why does the bible claim that no one has seen God if Isaiah Ezekiel Enoch and even Moses claim to have seen him in John 1:18 it states that no one has seen God at any time except Jesus who has declared him yet in Isaiah 6 Isaiah clearly states that in the year King Uzziah died he saw the Lord Seated on a throne high and exalted Ezekiel said in chapter 1 that while he was among the Exiles by the k River the heavens were opened and he saw visions of God Enoch claimed that he saw God
in the seventh and 10th heavens and Moses and the Elders of Israel claimed that God himself came down with his feet looking like the sky and they all saw him but although all these individuals claimed to have seen God Moses continued to ask God to see his face because he understood that whatever they saw was merely the glory of God and not God himself
