nail offers all right something I haven't talked about a lot but is super important if you're a copywriter [ __ ] it if you run an agency of any kind and you want to start getting more clients this needs to be in check all right I've been given a lot of DMS recently and a lot of it is complaining about not getting clients and most of the [ __ ] time it's because this isn't in [ __ ] check all right I don't
really speak much about it the offer but it is arguably the most important thing all right and until you until you understand that and you start crafting them properly and you start building good offers no one's going to want to [ __ ] work with you nobody's going to [ __ ] pay you you're going to be [ __ ] broke forever and there's going to be some [ __ ] shitthead that's not as good as you signing loads of clients cuz their offer is just better okay now the reason I'm making this video is
cuz this probably sounds familiar right you are probably doing Outreach okay it's probably good as well probably Lots okay and you probably get replies okay probably lots and you're probably building Rapport okay and it's going well and then out of [ __ ] nowhere when you're either emailing or dming the prospect they just go ghost okay ghost that's what they do okay now the reason most people are not getting clients is because of this they are lacking the offer the offer needs to come here okay and the reason you're doing all this and then not
getting any clients is because you're missing a [ __ ] massive component which is having a good offer okay now you're probably wondering Tom why why you even talking about offers what's the point Etc it sounds a bit negligible no one really talks about that obviously because they're just gatekeeping it from you life is offers life is offers everything in life is just an offer the reason you're wearing your [ __ ] clothes is because it was a good offer okay compared to the quality for the price you thought [ __ ] it yeah that's
a good offer let me buy that the reason your dad [ __ ] in your mom and you're alive today is because on the marketplace of of women he was a good offer to to be a wife you know she ticked the right Boxes Etc she was young enough she was hot enough she didn't have enough dicks in her past you know what yeah she's good she's a good offer as wives go that's a Prett good deal [ __ ] it yeah put the ring on Okay the reason you're in your house good offer okay
for the price compared to the Quality it's a good offer you thought [ __ ] it yeah let me buy it all right life is offers and this is no different okay and until you can understand that you're going to be struggling all right people forget that you know it's just like oh let me just build rapport and do amazing out they think the Outreach is the best thing it's like oh let me just have the best [ __ ] Outreach ever and that somehow negates having a good offer to give people no this is
important yeah all this is important this is super important having a good offer is literally Tann them out of your success okay and I understood that and I'm going to show it to you today because guarantee if you're stuck in this part this is going to help now you got to understand something it's going to deflate your ego a shitload but it's important okay chances are if you're watching this you are a [ __ ] nobody you literally are basically an NPC okay you have no client testimonials you have no basic experience you probably have
no referrals Etc as it goes you're basically a [ __ ] nobody okay you have no leverage and so when you're approaching clients they are just going to reject you okay you could have amazing outre you can do all this perfectly but ultimately You're Nobody and because you're nobody you have no leverage and because you're a nobody you also have no trust okay if there was a graph it would go like this the trust experience graph the more experience you have the more trust you you gain all right so if you're approaching a client and
they're like I want to work with you and you're literally a [ __ ] nobody which you probably are they don't have much trust in you okay because they have no trust in you they're less likely to work with you but if you are a somebody they're more likely to work with you like if I approach a client I just send them my YouTube and my Instagram and they're like okay yeah you know your'll [ __ ] right because I have experience and because I have loads of experience loads of trust okay now the reason
I say [Music] that is because if you're a nobody which you are your offer needs to build trust okay you have no trust you have no experience they don't trust you [Music] okay so your offer needs to build trust and have no risk okay me doesn't matter okay I have experience my experience speaks for me I get clients results they pay me they make more money etc etc if you're nobody your offer that is what's going to build you trust okay now let's do an experiment Imagine by the way write some of this down I'm
just blasting through this imagine you go to a client you approach them and you say hey I want to write for you okay and you have no experience you have no testimonies you have nothing okay and your offer is $1,000 a month for three emails a week okay you approach a client that doesn't know that doesn't know who the [ __ ] you are with this offer how do you think they're going to react is that risky for them yes because they don't know who you are and they're giving you money and you have no
experience and no trust from your side okay and so this offer isn't going to work this is why you're all [ __ ] failing you're doing good Outreach You're Building Rapport Etc but you are a nobody still and then you're pitching these [ __ ] strangers hi give me a grand just give me a grand a thousand right now okay who have you worked with no one what's your experience none show me your work [ __ ] give me $1,000 it it doesn't work okay it's like what and so what you're struggling to [ __
] understand is that this is the wrong offer okay now they might work with you if you were me cuz I've got experience like this is a good deal $1,000 to work with someone that gets millions of dollars for his clients yeah [ __ ] it I'll give you a grand but for for nobody [ __ ] you [ __ ] bent legs skinny arms this is a [ __ ] offer all right so what do you do cuz you're nobody all right and until you become a somebody you're always going to be a nobody
coming as somebody comes through having experience what you do is instead you change your offer okay and it has to and this is the key your offer has to build trust all right because you don't have any trust because you have no experience so the offer has to build trust so instead of $1,000 a month [ __ ] that off and instead say Hey listen I have no experience I'm new Etc how about this I'll work for free now you're probably sitting there thinking why the [ __ ] would he just tell me to work
for free because you dumb [ __ ] you have no experience and therefore no trust and therefore the offer you give them has to be as appealing and safe as possible and the only way it can be appealing and safe is if it is literally [ __ ] free you are nobody okay and if you are nobody this is your best option work for free okay the dude that has experience he can pitch he's got results he's got testimonies Etc You're Nobody okay you have to pitch for free now not all the time but it
has to be in your back pocket you have to be like willing to be like okay like [ __ ] it you know I'll work I'll work for free you know it's not like ideal but it's there it's like you're going out you're [ __ ] a girl you want a [ __ ] her and then she's like oh do you have a condom yes it's like it has to be there just in case okay you have to be willing to do this because it's it's super safe for them okay and now you're probably thinking
okay brilliant Tom but if I'm working for free how the [ __ ] do I get paid okay this is how you're working for a client why do I keep redrawing this [ __ ] anyway [ __ ] you man anyway you work for free okay for one month after a month of working if you're good which you should be because I teach you if not join star Academy and I'll [ __ ] teach you if you work for free after a month you should have got them some results and results equals trust because they
can see you know what you're doing okay and they they haven't lost anything so you you've worked for them for free because you have no trust you have no experience they get results from the work you've done for them which then builds trust and then you know what you can do when you have trust when you stop to become someone like me you can repitch them now maybe not $1,000 but you can certainly off for some [ __ ] money because now you have trust now you've gone from someone they don't know and probably don't
trust they definitely [ __ ] don't I've seen some of your Sal schools you look literally [ __ ] to someone that has given them results with no risk on their end now you've built some trust okay and this is what I need to [ __ ] get through your head all right sometimes you have to start here before you can get to here sometimes you are literally a nobody you and if you want to get here you got to [ __ ] start here and then work your way up you can't just [ __
] go straight there it's not possible you're a nobody okay if I I tell you now I get video editing requests daily daily okay it'll be some [ __ ] from [ __ ] knows where he'll be like I'm a video editor etc etc if they haven't got any past experience or no work I will not pay them ever there's just no why where's your experience who are you you're nobody why the [ __ ] would I pay you okay they have to work for free cuz there's no risk on my end okay fine whatever
do itend send me edits of myself let me stroke my [ __ ] ego watching you give me edits of myself for free okay no risk on my end very appealing to me after a week of doing that if they're good they've they've now built themselves trust they've now shown me they know what they're [ __ ] doing now I trust them more so I'm more likely to give them money before I didn't trust them but now they've shown me they can do something for me the trust is there when the trust is there you're
in a position of Leverage to start asking for money all right and this is how it becomes irresistible it literally has to become irresistible where there's literally no [ __ ] risk on their end none absolutely zero none I mean sometimes they're going to be dicks and they're going to be like oh it's a waste of time cool [ __ ] them off but a lot of the time you have to be start you have to be willing to start here it has to be irresistible okay and the problem most of you're doing is you're
[Music] pitching resistible offers it's like hang on that's [ __ ] no again let me go with the analogy of your dad meeting your mom goes up to us hi whatever they talk they start dating he's looking for a wife he's in his mid-30s he wants to settle down they start talking they start dating they start going out they start having a good time they start enjoying one another's company and then one day he found he finds out by accident she was ran through by 20 black dudes in a monster gang bang that's not a
good offer now she's she's tarnished no you're not wife material okay it's the same case here if it's not a good offer they're not going to go for it okay it has to be a good offer the reason your parents are together is because that was a good offer the reason you're watching me is because it's a good offer the reason someone's going to work with you is because it is irresistible there's literally no downside for them okay now you can only do that if you're nobody okay when you're somebody you can make a bit
of a resistible offer because you have the accolades to suggest that you know what you're doing but if you're nobody just be willing to start here just [ __ ] bro who cares it's experience anyway okay and then what you do is you build trust you build trust you build trust you build trust you build trust you build trust you build trust you build trust that's leverage and then you can ask for money okay because now you have all this trust you can't ask for it down here you have no trust okay so work for
free [ __ ] it if you're good it won't matter it'll be it' be a matter of time it will literally be a matter of time and you got to go you got to approach your clients and literally be like listen [Music] there's going to be so many [ __ ] positives and literally like no negatives you got to pict them and be like amazing Outreach build rapport offer no downsides and a lot of the time that's going to be by basically having free world work okay and then saving time and whatever and giving results
and all this [ __ ] the negative in most cases is literally money the negative for them is spending money almost always okay sometimes it's time like with me it's time I don't really care I I value my time more than money now but a lot of the time it is just money so if you eradicate this sounds like a pretty good offer now doesn't it okay and then you prove to them that you know what you're talking about and over time you build trust I'm telling you I'm doing this with some people now and
they're just like [ __ ] they're just getting clients because they just work that their offer is so good now there's more to it than this of course like I'm not going to give it all away here but this is a good starting point okay make your offer irresistible think as if you're the client you're someone it's you you walk up to yourself whatever you look like and you're pitching yourself hi yeah basically also what do you want okay you want $1,000 and and what what work have you done none okay none at all and
how old are you you're 18 okay yeah and and what your experience none okay and uh can I show you some work okay it's all right but it's not great um and and what what what what [ __ ] results have you got for your clients okay barely any okay yeah okay yeah brilliant let me give you $11,000 no why no okay it's just not going to happen all right instead it comes up to you hi yeah basically I want you want to want it for free okay and you're going to just like literally just
handle it all for me and there's just nothing I have to do and I'm only going to get paid and results okay yeah fine [ __ ] it okay much better result month later yeah we've had really good results it's been great yeah you're doing a really good job yeah you know what um okay I don't want you to go so yeah cool I'll give you $500 maybe $700 a month yeah [ __ ] it why not bang like I've seen you you've proved yourself [ __ ] it yeah here have some money that's how
you do it that's how you do it okay and it does require a bit of patience like sometimes you're going to work for a month for free and that's going to be annoying but you know what you got to think longterm you got to think [ __ ] it okay I'm doing this now but in the long term it's going to be worth it my first client was $250 [ __ ] doar for 30 emails a week that ain't fun I didn't like that but I knew it's better than nothing I might as well prove
myself get a testimony and then piit other clients and say I did this you know cuz what's the alternative have nothing again I've I've given this graph a million times and by a million I mean like once but let me give it to you here money zero money you just need to make decisions which get you closer to this end of the scale okay so if you give a very brag docious offer like $1,000 whatever and you're nobody you're probably going to be here okay you're going to be here but if you pitch for free
you might not have money yet cuz you're not getting paid but you might be here and that's how I thought you've just got to make decisions and think is this going to make me closer to the money or further away from the money doesn't mean I'm going to get the money but I'll be closer to it like I like this girl I want a [ __ ] her do I try and just basically force myself on her or do I take her on a couple of dates I mean I didn't [ __ ] her on
the first date didn't [ __ ] her on the second date okay we're now kissing we're now touching okay I went to our house slept together but we didn't [ __ ] I'm getting there I'm getting there [ __ ] you're probably laughing but I'm telling you this is how it works you're not there yet just make the Right Moves and eventually you'll get there go in the right direction bang before you know you're in a panties that's how it works okay it's how it [ __ ] works you just got to [ __ ]
make decisions we get you closer and this is one of them just have an irresistible offer even if it means taking longer to get paid because taking longer to get paid is better than not getting paid at all so [ __ ] it and and I realize that and you know I suggest you do too and I know it's [ __ ] difficult man I get it you seeing people like me making more money than you could [ __ ] fathom and it's like I want to I want to make money now it's like I
get it I get it okay like I do understand but like you need to just take a bit of a longer path sometimes I've said this before literally all the time you want to get a client but sometimes you can't go the traditional route everyone's the traditional route like everyone's trying to pitch email email email email email sometimes you just got to [ __ ] go a different route and Pitch captions and then like get your foot in the door takes longer yeah but you do eventually get there instead of this which is just like
block a blockade block a blockade no it's shorter but you're not going to get there whereas this you do get there it just takes longer all right so have an irresistible offer which is basically no downsides for the person even if it means taking longer I hope this makes sense it makes sense to me I've got Flawless understanding this should [ __ ] make sense to you okay does this make sense just like [ __ ] nod say yes Tom does that make sense of course it makes [ __ ] sense a dick on the
