If you're a busy Muslim who's been trying to lose weight for years, but you've struggled to keep it off, this might be the most valuable video that you ever watch in your life because of the impact that this transformation is going to have on you once you learn how to finally lose weight in a way that is actually sustainable and easy to maintain over the long term. We're talking 20, 30, in some cases even 50 Plus pounds. Literally, however much weight you need to lose. This video is going to change your life, but you have
to be able to pay attention for the whole thing and actually learn what I'm going to teach you. Literally the five steps I use to lose 38 pounds and help hundreds of other busy Muslim professionals like you and me to lose however much weight they needed to lose. Again, some clients have lost over 50 plus pounds. Some just needed to lose 15 Pounds to get a six-pack. But regardless, lose the weight and keep it off for life in a way that's actually sustainable, enjoyable, and maintainable. If you can't pay attention to this whole video, then
you're probably not cut out to actually lose the weight and keep it off. It does take some discipline. It does take some effort. But if you can watch this whole video through and follow through on what you're going to learn and the steps that I'm going to give you, you will be able to lose weight and keep it off for the rest of your life. And I know this to be true because we've literally done this for hundreds of busy Muslim professionals like you who have lost crazy amounts of weight. Like this right here is
30. Actually, this is 40 lb up here. This was only like 10 lb. Actually, he didn't need to lose that much to get shredded. This is, let's see, 41 lb in 9 months. His brother Safe. This is Sherri 42 lbs in 6 months. Right. So, again, you're going to see exactly how we do this. And there's my 38 lb transformation. Because even I got obese in my late 20s because I was working a lot of hours. The work was stressful, demanding, of course, other life responsibilities. But alhamdulillah, by my early 30s, I was able to
lose the weight and keep it off long term using the methods I'm going to teach you today, inshallah. Now, the Ironic thing is that I've actually been training and dieting for 15 years. And I've actually been coaching clients for the last 10 years. And alhamdulillah, I've helped hundreds of clients lose weight, and keep it off for life. Most of those were really in the second half of my journey as a coach because I'm also going to talk about my journey as a coach and how I went from being somebody who actually sucked at getting client
results to becoming the top category King in the Muslim fitness industry and niche and of course outperforming coaches across all niches. Alhamdulillah by the permission of Allah. And this isn't just like you know guys in their 30s like myself. You know, a large percentage of our clients are in their 30s, but I've had clients in their 40s, 50s, and beyond, even 60s and 70s who work 80 plus hours a week and have four plus kids. So, it doesn't matter how old you are, how busy you are. This method Works. It's literally based on science. But,
of course, we have the art of making it sustainable because it's not just the science, it's the art aspect of making it sustainable for you that actually makes a difference. And I'm going to go through my journey and how I discovered that for myself so that I could go from this to this and actually maintain the weight that I lost instead of gaining it back like I did so many times before uh and rebounding into this Fat physique right here that I had, right? 230 lbs, which is obese at my height. So, I'm going to
show you the proof, case studies, exact step-by-step methods, and again, this is going to be one of the most value packed videos you're probably ever going to watch for your health as a busy Muslim dad, professional, whatever other reasons you may have become overweight. And it's going to impact literally every single area of your life, family, work, Dean, Literally everything. Because when you're healthy, everything else changes. So, if you've been trying to lose weight, you know, get in amazing shape, maintain it long term, but nothing that you found has been sustainable, realistic for you, no
matter how hard you tried, this is for you. If you're sick of being disappointed in whether it was your efforts or in yourself, tired, low energy, or not being able to do what you wish you could do and that you had The ability to do when it comes to family, work, and Dean because of the limitations of your body, energy levels, confidence, health, whatever it might be, strength, literally any limitation you felt that has stopped you from being all you can be across all the other areas of your life, and you're tired of feeling that
way, this is for you. If you're concerned about your health, whether it's, you know, short-term, long-term, and you want to make sure You're being a good role model and leader for your family in the short term, and then being around them, being around for them, uh, for the long term when you're older instead of becoming a burden, this is for you. If you want to feel like you're in control of your health and fitness journey and make a bulletproof sustainable lifestyle out of your fitness, literally a part of who you are, an instinct that is
effortless to follow instead of a life sentence Where you're counting down the days till you're finally done with the diet because you have to obsess with food and workouts for the rest of your life only to be at high risk of falling off, this is for you. And of course, if you're tired of not achieving your goals and you want to finally get in the best shape of your life and maintain it long term so you can reach your full potential in every area of your life because you're no longer limited by your Body and
it is finally an asset instead of a liability, this is for you. But this is not for you. If you just want to cut corners, you don't want to do the work, you're not committed to actually growing and changing as a person, building new habits, and seeing personal growth, obviously it's not for you. If you're just looking for another quick fix to desperately lose weight short-term in a way that costs you your health and is not sustainable only to Gain it back again and more because you've damaged your metabolism like maybe some of the stuff
you did in the past, then this is not for you. Now, it's if you've if you've done quick fixes before, this is a great fit for you because obviously I'm going to teach you how to solve all that and any damage you've done to your metabolism from the past like I had done to myself before. But if you're still in that quick fix mindset and you haven't learned your Lesson yet, you have to go fail on a couple more diets first before you're going to be ready for this. And so if you're still in that
quick fix mindset, this is not for you. If you're not willing to follow a structured plan that's tailored and optimized for you, and you'd rather just wing it and do what you feel like and hope for results and not put in the work, this is not for you. And if your ego is too big because you're already a highly accomplished Individual in other areas of your life, and you're not willing to take feedback, be coached or held accountable, and you're okay with excelling in all your other areas, but then being average, mediocre, and complacent in
your body, this is definitely not for you. And if you're not willing to truly take this seriously and become the best version of you, this is also not for you. So, here is the truth about sustainable weight loss that nobody else is going to tell You. You can 100% absolutely get in amazing shape, maintain your results, and you know, have a really easy time maintaining for literally the rest of your life, even if you're eating delicious foods that you love every single day. And you obviously don't have to spend excess time in the gym either.
However, most people are not capable of achieving this kind of result in the way that we do it because they do not understand how nutrition works, how Their metabolism works, how to prepare the food in a way that still tastes good while getting them consistent results, and how to train optimally without spending hours in the gym. I literally eat like this every single day. Each one of these is healthy recipes with optimized macronutrient ratios to achieve the best results possible. And this is how I eat on a daily basis. It doesn't take hours to prepare.
It's literally just as easy as preparing the Other food. I've taught my wife how to do it. I've taught hundreds of clients how to do it. It's easy. It's effortless. It's enjoyable. Yet, you're still going to get crazy results. Now, I'm not going to let that happen to you where you don't know what to do to get results like that and where you're struggling like you might have been in the past. And what I want to leave you with is that there's no such thing as not having enough time, having too slow Of metabolism, or
being too old to get into elite shape. You need to get rid of those excuses so you can become the fittest version of you. And so in this training today, I'm going to show you exactly how to optimize your metabolism and hormones naturally to get better results than you ever thought were possible. And how I discovered how to do this for myself and for my clients with when I went through my own metabolic hang-ups, which I'm going to explain in The journey later today. I'm going to show you how to eat and train in a
time efficient way that works through and around the time constraints that you have, food cravings, family dinners, unexpected deadlines, physical limitations, travel, literally anything else that might have derailed you in the past. We're going to go through how to fix it and how to work around it. I'm going to give you some simple rules, principles, and recipes throughout this Strategy that allow you to enjoy any food that you want without derailing your progress. And I'm going to show you how to keep your results for the rest of your life, even if you've never been able
to consistently keep them in the past. So, I want to give you a quick backstory if you're new to my stuff, um, to show you how I arrived at this point. So, I never used to have problems with my weight other than actually being more so like skinny fat until my late 20s. But then my metabolism started to shift and slow down in my late or sorry in my mid20s. Uh really I'd say about five years ago, which alhamdulillah was a blessing in disguise because it gave me the opportunity to learn how to fix this
so I can actually get my clients better results because up to that point my client results weren't very consistent the first five years as a trainer like it is for many trainers who are only a couple years in the game. And I'm going To show you more of like my journey on all that stuff. But um again as I started to get really busy with work with my business once I started my business of course I got married in my late 20s became a father and at some point uh got really fat and weighed over
230 lbs. I was 234 at my heaviest and I struggled to lose it with the old overeating habits that I used to be able to get away with when I was younger. And the funny thing is I was a fitness Coach, right? And I would kind of like wear wear these perfect shirts that hid how fat I had gotten. But inside, I felt like a fraud and I felt ashamed when I saw my belly and when I had to work so hard to hide the belly instead of just fixing it, right? And it killed my
confidence. It even affected my business. My business went down when I was fat because I didn't have the confidence to show up. And honestly, like a lot of our clients when they get Fitter, even though they're not in the fitness industry, per se, I mean, most of our clients aren't. I'd say like 99% are not actually fitness coaches themselves. We've coached many fitness coaches. In fact, a lot of the top fitness coaches in the Muslim industry, we've actually coached them ourselves, right? But our clients actually make more money when they get fit because obviously you
get more confident, more energetic, Everything, more disciplined. But I felt ashamed of my body and I felt tired, lethargic, and everything. And I was still going to the gym a few times a week, but I was not being consistent and I made excuses and work and family would always quote unquote get in the way. Uh especially when it came to eating healthy and living an active lifestyle. So being a fat negatively affected every area of my life. And eventually I did get to a point where I just couldn't Handle being that fat anymore. And I
was so upset with how far I'd fallen from the shredded, you know, version of me that I used to be. And so I went all in. I committed. I started training obsessively, doing 15,000 steps a day, tracking my macros, strict dieting, and I got results. But I struggled with consistency and I had to develop rules, protocols, systems, and recipes I'm going to teach you today to work around situations like eating out, you know, Food cravings, appetite, especially when stress levels are high, stress management protocols, recovery protocols, and more that would actually be realistic for my
busy schedule in my life so I can stay consistent. And of course, I had to learn how to work around travel, busy seasons of work, family dinners, and more, and then figure out how to do that for my clients. But alhamdulillah, the struggles that I went Through in my journey taught me what I needed to know to help hundreds of other busy Muslim dads, professionals, and business owners navigate through fitness as they got busier and older like I did. And you know, I truly believe that Allah put me through those struggles so that I could
learn how to solve them for myself so then I could learn how to solve them for others. And so, as a result of this, our clients have been able to easily stay healthy and fit for the rest of Their lives. And since becoming an authority in the Muslim space, alhamdulillah, I've had the opportunity to speak at some of the biggest masjid in the country like Epic Mazjid up there, which you've probably seen a lot of famous Islamic speakers speaking there. Uh Mecca Center, which you've also probably seen, you know, famous Islamic speakers speaking at. Uh
Massa, various local majors from many of the different events I've done. Um I don't have any screenshots of the retreats uh here, but you know, you can see videos on my page about the retreats, everything. So, uh, alhamdulillah, it's been an absolute blessing. And I've also gotten the chance to coach notable public figures in the Muslim space and Muslim executives from major companies. Alhamdulillah. Um, maybe you saw on my Instagram that there are a couple like famous Muslim speakers who follow me as Well. Um, so again, alhamdulillah, it's been an honor and a blessing, but
again, it wasn't always that way, right? Um, I was struggling for many years, but like I said, my own trial and error has taught me the lessons that I needed to build this system so that I could give it to you guys. And then and of course, I've refined it over hundreds of clients. So, I know how to apply it not just to me and my body type and my unique scenario and preferences and Whatnot and limitations, but also to the limitations, schedules, preferences, everything of all the clients. And I'm going to go through the
whole system. I'm going to break it all down for you step by step for free. my own journey, my journey with clients, so you can really truly deeply understand this. And at the end of the day, the outcome that I wanted at the end of this video for you is that after we've gone through the steps, you understand the entire process A toz of what I did and what you need to do to accomplish these results. So you can also lose at least 20 pounds. If you need to lose more, you can definitely lose a
lot more than that. But, you know, in most cases, unless you only literally have 15 pounds to lose to lose 20 plus pounds of body fat over the next 90 days and keep it off long term. So let's go through I'm going to go through the steps then I'm going to go deep into each of them. Right? So the First step is I had to build a meal plan I could actually stick to long term. Right? Um so that required me to understand macronutrients as well as micronutrients. I had to understand my genetics, my metabolism
and how to drive results given my situation and then I had to learn how to do this for clients. So, one of the parts of this is figure out food the recipes for foods I like and how to meal prep in a time efficient system systematic way that work around My busy schedule. How often can I fit in cheat meals and what are the principles around cheat meals and how to optimize my metabolism and find the right balance between everything and then how to eat flexibly with the family or at restaurants without feeling deprived or
offending anybody but also still staying on track to my goals. I also had to figure out how to build a training plan that I could actually stick to long term because, you know, I wasn't I didn't Have as much free time as I did when I was younger, right? I had to set up a plan that worked around my time constraints and then optimize it for my energy levels because as I got older, I couldn't just train to the max like I did when I was in high school because I would get tired and I
needed that energy to function in business and as a father. And then I had to figure out how to work around my current recovery abilities because, you know, when you're 19 years Old, your growth hormone levels peak. But in your 30s and into your 40s, your testosterone and growth hormone aren't necessarily what they used to be. I mean, there's ways to optimize it, but you're never going to be 19 again. And that's fine. You don't have to be, you know, a kid forever. You can be fit when you're 60. There's plenty of people in their
60s who have trained up their recovery capacity to be at a higher level, but I had to learn how to do that So I could even get to the point where I was super fit in my 60s inshallah one day, right? Um, and then I also had to make it a seamless part of my day because, you know, just just like you, just like all of us, you know, for myself, there's so many other things I have to get done in a day. So, I had to learn how to install the right flexible principles around
the different stuff that I had to do on a daily basis so I could operate on principles without Needing everything to go perfect every day, right? And so, I had to learn how to make it seamless, boost my energy, my metabolism, my mood, and then have the flexibility in my schedule. And then also, I meant literally to like physical mobility. I have to learn how to fix that cuz I work in front of a desk sometimes 12 hours a day working with clients, calls, deep work, building stuff, content creation. I mean, I'm sitting in front
of a desk many days. Like there's some days where I'll have my first call at like, you know, 7:00 a.m. and finish up my last one at 7:00 p.m., right? Alhamdulillah, we have a lot of clients. But with that comes a lot of responsibility. So, I had to learn how to mobilize after sitting in a desk for sometimes 12 plus hours a day. And I also had to learn what different clients responded to across all these areas above. Right? In addition to this, I had to find the right accountability And positive influence around me and
build healthy habits and healthy lifestyle for myself and then how to do that with clients. So, I had to get my accountability dialed in with people I respect who influenced me in a positive direction. Um, I had to have a daily cadence of checking in whether it was surrounding myself with people who are in elite shape. Especially in the beginning, I really needed that positive influence to help me go from seeing Myself as a fat dad with fat dad standards, aka low standards for my body to become a fit dad and have fit dad standards
based on the people I surrounded myself with. And I'm going to show you how I did that and how you can do that as well. And then I also was posting my journey on social media. You don't necessarily have to do that, but that helped me specifically in my journey. Um, and then also building the right internal accountability cuz like You have to be clear on your goals. You have to be clear on your desires and why that's meaningful to you as well as what is your current pain. Like for me, I had the pain
of feeling ashamed of how fat I was and being tired and low energy and my joints and my knees were hurting because I was just so heavy and fat and like it so it was a mix of shame, low energy, having that negatively affect other areas of life. You know, sometimes I would be worried cuz my knees would be Hurting when I was praying and I was like, how am I going to last another 40 years, 50 years till I'm 70 or 80 and still be able to pray without needing a chair because sometimes I
almost feel like I need a chair right now. I mean, I never got to the point where I actually need a chair. Alhamdulillah. But, you know, there there's various different things. And the same thing like for my kid, I don't want him to just grow up without, you know, a father who's a good Role model who's just too tired all the time and all these other things that I was feeling. So whatever variety of these things that you're feeling and then also there was points where I was fat when I was single and like I
was like, man, no woman's ever going to want to be with this, right? So there there was your pain is going to depend on who you are and what circumstances you have. Like your kids might be already in their 20s like some of my clients and your Kids might, you know, you might be a new dad, your kids still in the first six months and you're grinding through rough sleep, right? Right? You might still be grinding through rough sleeping while your kids are grown because you don't have a good sleep habits. So, we got to
fix all that, right? It ties in with all this. Then, what are your desires? Like, what is that full potential version of you? You have to be very clear on that and let that be your north compass that Pulls you forward. Like, maybe it's just a body image of being able to look in the mirror and be absolutely shredded, right? Maybe that's others looking up to you. Maybe that's being able to lift your kids overhead and they're blown away that their dad is a superhero. Maybe that's being able to get married and on your wedding
night, you know, your wife is amazed by what she sees. or maybe you've already been married for 20 years and you want to see that amazement On your wife's face again like you know when you were a young athlete. So it depends on who you are and what your goals are. But to get deeper on this is going to give you internal accountability that helps you whether you have the right people in your environment or not. But of course having the right people is always key. And then building a daily process and rhythm that you
can stick to stacking wins and building momentum on your journey. And Then of course sleep and stress management is something I go into in a lot of videos and that we do with our clients. and I had to figure out first how to do this for myself. Um, so you can see a lot of my content on that and we'll briefly touch on that today as well. We have a lot to cover, right? And I'm going to try to get it all without being too overwhelming or too long, but you know, you I want you
guys to learn this as thoroughly as you need to to Really, excuse me, benefit and get the results. Now, once we've got these things in place, they're not going to always work perfectly because you're going to have different logistical situations and you're going to have different psychological situations as well. So the first four weeks you're going to have a series of obstacles and areas that may not feel initially sustainable that we have to work through. Then throughout the journey we Have to figure out logistically and psychologically how to overcome whatever obstacles you face in the
past as well as what you face in real time when we stress test the plan. And we need to work through and around them instead of letting them kill your momentum like they did in the past. That way after week four you're in really good momentum. But then it's not like you know week four and then off you go. It's an ongoing process of having the right Expertise, consulting, being able to grow and learn and optimize around everything and learn everything you need to learn to really get the results for the long term. So again,
there are sometimes plateaus that happen in month two and three and then all the way to month six, right? So there are strategies like ramping, strength supersets, movement resetting, reverse dieting, carb cycling as needed if appropriate. And really, reverse dieting Is the most common one that we need to use. And I'm going to somewhat deep dive that today and I have other videos too that do that. But again, I want you to understand that strategy and how it pertains to you and potentially some people around you who may be struggling as well who you want
to positively influence by your own transformation. You'll understand that they may have some differing needs from you if they need to reverse diet and you don't. And Likewise, why you may have differing needs from people around you, if you need to reverse diet when other people around you may not have needed to reverse diet, and why the results were so different if you did a plan together. So, and then I want to show you how reverse dieting pertains into the maintenance phase where we actually first take you to a reverse diet to get your metabolism
up after you've lost the weight so that it's really easy for you To maintain it, transition you on to higher fats and then prevent you from regaining weight so that you can have a bunch of cheat meals and still maintain, you know, very easily your results uh and flexibility with diet. So, there's a lot to cover, but the end result of that is we got hundreds of transformations, you know, interviews, you know, you'll see it all over my page. page. I post daily client wins on my Instagram story every single day so you can see
the Proof and also so you can get motivated every day by seeing the other people who have it harder than you potentially are still crushing it at a higher level than you. Not to make you feel bad about yourself, but to inspire you and show you what's possible. So, I'm going to show you how I used each stage of the system for myself and then how I expanded these principles to work with all different body types, schedules, etc. for different Muslims and helped Hundreds of busy Muslim professionals like you to lose fat and keep it
off for life. So, the first phase that I had to go through was I had to figure out how to build a meal plan I could actually stick to long term because a lot of stuff I tried in the past just sucked in comparison with what I learned how to do. So, when I was struggling with obesity, I had a really bad pattern of uh not really handling my stress that well and using food to cope with the Stress. But then the funny thing is that if I had a great day at work, I would
also binge eat to celebrate. So, win or lose, I'd always find a reason to binge eat to either cope or celebrate. And obviously, I got fat. I b built some bad eating habits and it made dieting really hard for me because I didn't know how to build good eating habits and satisfy the food and flavors that I like in a way that actually got me results. So the more busy I got, the less time I had and I would just keep seeking junk food and convenience, my overeating got worse. And then when my metabolism slowed
down, I couldn't get away with it anymore and it was game over. So it was difficult because I would always be craving certain foods. I would always be eating out with friends. I'd be eating out with business colleagues, with family, and then I had a huge appetite and I saw myself as a foodie, which I still would identify with that to some extent, but I Found a worry to work around it and not let it define me, but rather just a way to make it actually work. And I'll explain that in a second. But um
another aspect was that the diets that I would do in the past would be very unrealistic like keto, intermittent fasting, all these types of things that a lot of my clients have tried prior to working with us that didn't really work for the long term because it's not realistic. Um and then also as you get older, they don't Always work as well as they used to. Like the first time I ever did keto, I lost 20 pounds, but then I gained it back. But then as I got older, I would only lose 10 pounds on
keto or fasting or any of these things I would do. And then I'd get even more frustrated and I would give up and I'd be in a plateau, frustrated, angry, rebounding, or I would go like crazy low and restrictive on my calories without the right macros. Or I go too low and my energy and Metabolism get messed up. So this is the problem with most approaches to dieting that most coaches take, that most trainers take, and most people just learning random information online take is they do these unsustainable methods that make it really miserable and
really hard to stick to. So even if you do get results, you are miserable and you end up falling off and regaining all the weight. And then the other problem is that if you So so that's the first thing Is that it's hard to maintain once you do get the results. But another thing is like the these methods become less and less effective over time because they don't actually optimize your metabolism. They crash your metabolism and so your metabolism gets slower and slower and it gets harder and harder in addition to you becoming more and
more jaded about dieting and losing motivation. And so eventually you find yourself in a position where it's it's that much Harder to get fit and you're that much less motivated to get fit and so you end up giving up, right? So I had to figure out a better way to do this and that's what I'm going to explain to you in a second. But just to go a little deeper into my story, I did eventually get so sick of being fat and doing these strategies that I know weren't going to work anymore because they just
were working less and less every single time. So, I literally hired a nutrition coach And a meal prep service to help me get back in shape and teach me how to do this the right way because even though I had already been a trainer for five years at that point, I just like I I I just couldn't figure out how to do this the right way. I mean, I'd taken nutrition classes, but when I was younger, it was so easy to cut. Like, literally 3500 to 4,000 calories, I'd get shredded. Like, there's one time I
lost 28 lbs in 8 weeks eating 3500 Calories a day. I was training like a maniac and I was 21 so I could recover from it. But my metabolism was so fast when I was younger, it was easy to get down to 9% body fat. But now, you know, I was eating probably about the same amount of food I was eating when I was cutting before yet I wasn't getting lean. So the trainer taught me how to fix my metabolism, boost it, uh, you know, or the nutrition coach rather, cuz he wasn't like training me,
but he was Um just giving me nutrition. actually also hired like a strength coach to teach me how to like build my strength back cuz I had been kind of inconsistent in the gym for a while cuz I had just been so busy with work uh ironically training clients. So, uh so I learned how to do this the right way now that I was older and my metabolism was sore and everything. So, I learned about macros and I also had the meal prep people doing it for Me. But there was a couple problems because even
though I lost 10 pounds in four weeks, the food was quite bland and I got tired of it and I did gain the weight back and I had to try a couple diets to finally find what works for me to lose the weight. But the two big game changers about 3 years later was learning the macro learning about macros a bit better, but also the principles behind how to boost your metabolism and h and understanding what produced Results. Cuz then once I understood it, I was actually able to take better control. But then I was
able to take that system and learn how to cook macro friendly meals for the foods that I loved in a way that's healthy so that I could actually, you know, not even feel like I was on a diet, but still be eating the exact perfect macros for metabolic optimization, fat loss, everything else. And of course, enjoying the foods that I love so I don't feel Like I'm on a diet. And then uh one of the mentors I had who actually taught me more about how to boost your metabolism was teaching me about like the weekly
cheat meal. Uh, and you can do weekly or every two weeks, but I like weekly um because that way I was able to eat out and keep my metabolism fast, but also how to eat flexibly when you're eating out and not actually, you know, mess up uh your diet if it's not your cheat meal. Now, once I learned this, after I'd already been a trainer for 5 years, I was finally able to start getting some crazy client transformations because up to that point, some of my clients would get great results and lose weight. Others would
just get strong and gain muscle, but they wouldn't actually lose weight. And I had no idea how to get them to lose weight because I literally didn't understand calories and macros and metabolism. But the cool thing is this was a great learning lesson for me Because after I finally learned nutrition for myself and how to get shredded, I was then able to get these, you know, principles installed within my clients. And so here's an example of one of the first crazy transformations I had. So he started at like 2011 and he lost 27 pounds. So
I think that puts him at 174. Um, or I can't remember exactly what he started at. It was, you know, a couple years ago. It was 5 years ago. But he got a six-pack as a father of two And business owner which is awesome and he was able to maintain it for years afterwards and he still maintained it to this day. So also fast forwarding 5 years to to this day now we have you know all those other results that you saw on the other page hundreds of client success stories working through many unique scenarios
because I was then able to understand the principles on nutrition but also how to customize it to the individual. So um the interesting thing is that many clients who we have have done diets before. In fact, I would say most of our clients have done diets before, worked with trainers before, tried many other things before, but had the same struggles with food cravings, going too low in calories, energy levels, not being sustainable, flavor, taste, etc. that I had on this journey and as a result would lose weight and then regain it or struggle to lose
it in the first Place, especially if their metabolism slowed down from chronic overd and undereating and all the other things that happen to people when they do most of these conventional diets that don't actually build your metabolism versus the way that we do it is we boost your metabolism, get you losing weight with sustainable recipes. And so this became a huge game changer because not only do the clients lose the weight, but they enjoyed the process and easily kept It off long term because of the habits they built, the metabolism they built, and everything else.
And of course, I'm going to go into more of the nuances on metabolism and then how to transition off the fat loss phase to make the maintenance even easier, etc. But that'll be more so in phase five of our video today, inshallah. Now, um, another thing was uh Oh, sorry. Let's see. I think I might have Oh, yeah. There we go. Okay. So, when people go too low in calories, this makes it very very hard to sustain, right? And so yeah that so that's what what this problem solves. Okay cool. Sorry I think I messed
up on the slides there. But anyway so the next step of this method is we have to build a training plan. I had to build a training plan that I could actually stick to for the long term. So first and foremost training and finding a time to train and recovering from my training was very Easy when I was younger. But as I got older and I became more busy and my recovery ability diminished and my stress increased and my body became less resilient to injury, I started to struggle with training. And if I trained too
hard, I would get tired or injured, right? So I had or I I just couldn't recover, right? And I would have to take days off to just, you know, stop being sore and miserable and tired. So I had to learn how to modify and sort of limit My intensity, but also when to push and train in a way that still produced results while accommodating from fatigue in the other areas of my life, namely work. and I needed to train in a way that boosted my energy instead of crashing it while accommodating for my time constraints
and being flexible on the weeks where I didn't have time or energy to train as much as I intended or go to the gym whether it was extra work, unexpected family stuff, whatever it Was. And I basically learned how hard can you push and when to give yourself rest while still getting results. So it sounds like very complicated and for many people can be a tough balance to find, but we've done this for enough people that we can establish that pretty quickly within the first four weeks, usually within the first week. Now, another thing I
had to learn was how to train functionally, how to do my mobility work, and everything else I Needed to avoid the stiffness, the pain, the lack of mobility that came from sitting in front of a desk, and then also how to overcome injuries and work around it and prevent them, and how to optimize my functionality and athleticism. And this is something that you're going to need to learn how to do if you want to be in this game for the long term and be functionally fit into your 70s and 80s, inshallah. So, now, how do
we do this for clients, right? Okay. So, once I started coaching hundreds of Muslim clients, I actually met a ton of brothers and sisters who had it way worse than me. So, literally, I'd have men and women who were 10 to 30 years older than me, who had four kids, five kids, and in some cases even six kids. We had a handful of clients who had just crazy amount of kids, mahab, and many who were also working 80 to 100 hours a week. And in some cases only slept four hours a night, like my Client
over here, which I'll go into his story in a second. And um to be honest, early on there were a few clients who I failed with. Like 2020 I remember I had this one Muslim client and it was Ramadan and he signed up and there was just a couple factors and yeah part of it was he wasn't 100% consistent on his end. But honestly the knowledge I didn't have the knowledge on how to help a guy of his level of being that busy, so much busier than me to get results. But I Learned from my
lessons. I learned from the plateaus that clients hit back then which is 5 years ago. And I was able to then start getting crazy results. And by the end of that year, I started to have a track record of h helping people to lose 20 to 30 pounds in 90 days guaranteed and actually have a guarantee on that, which is either money back or we keep working with you until you get the results. So that was the guarantee that we were able to promise by the end Of 2020 and by the start of 2021 because
the results became that much more consistent from the lessons I learned. Once I learned nutrition, I had to battle test that system. And then now that we've helped literally hundreds of clients in the craziest of situ of situations, even though I'm not as busy as they are and I don't have as many kids as they do, I learned how to empathize with them and get them better results. And again, plenty of brothers Who have come to us with between four to six kids working 80 plus hours a week. We help them to lose 20 plus
pounds and keep it off long term. And one of them who only sleeps 4 hours a night of right here, literally even into his 50s, mah still manages to get away with sleeping 4 hours a night. yet we were still able to get him the results. He he went down from 160 to 140 and was able to maintain it in literally 90 days which is pretty crazy because that's a very large Percentage of his body weight. So that was, you know, pretty remarkably fast that he was able to lose that weight. But subhan Allah, he's
been able to maintain the results and has lost the belly because of the principles that he's learned. So but that being said though, most clients will get their sleep super optimized and there are some people who can get by on four hours of sleep at night, but most people are going to need at least six to seven. So Likewise, we've also had a lot of clients who couldn't always make it to the gym. So how do we get results for them? Cuz I didn't used to know anything about bodyweight training until a few years ago
when I was forced to learn it to help my clients and also with, you know, co and the gyms were shut down and all that. So I had to learn how to put together bodyweight backup workouts to make sure that the clients could still get results on the days, months, or even Entire seasons or years where they couldn't necessarily physically commute to the gym. like some of my accountant clients during tax season or you know whenever a client has a newborn baby a lot of the times they can't necessarily make it to the gym at
all or at least all the time and so for some of the clients we built comprehensive home gyms for some where it wasn't necessarily realistic for them we built a bodyweight routine and so again as a result of what I've learned throughout this process alhamdulillah I've been able to have executives of major country companies not countries executives of major companies who travel to different countries every single week doctors and surgeons working 26 to 30 hour shift and another doctor who manages other doctors and crazy scenarios where we have to be super flexible with the training,
get them doing body weight backup and many of them have lost 20 to 30 pounds or More and kept it off long term. In fact, the guy who manages other doctors has lost more than 30 lbs and mah has been able to keep it off and he's really close to losing 50 lbs mah. And so again, we've had some crazy scenarios and learned some amazing skill sets. And so the old way of training is a lot of trainers just have you, you know, go balls to the wall, so to speak, is the the phrase. Um,
and this can burn you out. It doesn't accommodate for what you Really need and your recovery ability and the different seasons of your life, and it's not realistic. And a lot of guys burn out and then the coach just says, "Oh, you just need to work harder." But even before I figured out a lot of this stuff, I at least knew how to accommodate for different clients recovery abilities. is that now that we've done it for so many people, it's very clear how to adjust these things around different client needs. So the Next aspect is
the accountability, the rhythm, the healthy habits, the lifestyle, and the expert consulting. So believe it or not, expert consulting was a part of my journey that now we've been able to give to clients. But for me, it was so important that once I understood how to eat and train, even though the game was simple and easy, it still required effort and discipline. And I was still going to face temptation with Food and you know whatever else it may be especially in the initial weeks and months where you're still building the habits and the standards and
the new identity about yourself and learning about your own unique body and mind. What are the patterns that you're going to fall into? What are the unique hang-ups you're going to have with the logistics of your lifestyle, psychological obstacles and more. So having the right support system around Me in multiple different ways really helped me to win. And alhamdulillah, as I mentioned before, I had certain mentors for accountability, knowledge, troubleshooting in multiple areas, including fitness. And one of my close friends around the time that I was figuring out how to lose weight and keep it
off for the long term, was a professional bodybuilder in his 60s who has been doing this for a little over 37 years. And then I had another close Friend at that time, I mean, they're still both my friends, of course, um, who is literally one of the top experts in the fields of nutrition, gut health, hormones, exercise science, and who's been doing this for 20 plus years. And between the two of them and many other mentors I had um you know I was able to get that accountability and the positive influence of having people of
this caliber and standard around me to redefine my reality of what's possible Right um and so because I was in close communication with these people on a daily and weekly basis I was able to acquire the knowledge much faster and consult with them for various different things like I was helping them in their businesses and they were helping me with my fitness and so it was actually quite cool because they could rapidly acquire business knowledge and I could rapidly acquire fitness knowledge uh and I was able to build the skill sets much faster So that
I could succeed at a higher level because at the end of the day the standards and the mindset of the people around you are going to absorb into you and just being around the energy of these types of people was transformational for me and had a big influence on me in a positive direction and so literally the one who's been doing this for 20 plus years who's one of the top experts in the world literally I've only lifted with him like Once or twice when I visited him in New Jersey and then the other one
here in San Diego go. I would like lift with him once a week for like maybe four or six weeks, but literally that was only like four or six times and and then I did cardio with him a couple times, too. But literally other than that, um, but we were meal prepping every week though here in San Diego and I was really able to like absorb their mindsets and take my fitness standards to the next level As well as my habits, right? And another thing that helped me, which you don't necessarily have to do, but
I documented my journey on social media, which really helped me to stay accountable and I wanted to lead my followers and my family around me to better health. So, you know, whatever that might be for you is going to be really key to your results. And so, what I did was I then replicated a lot of these conditions for my clients. And I've had other like Business mentors who held me accountable every single day. And I found that really helpful. So, in like building my business. So, what I then did was I kind of combined
all those things to really make sure that my clients get that same experience and have similar conditions to help boost them in their fitness as well. So after trying a few different platforms, we eventually found per one of my client suggestions that WhatsApp was perfect because pretty much every Muslim has WhatsApp, right? So between the WhatsApp mastermind with all the brothers and we have a sisters group too for the sisters program with the sister coaches. Um as well as focused WhatsApp accountability groups for step count and food tracking for those who are trying to go
really hard with that and compete with each other. And then of course individual group coaching chats with myself and all my elite coaches for the clients. All my coaches are triple Certified. Alhamdulillah. Literally, we've been able to replicate the conditions of having a positive, influential environment, experts to consult with every single day and accelerate your learning. And I also pay my team to respond within 24 hours or less to the clients. And then I also personally have a direct line of communication with each of our clients. And we have over 100 plus members in the
group, but I still am in every one of Their chats to ensure that they always get the same level of support from myself and the coaches. So they can build that right set of habits in their lifestyle. They can troubleshoot and customize around any nuance or obstacle that they face and more. So, you're also going to see that every single day on Instagram, I post daily wins and testimonials. So, just watch my Instagram story highlights, uh, as well as my Instagram story every day that Literally, especially if you like that kind of motivation. You're going
to see that the level of support and account and communication and accountability that we provide as well as the nuance structure really helps to build habits that intrinsically enrich your life and stick for the long term. And of course, we work with your individual biology and psychology. You're going to see that across a lot of our testimonials. So now once we've got those things in place, What we want to do is we need to be able to optimize. And the first phase of optimization comes within the first 1 to four weeks before we go into
optimization phase two, which is past week four. So the first optimization phase is when those initial obstacles come because the first few days of the diet is always the hardest. Then there are a couple things that might happen, you know, throughout the first week and maybe like 3 weeks in when you know you Start to get stale and tired of the initial rhythm and we have to switch some things up and figure out how often you need things switched up. So, of course, you need the right habits and mindsets to succeed long term. And we
also need to address any logistical nuances you're going to face in your unique life and your circumstances, but you also need the right ability to troubleshoot with experts around these obstacles and nuances or you might end Up leading yourself astray because there's so much conflicting random information online that's going to confuse you. So, you don't want to fall into paralysis by analysis or confusion. You want to have the right expert tell you exactly what you need to do in your unique situation, literally diagnose it for you with the right expertise. And so for myself, I
remember when I was, you know, going through this journey, if I hit a plateau or I struggled with Consistency or my body was getting fatigued, I would get distracted by all the stuff that I could do on social media, but I would just do random stuff that didn't work. I wouldn't stick to anything long enough to see success, and I would never address the root cause of these nuances needed to optimize my own process. So once I had the right experts to consult with, this really helped me to get that expertise. And again, it was
a huge blessing. Alhamdulillah, that Helped me to get much better results without messing myself up, getting confused, or getting lost in the sauce that the kids say. So, for our clients, we communicate daily until the client is in momentum with everything, which can take as little as 1 to 3 days or as long as 4 to 6 weeks. And even past that momentum phase, if anything goes wrong, we have a 24-hour feedback loop. Like I mentioned, if we see them start falling off, like they're missing workouts or Comm communication or check-ins, we start to really
problem solve. What's the root cause of that? or if a client is starting to feel that things are getting hard to sustain, they can practically reach out to us so that if anything doesn't feel sustainable, we can adjust within 24 hours. Now, every single day there are conversations, nuances, check-ins, deep dives, and consulting that make a world of difference in being able to quickly Learn, get in momentum, solve all the little micro problems that happen along the journey with everything. And then, of course, optimize around whatever logistical challenges, work, family, psychological, whatever it might be.
Now, typically once we've gotten all that sorted within the first, you know, four weeks typically, then what we need to do is we get the results as much as we can until we start to slow down after about 3 to 6 months. So, you're going to be able to get results for about 3 to 6 months before things slow down. Usually, it's going to be metabolic adaptation because the body perceives that it's lost a certain amount of weight and then it needs to learn and then the body, you know, you kind of have to learn
how to how to quote unquote trick your metabolism into speeding back up so it doesn't slow down. So for myself with my 38 lb fat loss journey after the first 20 pounds there was a combination of factors like part of it was dieting fatigue part of it was uh lack of I was starting to lose consistency and part of it was metabolication but another big part of it was Ramadan. Now, in Ramadan, I actually, you know, didn't gain weight that Ramadan, but I also didn't lose weight because the thing is that my metabolism is very
vulnerable to fasting and can slow down pretty quickly when Ramadan hits, especially if I had Already been a deficit prior, which I was, and of course was required for fat loss. Now, when I was younger, I would lose a bunch of weight in Ramadan, like sometimes as much as 10 to 20 pounds. But the older I've gotten, the less that happens to where now it doesn't really happen. And I mean, there was actually a Ramadan after I lost all that weight and then I sped up my metabolism where I actually lost weight that Ramadan and
it was actually quite cool. But I always Like to go into Ramadan with more the mindset of like, hey, I'm going to I'm going to optimize and, you know, my body's going to recmp the way it needs to. But again, I'm not always aggressively pursuing goals in Ramadan, per se, because of course the focus is on, but I'm definitely maintaining, right? Um, but anyways, and then obviously, you know, a couple years ago, I even had some Ramadan where I gained weight. So, obviously, I needed to learn How to not make the mistakes that cause me
to gain weight that a lot of people make. But we'll do a Ramadan specific breakdown of the system, inshallah, next Ramadan. I mean, I always do a lot of Ramadan videos to make sure people are ready to make the most of it, whether they're trying to lose weight, maintain, just have more energy, whatever it is. But, um, you know, the only reason I brought up Ramadan is because this is where I hit a plateau because after Ramadan, I hit a very significant plateau. And a lot of people do actually hit a plateau after Ramadan because
after Ramadan your metabolism is usually a bit slowed down from the fasting, from the sleep, everything. And so you need to know how to get your metabolism optimized in that 3 to four week period after Ramadan. But even Ramadan aside, after 3 to 6 months, results are going to slow down. And even though we keep your Metabolism as fast as possible, once you've lost 10 to 15% of your body weight, and in some cases, especially if you have a lot to lose, you could lose 25% of your body weight or more before this happens. But
eventually once you start getting close to that 12 to 15% body fat where you're almost about to get abs, especially if you've already lost 20 to 30 lbs or more, that's when your body starts kind of stubbornly holding on to fat and countering your Efforts to lose it. If you've ever gotten that lean before, you've noticed that the body fat becomes a lot more stubborn. Doesn't want to come off at that point. So, at this point, the best thing you can do, and what I had to do was reverse diet. And so I have other
videos where I go deep into like what actually is a reverse diet, how do you actually raise your calories, which how to avoid the fats and sugars and just use complex carbs and lean proteins, how Much to increase it by, how to check, etc. Uh, and make sure you're doing it properly. But I had to learn how to reverse diet. And if I didn't know how to do that, I probably would have gotten demotivated and gained all the weight back because my metabolism was slow. And if I just came off the diet, started eating junk
food, I would have gained the weight back very fast. So, ironically, just a few months prior to this, I had invested in a new Certification, which is the functional nutrition metabolism specialization. And this is the uh certification I've had all my coaches go through as well. Very important, very, you know, amazing for learning in-depth knowledge, right? So, you know, at this point, I was in their program and I was able to consult with them about clients, but it was kind of interesting because now I was in my own fat loss journey. I was able to
consult with them myself and not just optimize My metabolism, but really learn how to optimize, you know, cortisol, testosterone for women, how to optimize estrogen to progesterone ratio. And cortisol, how it really destroys women even more than it destroys men. And I had to learn and I was able to learn how to maximize my energy, my recovery, my focus, my metabolism, my nutrient timing, reduce hunger and cravings, and more. and do that in nuance client situations where sometimes clients had Totally different genetics, totally different hormonal response to certain things than I did. So, it's cool
to learn how to identify that for different types of clients cuz everybody has a very different body, different genetics, everything. So, the this was super valuable for me because I actually have some clients come into our program who have a suppressed metabolism for various reasons, often because of diets they did before, chronic years of dieting, etc. Including my client Shahed. I forgot to put his screenshot here, but you can literally just go to my Instagram. Um, I have him pinned on my reels because I did a reel on how he was pranked the Hajj and
then Allah introduced him to our content and subhan Allah he ended up signing up losing 48 pounds in 6 months and I also have his full interview and my testimonial highlights uh which is like over an hour long. Literally his journey subhan Allah was quite amazing And every time I have a check call with him it feels like another testimonial cuz he's always telling me how much he loves everything and how much has changed his life because literally he was struggling for 30 years with his weight. He was yo-yoing, gaining weight, especially when he was
stressed. And he has a high level management position with 200 employees. He has four kids and he's 49 years old, or he was at the time, now he's in his 50s, mashallah, And maintaining his results. It's been two years since we had his amazing transformation. And in mah, he's maintained his results. People are coming up to to him at the gym, having seen his transformation. He's leading people. He's leading people, his community, right now. Now, we've also had clients with hypothyroidism like my client Salman who lost 40 plus pounds even though he's an executive who
travels every week for work and he has Two kids in his 40s and so you know taking that particular course and experiencing and learning how to do this for myself really helped with helping him as well. And then also um you know we have a sisters program and we get some sisters through Instagram. We have a lot of men who refer their wife after they get great results who join our sisters program too. And women actually have a lot more metabolic and hormonal issues than men do, especially after Years of chronic dieting because the female
metabolism gets destroyed by stress much more quickly than than a man's metabolism does. Now, men's metabolism can still get destroyed by stress, but for women, it's much more rapid and significant. So, for women, it actually takes a lot more nuance and knowledge to get them results. And so that was another great thing I got the chance to learn because yeah, I had some female clients early on who lost some Weight, some who didn't, but just like with the men, how I learned how to get them better results and really the last five years is where
things really started to shine. Subhan Allah. Same thing with the women. So it's interesting because not only do we have people whose metabolism is slow because of special conditions, but also because of chronic dieting. But then a lot of our clients who don't necessarily have those issues, right, they might come in And lose the first 20 to 30 pounds and hit a plateau. Or they might lose 40, 50, or even up to 75 lbs and then hit a plateau. And then they when they hit that plateau, I had to learn how to fix it, which
was reverse dieting. So they could then start losing weight again, lose all the weight, and keep it off for life. So learning how to optimize my own metabolism, taking that course really helped me to optimize their metabolism, solve all the issues that men and women Had with metabolic conditions, thyroid, hormones, testosterone, etc. And even some brothers who had low testosterone came in and we got them to skyhigh testosterone naturally without needing TRT, which was amazing for their health, for everything, their quality of life, their results, uh, uh, physical fat loss, muscle growth, everything. Now, even
for people without metabolic conditions though, learning how to ramp up your metabolism through reverse Dieting to break plateaus helps with making maintenance effortless. Because here's the thing is once you reach your goal weight, you're going to be on a calorie deficit. And if you don't know how to actually get your metabolism faster by once you reach your goal, it's going to be really really easy for you to actually gain a bunch of weight again and have a bunch of problems. So, it's so important that we reverse diet you up 500 to 1,000 calories over the
course of That 4 to 6 weeks to get your metabolism back up to skyhigh levels after you've lost the weight and then shift your macros to higher fats. So, you can literally eat whatever you want at family functions, restaurants, etc. without gaining weight back. And the best part is you've already built such great habits around nutrition. And so you're not even going to want to eat that much junk, but you can if you want because your metabolism goes so fast. And so the cool thing is when you get to this maintenance phase, most clients typically
just keep slowly gaining muscle and losing fat like Shahed has. And if they want to pursue greater goals like getting six packs shredded, doing a photo shoot, doing an athletic competition, things that might have seemed impossible to them in the past, all of this becomes highly possible. And it just takes patience with the process, doing the daily work, communicating with Us. So we can make it easy for you and hold you accountable and you will get results by the permission of Allah like hundreds of clients before you. And so once I finally understood how this
whole system around weight loss worked and how to customize it to myself and to my clients, all of us started to get results and win at a higher level than we ever thought was possible before. As you can see in these pictures here. So if you want to understand how this Process works, I have a special offer for you.
