the dead in Christ will rise the Antichrist is going to come you're going to get 666 a mark of the beast then the devil's going to be in prison for a thousand years it's so confusing Rabbi that as a Christian you just kind of give up on trying to be able to explain how the messiah's going to come and what all's going to happen and you just take it as oh it's in the Bible it must be true it's was this meant to be confusing their end times or is their theology s Christian theology such

many reasons it was fiercely anti-roman as opposed to Romans chapter 13 I just realized it was a pun there and it wasn't intended but it sort of sounded clever but in Romans 13 Paul insists that the Roman Empire was set in place by God and therefore Rebellion against the Roman Empire was actually an a rebellion against God himself mind-blowing that said the Book of Revelation was fiercely anti-roman and highly dualistic now the dualism that we find in Revelation we find in many other books that means there's power uh Paul speaks about this devil 2 Corinthians
4:4 as being the Lord of this world that there are powers that are at war with each other that's real dualism really comes from not only not to restricted to but very famously a religion like Zoran ISM the god of darkness and the God of Light this imagery is well baked Into the Book of Revelation The Book of John because this kind of thinking was part of the Zeitgeist at that period of time it what was in that world it was the dualism and that's where the Antichrist comes in the Antichrist is a is an
idea that's completely alien to the Hebrew Bible an antichrist now it's not that Christians agree on these things I don't want to portray Christian commentators as univocal on this I mean after all Luther considered the Pope the Antichrist and Calvin shared that view so it's not it's not monolithic it's sort of whoever you don't like is the Antichrist but the Antichrist being a person who pretends to be the Messiah uh builds a temple Jews worship him and then it turns out he's the devil and then goes to with Jesus and he he's he's destroyed so

in Revelation chapter 13 and that chapter ends that let the person that has Insight calculate the number of the Beast it is the number of a man and that number is 666 I would be remiss if I didn't mention that there is a an another famed manuscript that has it at 616 you can also Imagine That Christians have pondered what is this 616 referring to of all the explanations for it I find that number in the numerology in gatria of Emperor Nero kaisa Nero being 666 now the Book of Revelation is written just so you
have I don't want to lose you here historically The Book of Revelation let's say is written about the year 100 it's written at the very end of the first century very beginning of the 2 Century but it's written about the year 100 so Nero was a thing of the past Nero lived more than three decades earlier than that and Nero was a really bad guy who is said to have persecuted Christians it's not that he is said by something in the Christian Bible but in fact tacitus Rome's most important historian a makes that claim that
Nero burned Christians alive blaming them for burning down Rome and tacus was a blue blooded Roman born in the 50s so he would have been a child at the time it's understandable why Nero for a wide range of reasons would have been seen by Christians as the really bad guy so he you know he he [Music] never merges to Divinity as other Emperors did whether is Caesar Augustus or aspasia Nero is a bad guy so kaisa Nero the gatria is 666 and I think the reason why there's a difference of 616 is that it depends
how you spell the word Nero in Hebrew if you put a nun at the end of it so then you have another 50 and I think that's what is responsible for the variant in the manuscripts there so in reality The Book of Revelation is fiercely anti-roman Empire it's highly dualistic we have the the power of light and the power of Darkness this all plays out in an epic battle none of this is correct however however be careful it does smell like to the uninitiated it may appear to be like those who are not familiar with
this topic to be like the end time War when Nations will go toward with Jerusalem at the end of days as per Zachariah 12 but in Zechariah 12 there's there's no Pretender to be the Messiah be very careful so there's no one who says that I'm really Messiah and people all that's complete nonsense in fact the whole that term the war of Armageddon which comes from The Book of Revelation is a misreading of Zechariah 12 it's too complicated to go into why whoever wrote Revelation his name is John but whoever that was but the point
is it's that war of again it's not taking place in Armageddon it's referring to megido is referring to Josiah something of the past not the future I don't want to confuse you but the key point is that we do have m in we do have the end time War when Nations go to war with and they'll be destroyed in those days I will destroy all the nations that come up against but there is no Pretender to the Messiah that's completely dualistic and it's it really is predates Christianity not by centuries but Millennia it's an old
old idea as you can imagine in the ancient world they saw good things happening rain and harvest and they saw drought and dead people and they didn't know why they thought they were good gods and bad guys Gods malevolent gods and all these stuff all these things and of course neoplatonic thinking would only these kinds of ideas that a a lower tier demier deity would be responsible for the creation of this world need I say more that's the driil that you encounter in the 27th book of the Christian Bible a far cry from Tanakh the
