how often do we see people going through their lives without knowing what they are trying to do without having any intent without having a clear Mission I'm talking on an individual level as a person people go through their lives without knowing what it is they want to do what they want to accomplish so know what your mission is know what your intent as the commander of your life know what your intent is and then fight with everything you've got to win who do you know that you can compare yourself to that's easy you yesterday so
here's a good goal it's something like well aim high aim high but use as your control yourself it's like so your goal is to make today some tiny increment better than yesterday and you can use better you can Define better yourself this doesn't have to be some imposition of external morality you know you know where you're weak and insufficient where you could improve think okay well this is what I'm like yesterday if I did this little thing things would be just an increment better and well that's a great thing because you get the ball rolling
and incremental Improvement is Unstoppable you can actually implement it and it starts to generate parito distribution like consequences it starts to compound when you have goals and dreams think it not strange that you face the Fier furnaces of this world you will have tribulation didn't say you might you will it's going to be extremely challenging for you but here's what I can say to you that Dr Clay was right you are exceptional you are different you uncommon some of you came through here you didn't have support all you had was a dream and determination that
you were going to make it some of you couldn't afford to be here but you knew you couldn't afford not to be here you're uncommon you have an uncommon desire to control your own future so get serious about your goals put them on paper write them down there's all kinds his goals her goals their goals business goals financial goals Financial Independence goals family goals I mean there's so many things to work on on this that if you don't get busy and work on it sure enough the time will pass and sure enough 5 years from
now you'll wind up where you don't want to be where and what what you don't want to wear driving what you don't want to drive being what you don't want to be Now's the Time to fix it the future does not get better by hope it gets better by plan lasting change is different than a goal you don't always get your goals but you always get your standards think of it as everybody in life gets their musts they don't get their shs like think about it most people have a list of shs don't they don't
you have a list of the shs things you should do you should follow through on I I should lose some weight I should work out more I should make more calls I should respond more rapidly to my email whatever you know I should get into the office earlier I should be you know more confident whatever your should list is people love to have their sh list be met but it's kind of like New Year's resolutions if it does it's really exciting but if it doesn't which is most of the time it's a little disappointing but
you kind of know it's not going to happen but when you decide something is a must for you an absolute must when you cut off any possible you say I'm going to find the way or I'm going to make the way human beings when they resolve things when they make a real resolution inside themselves which is they raise the standard they make it a must they find the way I started with nothing and I built a company operates all over the world I've earn millions of dollars and I've come to the conclusion that you and
I are capable of doing whatever we can see if we can hold it in our head we can hold it in our hand we've got to step out and do different we've got to quit playing like this is a game we've got to treat life like what it is it's sacred and we're capable of doing anything we want but we've got to do it it ain't going to happen for us as we look at our goals and dreams every day we have to begin to revamp our thinking we have to begin to sell ourselves on
the ability to do that to say it's possible and we have to convince ourselves of that on an ongoing basis because we live in a world where we told more about our limitations rather than our potential your goals are affecting you whatever they are your goals affect your handshake your goals affect your attitude personality your goals affect the way you walk the way you talk the way you dress all day long we're being affected by our goals you have the talent you have the creativity you have the confidence you need to see yourself as a
