so guys a little tip for you youtubers out there or you snap chatters instagramers Twitterers what do you call someone who tweets a twitterer whatever here's a little tip on how to sort of cross promote so obviously things like snapchat there's no in-house like explore section you find people through their other social media and snapchat actually now that I say that is something I probably have a cross promoted smartly enough but youtube is and i was able to grow my youtube quite quickly through sending traffic over for my Instagram so I'm going to leave you
guys with a one-minute clip right now it's been a week and that's kind of crazy for me where I've gotten no work done just make sure you're making the right decisions because even the smallest of things can just lead to your demise you're getting into the gym if you're getting into meditating into reading [ __ ] is really good for you right now you have to be so careful about your friends your influences so guys the reason I showed you that clip was basically rather than just putting your youtube link in your bio or rather
than putting your you know a photo of your YouTube and saying hey go follow actually show them what value you bring from you know what they gain from actually checking out your page checking out your YouTube you want to really sort of tease them into it as well as once you've done that put your youtube link in your bio so usually my main you link and my bio is for my website for my online coaching my ebook but whenever I post something like this it goes straight to my YouTube you want to make things as
simple as possible for people seriously like super-dead simple and one last thing although I've said this don't be too spammy I probably do this once a week just generally because i know i have 13,000 instagram followers and only you know 700 youtube subscribers so obviously there's some people who aren't subscribed and they get to see a little bit of what I'm up to and even if they don't want to subscribe it's just a way for them to get to know a little bit better but make sure you're not too spammy cuz you know honestly no
one likes a a quick one for you guys and girls stop buying [ __ ] it's not gonna make you a high-value person so if you guys aren't already following my snapchat you're just missing out always dropping wisdom on their Lots behind the scenes stuff and it's just awesome awesome platform for me to connect with you guys if you want to apply if you want to response if you want to connect snapchat is number one best platform to do that because I just love it was respond in detail I don't snap shot my snapchat is

about reading talking about you know how we can utilize this summer to achieve you know the goals that all three of us have you know as a collective and individually like a few if you and your friends are spending your time bitching about people complaining gossiping drop your friends right now seriously drop them you can do better or step up your [ __ ] because the sad matter of fact is maybe you don't deserve to be hanging out with people who are going places because you're just not at that level yet something to think about
so I was telling one of my friends about my struggles with gaining weight and he actually gave me this serious mass um I've always looked at this sort of stuff like it's kind of ridiculous but you know what I've been eating well let's see I've been getting like 3-4 hours sleep for a solid two months and then I'm back to eight hours I wasn't eating because I was so focused on working that I didn't want to disturb the flow because personally the hour after i eat I just get really drew be like I just want
to sleep and stuff like that so hopefully this combined with some good sleep now more meditation which means less cortisol in my body all this sort of stuff means I can get back to making games also guys there's absolutely nothing I like more than being out here filming videos for you guys just finished one on why I believe Instagram is dead for social media influencers and why it's there's just much better platforms out there in order to grow a strong brand so go check that out when that is out which should be a couple days
after this when I absolutely love about my area is that you have like all these streets just like these really cool side streets and you know I'm not an amazing speaker yet I'm not amazing at blocking out what's around me which is why quieter streets are obviously going to be better you know I'm not at that point where I a hundred percent don't give a [ __ ] yet um I'm working on it though yeah really working hi can i book hair appointment for tomorrow please all right thank you very much so guys there's a
little sneak peek into my second ebook it's all about supplements I just got so so many questions and I thought I'd make an e-book about it and once again it's free i mean i've spent so long on it so much research has gone into it not just right now but you know months and months ago when i was looking into it for personal you know reference so much time has gone into typing this up i think it's up to whatever 6,000 words the final product and lots and lots of time formatting it I think the
e-book looks absolutely beautiful now sunday is when i'll be up it'll be up on my website i really really hope you guys go and download it it'll just give you a completely different insight into you know what the whole supplement industry is like because there's a lot behind the scenes that it really doesn't get shown well i leave for a month tomorrow so not only did I get one dominoes I got two alright guys so if you haven't noticed already my chest is by far my weakest point as well as I think I've done like
45 edits in a row and I'm super super busy today I'm flying out tomorrow got a lot of law work to do so today the plan is gonna hit some heavy bench probably a 3 by 3 or 5 by 5 and then I'm actually going to do a commentary over the workout and i'm going to show you guys and give you guys some tips as to how to fill out your chest because as i said i've just been stuck with a cups for the longest time so that's a plan for today hope you enjoy and
i'll catch you in the commentary alright what's up guys thank you so much for sticking around to this point and if you have you are in for a good little treat I haven't done a voiceover in a while and that's basically because I've just been on such an edit craze that's really just been a passion and a hobby recently and love stepping up my edits but here is the star of the workout I'm doing 80 kilos for a five by five sorry five by three so five reps three sets really not trying to you know
go until failure here just trying to get a good little strength session at the beginning and I always like to start off with some compounds first step 1 well here second set second rep third rep fourth rep was a bit of a grinder more so than i would have liked and then fifth rep as you can see i actually slowed it down it moved in front of me and that was completely my fault just a lack of tightness and you know i found it kind of funny but i was still quite angry here is my
last set and what I would believe to be my best as you can see third rep fourth rep I stay really really tight here and once again I slowed it down just so you can see how tight i am the little arch in my back I was very very pleased with this and I actually went for six reps and I actually like I generally believe I could have gone seven eight another part of that was I have myself up and that is so important so as you can see right here the first tip I have
for you is pre fatigue what I'm doing is an incline or decline sorry decline push-up which makes it a bit harder and I'm actually holding at the bottom one thing I want you to understand about this whole commentary is some things are slow down to two hundred percent and or sorry fifty percent some things are sped up to one and a half times as quick and some things are sped up the twice as quick so I just take that into consideration when you know looking at what I'm doing my second tip tap so let's just
go back to my first two pre fatigue my back has always been a much stronger part of my body and that's mainly because I've you know done supersets drop sets and always pre fatigued and of that paired with tapping and getting that good mind muscle connection has always really really helped you know just grow my back and I'd say my back is a lot better than my chest so the third tip you saw was uh angled presses so what I mean here is I'm not actually quite sure what this movement is but uh basically you
get the bar and you hook it up to the side of the squat rack and you do like a 45-degree angled press that or incline bench press which I actually don't do that much just a personal preference I don't really feel a contraction as well I feel as though my front delt comes in too much that or incline dumbbell press another one which I really should start doing more my fourth tip hold stretch hold squeeze now that applies to bench press and as well as cable flyes so with bench press obviously you saw I was
going for five reps and that was more of a strength-based cycle or a strength-based portion of the workout so I wasn't holding at the bottom but usually I hold at the bottom one Mississippi two Mississippi three Mississippi and then I explode up and I hold the contraction at the top bit harder with a barbell but with dumbbells and with flies like this it's really important with the flies as you come back you hold the stretch and the contraction as you squeeze and bring it in that to me is so important the fifth tip you saw
was a work at different levels work at different angles so what you saw from the Flies was I started off at the top notch then I went to the middle notch and then I went to the bottom notch just working different portions of your chest by the way when you do the bottom notch the mental q I want you to use is imagine you're scooping up sick tip is pullovers do them honestly guys I didn't do them before and that was a massive mistake 7th tip incorporates supersets I hope you guys have enjoyed these tips
