struggling to scale your Facebook ad account you're not alone many advertisers are relying on shaky ad account structures they are impatient with their scaling methods and they're betting on just a single app that's a fast track to grow stagnation but don't worry there's a blueprint for simple and effective scaling it's the secret Source behind the success of Powerhouse Brands like dudy and besty where I implemented this at a account structure and it's actually super simple are you ready for a step-by-step guide so in order to even scale we need thingss number one we need a
good rent of results under the kpi for example three consistent days with a healthyme and a healthy Ro and two at least two three winning creatives meaning the ads that are generating significant number of sales under the target CPA if both of these conditions are met then I keep increasing the budget on the adsets in a testing Campaign which are getting the results I have few other accounts in which my testing campaign is the highest spending campaign for example this one you can see that here each of the adset is a new test and some
of these tests spend over 200k 1.7 2.2k when I have multiple winning tests on which I increase the budget I'm already scaling no matter if it's just one compaign no matter if it's labeled as testing in terms of the campaigns as I mentioned I have one testing campaign one audience campaign and one to two Advantage shopping plus recently I started combining Advantage shopping plus and cost caps for scaling and I of it you know I'm not a big fan of using cost cab for testing but I'm huge fan of using them for scaling especially in
pq4 but the goal of this setup is to find winning creative that's foundation for scaling and without this creative there's no point in trying to scale that's why I always start with the testing campaign I did a full video on the creative testing here but let's recap some of the most important things all testing is done with a broad audience excluding buyers in the campaign each asset is a new test group pair either angle concept or Creator every asset has three to five different creative variations and it comes to video it's mostly hook but sometime
it's a length of a video or a thumbnail all tests are done with one ad copy one headline One landing page and one call to action that way I'm isolating only creative which has a 56% impact on the performance of the ad so it makes more sense for me to focus on something that can get me the best results now when we cover the setup what I do next if I have some winning ads I import winners to Advantage shopping plus which is my second campaign and that campaign is usually operating on a higher budget
and it's running only with the winning ads that are using post ID which allows me to carry the social proof right away from the testing compan for example this Advantage shopping plus with a cost cap spent over 700k currently it's operating on 7K budget just because I decrease the budget after Black Friday but usually during Black Friday this comp caign was at 70k I was comfortably setting a higher budget with a cost cap that would spend more if there's opportunity to spend obviously not every day that campaign spends 70k but usually it spend more during
the weekends on the other side even if it spends more than even if it gets results with a higher CPA than my cost cap there's a low chance that performance would be that bad because the ads I imported here are only winning ad so I did not import random ads I did not import testing ads only proven winning ads meaning every time that one ad from testing is getting traction and it is recognized in my eyes as a winners as a winner I import into Advantage shopping plus that way Advantage shopping plus is always being
refreshed with the new winners I let each ad run at least 3 to 5 days before I value but here are some main important things that you should know about Advantage shopping plus limit budget for buyers if your goal is to reach new customers that means setting 0% cap for existing bues run on one day click or 7-Day click attribution settings to avoid over attribution import only proven creative meaning do not import random ones be careful with the catalog ads as Facebook can often push budget towards the catalog ads which are not necessarily a winner
but Facebook has this tendency of pushing their own product launch new Advantage shopping plus only for new product new funnel or new sale event for example during Black Friday I had one advantage shopping plus with cost cap for regular ads and one with Black Friday now we cover two of my main campaigns in the third part or Third campaign I test winning ads with some additional interest audience considering most of my tests are done with the broad audience whenever I have few winning ads I combine them into a batch or a bucket for me bucket
is a group of ads Group by similarity let's say three ads that are talking about anti-aging or then four ads that are talking about anti-acne or three images that are in US versus them style then I use those buckets with few individual or stacked interests again it's a low margin for bad results because I'm using only winning ads this is not necessarily always very scalable because interest often can burn out sooner than the broad but it's a nice addition to the revenue cuz often these assets have higher RWS than the broad and then you're able
to squeeze a bit extra from those winning ads this way you're just amplifying winning ads for some of the clients I have some additional campaigns for example when I when I'm testing different funnels for a client that doesn't have ability to test those funnels in a back end in a split test for example then I would have one for personal story advertorial one for breaking news advertorial one for lisal advertorial it doesn't have impact on the performance but it's just easier for me to track the CPM click traes AO and conversion rate based on funnel
when they're separated that way for some of the clothing jewelry or shoe brands I often have a campaign for catalog only ads as they tend to perform pretty well for the products that are self-explanatory and Facebook can often push the budget towards them and when people are just swiping they tend to get good results and as Facebook likes to push them I like to isolate them and not running them in my regular campaign as you can see the foundation for scaling is 90% based on a winning ad or creative that's why creative testing campaign is
the most important creative and it allows you to actually scale no matter if it's labeled as testing that should be your biggest takeaway from this video so in case you're spending at least 50k a month on Facebook ads and need help scaling your Ecom book a call with me below and let's introduce this structure in your ad if on the other side you're not on that level yet but you're interested in more free Insight like this just like And subscribe for more additional content like this cheers
