I trapped 100 people inside this massive city for 24 hours. And these two contestants are going to vlog what it's like to live here. [cheering] All right, they're dispersing all over the city.
Let's see what they do. And immediately after the contestants moved into it, I made this announcement. When that timer hits zero, that portal is gonna open and half of you will be eliminated on the other side of that.
[crowd reacts] So for what could be their last 24 hours in this show, they documented everything. Every alliance, every argument, every single moment until the clock hit zero. And for the first time ever, you guys are gonna see exactly what it is like to live as a Beast Games contestant in Beast City.
This is Sophie. For the next 24 hours, she's gonna vlog her life in the city. This is Jim.
He is currently competing in Beast Games for five million dollars. Let's go! Welcome to the city.

Behind me, we have Feastables Café. There's a 24-hour Starbucks. There is a science lab, pools, workout equipment, a basketball court, and these are our pods where we're sleeping in.
We got boy, girl. Oh, hell yes! [screams] Jimmy, what bunk are you?
Uhh. I can't sleep in here. [laughs] If you guys ended up winning, they'd be like, "Oh, he gave them secrets.
" [laughs] I'm held to so much standards, it's crazy. This is the Feastables Café. This is how we get our food.
Now, we used to have a bunch of water bottles over here, but everybody took 'em. This is sick! We got the menu for what's going on today.
This is where they got our dinner. We have our all-the-time Starbucks machine. They are really taking care of us in the city, making sure we're well-fed.
I was gonna go to sleep, but I really don't feel like it. So I'm going over to the basketball court, and I'm gonna rip some hoops, lowkey. For Mreast.
[moans] Hey, that sound effect! That sound effect! Colby, what's up?
How are you feeling? Uhh. I wanna say, Sophia's been so mean to me the whole time.
Oh my gosh. Shut up! Shut up.
Just kidding. We're having such a good time in the city. Our entire world here is literally just a simulation that Jimmy created.
It is hour 20, which basically means… Ok, let's redo that. In T-minus 20 hours, I could literally be eliminated tomorrow. So, yeah.
Still have no clue what time it really actually is, but I feel like hour 20 should be around, like, 12 to 1 AM Things are getting a little crazy. Everyone's kinda been scheming, and they're trying to figure out who they wanna pair with, who they feel like is gonna be best for the challenge. And we have literally no idea what it's gonna look like.
Do you guys have, like, a natural leader right now? So I think right now, we're trying to figure out the requirements for a good team first. 42 keeps following us around.
I don't trust him. He's not allowed on our team. I'm definitely talking to a lot of people around here, and there are some people I really do like.
Yeah. And some people who I'm, like, I probably don't wanna be around them, you know? You wanna keep playing with the people that you really like and enjoy, but I also have to play a game, and I have to be intentional about who I can trust.
Also, there's some people who stopped looking me in the face, so… What is that about? I don't know. It's ok.
I don't know anything, but [bleep] that girl. Period! That's the only vibe I'm on right now.
That's all I'm on right now. I have nothing else-- We're gonna have a long day of vlogging tomorrow. We're gonna start by going to the gym, pool.
We'll probably shoot more basketball, try to work on my game. If that's a challenge-- Oh my God, it's game over for me. I'm ready for the challenge.
Jimmy said it's gonna be the craziest thing you've ever seen, so just get ready for it. [whispers] Good morning. I'm gonna go and brush my teeth and start getting ready for breakfast.
Looks like right here we got some eggs. Get ready with me in Beast City. [laughing] Ew!
There's about 8 hours and 45 minutes left on the clock. Gonna get something to eat at the Feastables Café, and I'm also gonna get some Starbucks with this. Strong's got two rows done.
Yo, brain and body, you got me? We've eaten breakfast. We've talked to some friends.
I guess then we'll sit out by the pool and see who comes by. If the challenge is water-based, I gotta wear a bathing suit. I'm gonna want this body to be as tan as possible.
It can be hard to have a moment alone with your thoughts where people aren't around you. 50 people do need to go home. I don't want it to be me, but nobody wants it to be them.
So it's important to take that time to be intentional, gather your thoughts. Are we even thinking about the challenge? No, I'm just trying to have a good day today.
As long as me and you stay, I'll be so happy. The smarts kind of stick to themselves, and the strongs are usually in the groups laughing, giggling, carefree. And you can definitely tell there's different headspaces that people are in.
Find people you can trust and be confident in yourself. Because if you don't believe in yourself, I don't think you should be here. Now it's time to hit a workout, but obviously, I can't hold this phone while we're working out, so I brought a couple friends to show you guys what it's like to work out, here in Beast City.
How are you feeling? Forming some alliances? Forming alliances?
[scoffs] Nah, I'm just here for the gym. One-ten. Ok.
I really don't wanna leave. I hope it lightnings so we don't have to do anything, and we get an extra day in the city. Got the money, though.
That five million right there. Have you ever been around such a large amount of money? Behind us is… Five million dollars!
[cheering] Oh, my goodness. He did the thing! Obviously not.
But what they don't show for behind the scenes is, like, they also have to have armed guards because they physically want to protect that amount of money, and they don't want us to get robbed or anything to happen. I've got them in my vlog. I go up, and I talk to them.
[Jim] Yo, where's your uniform? [Jim] What you got going on? Is it casual Friday?
'Cause they don't talk much, but they're great listeners. About 3 hours and 40 minutes left. I've been reading up on this book.
It's similar to a typical day in the life. I'm also being filmed by strangers. Jimmy said that we need to know each other's skills.
Everyone has been forming teams. We don't know whether it's teams of two, teams of ten. I think we're gonna go into teams of ten.
One person is gonna have to play a game. The strong people are chill. They're being goofy.
They're having a good time. The smart team, really… They're very intentional and picky about who they talk to. My strategy for games where I have no clue?
Wing it, like-- [laughs] Every minute in here matters, so I'm being intentional about who I'm talking to-- Because the people you can trust in this are the most important people, right? People that you feel like have a sense of empathy that won't eliminate you for a pile of money. I will not self-sacrifice myself.
I'm not taking a bribe. I'm here to play, and I'm here to win. And with just hours left, before half of these contestants would be eliminated, everyone gathered together and did something that no one could've predicted.
Ladies and gentlemen, Top 100, give yourselves a hand. This is the first annual Beast City's Got Talent. [cheering] I will be attempting the world record for the world's largest burp.

I can feel my anxiety building. What we're about to play is the craziest thing ever shown on TV in history. And we are going to eliminate half of you in a few minutes when this door opens.
