New Year. Welcome to the morning show. We're your hosts. I'm Rachel Watt >> and I'm Louisa Tuten. Happy New Year everyone. >> Yes, it's so great to see you guys with us here on the first day of the year. So, if you're watching in the Facebook group, please come on over um to the Zoom. We would love to see you and see your comments in the chat and interact with you. So, come on over. Um but happy New year everyone. Happy New Year. It's the first day of 2026. Can you believe it? And I hope
you all had a wonderful end to 2025. So whether you're glad to put the year behind you or had plenty of milestones to celebrate, today is really about fresh starts and new energy. So I personally love the start of a new year. It's my chance to declutter, pack away decorations, and get the house in order so I can begin with a clean sleigh. And it's summertime here in Australia, so There's no shortage of beach and pool days to enjoy. So Louisa, how about you? How did you bring in the new year? Yes. First of all,
happy new year again to everyone. So I love this day of the year. uh on the 31st of December, I always take a moment to reflect on everything that's happened in the past and looking both in the positive and the negative and I take time to express gratitude and then consciously let it go. So this practice helps help helps me To clear my energy and make a fresh start because for me January 1 is the day of possibility a day when a whole new horizon opens up ahead of me and where anything feel possible. So
uh there is this sparkling energy in the air that you can feel and you can feel the magic. And today I have some family coming over for lunch. So uh I hope then after also the week my flu will go away. May you have noticed my voice and I will finally go down downtown for a walk to See the Christmas lights the Christmas market which I have not done yet. >> Oh wow, that sounds magical. I love Christmas markets too. So I really hope you get to enjoy a lovely family lunch and just a gentle
walk while you're recovering, soaking up the festivities. [laughter] Yes. Yes. But now it's time for today's prize draw. So once again, we have an amazing participation through the prize and for today we will uh you will have a Chance to win an Elgato Key Light Neo if you share your breakthrough after the master class. So you know I think now you know how it works. There will be a post every day up in the group after each master class. And so go there, share your breakthrough. That could be an inside and a haha moment or
a lesson. And you have till midnight c to share to share your breakthrough and to be put into the draw. And every day here dur in the master show in the morning show. Why Master show? [laughter] It's a new word. In the morning, we will pick random a winner who will win a great prize. So, and the ones that share the breakthrough every day have the chance to win an iPad. Wow. Yay. That it is getting close now. I mean, we're day eight already. That's crazy. So, we love when you share your breakthroughs. We have
seen some great ones after yesterday's master class. So, as always, we went through the post and picked some Um of the comments out to share with you here on the morning show. So, um Tanya says, "Not everyone is a visionary, but when guided properly, miraculous visions are born." Yes, they are. Um Claudius commented, "We overestimate what we can achieve in the short run, but we heavily underestimate what we can achieve in the long run. For example, 10 years." That's so true. We always try and get everything done like in a few months rather than the
long term. I love that One. Claudius earlier shared, "Showing your authent authenticity and shine is not about ego. It's about impact and inspiring others to do the same. It really made me reflect on where I still fear my own power and may hold myself back." Oo, that's such a powerful realization, Ola. And to have it on the cusp of a new year is so powerful. So, thank you for sharing with us. Ena, can you please spin today's wheel? Let's see who our winner is going to be. While it's spinning, good morning. Happy New Year, everyone.
I can see all your comments in the chat. We love it. >> Oh, let's see who is the winner today. >> Eva Zun, is that how I say the start? Eva Zun. Um, you are the winner. Congratulations. You have won the Boss Sound Link Revolve Plus Bluetooth speaker. So to claim your prize pre, please reach out to
[email protected] and they will sort that out for you. >> Yes, congratulation Eva. And yesterday We had another great master class. It was not about the theory. We did four amazing exercises. So we started with the will of life
and some of us discovered that it was the turn improperly. So we picked a couple of areas to improve and decided what action we would need to take to improve them. So then we moved into a 10-year vision before going into a one-year vision. And after that we did the napkin exercise where we decided on our numbers for 2020. Uh, oh my god, 2026. I [laughter] was already in 2027. Oh my god. No, no, no. We have a live. We have [laughter] >> So now we have everything in place to make 2026 a great year.
And we need to take action because no vision can be realized if we just wait for it to happen. So and no goal can be achieved if we we don't take action. So having a clear vision give us focus and motivation which in turns give us the Energy to make the decision and take action. >> Absolutely. Like as you just shared Louisa goals aren't alone aren't enough. You know goals um describe a future outcome usually something tangible like income, health or lifestyle. And having a vision really matters because it's what carries you through the low
moments, especially when it's anchored in what you genuinely want. But here's the paradox. The person who achieves the Goal is not the same person who said it. So if they were, you'd already have what you desire. So reaching the goal requires becoming someone with more focus, more discipline, more decisiveness, and selfrust. And the good news is none of those qualities are missing. You already have them. The shift happens when they become your standard because standards are what makes goals inevitable. So for example, if your goal is to lose 10 kilos, you Don't wait until you've
lost the weight to change your habits. You set the standard of someone who is 10 kilos lighter. You eat like them, you move like them, you think like them. And you know, I did exactly this going into 2025 and 12 months later I'm 14 kilos lighter. Not because of willpower, but because my standards changed. And the same applies to business. If your goal is a six-figure business, set six figure standards. Invest like one, sell like One, get support like one. Become the person who runs a six-figure business and the results will follow. So set your
standards and your goals will take care of themselves. >> Yes, totally. is crucial crucial to have a clear vision on what you want your life and your business to look like and focus on becoming the person capable of making it a reality. As the saying goes, if you don't know where you are going, you'll never get there. [laughter] >> Think of it as a GPS road map. You might occen occasionally take a scenic route or a phase the tour but a clear destination in mind. You can always find your way back on track. So as
Sigrun shared yesterday, the quote of the day is a year from now you will wish you had started today. Is it day one or one day for you? So I think this is very very powerful and let me share a quick example that really brings this to life. Yesterday we met Jana one year ago. Jana Was exactly where many of you are right now watching the 12 days of master classes taking it all in and deciding what to do the next. She she chose to join Kickstart. She told us she never imagined that just one
year later she would be on the screen with Sigun being interviewed as a success story and she said as she said that she literally had goosebumps. So Jana we told us that she has a celic celiac disease and different allergies and she Is passionate about showing that healthy food can still be tasty. And in her four-week free course she taught people how to get inspiration from everyday cooking and how to cook healthy, tasty and easy meals. So she had 6,000 signups. Can you imagine 6,000 >> to a real record? And then she offered an upsell
uh as an upsell a membership that was joined by hundreds. So she also admitted that she was scared to go on video to teach, but she followed the Process to the tea and she did it. And her message were really simple. If I can do it, you can do it. >> Absolutely. And I really remember Janna's journey well. Her story is like such a powerful reminder that everything changes the moment you decide to begin. And with today being day one of the new year, this is the perfect moment to turn intention into action with a
simple but powerful exercise. So for those of you who are with us, grab a pen or open your Notes and just we're going to just do a quick mindset exercise with you to start this brand new year. So, the first thing I'd like you to do is choose one small thing you can start today. So, think about one small but meaningful action you can take today that aligns with the vision that you've been working on. So, for example, if your goal is to build a six-figure online business, maybe it's getting on the SA Kickstart insider
list to learn how. Or if your goal is better Health, maybe it's going for a 15minute walk or prepping a healthy meal. So choose one small thing that you can start today, a meaningful action. And then once you've chosen this action, we need to anchor it. So I want you to start it with today is day one of. So for example, today is day one of showing up daily in my business or today is day one of prioritizing my health and well-being. So, we really want to anchor the action and the small step that You're
going to take cuz how do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time. [laughter] [gasps] And then the final thing is to really bring it home is to reflect. So ask yourself, what will it feel like to look back a year from now knowing I started today? So what will it feel like to look back a year from now knowing I started today? Because I think one of our breakthrough was we underestimate what you can well we overestimate what You can achieve in the short term but underestimate what you can do in the long
term. So remember every great achievement starts with a day one. So take that first step no matter how small and watch your momentum grow and feel free to share your day one action on the group replay or the breakthrough post. We'd totally love to cheer you on. So um yes ask yourself what's one small thing you can start today anchor it with today is day one of and then reflect by asking Yourself what will it feel like to look back a year from now knowing I started today >> and I put in the chat the
three steps so you have it there to to write it down during the uh the five minutes uh uh timer and we love read to read in the breakthrough post when you mention [laughter] what we did as a mindset exercise because these are small but very powerful exercise that helps what Sigun Then she told will will tell about the master class. So speaking about today's and it's almost time for today's master class. Unleash your business potential with AI. Wow, it's a big one. I love this one. You know, it's one of my favorite. >> So
learn how to use artificial intelligent toer your productivity when it comes to creating and dedic editing your online courses and marketing content. So this master class will equip You with an AI toolkit and strategies to grow a successful online business. So we are almost to the five minutes countdown going on. So prepare for the master class. Grab your notebook, pen, something to drink and ready to join in five minutes. And in the meanwhile, we again [laughter] wish you a happy new year, a great first day of the year, a great 2026 ahead of us, and
I think Ena can reach our five minutes timer. So, goodbye and see you Tomorrow. >> Bye everyone. Hi, I'm Sigron. I help female online entrepreneurs [music] scale from zero to seven figures. Nothing stops us when our vision is strong. Overnight success is many years [music] in the making. Invest in yourself. Be willing to fail. Do [music] things that other people are not willing to do. I believe that the only courage anybody ever needs is the courage [music] to follow your own Dreams. If C can do it, you can do it. Hello and happy new year.
I am so happy that you are here today because I know this is early on New Year's Day and some people would maybe prefer to sleep in. That's why this actually is the master class where we have they have the lowest attendance. We noticed up front that 1st of January some people like to sleep in and they don't like to show up to a master class but they will be watching The replay. So for you guys who are actually here live with me I want to say thank you that I'm not here all alone by
myself. So, I went to bed at 300 a.m. and I woke up at 700 a.m. So, that's only 4 hours of sleep. And here I am. I'll just take a little nap this afternoon. It's no problem. I am happy to be here today with you. What do you think about my earrings? They're cool, huh? I don't have 12 Christmas earrings yet, but I'm sure I'll get that by next Year. I have two more to go, so I'll start to mix it up again. Um, but I have 10 12 different dresses and I've also been wearing
different shoes, but I am not trying to wear 12 different shoes this time because I have found my really comfortable shoes. Maybe you've noticed some of the pictures online. I am a super fan of sneaks and I like to wear them because they're just so comfortable. Heels, but like sneakers. How cool is that? So, new year, new Life. You have the chance now. This is a unique chance. The chance is different tomorrow. You have a unique chance today to start to write a new book. This book has 365 pages or 366. No. Is it 365
days this year? I hope so. Yeah. So, you you have a new book. I want you to imagine you just got this new book and it has 365 pages and you've got a you can now decide what you're going to write in those pages. You write on one page for one day of the year. So because it's now new year it is a fantastic opportunity to reflect on the vision we put together yesterday. If you didn't attend masterclass 7, people say that it was one of the best master classes. I don't know, but somehow people
really felt it was a really good one. So, if you missed masterclass 7, go and check it out because it helps you create a vision for 2026 and also for the next 10 years. So, we have a lot to cover today. We have two AI master classes, one today and one tomorrow. So what is the key difference between these two master classes? In today today's master class, we will actually be looking at one tool that helps you increase your productivity. The most popular AI tool that most people are using, chatp is the tool that most
people are using. and we'll be looking at this one tool in Depth on how it can 10x your productivity in life and business. Tomorrow's master class, we will be looking at different tools that help you also scale up. Yes, again it's also productivity but it's a different approach because I will show you lots of different tools. So today we focus on one tool. So we are moving over to my slides. We have a lot to cover as always and welcome and happy new year. Warm welcome to masterclass 8. Unleash your business potential with AI. Today
we had the morning show and uh we are now starting the master class. is typically one hour. Maybe I go five or 10 minutes longer if there's a lot to cover. Each master class is like a course in itself. Uh and so I will always have a lot of slides or I show something. Uh today we will actually going to be working in chatp. Uh then I announce the secret nugget around 11. This is a code word you can send to me in a direct message to Instagram or my Facebook page, not on my personal
profile, please. Then we have a case study. We have a guest coming on the show that we interview. Then I answer questions from you guys. And then I will reveal the Christmas hat of the day. Your checklist at
[email protected] to your contacts if you haven't already. Drag the email if you find it in the wrong place. You drag it to your inbox. Uh Join the Facebook group if you haven't already. That's where we share the breakthrough post after each master class. and you can share your breakthrough below this post and have the chance of winning
one of the breakthrough prizes. If you don't want to miss anything, we do have also events coming up after 12 days for a couple of more days. So, if you are subscribed to the calendar, that will ensure that you don't miss Anything. You can still become a friend of 12 days. A friend of 12 days means that you would like to share the magic of 12 days of master classes with maybe friends or someone you know that is curious about online business or already has an online business and would like to make it more successful.
We are at 29,84. Can you imagine? We are getting so so so close to 30,000 gifts together. And that's where I would love your help. I Would love for you to become a friend of 12 days if you aren't already. And you get a unique link and when you share this unique link, we can see that you shared it so that we can actually give out prizes to the people who are actually sharing in the link and getting signups. Just signing up for friends of [snorts] 12 days, you actually do get a prize. But of
course, it's much more valuable for us if you actually share your unique link and people sign up for The magic. It's still time to join. We are masterclass 8. We have still more master classes to go and all the replays are still available on our hub page. So, it's not too late to join for someone to come in now today and catch up. And you can win some amazing prizes if you share your unique link and people sign up including a mastermind day and dinner with me in Zurich, Switzerland. Today's worksheet, we have a worksheet
for each master class. It has three Questions on it so that you can reflect back on the master class and retain what you learn here today. All the links that I share are on the hub page. So if you are missing a link, you don't have to necessarily ask in the chat. You can always go here. We should always have the latest uh master class up here on the top. Here is the Facebook group. Here is the add 12 test to your calendar. Here is become a friend. And it's very easy. Our links are not
Complicated. If you're missing a worksheet, you just add the number of the master class to the end of the URL worksheet. So for work for work if you're looking for worksheet for masterclass 7 it is seven. If you're looking for worksheet for masterclass 8 is eight. Yeah we try to keep this simple so that you actually can enter this yourself. So free four-week course questions. I know they're popping up all the time Because in every single master class I talk about the benefits of a free four-week online course. And this is a unique concept. No
one else is teaching this. This is something I came up with eight years ago because I was frustrated by the success of my own students. They weren't doing the work. They joined my programs, they paid me money, but then they were not doing the work or maybe only 10% of them. And I was very very frustrated. So I came up with a new Concept of how to teach. The way I teach is very different how other people teach. I came up with the concept of a free four-week online course. If someone else is offering something
similar, they probably stole it from me. Okay. So, how do you structure a free four-week online course? How do you deliver the content? Is it live or recorded? How many hours per week? And there are so many questions popping up. And my worry is that if I start to Answer all these questions, you get stuck in the details. And where's the problem? Then we cannot stick to the strategy. and we're trying to stay high level here in the master classes and stick to the strategy. So, I will answer all the nitty-gritty questions, all the details
on the final master class, masterclass 12th, January 5th. That's a Monday. And I know it's a Monday, so maybe some of you are back to work. Some have appointments already set up. So, I'm offering you three different times, 10:00 a.m., 2 pm, and 6 pm. You can select one of these times so that you can come live to the master class. There will be a show up bonus, which is the 12 days of master classes guide. The only way to get that guide is when you show up live. So, why we don't sell right away?
This popped up yesterday in the master class. Most people think the fastest way to make money online is to sell something Immediately. H immediately when you meet someone, you try to sell them something. How do you think that works? Right away. Someone finds you online and you instantly try to sell them something. Some people will buy, but a very very small percentage. Yeah, it is somewhere between 1 and 5% if your offer is very good. So, someone Asked yesterday, instead of having a free four-week course, can I just not sell it for 47? And I'm
like, uh, yeah, they have to know you and like you and trust you first. So, it's not the best way. Yeah, it is a way, but it's not the best way. It usually leads to the wrong offer, wrong audience, and a lot of frustration because there's such a small percentage of people that actually is ready to buy things right away on the internet Without building up trust. You have to build up trust. In summer kickstart, we don't rush to sell. It is not a getrichqu scheme. No, we want to build that trust. We want people
to trust us before they buy. We first make sure that you know your ideal client. Even if you've been in business for years, do you know what? I have met women who are in business 10 or 20 years and they actually don't know their ideal client. Shocking, right? It is shocking to me that you can be in business so long and actually you can sell things but you don't really really really know your ideal client. Not the way we teach it. Yeah, it is shocking. I know it is costing them a lot of money that
they don't know. Then you find out what people actually want. Like real people, not AI, not you brainstorming with yourself, not the course that you so desperately want to get out in the World. know what real people want from you and you probably don't know what they want because you didn't ask them. You build trust with them through transformation. Transformation takes 21 to 28 days. That's why I came up with a concept of a free 4-week online course. The free 4-week online course gives you this clarity very fast. You only actually have to run it
once, but it Can't really let your business take off. Maybe you were able to listen to safe. She is one of our guests. We have a live cast live guest on every master class except the last one. Cif said she started her business fresh three years ago. She had no followers in the topic that she wanted to have. She had no email list. and she did a free four-week course on how to write a short story. She got 120 people to sign up and from there she built the next offer. From There she built the
next offer and now she has almost a six-figure business. She would not have gotten this clarity if she would just have tried to sell a course right away. And she only had to run the free four-week online course once by watching how real people show up, engage, and respond. You know what to do next. So, how do you make money in Kickstart then? Yes, I know you want to know. It Is about selling the right thing at the right time. Inside Kickstart, you find out who your ideal client is and what they want. I said
this already. You offer the free four-week online course as a transformation. 21 to 28 days. That's what it takes. And during the course, you find out what they want next. Yeah, we have a way to do it through feedback forms, but also learning how to read the room. You have to be able to Read the room, figure out what people want from you, and we'll teach you that. Then you make a paid upsell, a signature program. Some people are hooked up on the naming conventions here. An upsell is just something more expensive than what you
sold before. So if you had a free course before, anything you sell afterwards is an upsell. Signature course or signature program is the program you want to be known for. It's typically 6, 8, 10, or 12 weeks. It's a Bit longer than a four-week course. It is typically more meteor. It has a bigger transformation. There's a bigger outcome possible. You make your investment back during Kickstart or afterwards. Yeah. What everyone leaves with is two programs in their ascension model. Ready to sell four-week online course with testimonials. Remember, testimonials are gold. Without testimonials, it's very hard
to sell Anything online. And ready to start upsell, a signature program. Is this clear to everyone? I guess if you're here live and you've been attending many of the master classes, you probably are clear on this, but we had some we had many questions come up yesterday and I'm like, well, I need new bonus slides. Okay, again, I'm showing you the pyramid here on the right hand side. If we take the example of safe, she had a free four-week course on how To write a short story and then she publishes a book afterwards with all
the short stories that her participants have written. The next thing that people wanted from her was to write a whole book, a manuscript. It makes sense, right? Short story first. Now you're a published author, but the the story is very short. Now you want to write a whole book. That was her next program. And what happens after you write a book? You want to edit and publish it and Market it, self-publish it. The the ascension model, the customer journey is so logical. Still, she had to do it with real people to really figure out that
they actually wanted this from her. We have many book coaches. They don't always do exactly the same thing. Yeah. We have another life guest today who is also a book coach and C is not doing exactly the same as Civ because their journeys are different. When they do their free four-week course, they find Out different things. So, you cannot just go and copy somebody else's customer journey or ascension model. You'll have to figure it out on your own with real people because you are different. You are unique. The starter course is a free four-week course.
You run it free only once. You create it with your participants. During the course, you find out what people want next. Then you sell the next program. You again create it with your Clients. You do not have to have anything ready before. If you have something before, that's okay. But still check if people actually want that next thing. During the signature program, you can also find out again what they want from you next to build the third program. It is a thing that can go on forever really, but three programs is enough. You don't create
anything before you have signups. So, memberships question that come came up yesterday and probably a couple of times in the other master classes because our live guest yesterday was Jana and she sold a membership after her free four-week course. So, of course, some questions popped up around the topic of memberships. When to offer a membership? You have a large email list or social media following. You've done a free 4-week course with many participants. You think you can sell 100 Spots in your new memberships or more? When not to offer a membership? You have a small
email list and few social media followers. You have less than thousand participants in your free four-week course. You think you cannot sell at least thousand 100 spots in your new membership. Memberships are not easy. It's courses are actually easier than memberships. There is this myth out there. Oh, I'll just do a membership. Memberships are typically lower price And typically a lot of work. And you should only do them when you know you can have enough participants. So please for now stay away from memberships unless you do a free four-week online course and you get thousands
of people signing up. But you create the free four-week course before offering it. Absolutely not. We do not create anything ever before we get signups. Yeah. Why join the insider list? We have an Insider list. That is a list for women who are seriously considering building their online business this year, 2026. We have to get used to it. 2026. 2026. And instead of just thinking about it and putting it off and saying one day instead of day one, you want to know more on how you could do that in 2026, then you join the insider
list. Those who are on the insider list are the first to know when we open doors to SA Kickstart and they get early access to The program. Only insiders get insider bonuses valued at €7,000. you will know whether some of Kickstart is right for you before doors actually open to the public. Doors to the inside list close January 3rd, 100 p.m. Central European time. So that's not tomorrow. That's the day after if you're watching this live or you're watching the replay on the day. Join today so you don't miss out. Okay. Is everyone on the
inside list? Make Sure you're on the inside list. Yes, of course you are. Those who show up live, they typically show up for everything. They're showing up for themselves. They are signing up for the Insider list. They show up for calls every day. Do you know that I run a mastermind uh red circle with women making more than €250,000 euro a year and they are scaling up to a million. And you know What? H how many of them started? So we have for instance one making 500,000. And how did she start? She started the 12
days of master classes. She watched every master class. Then she joined SA Kickstart. Then she joined Momentum 360 which our group coaching program. And then she came into red circle. And now she's been I think five years in red circle. That's just Example of one client. Many of her clients stay many many years with us. And it's just about going on this customer journey. So some programs you can repeat uh as often as you like because you change and your business changed. Okay, moving on. Moving on. So stay tuned. We have four more master classes.
We have an AI master class tomorrow where I cover lots of different tools to scale up your business. Then we have a Sales masterass. Then we have a behind thescenes master class where I show you behind the scenes of my multiple sevenfigure business and the ultimate online business masterass. On January 5th, I will cover online strategies that work in 2026 and five steps for more sales without selling your time or soul. I will talk about how women are scaling to 100,000 250,000 and more and how you can do that too wherever you are starting out
from right now. So we are going to cover one tool today, chatter GP, because that is one of the most popular tools, the one I use the most and there's so much to cover that I'm dedicating one master class to Chatter DP. Tomorrow in the second AI master class, I will be covering lots of different tools. So just that you are aware what's happening today versus tomorrow. Since we have two AI master classes, I'll show you how to create show you how To use Chattip to create content faster, improve quality, and save hours every week.
The theme of this master class is really how to 10x your productivity. And tomorrow, I'll show you tools that help you scale your online business. Okay, so the first things first, even if you have been using Chatt DP for a while, you're probably not doing it correctly. Okay, one account setting can change everything. You can set this up in five Minutes. Uh you can either do it right away as I show it or probably even better doing it after the master class. So you may have to watch this master class again. I have some prompts
and examples for you. So, you may want to actually go and watch the video again at your own pace and do some of the things that I'm showing you. But the first settings you could actually do with me. So, if you set your account up correctly, then you'll get better Answers. So, you sign up or log in at uh chatgp.com. We're just going to set this up here in the background. And uh if you don't have an account, you set you get yourself a free account. If you use it a lot, you upgrade and it's
$20 a month. And I highly recommend you do. Okay. So, the first thing I want you to do, I'm assuming that you have a Chatp account. If not, you sign up for one Pronto. Uh so, you are going to look for this icon here. Do you see this blue? Well, it's purple purple thing in the bottom bottom left corner is a purple thing and you click on it and you find personalization and you go and click on personalization and then you get this window. And now we're going to take you through some settings that many
of you might not have set up even if you're using ChattP daily and maybe have been using it for Two three years. We're going to try to zoom in if we can. Yeah. Does this helpful? Yep. Do you see it better now? So, you find the little purple icon in the left bottom corner. You click on it and then there were a few things you could choose from and you choose personalization. And you want to pick the base style and tone. How should ChattP talk to you? Default, professional, friendly, candid, quirky, efficient, nerdy, cynical, depends
on the type you like. Um, so we're going to pick uh friendly, warm and chatty, or direct and encouraging, efficient, concise, and plain. H, what do we like? Uh, quirky. Oh, playful, imaginative. I'm going to put friendly for now. Characteristics. Choose additional customizations on top of your base style and tone. So you can have default, warm, you can have Friendlier and more personable. So that's what I choose here. You can have enthusiastic, more energy and excitement headers and lists. Yes, use more clear formatting and lists instead of the default emoji. Uh, use more emoji or
use less emoji. Okay, I am of the type that I like emoji but not too much. If it's too much, it start to look like a a childish thing. So, uh I'm keeping it default for now because I was worried that it's doing too much. So, this is How we get starting on personalization. Uh I show you this here in the slide. So, if you're watching this afterwards, this is this the logo here and this is uh here is also the direct link. Okay. So the next thing we want to do in the settings is
context versus behavior. So context, we want to tell chatterp a little bit about you. So the more it knows about you, the helpful more helpful it is and the better answers you're going to get. So who am I and what do I do? That's what you want to tell chatp. behavior is our custom inter structures on how you want chatdp to behave with you. Okay, so how I want you to work with me. So you want to make some input in these two boxes that are in the personalization box. So this is still in the
personalization box. Here are custom instructions and here is the about you section. Okay, I will show you this on the slide as well because that's easier To read. So about you. So you can write a whole thing. So I wrote this. I help women start and scale an online business from zero to seven figures with scalable online programs. I teach them how to create courses and memberships and do profitable launches and funnels. I'm 12 years in online business. I've made 21 million euro and worked with 9,000 clients and trained over 200,000. I think we have
an extra zero here. I still said 200,000 but there was an extra zero. That is funny. Uh in my free trainings I have a team of 23 experts and coaches who are as passionate as me about helping women succeed. I've done five seven figure launches. I'm considered a leading launch expert and very experienced business mentor. I have four master's degrees including uh master of science in computer science and MBA from London Business School and I was 10ear CEO of 7 to 8 figure businesses before I started my online business on January 1st, 2024. I guess
I was a little bit uh not paying attention. That is funny. Okay. So now, because I discovered two mistakes here, uh, we can update this because we probably have it wrong here. So, we're going to go to the about section. We're going to click here and we're going to add this and we're going to click save. Okay. So, you're going to Write your own version. Tell Chatty GP what you do, a little bit about your background, anything that you deem relevant for the work you want to do with Chatty GP. Okay, so custom instructions. Then
it's about the behavior. How do you want to be to behave towards you? And I write here as a non-native English speaker, I prefer clear language that is understood by a 12-year-old. Actually, By the way, we all should be writing language that is understood by a 12-year-old because that's how marketing works. If you're writing expert language, people will not understand what you're saying and they will just scan through it and they will not sign up. So, we teach in all our programs, always write as if it was for a 12-year-old. So, it's scannable, simple words,
easy to read. Write a clear, confident tone. Ask me one question only If truly necessary because you know Chat DP always continues endlessly asking you questions. Uh, never invent results, numbers, or testimonials. You know that chatp likes to invent stuff. At least you want to tell it that you don't want it. It's that might still happen, but at least it's going to reduce. Oh. This went too fast. Uh pre pre I prefer checklist, frameworks and examples rather than lots of text, lots Of text. I want bullet points. I want frameworks. That's much easier for me
to consume. I'm a very visual learner. Use emojis where it makes sense for better readability. That's where I like emojis. Don't use horizontal lines. I hate those horizontal lines. It's like line line. Uh, and then I also don't like digital offers. Uh, I offer online programs, but Chhatti really likes to put digital offers or digital courses. Ah, I don't like it. I just don't like the word. Yeah. So, now we take this. You of course create your own version and we make sure that this is in the custom instructions. Okay. and we save. Anything else
is uh it will ask for your nickname and then your occupation. I just put in several things online business mentor, launch strategist, entrepreneur. Uh so that is the personalization you should be doing to make chatty work better. And I know that There are people using chatty DP for years and they don't they haven't done anything in their custom instructions or the about section. Yeah. So, I have screenshots of all of this for you guys. So, if you missed the first part, where were we? You look for the purple icon on the bottom left. You go
to personalization. You get the box and you do exactly what I did now. You put in your own versions of these texts And chatp is going to be much better for you. It's not always purple. Oh, okay. Maybe it's not purple in my case. Yeah, maybe you have a different color. That could be. Okay. So, what to turn off and what to turn on. Off and on. Oh my god, there's lots of errors today, guys. Maybe I was parting too much. Right. You want personalization on and you want memory on Because if you're talking to
Chaffy DP the next day and it has forgotten everything you talked about that is super annoying. So you want memory to be on. So you want to make sure that in this box you have clicked memories on. Yeah. Super important. I think it's on by default but you just double check it. Yeah, you want training off. Okay, where is training? So you click around and you find the training thing. Okay, I think data controls here. Improve the model for everyone off. I have it by standard off. So I cannot turn it on, which is a
good thing. Yeah. So that is the want off. everything else default that's fine nothing more complicated and then chatty will work better for you yeah if training is off chatp does not take your stuff okay what not to do you should not paste passwords so even if you have turned Training off it is the internet and anything you put into the internet could potentially leak out somewhere where yeah so even if you have training off and chatttp promises it's not doing anything with your data you should still not paste passwords into chatp or any private
client data like names and email addresses phone numbers and stuff like that just do not do that yeah use it as a legal or medical advisor well I have my caveat to that unless you know what you're doing yeah so if I have to write a legal letter or even a contract and I know what I'm doing because I've been many many years in business. I've been a CEO for 22 years. I've been running businesses for 22 years. Uh I know what I'm doing. I've written a lot of contracts. So you can absolutely work with
ChatP. Chattip was changed a couple of months ago where they don't want you to use it as a legal or medical advisor Because there are some lawsuits going on because of something that chatp said to people or gave people the wrong advice. So if you know what you're doing and this is not business absolutely business critical or health critical then I do use chapter as a medical advisor and legal advisor. I absolutely do but I just want to give you a little warning that they have reduced like you sometimes have to convince chatb to help
you. So, for instance, the other day I was writing something and I said, I'm working with my lawyer on this contract and I actually was uh and then I want to save time and also money by putting together the contract as much as possible before I give the draft to my lawyer to review and verify and then Chatty is absolutely uh willing to help you with that. uh if you do any changes with your setting on chatp you obviously have to Click the save button otherwise it doesn't get saved. Yeah. So when you are using
AI whether it's chatp or other language large language model out there called llm um three things you have to consider for a great prompt context. What am I creating for whom? Why? So you want to give a little bit background information because chatp cannot read your mind. It doesn't know what you are thinking about. Maybe you want to write an email now to a very Close friend. But chatp doesn't know that this is a very close friend. So it maybe writes the email as if it's writing it to a business colleague. So you have to
give it some background. What am I creating? Oh, this is a personal email to a friend who's been my friend since I was eight years old. Not that you want to use chatty debate to write a personal email. I'm just giving it as an example. So you want to put in some constraints. What are you actually want? You know, is it a is it a long text, short text? Uh what should it avoid? Horizontal lines or dashes? Uh so if you give it background information on what you actually want to do and some boundaries, some
instructions, some constraints, then you're going to get better output and examples are fantastic. So if you want chatp to generate an image for you or you generate an email, if you have an existing email or if you have an Existing image, that is always going to be easier for chat. you you it's more likely that you actually get what you want if you have some previous examples. So, example of a strong prompt. Help me write an email about X. You put in your ex audience. You want to talk about your ideal client just in a
few words. If you have more information about the ideal client, something like we do in Kickstart, we have have you create two, three, four, five pages of an ideal Client. You definitely want to upload that to chatp. Goal, what do you want them to do? Tone, clear, confident, not salesy. Constraints, max 200 words, bullet points, no hype. So, if you write a prompt in this, this is a recipe for a prompt. This is not an actual prompt. You have to type in who is your audience, what you want to uh what you want them to
do, and what your topic is. But if you always think in these terms, you're going to have much Better results with Chatty P. You can also use RO. Yes, you are a strategic advisor. You are a professional copyriter and so forth. Yes, absolutely you can use that too. So what AI is great at is drafting, editing, speed and iteration, generating ideas and options, and analyzing existing assets, spotting patterns, gaps, and inconsistencies. That's what chatp is very good at. Make sure you use it for the right things and not for the wrong things. What AI cannot
replace, making judgment. It cannot take decisions for you. It cannot say, "Oh, this is what you should do." Or, "Oh, this is somehow the thing for you." Um, or priorities. It can suggest priorities. If you give it, hey, these are all the things that I need to do. Can you help me prioritize? It might need a lot more context to actually give you the right priorities. It doesn't have your experience, your stories, your background. So it's a little bit like a silly box there. It has a lot of knowledge. It's a language model. It can
predict what you want next. It can predict what comes next. That's it's a prediction machine basically. Uh so you have to put it give it input so you get uh good output. So I always say crap in crap out. So if you give it crap you will get crap. If you give it good stuff you're going to get Good stuff. If you give it more context, it's going to get more better. Decision making responsibility cannot be delegated to chatp or any other large language models or AI. Uh commitment and follow through. Well, this is why
people actually get a coach or buy an online program because they cannot even follow through themselves, right? I couldn't write my own book. I hired a book coach. I invested $12,000 US to have someone tell Me how to write a book. I thought I knew, but did I do it? Did I do it? No, I didn't. I thought about it for years and didn't do anything about it. I so wish I would have written my book sooner. But the thing is, I thought I could do it on my own. I thought I could keep myself
accountable. And then what I found out when I finally hired the book coach and joined an online program is that there is a recipe. You know, there are people out There that are actually experts in their field and there was a recipe for writing a book that I had no clue about. Would I have been able to write a book without a coach? Eh, nah. Well, you could say yes. But the fact that I didn't do it and I thought about it for 10 years, probably not. Yeah. Okay. Let's look at a concrete example because
that is where things get juicy. How can Chatty improve sales? So, we had A sales page converting at 18% but a new one only at 6%. and chapter GP analyzed both pages and it can tell us what to improve. So here is an example of a prompt you could use if you have one email that sells something and another email doesn't sell like what what's happening here. So you're an experienced professional conversion copywriter. Analyze this email page outline. Please identify the biggest bottleneck. Name the one thing That is likely to hurting conversions. Explain what is
unclear or misalignant. Okay, I'm going to show you the actual examples of this. So, here we have uh I'll have to make this a little bit bigger. We're not going to go into detail, but we have uploaded two pages, sales pages, and uh chatp uh went through the pages and said uh so this was the better page and this was the worst page. The better page was shorter, more concise, and immediately Gets to the core offer. The call to action and bonuses are introduced. Oops, I'm not going to ruin this. Are introduced early in the
page, reducing friction for the readers. Simplified sections with fewer repetition. Page five. U page B, the second page, the one that converted words, overwhelming length and repetition of key points. Important information is buried, requiring readers to scroll extensively. Success stories and testimonials are Scattered without a clear flow. And it goes on and on. So, I'm not going to go through all of this, but can you see the benefit? This is absolutely amazing. And do you know what it costs to have a professional copyriter do this? It costs at least $1,000 or maybe $2,000 or euro
to have a professional actually do this work for you. And now you just have chatp and can have it compare two things. uh if you have the data in this Case of course it was very helpful that we had the data we had the data from two pages and we said why is this one better why is this one worse and then we put that into chatp so chatp is getting the context oh this page is 18% conversion and this one is 6% conversion let me compare what's the difference and why and it gives us
very very clear instructions so now it goes goes on to saying, "How to improve page B? Streamline content. Remove repetitive Sections and focus on key benefits. Improve visual design. It even looks at the design of the page and not just the copy. Emphasize urgency. Focus on key testimonials. Rework the call to action strategy. Simplify bonus prepision. Conclusion: Page A success lies in its focus, clarity, and urgency, while page B dilutes value with excessive details and lack lacks a sense of immediacy. Adopting the strengths of page A can significantly Improve uh page B. Then we had
page C uh the following year and we also did the same thing and we have this whole document here over here. So that's enough for now, but this can make a huge difference. So collect data on for instance two different social media posts. If you do two posts and one gets uh more reach then have chapter 2p analyze why because sometimes you don't know why. Sometimes you just feel they look very similar to me. Yeah. And this is a very powerful example. First of all, you can save money because it would have cost $1,000 to
$2,000 for someone to do this by a professional copyriter and CHP can do it for you. But do you know the difference in revenue? 1 million euro. So is it worth analyzing your data? Yes. So if you make a social media post, you should go and check your analytics and see why one post is getting more reach Than the other. Then you take a screenshot of both posts. You upload them to the chatp. You use this prompt and it will tell you why one post performed better than the other. 10x withp you can turn any
input into action ready output. You can have it act as a second brain for decisions. Remember at the end of the day you have to decide of course and it can remember preferences. That's why we did the settings in the beginning. So you can turn messy thoughts into clear structure. So one thing that is really good to do is to do a brain dump. Do you know what a brain dump is? Brain dump. Yeah. So you there's a lot of things on your mind and you just type in with no flow, no structure, no bullet
points, no um what do you call commas or dots or lists just there's a flow. Yeah, this is what's going on my mind right now. I I need to do this. I have this on my uh I'm thinking [clears throat] about This project and actually I was thinking to do this and you can type it if you like to type. I'm a typer type. I like to type. I don't like to speak but many people actually the trend is totally towards voice. So you can speak to chatty and actually what I do is I have
chatty to pee as a oh you see a picture of me and my husband. Uh I have two shortcut buttons on my phone. One is a flashlight and the other one is Do you see it? Other one is chatttp. I have two shortcuts on my screen, flashlight and chatp. And so I can click on it and then it opens it up right away. And then of course I can speak to it. And now I'm speaking to it and I'm thinking about all the wonderful attendees at this master class. and I'm thinking what they want to
learn next blah blah blah Blah blah and then I send this off to chatp and it can make it of course I didn't give it instructions but I should do that next so here are my messy thoughts about topic I want to talk about my online business and then you just enter the messy thoughts no structure nothing you could be a voice note it could be a live thing it could be a recording. It could be an image. It could be a sketch. It could be Text. It can be a paper that you scan in
or take a picture of. Anything. And you just says, "Please structure this into a clear core idea, three supporting points, a short summary." And this could be a preparation for a blog post or a podcast. So, when I was doing my podcast, I'm currently on a break, uh, but you can go and check it out, the Sigron Show. Uh then uh some podcast episodes I scripted everything that I would say. If it was a difficult topic And I had to have it in a certain order, I would transcribe the whole thing up front before I
recorded. In some other cases, I just had bullet points. But now with Chatty DP or Chatty as I call him uh or her um with Chatty, this is so much easier. You can say, "Well, I want to do a podcast on so and so and so. I I need to bring up this point. I need to do this da da. And it just like creates a structure for you. Super easy. One idea, multiple assets. This is the one That can help you, of course, with content creation. So, you can take one idea and turn it
into a short email, social media post, headline, call to action. Keep the same core message. Do not change the strategy. Example, a blog post. So, for instance, here uh I have here an email. This is a pretty long email. Uh I'm not expecting you to always write emails like this, but this is my end of year. Uh let's just copy it. This was my end of year email. I'm sure it's like 5,000 words or something. Summary. Copy. Put into chatty. Now I put this away. And here is my end of year email from year 12
and online business. We're going to paste in the email. It's a bit long so it might have issues. And take this idea. I'm just going to copy this exact prompt. Let's see. Let's hope it doesn't go haywire here. Uh sometimes if you put in too much text it will go all hair and then I do sometimes lines or something so it's clear. Okay. Crossing fingers that I don't have to upload this. Oh no, it actually accepted it. Okay. Okay. Short email. So now it's making a short email out of this. Super short. It goes from
5,000 words to short email. Social media post Here. Headline. Call to action. Overnight success takes 10 years. Well, it's 12 years actually. Stop judging uh your year by your week. You're closer than it feels. Uh because this is a super long email. Please come up with 30 social media posts, including headlines and image ideas. Now, we let it work on this in the background. It's going to be working on this for us. So, now it has is creating 30 social media posts for us. It could be one for each day of the month and it's
all from one piece of content. One piece of original content. I highly recommend that you create one piece of original content at least once a month and if you're eager, once a week. One piece of original content written in your tone of voice with your ideas with your stories can create massive amount Of content. So now I have content for the whole month from one piece of content. But the original content should come from you. Yes, of course you can go into chatty and just say, "Oh, I would like to talk about X. Please give
me 30 social media posts." How do you think that's going to work if everybody starts to do that? Huh? How do you think that's going to look on the internet? Is that going to be very exciting? If everybody just goes To Chhatty and says, "Please write about X." H boring. Boring. Yeah, we're all going to stop reading. Yeah. If you have the feeling that this is not original content, original idea from person but actually original idea from chatty, we will stop. We will stop. Yeah. Everything will be bland. Everybody's will be the same. Especially if
they didn't do their custom instructions and about you like we did earlier. Everybody's going to sound the same. Yeah, it is starting to feel like that, doesn't it? It's a definitely a downward trend. Yeah. So, please start with original content. You don't have to write a 5,000word blog post uh email like I did, but one piece of original content can help you so so much. Here, example, after a big launch, Martin and I always celebrate not Because we need a reward, but because celebrating teacher nervous system. Now I find these social media post ideas very
short. I am not liking these ideas. I would love to have my social media posts to be more meaty, more like a mini blog post about 100 words each. Try again. So you push back. You don't accept if it's just summarizing. Chhatti is very eager to summarize. It will actually anytime I ask it to help me With something, it actually makes my email much shorter and I'm like, "No, I don't like that. Here, this was an interesting year. For most of 2020, I didn't feel like was making protein. I feel it could mess with your
head." So this sounds exactly like me because I've given it good instructions. I gave it uh a piece of original content and now it is creating much better social media posts. So this is what anybody can do but please start with original content. Okay. So oh yeah this was what we did already. So okay something decent and better instantly. Uh I wanted to uh show you here. So often I have something and it's pretty good but it's maybe not good enough, right? So then I give Chatty the thing that is good but maybe not good
enough. And uh it can make it better. I want to quickly show you something. We're not going to actually do it uh uh live because I see time is flying away. But time is flying away. Uh I will show you here quickly. Uh just an email. So I want to show you an email here. Do you think it's very easy to read this email? This was an email we used last year when people joined Sun Kickstart. There's a lot to cover because uh you know we have uh you know reserve the dates for our first
week, fill out the intake form, join our Group, go to the teaching platform. Here are the coaching calls. Do you think it's easy to read this? Yeah. This is a text that I wrote originally, right? And we've been using it for years. And this year I was like, nah, this is not good. This is not good. What did I do? I took the text and put it into chatty. And what did I do? I'll just show you this briefly. See? Do you see this text? Chatty did it. Chatty just made it. It Put a little
emoji. There are bullet points. There are headlines. There are numbers. Chatty did this. I just put in the other text and Chatty came with this. A lot easier to read. So that is so easy. Compare options you can use to more quickly take a decision on something. So let's say you're thinking of car A and car B. Maybe you are making a decision on purchasing a car or maybe uh an online program. Uh compare the trade-offs. List the risks. Identify What a what kind of a business owner each option suits. That's a good one. Do
not tell me what to choose. Okay. So, you can be comparing any options out there. So, think of something that you're deciding on. Maybe you want to go to this place on holiday or that place on holiday or you want to invest in this program or that program or you're thinking of this car or that car or different directions, different paths and you can compare have It compare the options for you. It's not deciding for you, but it's letting you know about the benefits and maybe the downsides. So, mental overload, if you have a lot
on your mind, just give it all to Chatty and have it give you a clear focus. Yeah. Share your thoughts over text or voice and say, "I have so much going on right now. I don't know what to do next. Uh, I have this. I need to do this." D. just help you kind Of manage your life. Identify the core problem. So, this is the prompt. Please identify the core problem. Maybe you don't know what's going on really because you're so overwhelmed. Explain what needs clarity before action. So, maybe you're trying to do something, but
you don't have clarity on it. And suggest a logical order of focus. The reason people get overwhelmed is because they don't know what to do Next. They're trying to do 10 things at the same time. They have too much information. They don't see the tree in the forest or whatever or the forest because of the tree. Whatever you do, they don't see clearly. Give this to Chatty. Instead of complaining, you're overwhelmed. Now you can't complain anymore because chatty can help you get rid of that. So, if you have too long to-do list or Too many
ideas, Chatty provides the help. We can also work with agents. We're going to go a little bit longer today, guys. Is that okay? We do have a few things to cover. Yeah. Is that okay? Okay. Uh, email agents. You can have an email agent that goes through your email. So, I'm going to show you how you work with agents. Background prep agent, monitoring agent. So now we're going to uh start again here uh with a new chat. New chat. Yeah. So when you go here, you have different options. Okay. You can go into agent mode.
Agent mode. And then you can pick a source. And I have picked Gmail up front when I was preparing for this master class. So, is this clear? You're picking a certain mode of chatp and you can connect it to your Gmail, Google calendar, Google Drive, Dropbox. You can connect it to Air Table, uh Adobe, Photoshop, Canva There, Spotify, uh many [clears throat] other things. Okay, you can add more apps here. Lots of apps here you can connect it to and then Chatty can go into the app and they can work on things for you and
give you some information. Okay, so we're going to go back because I was [clears throat] Okay, so again I go into agent mode. I make sure that the thing that I want is selected and then I type in uh review my email Remove my inbox and tell me what is most important to uh to check today. Who do I need to respond to and what can I leave for later? I've already zoomed in the screen. We can maybe zoom in more. Yeah. So, I've already done this. So, let me look here. Please note that AI
agents are not magical employees. Uh they're conditional helpers that work well inside clear systems. When you hear Someone talk about AI agents, many of them are combined with some automation tools. I'm now just talking about agents inside ChatDP. So, you actually have to initiate every agent that you do. Okay. So, you are my email agent. Your job summarize each email in one sentence. Tell me if it needs a reply. Okay. I'm going to copy this. Do not write replies. I'm going to copy this. going to take out what I wrote before. You're my email agent.
Go away. Go into my email and check everything. Okay. So, of course, I did this already. You know, if you look if you're looking at at a a what do you call on a TV, they have a cook show and they're like, "Oh, here's the cake. Oh, the cake is ready." Do you guys know that? So, you kind of have to prepare up front. Uh, so we are having the agent go through my email while we are while while I'm talking to You right now. The agent is working in the background. Do you understand? It's
working. How do I deal with personal data? It's not going into the system. Yeah. You have to pay to use agents. Yes. I connected it to my email up front before I did this. Yeah. So, here's what came out uh when I was preparing the slides because I didn't want to have this all live here. So, it's it's working on it. It's it's working in background. We are still in chatp. It is going into my email and it's working in the background. Okay. So here it gave me a list. This is a screenshot I took
from TTP and reply needed. No, no, no, no. Yes. I use the paid version of Chatty Beep because I think it's totally worth the investment of $20 a month. I think that's actually cheap. Yeah. So, do you understand what an Agent is? Let's just pause here. Do you understand what an agent is? It is. It can go into other software for you and do something for you, and you can to be going and doing something else. Yeah, it's working in the background for you, but you have to initiate it. If you wanted to automatically check
your email every day, I would have to set up Sapier or Make or some automation software and then it could do this every day for me. You can ask it to prepare a response. Yes, you can do. Can you ask it to delete certain email addresses like promotion? Yes, it's coming to that as well. Yeah, it's not really virtual employee. I will I need to disappoint you. Yeah, it's more like a helper. It says it's not employees. Yeah, it's very focused. It's very narrow. This this agent can only do emails and I have to initiate
it every time unless I Set up an automation with some systems. So, deep research. This one I love. So now again here it has uh a new thing. Let's uh go a new chat. You can go here and do deep research and I want to do web search. So I don't want it to go into any other tools. I wanted to do research on gender equality. The status of gender equality. And this can take some time. I would like to know the status of gender equality in 2026. Uh especially look at the Nordic countries and
then wider Europe. I am interested in also knowing how many women own a business and the wealth of women. Are women catching up with men? I know they're not. Yeah. So, this could be my of course if I want to do a proper research, I will spend some more time on Also crafting the prompt better. I have also prepared this in the background for you guys. So I think it's here. So here is the research. This took a little while. That's why I'm not going to do it live. Uh so I will show you here
the chat. Uh do deep research on the status of gender equality Europe. Focus on advances made recipes at work where equality has fallen back. Verified resources of data. Summarize the Findings clearly. Then it asked me for clarification. Uh looking for data across Europe, all of Europe including Iceland. Include also wealth. How do women compared to men regarding wealth last 12 years? So now it creates a report. It took seven minutes. That's why we're not doing this live. You understand that? That's going to take 27 sources, 100 searches. This is working in the background. You can
go and have a Coffee. You go out for a walk. You do something else. Yeah. So, it has all the resources in it. It will tell me exactly where everything is from. So, you can check that. You can click on the links and so it it's not making stuff up. Yeah. But you can double check. So, now it has a whole report for you. And if you're thinking of writing a blog post or doing a podcast or writing an email that has some research related topics, it does all of this for you. Or thinking of
creating a course. Yeah, of course. Anything like that. So, this is the prompt that I used and then it was work in progress and I showed the result. Then you can have AI do a visualization for you. So, we can go back into chatty. Uh let's do a new chat and have the prompt here. Please create a sketch note from this master class. My brand colors are White, black, and a bit of red. This is 12 days of master classes 2025 20 26 by Sigron and then I can upload a text. So basically I can
export a text uh I can export the text or link the Google link. Uh let me just upload a text. So, I export the text from my Slides. That's what I did. I go to uh where is it? Download text file. Then I uploaded a chatty. And then here we go for this prompt. And you see now the finished outline. The chatty created this. I have paid thousands uh of dollars for having a human create sketch notes. Now I can get them for free from Sketch Chaty. Very cool. So 10X predictions based on this Masterclass
topic and audience. Predict the most three common questions. One objection people won't won't say out loud and the moment usually drop off mentally. Ha. Do you want to do this? So, oops, sorry. Here. So, I'm going to copy this. And ah, it has a new one. Do you like this one? Uh, I I forgot in my uh Oh, I forgot to tell you to skip the intro and outro Text and only focus on the actual content of this master class. Yeah, there's too much stuff here. There's prizes to win and daily trainings. It's not the
content. So, it did uh it's pretty. Yeah, I did not uh upload the sketch note from Simone. No, that would not be ethical. Yeah. No, I did not do that. It was Simone, not Sabine. [laughter] Yeah. No, it was more beautiful Simone. Yes. But this is now uh can be quickly done. Uh it takes a a human being quite long and you have to pay for it extra of course. Yeah, her her sketch notes are definitely nicer. So, it's still working. So, let's uh open up a different chatty. We need a new tacti here uh
to do the next step. I'm going to upload again the text uh from the slides so it knows what We're covering. And then we had this prompt. Uh so let's say you're doing uh something and you want to know what questions people might ask you about the topic. Chatty is going to predict what you are doing. It doesn't know the chat live. Where do I even begin? What's the easiest use case? What's the first thing I should try out? How to make it sound like me? Where are My outputs so boring? Can I learn my
tone? They're worried about privacy. Was someone worried about privacy here? Chhatti predicted that someone is worried about privacy. Yeah, I'm scared I'll lose my authenticity. If I use AI, I'll sound fake. My audience will feel it. I don't want to depend on AI. I'm not technical. So, it's predicted some things that some people may be saying or thinking on this Master class. There is no privacy. Yeah, I agree with you. Actually, we've given up on that. Well, some countries are falling behind because they think too much about privacy. Which country is that? No. Some countries
are too worried about privacy and therefore they're falling behind. It's definitely not US. It's Germany. Yeah, it's Germany. Okay. What's trending? Personalized learning Uh is is it's very much trending. So you can have courses adapt to individual users. Uh you can use uh AI to help your students, you know, co-create what they need to to create in their programs. You can have interactive chat bots and conversational agents. This is all been going on in 2025, but also going into 2026. Uh you can have AI being kind of an advanced mentor in your program. It's amazing
what's coming. It doesn't mean That you will do it in 2026, but we are suing people doing this already. AI powered marketing automation. Obviously, things like I showed you before, you know, having AI do more things for you that are repetitive. uh but also saving you loads or loads of time when you use it wisely. Uh you can do personalized outreach, dynamic ad campaigns if you have been running paid ads or want to run paid ads. It's kind of amazing what you can do now with AI In ads as well and datadriven insights. Automating some
of these insights like why does one post perform better than another one? AI can do that for you and it could do it for you automatically. Of course, you have to set some systems around it, but it really can. So, there's a lot of cool stuff happening. Uh, and it's important that to you follow along and you keep yourself up to date by attending a master class like this for instance. And we have another One tomorrow. [clears throat] G. Yeah, I think I have to take a sip. Uh, gamification with AI interactive. uh you know
gamification is is is becoming very popular also in learning um you know you know apps like Dualingo and things like that that's very much AIdriven to be on a daily streak to make sure you don't stop that you keep on going voice assistance this is great for people that are maybe not good at writing or typing Uh and multilingual accessibility it's so much easier to translate courses and offer them in different languages than ever before. You can even do real-time transfer uh translations at events. Zoom, you can just put a setting on Zoom. I've been
at an event where people just had a headset and they had the Zoom app open and it was translating virtual and augmented reality. Uh I love uh apps that help maybe doctors operate in other countries. This is just we know many of These things. They're just getting more real and more applicable as we move on. Ethics and transparency in AI, it's definitely an issue. Uh we do have to have some rules and regulations, but if we have too many rules, we stifle entrepreneurship. And so Europe, especially Germany, has to be very careful because it's basically
is shooting its self in the foot. uh because if you stifle innovation too much well the innovators will go to Another country where they can innovate. AI is your partner not your placement. It complements uh think of AI as an assistant that amplifies your expertise. If you use it in the way that I've showed today and I will show you tomorrow, you will have great success with it. Learn how to use it. Use it become it becomes a habit. Use it every day. I use it every day. Use it multiple times a day. Use it
for things that you didn't even think you could use it for. Uh but your unique value is your story, your perspective, your background. AI cannot take that away from you. Uh use it as a competitive advantage. Use if you are using it and your competitor is not, you will have an advantage. You're going to be faster. You can create more content. You can be more out there. You can be more visible. And you get more clients. There's a ever growing need for learning that's not going away. I had my best Year yet in 2025 and
people are talking about doom and gloom and economy not working and all of that and many of our clients are having their best year yet last year. So people are signing up for free four-week courses. People are buying courses. People are wanting to learn and actually hobbies are super successful. People are wanting to do something with their hands. They want to learn a new language. There's so many things people want to do. They are Looking for more than content. Remember, people need help with implementation. You can stay ahead by embracing these AI tools, by learning
how to use them and use them every day. And focus on what AI can't do. Soft skills, emotional intelligence, reading the room, figuring out what people want. AI is not going to do that for you. even if it can help you. Quality over candid. Uh we talked about earlier that some posts on social media are starting to Sound very generic. Everybody's starting to sound the same. Make sure you create original piece of content and then you use AI to split it up for you into content pieces but not the other way around. How SA Kickstart
is adapting to these trends. We have new in 2026 SA Kickstart will be in 10 languages. So all our recordings, our modules, lessons, tech tutorials, anything on our teaching platform will Be in 10 different languages. We will have captions on our videos. SA Kickstart teaching platform will have its own app. Yeah. So you can do it on the go. SA Kickstart will have its own AI kickstart coach. It is not a custom DPT. It's not something that you saw Chatty DP do. No, it's our own software. That's how we are reacting to these trends. All
of us have to do something. We are maybe a little bit ahead. Other People are ahead of us. Uh but we are definitely following these trends and making our courses more accessible, easier for our students and easier for our students to execute. They're going to have a personal AI coach with them. Real women, real results. Emily before SA Kickstart was a new mom with no family support. Had to find a way to make money from home. No online course or email list. She started her online business. scaled to 80,000 euro annual Revenue in less than
two years is now supported by a team of four people. Ma before SA Kickstart worked offline and oneonone wanted to move business online business revenue about €25,000 a year. She's a stylist and sometimes people think you cannot make good money with that. Well, she launched online courses. She scaled her business to 300,000 annual revenue in four years and she just had a 100,000 euro launch last year. Monica before SA Kickstart wanted to re-energize a floundering business, simplify marketing approach, create an online course. After Kickstart, she sold over 100 spots in her online course, gained international
recognition, became comfortable with saying no where necessary. Want more stories? Check out 300 stories from real women just like you. You can go to ziggrim.com/stories. Why join the insider list? Secret nugget today is leverage. Please write it correctly. If you write it incorrectly, you will not get the secret nugget back. The secret nugget is about how Sylvia, our
Sylvia from masterclass one, uses AI without losing her voice or integrity. You can follow me on Instagram or Facebook and message me directly there. Please do not message me on my personal profile. The code word is leverage. You only send the code word and nothing else. So, here's how it looks. You can go to my Instagram and there's the button message or you go to my Facebook page and there's a button for message. We now have are a little bit later today because we had so much to cover and I asked for permission. I asked
you for permission to go a little bit longer Today because we had so much to cover. So, we're going to move into a case study. Uh, and we've been answering a lot of questions. I'm happy to stay on a little longer. We have a guest that's been waiting for almost 30 minutes. Sorry about that. Uh, but we had so much to cover. So, we have Veronica here. I've shared her story before, but it's best if she shares her story herself. Let's get Veronica on here. I'm going to stop Sharing. She has raised her hand. Hello
Veronica, >> how are you? >> Thank you and happy new year. >> Happy new year to you too and to everyone here of course >> and sorry for being so late. We were so occupied with the AI master class and I asked them for permission to go a little bit longer because we had so much to cover. So thank you for staying on and Still being with us. So Veronica, you were more advanced when you discovered me and some for Kickstart. So maybe from a perspective of someone who actually had an online business and actually
had an online signature course, what was your journey? What was going on before Kickstart and why did you start to consider it and join? >> Thank you very much for having me. Actually, I'm really amazed. I'm on this day on AI day because I'm launching my Own AI in like 3 days or something. >> Not not a GPT AI just like my own personal like you said this personalized version of like course for many people. This is what I'm launching next week. So it's like >> of course >> amazing that it's today. >> So yeah,
I wouldn't call really advanced but I was a newbie in in um online business because I started a year before you in Czech uh online course uh about Like doing online courses and I what I didn't know and what was the biggest game changer when I met you is that I thought I need to do an online course like once. So I created online course like 50 people bought it. It was just on Facebook. I wasn't launching it was just Facebook because I'm very present on Facebook. So like you sell it like three four days
people buy it and then I thought okay so that's it. So I created another course and I did the same thing And then like three months later another course. So within the year I had I think four online courses each different and never like returned to it because I didn't know you can do that and like in this terms I was really really a newbie and I was making like two or three,000 in dollars. I'm saying this >> uh because you taught me in dollars. I don't know if you now switched to euro. >> I
switched to euro. Yeah. >> Yeah. But this is this is I counted Right now. >> But like it was like two or three dollars per course each time. So basically it wasn't big income if you if you like four courses a year each two or three dollars. Two or three,000. Yeah. >> It worked. It was sustainable but like it wasn't you know what is today. And then I met you and then in Kickstart and Momentum I joined Momentum. There's a funny story about it if there's time for it. >> Yeah. >> I created this signature
course. It's like writing the the book in the first uh version, the first manuscript in in 90 days. I created with you and this is what I do since since then >> because like people more and more people know about it. It's much easier to market it. It's been four years now I think. Yes. >> So basically this this was the biggest game changer when I met you. So not like Each time redo it just more and more at ease just more and more time for marketing it which is great >> but I remember uh
it was not 12 business master classes it was actually a summer training that you joined and you asked the question I already have online courses I already have an online business why should I join SA kickstart >> exactly I when I was it was I think a monthl long not 12 days but a monthlong summer school I was following everything Cuz you probably remember I show up always I each time I show up live everywhere and I wasn't going to kickstart like even you were saying every day join insider list maybe I joined I'm not
even sure maybe I didn't even I didn't plan on going on kickstart and then I remember I I because I was VIP I bought this VIP version so we had this hot seats I think you took me for like this twominut hot seat or something I said this I have online courses why Should I join and you like answered something like basically what you say in these 12 days of master class because like many more people will know about you and so on and you gave me this uh idea how to approach the free course
because my second objection was but I have courses for money why should I go for free course now >> it was contralogic because like I I never launched so I I had nothing to compare it like because Then six around 600 people joined out of which 70 bought but there was nothing compared The only thing I could compare it to that afterwards I could say this 14K versus 2K which was after Kickstart. So basically you opened something in me like realizing that if you begin again so basically I like rebegan my online business with this
free four-week course and then everything just went up. So >> yeah. So instead of selling courses and making two to3 thousand dollars uh euro And dollars is actually quite close. >> Yeah. >> Uh yeah and making that each time. Now you went from a free four-week course to making 14,000 with a course. >> That's the difference. >> That was after Kickstart. Now I'm much higher. Of course. >> Yes. Of course. >> But because for me the funny story, if I may say it in like a couple of sentences, I didn't plan on continuing To momentum
either. that's your program that's like for after kickstart if you really want to gain momentum and I said only if I gained and then I said in check round crown which was 300,000 which was this 14k only then I would join and then I after kickstart I never even dreamed about selling for so much after kickstart because kickstart was 70,000 and I made 300,000 so immediately it came back five times or four times I'm bad in math >> but like many many times >> but that was exactly the money moment exactly the money >> like
not a penny less not a penny more and I was like well I but I want to keep that money it's my money but no I gave it to you and then of course it went much much much higher even so um so I never regretted it but like it was it was really funny because I didn't expect it to be so so successful the four week course >> no yeah because we do have people that already have a business and they're a bit skeptical and saying well I already have a business I have clients
why would I offer for something for free. Doesn't that ruin my reputation or my brand? Will people think somehow less of me? What was your experience? Well, I I wasn't I think considering this I I I don't well I think my biggest fear was copy people because like uh I have been copied many times already and I had to process this because you really work hard you develop something and then someone comes and steals it. So I thought okay at least let them pay for it if they steal it. >> Yeah. you know, so it's
for free. But then I realized I will always be ahead with because I have so many ideas even if people somehow like copy something. So that was my I think my biggest objection not not what will people think >> that I go from paid to free because I The way I marketed it is the way you taught us to market it. I said it's so so that you don't know me so that you can trust me. I'm going international now. I'm going to um international market and I will have the same approach like you don't
know me yet. So that's why I'm doing it. either for free or you know with very very little money because you need to gain trust. You need to learn learn to get to know me because before it was like 50 people that showed Up on my live and okay 30 bought because with such small audience you have high conversion rates. >> Yeah. >> But kickstart made it like that many many people learn about me. >> Yeah. Behind you there are lots of books. Are these your students? >> All these are students. >> All these are
my students. I actually teach how to write a book so well that you can be published by publishing house Unless you have huge online business because then of course it makes no sense to wait for the steps of the publishing house. But all these are either fiction or non-fiction. I have the blue one. I don't it's not very visible but like one of the biggest online mentors in Czech Republic wrote a book with me. So he has a book a book there as well. So I'm very proud of it and I'm I'm already uh here.
You can't really see it here. it will be for next year's students because like Many many are processed in publishing houses now. So of course that takes time because you know publishing houses like before they say yes it's like two months and then before they start processing it's another three months. So >> but I know this year will be very uh how do you say that when there's many fruits on the tree. >> Yeah. Yeah. The the seeds are coming up like you planted seeds and now they're growing into plants. >> Yeah. This is my
Christmas tree. I decorate. Decorate instead of Christmas. [laughter] >> It's Yeah, you're harvesting. You're harvesting. That's a good word. Veronica, it's it's so great how you you know uh took this chance on yourself and then you said and uh you started also bit with a scarcity mindset you mentioned and you mentioned a little bit but you didn't call it what it is but this idea of like someone is going to Copy me. >> Yeah. You know >> I know I know. >> Yeah. And then you mentioned part several times with me that Kickstart didn't just
help you uh explode your business and and make you more known and get you more clients and have bigger launches. Also, your mindset got fixed. Yes. First of all, the prices. Uh, I think like my first course if you count it to dollars. I can't I didn't prepare it now, but I think it was like I can't tell. Let's say $9. I don't know. But like very low price. I I can't really tell. Maybe 15, but like very little. And then I remember you said you cannot have cheap courses like $500. You have to go
like higher. I was like I'm afraid to say how much my course is. So I think I lied to you somewhere. I said, "Yeah, it's like 30 $30," which was like already double of what it was and it was horrible. So, It took me time to raise prices. you really I know we spoke about it many times on zooms uh in momentum as well uh that when it's I understand it now it's worth it but it takes time to break the scarcity mindset because if you grew up in I grew up in environment where like
you people around me didn't have they had like basic needs met but like nothing more >> so basically my courses were like luxury writing book that's luxury that's not Groceries Yeah. >> So that's why I felt like I can't ask people for money, you know. So that was the biggest obstacle for me. Now I'm getting especially with the AI, I'm growing much more higher with the prices and the international market. When I see the prices in euro or dollars, I'm not afraid to go high because I know it's uh it's worth it. >> Yeah. Veronica,
thank you so much for sharing. Congratulations on your Business. Always nice to reconnect with you. Uh, and I'm so happy for your success. Thank you so much for joining today and thank you for inspiring others that needed to hear this from you today. >> Thank you very much for having me each time. So, happy new year to everyone. Byebye. >> Great story, Veronica. She didn't just explode her online business, she also went from scarcity mindset to abundance mindset. Yeah, people can copy you, but They can never be you. And you're always going to be hat.
What happens to copycats? They fail at some point. Yeah. So, questions. Do you have any questions? We went on for a little bit longer. I do owe you the Christmas hat of today. So, because it's New Year's Day and even though uh yeah, I I lost a ball here, but this is the hat of the day. I think it's kind of celebrity hat like Celebr celebration hat. Yeah, one one bowl is missing. Uh fell off. I lost the ball. Yeah, I'm trying I will try to glue it on but didn't know didn't know how to
find it. But it works this way, right? Doesn't look like a ball is missing. [laughter] Yeah. So, I did want to share the Christmas hat with you because I promised to do that at 10:30 and now we have Oh, sorry, 11. Was it 11:30? 11:30. So, any questions, guys? I'll stay in for a few moments because we had a long master class. We were a bit later with our guest and our Christmas hat. And if you have any outstanding questions from today's master class or previous master classes or anything like that, remember details we answer
in the last master class. So let's not go into details. Let's stay high level. Thank you Veronica for joining us. Uh it was so nice to have you. Uh would you kindly say more about the use of chatb to provide a personalized learning path for students in our online courses? Yes, like uh Veronica, we are creating our own software. Okay, I will definitely teach my students how to do that. I might even have a special AI track for existing students. Uh so if you are a client in one of our programs, We will be teaching
how to create your own software for your clients. Uh for now the the method that I have used is to create custom GPTs. Uh so uh I can briefly show you uh I create a little custom GPTs. Uh here I have [clears throat] ideal client assistant, irresistible offer, AI launch assistant, uh creator on voice, the course validator, uh sales every day. I I've created like These are not all my GPTs, but basically I create a GPT. If you don't know how to create a GPT, you can ask Chatty DP how to create a custom GPT.
uh custom GPTs are like small uh closed loops. So uh but it works well for the last two years at least two years uh we have had custom GPTs on our courses. So I will if someone is going through a program with us there will be one two three four five custom GPTs that do different things. Maybe one is doing Ideal client one is doing messaging one is doing course outline or something like that. uh one is analyzing the answers from the survey to help you validate your course idea. So we had different dbts and
this becomes a little bit uh complicated or cumbersome to keep all these links. The students have been very happy, we have been very happy but now the time has come the tools have become so easy that uh we are now putting all this into one software that Becomes like our software. Uh I have the business version of chatb because I have my team can also have an account and we can share uh we can work on custom GPGs together. We can work on projects together. We can work in one thread together. Yeah. So just go
the $20 a month version, but you definitely need a paid version if you're going to use all the things we covered today. Remember tomorrow is another master class on AI. There's so much to cover on AI that we got to have two master classes on it. I will be covering other things in addition to chat. I may touch on chat quickly to show you how to create a custom GPT. How is it? How is that? Do you want me to show you tomorrow how to create a custom GPT so you can create a little software?
Yes. Okay, I can include that. That only takes us a couple of minutes. Yes. So that's going to be for tomorrow. So make Sure you show up for that. Uh Liz is asking, "I have uh courses also have a membership. Not sure what subject to teach that isn't already covered or courses. Do you need down or corporate everything one?" Lizzy, this is a great question. Can you be more specific? So, what do you need to do first? So, if you are a book coach, what can be the first step for a potential new client? What
do they need? I remember discussing this with Veronica And we've had so many other book coaches go through SA Kickstart. But first of all, maybe they just need to design the cover of their book and the back the the front and the cover. Maybe it's the outline of the course of the book. I mean [laughter] uh maybe it's a short story like Sif does it. There are many entry points but you pick an entry point. What is a good entry point? Oh, I should have kept my Hat on. Yes. Why did I take it off?
No need to take it off. Uh, it's fitting to my earrings. Um, you find the entry point. What's the entry point of your customer journey? Helen is asking about comparisons of other AI. I cannot really give you a comparison of all the tools. I am a super fan of ChattyP. I've been using it since December 2022 when it first came out. So I am not flip-flopping between many tools and I Will not be able to give you a comparison of all tools. I will teach you what I use and what I think you should learn.
That's how I teach. Yeah, you're thinking of a signature course, Lissy. So in safe case, the signature course is write a manuscript. In Veronica case, she's write a book in 90 days. Okay, write a book in 90 days. What other questions do we have? Did I miss some of your questions? Let me know if you have any questions. Sora says, "Ecological impact of II and how to use it responsibly. Minimize image generation. Don't use it for anything." I do think we do have to play with these tools. Yeah. And not hold oursel back. Yeah. I
think we have to solve the uh energy use in a different way. I I I I think the AI companies should do it that you start to use AI less because of those concern. What does that do to you and your business? Get on the inside list to know when doors to SA Kickstart open. We're opening up very soon. We start January 12th with Sombra Kickstart. How do you promote a free course with paid ads? No, we promote it all together. Actually, we help you promote. Yeah, we all promote it together. Do I have a
daily meeting with Cassie? No, I don't. I use it for very specific things every single day. For instance, When I'm praying a master class, do you know what I do after every master class? What do I do after every master class with Chatty? What do you think? I have the chat on Zoom. I uploaded to Chatty and I said this is the questions that I got during the master class. Please suggest two bonus slides. It suggests the bonus slides. Yes. To prepare the bonus slides. I don't need to remember all your questions. I upload the
chat and say I Like to have couple of bonus slides in front of each master class based on the questions that people are asking. Please tell me what they're asking. Now, it will write something that I maybe don't like, but it summarizes for me. It saves me massive amount of time. I don't have to read the chat myself. What if I have zero followers and email list? Claudia, we
have so many people, actually 50% of our SA Kickstarter student start at absolute zero. So I don't know why you get the impression that people have large followings or large email list, which is absolutely not true. Sif was our guest yesterday or was the day before. Sif was our guest the day before. Zero followers, zero email list, and she had 120 signups for a free course. So this is if you are seeing only people that have a large email list and followers, you are blocking and not seeing the others that start from zero. About half
of the 300 stories people are starting from absolute scratch. Even if you have a zero offline business and zero online business. Absolutely. Yes. About 50% of our students are starting from scratch. I'm glad we cleared that up, but I will Take the chat and this will be a bonus slide. Claudia, see see Claudia how your question has now sparked the chat and so we'll create it in the bonus slides tomorrow. Veronica says, "Before joining Kickstart, I didn't have an email list at all, just Facebook." Bianca says, "I had zero at the end of the year
