one of the great things about the power of predictive AI is the minute our customers start to understand how powerful it can be in their workflows they begin to come up with use cases and a little bit like a kid in a candy shop you can start to imagine what else you can do and one of those great things that we didn't bring to the market but that certainly our customers have driven is hey I've got to retain the customers that I've got either I've sold them on a product or I've originated alone with them
and I want to keep them this specific example has really fully customer-driven but underscores just how powerful predictions are most of our customers have a history of who has gone away from them who they've lost or who has gone with a competitor or who has come back to them who has retained and as you begin to use all of that data and then train your predictive AI applications your model against that data you have very powerful signals that you can then use in your sales teams and your marketing efforts to make sure that you're proactively
