begin this meditation before you begin your day bringing yourself into a comfortable seated position spine tall and straight palms resting in your lap facing upwards and whenever you're ready close your eyes and focus on your breath for now just become an observer just notice how it feels what sensations does your breath bring you what muscles do you engage when you breathe [Music] perhaps you feel a coolness at the tip of your nose on every inhale and a warmth on the exhale [Music] now let's become a bit more intentional on your next inhale breathe in extra
deeply stomach and rib cage fully expanding holding your breath at the top and when you're ready let it all go powerfully through your mouth [Music] and at the bottom of that breath repeat again breathing in extra deeply stomach and rib cage fully expanding holding your breath and at your own pace exhaling through your mouth powerfully one last time breathe and extra deeply really make it count as you reach the top perhaps take in one more sip of air feeling stomach and rib cage fully expanded and then let it go powerfully through your mouth and return
to breathing in a pace that feels good to you noticing how alive your body feels after those three deep breaths feeling yourself present inside your physical body right now feeling the sweetness of the air you are breathing recognizing it is giving you life force energy feeling your energy and enthusiasm for life growing [Music] and with this feeling you take in the affirmations you are about to hear you can say them out loud or in your mind but either way feel them as your truth right now feel them inside every cell in your being and every
space within every cell i am enough i am worthy exactly as i am i am lovable i am a good person [Music] i know things are going to work out for me i'm exactly where i need to be [Music] everything is working out for me i don't need to know why things happen [Music] i trust that everything is happening for a good reason everything is happening for my highest most loving good [Music] i let go of needing to understand i let go of attachment to any outcome i trust i trust that everything is unfolding perfectly
[Music] i trust i'm where i meant to be i trust today is a wonderful day [Music] i am proud of who i am and excited for who i am going to be i let myself feel good [Music] for no reason i feel good i feel happy i feel calm i am worthy of love and i know this to be true i know this on a deep deep level [Music] i love my life my life loves me there is happiness all around and within me it fuels me [Music] it lights me up i feel alive i
feel free i feel content with who i am [Music] i know i know i can trust myself i can trust myself i truly can trust myself right now in this moment [Music] i choose to listen to myself i choose to trust my instincts to trust my gut feelings my intuition [Music] and in doing so i honor myself i love myself i accept myself this life truly is a gift it truly is amazing [Music] i am blessed to be living it in this moment i take nothing for granted i appreciate everything i'm grateful for the people
in my life the lessons i have learned i'm grateful for where i am this very minute it's all unfolding in the highest most loving way my life is amazing it's truly a gift and i am so grateful i'm grateful to start this beautiful day [Music] and to carry these feelings with me i choose to make the most of this day i choose to see love in everything all throughout the day [Music] i'm proud of myself for doing this [Music] and i love who i am whenever you're ready take a nice big deep breath in stomach
