company is based out of France where we also sell to other countries essentially what we do is we provide cleaning services and supplies to businesses as well as homeowners and at the moment all my team records their timesheets in Excel which can be quite difficult to maintain so what I'm looking for is something that makes it easy to invoice my customers for our goods and services okay so let's up with your customer is the customer management how do you currently manage your customer interaction at the moment everything is done via email super complicated right essentially
they email me I organize my emails into labels and categories such as to do scheduled meeting and send quotation and now as is the has this situation what are you looking for well ultimately I'm looking for something that emulates what I currently have with my current workflow ideally I'd have a website for my new customers to come in fill out a form submit the request to me but also go online and check any documents that they have with me but another critical piece of the puzzle essentially is that my employees don't fulfill their task as
accurately or as they should sometimes they forget to ship something or attend a meeting that they schedule themselves this means there's money on the table that's going missing so I hope that odoo can help me give my team some clear metrics such as schedule 10 meetings or call 100 leads per week sure we can besides managing all your employees activities what's important for urls what's important for me is what I'd consider basic sales reporting so I can see how many sales I've made per region since I sell different countries but also how much money I've
made per sale and ultimately how many sales per sales person so that can ultimately pay their commissions and if you're talking about sales how do you manage your invoicing at the moment they invoice on site well they go on site they record their time in Excel they consume any components that they need and then the invoice for that right then and there additionally because some of my clients are outside of France I don't tax them so I need some way to easily remove taxes from a transaction so I always charging the same amount to the
customers or do you have some customers that get like special prices so my customers are good large customers that are also repeating so I do offer them a five percent discount both on the services and the goods sold and if you issue the invoice how do you chase the money afterwards unfortunately uh if the typical sales people were not enough I also have difficult clients so they often don't pay on time so I need some way to be able to easily uh remind them on a regular basis to pay me but also I'd like to
have something in place for my sales people to be reminded that they need to ask the clients for money so lastly let's talk about your stock how do you manage this uh super simple I just have a warehouse where I resupply every now and again I walk in look at what's available what's not available and then place an order it'd be nice to have something in place where I can have the system know when I'm low and reorder or let me at least remind me to reorder thanks a lot for the information provided Matthew now
