pretty significant tears my subscapularis Su spinatus and my labrum I thought it was just laum but it's three tears and they were too big just do a joint injection so they actually had the lipo suction fat out of my back inject the fat into the tears and then the stem cells into that and I didn't really realize how like brutal of a procedure it was like he said it's like as invasive as surgery cuz they're poking around in there putting volume in there and the volume of the fat caused a crazy amount of inflammation and
pain in my shoulder so now we're like 12 days into it or whatever and I still can't lift my arm at all like I can Flex my elbow but like this is me literally trying to like do a lot there's no Motion in there so all that to say I was hoping I was just going to get a shot in my shoulder and I was going to help it but the tears were much worse than I thought so it's going to be weeks of recovery which sadly means no training for me and I already missed
