9 AI Tools That Doubled My Productivity

I've discovered nine AI productivity tools that most people aren't even talking about so for context I've been running an online business now for 10 years and last year I burned out because I was doing way too much in the business and working a ton and these AI tools I'm about to share with you were Lifesavers after that experience so the first tool is called reclaim AI one of the things that led me to burnout was this constant task switching I was doing in the business I was jumping from one task to the next next task

to the next one and they were all different types of tasks so I was never able to really focus I also used to hate having to coordinate meetings or interviews across different time zones all the back and forth emails just to find a time that works for everybody my calendar was out of control and it just sucked the energy out of me I mean I've used Google Calendar for years and it's great but it's manual and currently there's no scheduling logic build into it I then came across reclaim Ai and oh my God this tool

Outlook but it is coming okay tool number two it's called my mind I'm somebody who can easily get overwhelmed with all the things that I find online that I want to consume whether it's YouTube videos articles AI tools that I come AC across but I don't have time in that moment to either watch the video or read the article or check out the website I want to be able to save them so I can come back to them later but I've never had a good system for capturing those types of things and then being able

to go find them later it is actually one of my biggest pet peeves not being able to find something that I know I have captured and kept I've tried bookmarks screenshots web Clippers random notes and and none of it's ever worked for me I then learned about this tool called my mind and uh this app is a GameChanger so with my mind you capture content that you come across online whether it's you know a video or an article or an idea or a bookmark or inspiration images and my mind's AI automatically organizes for you you

don't need to use any tags or complex filing system the coolest thing for me with my mind is to search for something all you do is type in a keyword or whatever it is that you remember about that piece of content that you want to go looking for and the AI automatically understands the context of what you've typed in there and it pulls it up for you it's been awesome and for the longest time I've used the free version of my mind and I've just recently gone to the paid version it's like $6 a month

okay so you have a way to capture articles videos whatever it is that you want to come back to later on with the previous tool my mind but what if you find yourself too busy to actually go back and consume that content that you captured well if you're like me and you go for walks or maybe you go work out or you walk the dog or maybe you're in the car a lot I discovered this tool called recast which takes those long articles that you want to read and turns them into audio conversations about that

article it doesn't just summarize the article it explains the article conversationally and in a matter of minutes tells you everything that's in the article so now you can listen to all that content that you didn't have time to read when you're on the go I still think recast has some room for improvement it can be a little bit buggy a little bit slow but hey it's a newer app and I do think it'll continue to get better so for this next tool in early 2023 I was spending like $1,000 a month to an agency paying

them to take my long form videos and turn them into short form video clips and even at that ,000 a month price I could only get a few videos process each month but then I discovered AI tools for video editing and I tested a bunch of these tools and with mixed results I then came across Opus clip Opus clip really stood out to me because it was the one tool that I felt actually found accurate and engaging Clips within my long form videos it's really quick it's like one click and it's already working to find

you those clips and it's like $30 a month so instead of paying a, ,000 a month to an agency to get a few long form videos repurposed into short form Clips Opus clip is now doing that for me at a fraction of the cost like 30 bucks a month and it's doing a really good job of creating really good accurate and engaging video clips now for this next tool writing is something that I do a lot of in my business and it's always taken me a long time to write something whether it's a YouTube video

script or my weekly email newsletter podcast outlines before I sold my podcast writing just one thing would take me hours I just sit there and stare at a blank Google doc screen and I would have major writers block and then I came across this next tool which has saved me from writing hell it's called Lex so Lex is like a smarter Google Docs but it has an AI built into it that is specific to writing and it gives you spoton writing advice it can brainstorm for you it can edit it can proofread and here's probably

my favorite part of Lex if you're w in and then you get stuck and you're not really sure what to say next the AI will autocomplete your paragraph for you oh my gosh it's so great the AI can generate also like a first draft an outline or a list of topics to cover and then if you have a team similar to Google Docs you can use Lex to have realtime collaboration which makes working on a group project super super easy inside of Lex now this next tool is called type share similar to Lex in that

it is an AI assistant digital writing platform but types share takes the content creation process a step further than Lex does so you know this in addition to creating written content you then need to format it specifically for the various social platforms that you use and that can be a total pain in the butt who wants to write something five different ways just so that you can show up on all of the social platforms and this is what type share helps you with it's like your personal assistant for your writing type share not only uses

AI to help you write but it also formats your writing for your various social media accounts you can publish directly to your social media accounts from within type share and it also has a built-in content planner where you can plan and schedule your content to your social media accounts so as you can see this can save you so much time all inside of one app so for writing focus and collaboration I like Lex for a whole workflow from creation to publishing that can basically 10x your writing that's why I like type share I find this

next tool super interesting so you know when you feel like your tasks are all over the place and managing projects in your business feels like you're trying to piece together this big puzzle well I found this tool called TASC a taskade is this super powerful tool that integrates AI into your task management your project coordination team collaboration all in one workspace think of it as a whole bunch of the tools that you use in your business already all rolled up into one tool so it's your project management tool of choice it's slack it's chat GPT

it's Google Docs it's Miro all rolled up into one with TASC a you can create and manage complete workflows as well as automate hundreds of tasks that you do across your business and because of that you can replace a whole bunch of tools that you're currently using with this one tool now what I found there's quite a bit of learning curve to it I think it does take some time to learn but I also think it's totally worth it for the amount of time and money that it can save you for this next tool it's

called durable now if I were to choose where I have wasted the most money over the years of my business hands down it would be building and designing redesigning a website I have spent so much money on different website designs I can't even and the biggest lesson I learned from all that is that you do not need the fanciest website that takes weeks to build and tens of thousands of dollars to build to make a lot of money in your business you just need something that's functional and provides an easy user experience so in 2023

when I needed to change my website because of the pivot that I was making I was not going to make the same mistakes that I'd made in the past when it came to website redesign and so in my research I discovered this AI tool called durable which literally allows you to create a complete website in under a minute seriously and it's a super cheap monthly reoccurring fee for it and the site looks really cool and you can build really goodlooking sites and the cool thing about it is that they have analytics they'll host the site

for you and you can also if you already have a domain you can use your custom domain for the site that you build on durable all right you've very likely heard of notion but because of how powerful a productivity tool that it is I've got to include it in this video now I've actually been using notion for off and on for years now but when they integrated anthropics claw AI into notion giving you the power of AI right within the tool that's when I started using it a ton so now you don't have to jump

back and forth between tools to get a lot of things done right inside an ocean it solves the problem needing a bunch of different tools to do things like organize your tasks manage projects create and edit content capture notes and documents collaborate with your team and again with anthropics claw AI right inside a notion it's like having this wizard right inside of notion that can help you be super productive without ever leaving the tool and it's this integration of AI right inside a notion that I think really makes it a great tool that can be
