hey Mike hilly here and I have an update video for you this is 8 days into my master plan the method behind the madness of what I'm doing to build my AI boomerang business on a completely different level okay because it's not practices over it is game time so if you didn't see the first video what's this one and if you didn't see the second one watch this one because it's a follow-up where I went through and I showed you that at the end of the second video I showed you the plan that I was
going to do where I was going to take a new person once I rolled them I was going to create a training page facebook Messenger bought some trainings here do some zooms and the whole nine yards and what I'm gonna do next is I'm going to take you to my computer I'm going to show you that I already completed these tasks and they're slick they are slick and then at the end of the video I'm going to show you the next step for creating massive momentum for my team so hopefully you're getting something out of
this I'm enjoying and putting these out here I'm getting a lot of great comments feel free to leave some comments below ask me questions things like that so I'll see you on my computer okay so here's the Facebook group I just created it called boom time I only got a couple people in it because they just put it together when my team when somebody joins my team what I do is I have this announcement pinned there and basically they you know they get on here and they see this you know this right here and then
what happens is I have them connected to a facebook Messenger automated messaging boss so let me show you actually a demonstration of it what it'll do and we're gonna go right here okay so as soon as it they push that it's going to have their name and their phone number or their information right here and then what it does is it starts automating the thing and it looks like I'm texting them and stuff like that so it's really cool I'm going to give you some quick information to help you get started correctly okay so then
they can you know so I and I have time delays on there I've got phone numbers things like that and then I'm gonna show you this right here it'll come through one more time so I got these people's phone numbers on here so I'll just block them out for a second but then the last one that comes through next I want to give you to take time to training site I made and then boom so now the important part is I'm going to train my people right so they they just came in here so they're
connected and I now can communicate through them directly with Facebook Messenger if I do a broadcast but I click watch videos now and it will take them straight to the training sites where I have the back-office training how to enroll a new person I decide to demonstration and pre-launch commission so if they click on it obviously they can go in and I do it real quick you know this was four minutes long the other ones like one minute long and then I will continue to add to this as quick as possible and the cool part
is is this looks insane on mobile alright so and then you can see these are the people that have come in so far different levels if you watched the other video so in eight days I put thirty-five personals in and so that's pretty good that's actually over the average that I talked about in that first video so I'm actually a little bit above it and working on that trying to stay consistent you know that kind of thing so we'll see well you know I shot for a big one right here I'm but we'll see how
it works out but anyhow I think you would like this so I'll see you on the dry erase board now and I'll show you the rest of what I'm doing Thanks alright so now I want to follow up at the end of the video here and I'm going to show you the next phase well what I'm doing to build momentum not only for myself most importantly for the people that are on my team because if you understand these last principles of what I'm doing and hopefully are getting something out of this you'll see that it
will all begin to make sense so I had all the plans put together drew it out got my plan started executing and so on and getting people involved in everything but now I want to show you this is that kind of the core thing that I'm following this is the exact strategy that I wrote about in my book network marketing made easy and get a free copy of it if you want but the five steps that I've followed throughout my entire career okay their prospect contact present follow-up and repeat and then I I made in
a little asterisk because you can cash checks if you do this correctly prospecting is what I'm showing people how to do to generate leads contacting is exactly the presentations I'm showing and teaching them how to get their message in front of summer make the contact the initial contact to present using the hire text stuff that I'm putting together and the company put the how to follow up with them and I'm doing a lot of the follow-up for my people using Facebook ads and things like that and then we're just repeating the process so we're scaling
this that's the other thing in business it's all about scale now how momentum is created is very simply this most of you probably or you probably have seen the round swimming pools right and if you've ever been had any fun with the round swimming pool you get a few people in there and you start walking in the same direction okay so here's our swimming swimming pool and this is the dumbest analogy you're gonna see on momentum but I think it'll make sense for you this person right here sees a swimming pool and they decide that
they're going to get in okay if they begin to walk in this direction it is very hard because they're on an island and they are working by themselves to try to create momentum but if another person joins and we get them on the same process using the same systems the this person then begins to walk in the same direction doing the exact same tasks the water starts to flow a little better if one or two of these people get some people in and they start walking in the same direction and another person joins and another
person joins what begins to happen this is the most important part is if you get everybody on the same page doing the same thing the inertia begins to go so at first everybody's kind of going through the hard deep water but then the motion the momentum begins to go okay you're creating community you're creating culture right here this is where it's important but the best part about this is as this thing starts to go faster and faster and faster and more people become involved the person looking from the outside this is why I'm getting people
that are jumping on board so quickly and some of my teammates are doing the same it's because we're showing the momentum already in a very short period of time and when they're on the outside looking in they see the excitement of the swimming pool and inevitably they want to dive in but the best part is is we are already creating the momentum I'm already creating the swimming pool momentum for the team so that they can get going and this collectively works in the company as well okay so I've got a lot of other things and
