an accident that we are here. Uh I believe Lord na the message for tonight uh will speak through us Panginoon. iba-iba tayo ng prayers and I'm pretty sure na may iba din siguro outside sa community natin na nagpa-pray for kagaya ng sa inyo opportunities and growth, clients and provision, healing, peace or even siguro deeper relationship with God. And all of those are valid, no? All of those matter to God. But if you notice no at the heart of ano ba all of it no we are believing God for something more ano and nothing's wrong with that wala namang mali doon but before we talk about ano ba getting there let's first understand ano yung mahalagang tinitignan

ni Lord sa ah sa season na meron tayo ngayon ano and um what I'm going to be sharing uh tonight is something na very very ano No personal sa akin no faithful in the small becoming the kind of leader God can trust. Ano because ano ba sometimes we focus so much on uh destination but God is more focused on formation. Actually sinabi lang 'yan sa akin and it really hit me no and praise God kasi ako na yung nagshe-share nito sa inyo. Minsan kasi ano ba sobrang focus natin sa kailan ako magle-level up, kailan dadami

clients ko, kailan ako magkakaroon ng breakthrough. But God is asking a different question. Sino ka ba habang hinihintay mo yon? Sige nga. Try to reflect on that. No, hindi lang hindi lang mahalaga kung saan ka pupunta. Mas mahalaga kung sino ka nagiging habang papunta ka doon. Tama ung tagalog ko na-make sense ba-make sense. So sabi nga po dito an gusto ko lang i-sure no sabi nga dito sa Luke chapter 16:se 10 no whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest

with much no hindi sinabi dito na whoever is the most talented or whoever is the most killed it says whoever can be trusted meaning God is looking at how you show up, how you handle what you already have, how you respond even in small things. So the question is saan nagsisimula yung ganitong ano faithfulness no? And sabi dito sa point one ko no, faithfulness starts in the unseen. No, sabi sa Colosians chapter 3:se 23, "Whatever you do, worked at it with all your heart as working for the Lord, not for human masters." Sige nga po.

Sino ka ba kapag walang nakakakita? Ah, walang nagche-check or walang recognition, no? Because that version of you, that's the real you, no? Mas ganado. Sige nga po. Pa-chat nga po. Yes or no lang yung answer no? Mas ganado ka ba kapag may nakaka-appreciate ng work mo? Yes or no? Sige nga po. Pa-type nga po sa ano natin sa Yes, of course. Kahit ako Sino ba gaganahan yan na magtrabaho tapos ang daming nakakaano recognize sa work mo? Of course. Yes. And I think no this is where a lot of us struggle kasi minsan nasanay tayo na

ah parang doon natin binabase yung value natin sa kung ano yung nakikita ng ibang tao. Kapag napansin tayo, we feel validated. Yes. Kapag na-appreciate tayo, we feel motivated. kung sino talaga tayo ano madali maging magaling kapag may nanonood pero iba yung faithful ka kahit walang nakakakita amen and minsan no we think small lang naman to maliit lang naman to hindi naman to super importante or hindi naman to importante talaga but what if what if those small things are actually the training ground no yung maliit na bagay na ginagawa mo ngayon yan mismo yung ano ba

ginagamit ni Lord para ihanda ka sa mas malak mas bigger because if we can't be trusted in small things how can we expect God to entrust us with bigger things parang ang bigat no pero totoo very tru kay kung ngayon pa lang ano ba nahihirapan na tayo maging faithful paano pa kapag pag mas dumami na iyung responsibility. And honestly, no, this is something I personally struggle with kasi ako mismo na-experience ko to when I was ano ba starting as a VA. I was really really excited. I thought, "Lord, this is it. Growth season ko na."

Ayan. But along the way, no, um, it didn't feel I mean it didn't always feel like that. There were moments where I wasn't consistent, I got discouraged, I lost my spark and I felt like I was just going through the motions. And ano ba? Honestly, there were times I felt guilty because I wanted to grow but my actions actions didn't always match that desire. There was even ano ba a season where I question myself, nagi-improve ba ako? Bakit parang walang progress? Am I doing enough? And slowly, I feel disconnected. But looking back now, no, God

never left me there. Even in my inconsistency, even in my discouragement, he was still shaping me. Key line is God didn't just use my ano my best moments. He also used my weak moments to grow me. No. And I realized sometimes God is more concerned about who we are becoming than what we are doing. Amen ba? Because unseen faithfulness builds discipline, integrity and character. And those are the things na hindi agad ano nakikita. Pero yun yung pinaka-pinakaimportante kay God. And when God sees that, no, he doesn't immediately give more because there's something deeper he builds

first, no? Character before promotion. Sabi sa Proverbs chapter 22: 1, "A good name is more desirable than great riches to be esteem is better than silver or gold." Let's be all honest, we all want more. More opportunities, more growth, more responsibility. But the question is, if God answers your prayer today, are you ready? Ready ka ba? Parang ganito lang siya. Yung scenario na um for example may client ka, may current may client ka and then may bagong task and then you ask for more additional clients. T's binigyan ka ni Lord ng limang additional clients. And

then um yung nangyayari pala is yung task mo sa client mo ay pan nahihirapan ka pa, nahihirapan ka pa. And then ano yung mangyayari pag ganon? Ba ma-overwhelm ka, mapa-pressure ka? Nagme-make sense ba? No. God doesn't delay promotion to punish us. He develops us so we don't break under it. And to be honest, no, kahit ako no, I'm still learning this. Hindi pa ako perfect dito. Kasi minsan akala natin pag dumating na yung opportunity magiging okay na lahat, no? Pero yung toto opportunity doesn't fix inconsistency. in-expose niya pa lalo because when that more comes more

responsibility more pressure more expectations, mas lalabas talaga kung ano yung foundation mo. So if ngayon pa lang nung madaling ma-distract ah nawawalan agad ng gana, mabilis sumuko, dadalhin mo din yan sa next level. And that's why God is not in a hurry. Hindi dahil ayaw niya ibigay but because he wants to make sure you're ready. Hindi ka dine-delay ni Lord para i-hold back. Dine-develop ka niya para hindi ka ano ba? Bumagsak. Because blessing without character can become a burden. Right? Tama. Hindi lang Lord give me more but Lord prepare me for more. Ayan. And that's

where it becomes a daily choice. Point 3, consistency over motivation. Sabi sa Galatians chapter 6: 9, "Let us become wearing doing good. For at the proper time, we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." Hindi tayo laging motivated. Kaya totoo naman. May days na pagod, walang gana ah parang walang progress. Right. So ano ba? Um pasagot nga po ng question na to sa chat. Anong area ka ba nahirapan maging consistent? I want to know your ano ba? Gusto kong malaman kung saan area din ba kayo naghihirapan maging consistent. Sige nga po. Pa-chat

nga po sa ah chat section natin. Sabi ni Kuya Sabi ni Kuya John lahat daw. Same po Kuya John lahat. Ayan no. Sometimes no we think um growth should feel ano ba? Exciting but most growth feels quiet. No kasi let's be honest, we love motivation. Yung excited ka, inspired ka, ganado ka pero hindi siya consistent. There will be days na hindi ka inspired, hindi ka ano ba? Excited, hindi mo feel. And if doon lang naka-anchor yyung actions mo, madali kang titigil. I've aaminin ko I've had days like that din. Kaya naintindihan ko na bakit importante

yung discipline no? Kasi yun yung magdadala sao kahit wala ka ng gana. Kahit kahit laging gana hindi ka laging ganado pero pwede kang maging faithful. Nagme-make sense ba? O hindi naman. Hindi naman kasi kailangan lahat big moves agad, no? Consistency is not about doing big things everyday. It's about doing small things repeatedly even when you don't feel like it. Right? Yung simpleng pag-show up, yung simpleng ano ba? Pagtapos ng task, yung simpleng pag-try ulit. That is already faithfulness. And God honors that. Yung feelings nagbabago pero yung pagiging faithful decision yan. Amen. And even if ginagawa

mo na lahat, no, even if you're trying to stay consistent, darating at darating pain yung seasons of waiting. No, 4, trust God's timing. Sabi sa Ecclesiastes chapter 3 verse 11, no? He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart, yet no one can fatom what God has done from beginning to end. Waiting is hard. Yes. Because sometimes you see other people winning. Nag-grow sila, nag-level up sila, nakakuha ng opportunities and you feel like ikaw parang same place ka pa rin. There were moments in my life where I

felt that no I would see others progressing and I would quietly ask God, "Lord, paano ako? Did you did you forget me? Anak mo din ako." No. But over time, God changed my heart. He reminded me he is not forgetting me. He is forming me. And that changed how I see waiting because if he give it, he gives it too early baka hindi ko pa siya kaya ma-handle ng or ma-handle ng maayos. No, God is not delaying you. He is developing you. And to be honest, no, waiting is still something I struggle with sometimes. Pero

ito yyung reminder ko lagi sa self ko na delay is not denial, it is direction. Right? Kasi minsan no parang wala talagang nangyayari pero just because you don't see progress doesn't mean God is not working. No, hindi ibig sabihin walang ginagawa si God. May may ginagawa si God behind the scenes kahit hindi natin nakikita. Sometimes he is fixing your mindset, healing your heart, building your discipline, strengthening your faith. Because imagine this, no? If God gives you everything right now, but your mindset is not ready, ano yung mangyayari? Pwedeng mawala, pwedeng ma-misuse, pwedeng ma-mismanage or hindi

mo ma-sustain. That's why no timing matters. God's timing is not just about when you receive it. It's about when you're ready for it. And maybe right now, maybe right now you are not being delayed. You're being prepared. Amen. No. So instead of ano ba? Instead of um always asking for uh the next Lord when will I get there? Maybe we start asking Lord can you trust me here? Because your small obedience, no daily discipline, quiet faithfulness are not small to God. They are preparation. paanswera po chat. What is one area um you will start being

It doesn't start when everything is finally aligned. It doesn't start when you feel ano ba ready? No, it starts now. It starts in the small things, in the unseen. It starts in the ordinary days. It starts in the moment when no one

is watching. And everytime you choose to be faithful, kahit maliit lang, kahit mahirap, kahit walang nakakakita, you are already becoming that kind of leader. Hindi mo kailangang hintayin yung yung big moment, yung shallow moment para magbago, no? Hindi mo kailangan hintayin yung next level para maging ready because transformation is already happening in the way you show up today. And I just want to uh leave this in your heart, no. This journey is not about ano ba? Being perfect. Hindi ito tungkol sa hindi ka na nagkamali or palaging tama yung ano ba decisions mo. It's about

being faithful, no? Faithful when it's small, faithful when it's slow, faithful even it's hard and even no one sees it because God is not looking for perfect people. He is looking for hearts he can trust. And that starts in the small things. Amen ba? Pa-heart react nga po. So if right now you feel like you're still in process, still growing, still figuring things out, you're already in the right place because that's exactly where God works. No. So tonight, no focus on um ano being perfect. Choose to be faithful. Amen. So ayun lang po. Thank you

Ah ako I love appreciating how God works in small things and iyung mga mga bagay na we tend to to neglect na sometimes we're asking for more pero hindi natin alam God is already working. Nasa nasa paligid na lang pala natin. Sometimes we expect breakthroughs. Sometimes we expect blessing. Yun pala si Lord iba

yung ginagamit na na paraan para ano para matulungan tayo. Um, and super blessed doon sa ano sa I hope that everyone could reflect on that no who we are when we are alone when when no one is seeing us no. Ah siguro papasok dito iyung idea na tayo bilang mga DPs ng mga kliyente natin no gamitin na natin iyun as example no when when our CL is not um checking our ano kasi may mga pagkakataon na ganun no ah hindi na hindi ano hindi naman lagi na na-check yung trabaho natin something like that ano tayo

no are we still faithful when we are um accomplishing our task to yung roles natin ah are we still faithful kasi Kasi ah isa pa sa mga na-appreciate ko doun sa binanggit ni Jasper no. And something that I would like to share din is totoo yun no our yung yung yung passion natin. Lahat tayo I feel like everybody experience this already na lahat tayo parang para bang bumili ka ng isang bagong gamit tapos sobrang excited ka doon then later on ' ba nawawala yung fire nawawala yun. Ah eventually nagiging familiar ka sa mga bagay-bagay. same

thing with what we're doing and same thing with our faith with the Lord, no? And ah siguro one thing that really ako personally how God moved my life, how God is moving in my life na sabi ko Lord ah paano ba ako magiging motivated everytime especially sa mga moment na hindi ako motivated 'di ba? And ano lang ah na-compare ko siya sa love. Ah na-realize ko kasi before na ano ah hindi naman lagi na ano hindi naman lagi na ah kumbaga yung love kasi it's not really something hindi lang siya feeling it's really a decision

it's really a decision when you love somebody when you love someone sometimes ano eh wala doun yung push ' ba sa pero hindi yun yyung definition ng love is choosing to love whatever That is same thing with the Lord, no? Sometimes nawawalan tayo ng fire because of the things that are going on around us. Pero yung yung love natin para kay Lord, it's a decision to make. Same thing kapag tayo ay mag-isa lang. Ah ako ba gagawin ko pa rin yung excellent excellent or yung best ko for for my client kahit walang nagbabantay sa akin

or even I'm going through something maybe I'm feeling down something like that may nangyaring hindi okay sa family am I going to still give my best to my client kasi it boils down to whoever we are doing the things that we're doing and if it's the Lord na motivation natin. I think I believe that God is faithful enough to to lead us and guide us in everything that we're doing. Tandaan po natin no the strength yung decision natin um the thing that we do is to surrender with the Lord but the but the but but

but the strength that we're using to surrender to the Lord is coming from him. We we need him. We need a personal relationship with him. Yun lang. So medyo napadami. Praise God no? And very excited. I hope that you could share all the points that Jasper shared with us kanina. No um ang dami, ang dami. And praise God for your life, Jasper.
