now the reason why it's so important to put God first each and every day is because there's so many competing forces and factors all around us as you go through your day are you mindful that you're exposed to so much worldliness and so much spiritual corruption and material that works to pull you away from God with this in mind my message to you today is inspired by the words found in Psalm 113 verse 2-3 let the name of the Lord be praised both now and forever more from the rising of the Sun to the place
where it sets the name of the Lord is to be praised we need to have hearts filled with praise praise attracts the presence of God praise magnifies the Lord and not your situation when you constantly praise the Lord You Are are saying I'd rather be in your presence Lord Jesus than to be outside and enjoying the pleasures of the world I would rather my heart and mind be focused on you Jesus rather than the distractions offered by the world so fight to praise God in your heart and in your mind at every given opportunity fight
to find something a moment an opportunity to speak to him once more to sing praises to Him that way you're always in tune you develop a habit of always speaking to Jesus anywhere and everywhere now I would like to highlight Psalm 145 a chapter of Praise verse 1-8 says I will exalt you my God the king I will praise your name forever and ever every day I will praise you and exall your name forever and ever great is the Lord and most worthy of Praise His greatness no one can fathom one generation commends your Works
to another they tell of your Mighty acts they speak of the Glorious Splendor of your majesty and I will meditate on your wonderful Works they will tell of the power of your awesome works and I will Proclaim your great Deeds they celebrate your abundant goodness and joyfully sing your righteousness the Lord is gracious and compassionate slow to anger and rich in love the Lord is good to all he has compassion on all he has made all your works praise you lord your faithful people extol you the they tell of the glory of your kingdom and
speak of your might so that all people may know of your Mighty acts and the Glorious Splendor of your kingdom your kingdom is an everlasting Kingdom and your Dominion endures through all generations the Lord is trustworthy in all he promises and faithful in all he does the Lord upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bad bowed down the eyes of all look to you and you give them their food at the proper time you open your hand and satisfy the desires of every living thing the Lord is righteous in all his ways
and faithful in all he does the Lord is near to all who call on him to all who call on him in truth we can't always change our circumstances but we can change our attitude and our Outlook we can choose to feed our spirit with God's word and reject the spirit of fear so wherever you're at right now you are not there by accident God has placed you where you are the fight you face the battle you're in it all has a purpose and in the fullness of his timing the Lord will make a way
for you let us pray King Jesus the almighty one teach us to be more trusting help us to build our faith May the Holy Ghost teach us and remind us that the troubles we Face serve a purpose the pain that we feel the people who reject us can all be a blessing in disguise the tough situations and trials we go through can be the Lord ordering our steps positioning us for increase for healing for breakthrough dear Lord we come before you today offering up our praise and worship at your Holy Name fill our hearts with
an intense and burning desire to earnestly seek you day and night Lord fill us with your love and joy give us hearts that are committed to praise and worship you I declare your word in Psalm 103 verse 1 to2 praise the Lord my soul all my inmost being praise His holy name praise the Lord my soul and forget not all his benefits I praise you because you are a God who forgives all of our iniquities I praise you because you are a God who heals restores and makes us whole again I praise you because you
are a God who has saved us from destruction and shown us loving kindness and Tender Mercies I will bless your holy name as long as I live I will lift up my hands and praise Only You Lord Jesus Holy Spirit help us to have hearts and lips that are filled with praise so that when things are good I will bless the Lord with all my soul and all that is within me I will praise His holy name and when life is challenging or difficult I will still bless the Lord Lord with all my soul and
all that is within me I will praise His holy name I Praise You Lord Jesus because you are the one who can quench my thirsty Soul you are the one who Faithfully loves me you are the lifegiver you alone are the one who can revive my soul and refresh my spirit it is in your presence that I am made whole I praise you because of your abundant and unfailing mercies for as long as I am alive I will lift up my heart voice and hands to worship you father as the deer pants for streams of
water so my soul pants for you my God my soul thirsts for God for the Living God only your presence Lord Jesus can bring transformation into our lives only your presence can revive and refresh us father rekindle our flame for you so that we can have a strong desire to chase Holiness and live righteously I invite your presence Lord to remove all of the turmoil and fear around us may your love love and mercy Reign be our Sanctuary Lord our place of safety and refuge your word in John 7:38 says he who believes in me
as the scripture has said out of his heart will flow rivers of Living Water Lord I pray that you would touch our lives in such a mighty way that rivers of Living Water will will flow continually from our innermost being be glorified now and forever more thank you for listening to this prayer Lord amen I will exalt you my God the king I will praise your name Forever and Ever every day I will praise you and extol your name forever and ever great is the Lord and most worthy of Praise His greatness no one can
