With TRACTIAN's system, maintenance professionals are able to monitor real-time and online vibration, temperature, hours worked and energy consumption of your plant's critical assets, so you can deliver more efficient results, reduce costs and make informed decisions based on data. The sensors are extremely easy to deploy and in as little as 3 minutes you can start collecting data from your machines. They don't need industrial wi-fi and the data is sent over 3G/4G cellular network - so none of it involves IT, bureaucracy, specific infrastructure, just plug in and start using.
As simple to implement on an asset as using a band-aid. It's literally "gluing" through the magnets and enabling the sensor with the cell phone. In other words, you don't need specific training or long weeks of implementation to start having results and you don't even need to worry about the data collection process, like a computer or server just to receive and process this data.
The information is automatically sent and processed in our cloud. But how does all this work? After gluing the sensor to your machine and starting to collect data, the platform starts training to identify the equipment's operating pattern.
This process is carried out by the artificial intelligence embedded in the sensor, which will detect the DNA of your asset and the pattern of behavior expected from it. It is thanks to this training and the crossing of data from thousands of machines that the system will know when an anomaly or deviation from the standard is about to happen and warn you before the problem actually happens. Automatic alerts are sent to your computer, tablet or cell phone, and can also be viewed directly on the platform, allowing you, the maintenance manager, together with your team, to schedule maintenance in a much more assertive way, avoiding high costs of corrective maintenance.
On the platform, which in addition to having Online Monitoring of your assets, is also the Maintenance Management System with technical reports, operational histories, work order automation based on the hour meter and several other metrics that can be parameterized according to the context use and maintenance planning and control. With the collection of data sent by our sensors, the platform and system show in real time the data and analysis about the health of your equipment, and in case there is any anomaly, the alerts can be divided into two broad categories: Specific Failure Detection - here we can anticipate the failure and point out exactly what kind of problem is happening; and Generalist Failure Detection - Here is where we catch the beginning of the failure and let us know that something is going awry! For example, if a pump is exhibiting misalignment characteristics, the system automatically identifies the problem, through spectrum analysis, before any visible symptoms appear.
That is, our system is able to identify failures at an early stage, before something more serious happens. When a failure is detected, it is very important that someone from the maintenance team analyze the alert, that is, point out the information according to the real state of the asset - Was it a serious failure? How serious?
What was done? When was it done? Who did it?
This is important, because in addition to creating a history of the asset, it serves as information for artificial intelligence to optimize its detection and deliver increasingly assertive alerts. No rushing with unexpected breaks, staying overnight or missing a weekend at the factory.
