Hey guys and welcome to today's video. Today we have two cases to cover, both resulting in [ __ ] being arrested for being [ __ ] in court. The first is an idiot who refused to remove his hat for completely madeup spiritual reasons.
And the second is a sovereign citizen who goes off on a judge and pays for it with significant jail time. We're going to start with the spiritual idiot and I'm going to play his first couple of interactions before getting into the contempt proceedings. So, let's begin.
Is Mr Richmond here? He is here, your honor. He's here with us.
Okay, Mr Richmond. Good morning. Um, and it's Mr The Okay, let's see which cases we want to take care of first.
Would you please Yes, sir. Would you explain that to me? Would you explain it to me?
So, I'm going to Here's what I'm going to do. Hold on, Mr Thei. Correction, I'm sorry, Mr Richmond.
Uh, Mr Richmond, uh, I'm going to ask you to remove your hat. If you decline, I'm going to ask you why. If you decline, we're going to have further discussions.
Would you please remove your hat in my courtroom? Would you explain your cultural uh uh your cultural reason to me? So, you're declining.
I'm going to let you talk to your attorney and when I call your case, we'll finish this discussion. noted. You bring the deputies in, please.
All right. At least Mr Richmond's two cases 24 M 2519285M1312. Mr Rich, come on.
Join your attorney, please. Mr Richmond, would you please remove your hat in the courtroom? Uh, like I said earlier, your honor, I'd prefer for spiritual reasons not to not cultural reasons.
Cultural are spiritual reasons, are they not? Or spiritual are cultural. Would you describe that to me further?
[clears throat] Uh, it's to my it's to my understanding, sir, that many people do not need to remove their hat when I'm asking about your situation. Explain it to me. Yes.
I I believe mine is similar because spiritually I believe I lose power when I expose my head fully. So, I'd prefer not to remove my hat because I feel like I need power in here. Okay.
Um, I'm going to order you one more time. I do not find that persuasive. In fact, I find it manipulative.
I'm going to order you one more time to remove your hat out of respect for the court as I order anybody else so as not to treat you differently. I do not find your your reasons to be persuasive. I'm going to order you to do it.
And I just wanted to let you know that failure to comply, I will find you in direct contempt of court. Do you understand that? As long as you feel, as long as you understand, you're asking me to yield my power spiritually.
Lit in a literal sense. This is what you're doing. This is what you've done last time.
This is what you guys always do. And you know, I think that's really I don't understand your answer. I'm ordering you to remove it again with you understanding the consequences.
Do you understand the consequences of failure to remove your hat? Uh, can you please explain them? Yes.
I will hold you in direct contempt of court, finding that after repeated warnings, you failed to comply with the the court's order and that it undermines the dignity and the authority of this court. And specifically, I don't find your reason to be persuasive. Do you understand?
Uh, not fully. So, do I get my hat next time? That's what I'm trying to understand.
I'm talking about this time. We'll worry about next time. Next time.
Do you understand that if you fail to comply, I will hold you in direct contempt? So, I'm going to be held for 24 hours while it's cold out. I have no idea what the consequences are going to be.
You will be sentenced on direct contempt and I'll be I'll allow you to make any statement you want in mitigation. I'll hear from your attorney as well and then I'll decide. You may not go into custody at all or you may or there may be some other consequence.
Okay. What is your response to my final order to remove your hat? Sir, I really insist on this and I feel really strongly spiritually about it and it's time for me to take the consequences of that.
The court has uh found that the I now find that the defendant has been warned multiple times to remove his hat. He's been given sufficient notice and given a direct order in fact to remove his hat. He has explained and the court finds it to to be completely uh incredible having even changed his explanation after talking with his attorney explained his heartfelt that's with air quotes uh reason for not removing his hat.
I find it to be incredible, manipulative and uh and in direct contempt of the court. I find that it undermines the uh cred uh the rather the authority and undermines the dignity of the court. I find that it's he does so intentionally and because of that he is in direct contempt regarding the sentence and I will sentence you in a moment but let's take care of the pre-trial readiness conference piece piece first and then we'll talk about the sentence.
All right. So, the judges found him in contempt. However, they still had some pre-trial readiness issues to get through before sentencing him.
I'm going to skip that part since it was just lawyers going through some procedural stuff. What I will tell you is that he was using the court property as his own personal skate park. And when he was told that he couldn't skateboard there, he refused to stop, got into an altercation with a deputy, and then refused to leave when trespassed from the property.
So, now let's get to his contempt sentencing. Anything else on the trials? No, your honor.
All right, that leaves the contempt. Um, regarding contempt, Miss Bulowski, do you want to be heard or you want your client to be heard or what would you like to do? One moment, your honor.
Yes, your honor. Unfortunately, I I don't have anything to add to the record. Okay, Mr Richmond, you're given the opportunity, and you can just stay right there um to tell me anything you want before I decide on the sentence or the direct contempt.
If you want to say something, you may. If you don't, that's fine, too. I don't want to say much, but I mean, all all there is to say that it's like a religion to me.
It's personal. It's semi parallel to what a lot of religions and cultures believe. And if I embellish too much, then that would be I believe wrong.
If you if you embellish mean add more to it. Yeah. Like that is part of my belief.
Okay. Okay. And that is part of you know call it spiritual, religion, cultural, I don't care what you call it.
Okay. Thank you. Uh, I'm not going to call it anything.
Um, I will note that you are wearing a traditional black winter hat that shows no signs of any cultural or religious um affiliation, nor have you identified any other than a personal uh belief that you would like to wear a hat to maintain power. Again, I don't find that to be persuasive, as I've already said. Again, finding the defendant to be in contempt uh direct contempt of court.
I'll sentence you to one day in the Boulder County Jail. Um I was considering longer, but I I just need to communicate to you that um you can't do this, so I don't want to keep you in jail longer. Um plus it's a snowy day, as you said.
Perhaps it's not all that punitive uh based on what you said. Um so I'll sentence you to one day in the Boulder County Jail. Deputies, please.
My bigger concern is that we're going to have a jury on Tuesday. I would encourage you to re-evaluate your uh position because I do not want you to wear a hat in front of the jury and be hold on and and be in direct contempt again. Um I don't want that to be disruptive because that has here it's just us, but that has the potential to be significantly more disruptive to the proceedings.
You don't have to say anything about it at all. I just want to put you on notice that the rules remain the rules. Um you can talk to Miss Bowski about it if you want.
You can say something too, but I I just might be better to think about it and then talk. Miss Pulcowski. Yes.
Yes. Thank you. as far as I call deput.
Yes, deputy. Uh, M Mr Richmond. Um, he's going into custody.
He's away from police. He's been very cooperative with me other than the contempt piece. And so the so the record's clear.
It's they're two different cases. It's direct contempt in both cases and um one day concurrent in both cases. So one day total.
So that's the end of those shenanigans. He had a trial the following week, but unfortunately they didn't live stream that one, so we will never know whether he learned his lesson or not. I will say this, his behavior is best described as politely stupid, which is a sharp contrast from the next guy who makes some very softish statements about the gold fringe on the flag and putting leans on the judge's house and wife.
Also, he drops the fbomb so many times that I will have to censor it a bit so that it doesn't get flagged by YouTube for demonetization. Now, his appearance starts on the phone, but then he is ordered to come to the courthouse when that devolves. She loved she loved I just got it to her.
Looks like we have Mr B. Mr Doer, we'll unmute Mr BMA. Oh, yeah.
You were my old neighbor. Sorry, your honor. I'm here.
Yeah. You bring it while Mr Doer. Yeah.
Yes, sir. You need to stop talking, passerbys. They're not part of the hearing.
It's distracting. Well, you muted on your end. You guys could do it last time.
Hey, Mr Doer. I am Mr Doer. I've allowed you.
Your honor, do you have your gown on? Are you wearing your gown? Are you wearing your gown right now?
Okay. So, we are now on the record. No, you are not.
Yeah. With the gold print flag in the courtroom, right? Hey, Mr You listening to me, your honor.
Mr Doer, I've asked you to mute and the judge has asked you to mute. Can you do that from your end or do we need to do it from our end? He can do it from his.
He's got the [ __ ] computer right in front of him, Corey. Okay, Miss Miss Far, I'm not on the record yet. We're going to deal with this.
This is not appropriate. So we are now on the record of the Nachos County Court Associate Court. The case is 25M 27.
Uh we have Mr Dozer appearing by WebEx. He was given prior permission to appear by WebEx. Council also appears by WebEx.
Before we get started and just prior to me going online, I'm going to address some behavior for Mr Doer. Mr Doer allowing you to appear and and for the record, I've muted him right now because um as I tried to address him, he spoke over me and was speaking inappropriately. So, I'm going to make a record here.
Um Mr Mr You're being allowed to appear by WebEx, not by right to appear by WebEx, but because I agreed to after one of your attorneys asked based on the nature of this hearing. Um, when you do so, your behavior on WebEx needs to be just as appropriate as it is in the courtroom. Um, and what you were asked to do is to stop talking to For the record, he just disconnected, which was probably in his best interest since he couldn't show even the least bit of decorum when speaking to the court over the phone.
And like I said, he was then ordered to show up to the courthouse. And that's where the real fireworks take place. You give your [ __ ] little [ __ ] Mr Dozer, we're coming here and you need to be quiet.
Do you know what today is? It's the 25th anniversary. Your honor, Mr Dozer.
Mr Doer, you have I'm advising you to exercise your unless you out me. you all telling you to shut up today. Do you hear me?
Okay, Mr Dozer, you need to be quiet and listen. I'll be quiet. If you have outbursts like that again, you can be held in contempt.
If he touches me like that, Mr Dozer, I'm going to let the hair out. Hear me? Do you hear me?
Yeah, we're on the same behavior. This behavior, right, is accurate and it's going to happen if [ __ ] don't change real soon. I'm going to write down a list of things you're not allowed to do in my town no more.
Mr Doer. Okay, Mr Spar, I'm going to address him. You're going to address me?
You may. You ain't got dressing up along with me, you public. You've got me undressed enough, haven't you?
Every time I go to jail, I got to undress. Mr Do, I'm advising you to exercise your right to remain silent. That's what I've been through in my life.
Do you know what you do? Every time you puting handcuffs on me, you do that. I liked you.
You need to be quiet. Stop doing that to me then. You need to be quiet.
All right. Cuz I can go all the way. Both of these fat mother.
I'll let air at him right here with my fist. I'm not threat. You are.
I'm just telling you. I know what I can do. And I know.
So do something about the law and leave me the alone. Your behavior is inappropriate. Oh.
To who? To the Americans. I don't think so.
To this court. Why? Why are you an American?
You're not aing American. [laughter] I have every right to express myself. I got the freedom of speech.
I got the right to Mr Doer. You don't have the right to address the court. I got the right to not in the way that you are addressing the court.
Right. All right. Well, I can do it the proper way if you quit play games with me.
Stop playing games. You guys want to get for real? Let's go to the Ninth Circuit Court.
Oh, you can't go there. We bind over. You're done.
Let's keep in your courtroom then. Now we're going to Congress with all these cases that you're involved in. So I hope your bases are covered, mother.
You're getting audited. You're getting held accountable. Mr Doer, you're done.
I'm done. You can talk. No, I'm going to talk.
No, I'm done. You can talk now. Because this behavior is fine.
Is inappropriate. There ain't nothing wrong with it. It's contempt.
Have you been to military court? It's contemptuous. Have you fought in a war?
Have you been tortured and abused? Captured, kidnapped, have any of that [ __ ] happened to you. What the [ __ ] are you doing up there?
Judge. It does not. Yeah.
Don't apply. Require. Yeah.
[ __ ] you. A prior warning. Yeah.
Well, next time I You told this warn you again. [ __ ] you. Right.
There you go. Called me a [ __ ] Let it out. Okay.
Yeah. You goddamn right I did. That is He put handcuffs on me, mother.
You might as well me. Hey, you want me to bend over the table for you? Okay.
Yeah, that ain't appropriate either. But that's what does I'm holding you in contempt. Yeah.
You're going to hold me in contempt for how long? We're going to get this in writing, mother. See, we're going to hold in contempt because he's a bad boy.
No, I'm going to walk it off. That's what I'm going to do. I'm going to walk it off.
Finding this is direct contempt. Oh, yeah. Your behavior is offensive to the dignity of this court.
You does not require the court to give you any sort of warnings. Although the court did give you Oh, yeah. You're going to hide behind the law.
So, at this point, check this out, mother. You're in contempt. Yeah.
And you're in contempt, too. You'll be in the section, you punk. You have with You have the right to make a statement.
We'll see you, motheration. If you would like, I'll be eating your donuts. Okay.
[snorts] Let's go to jail. Let's go to jail, old boy. Would you like to go out with you for a minute?
If you want to have a cup of coffee and figure out the meaning of life civily, but not in here and not with chainsaw. Judge, I apologize for interrupting. I would just ask the court to advise Mr Doer that while we cannot represent him, I believe he has the right to a civil attorney for a contempt proceeding.
Not for direct contempt. I can I can summarily sentence him for the contempt of the court and this behavior. The manner in which you've addressed the court, the language you've used, the fact that you have spoken over the court, all of it is offensive to the dignity of the court, [clears throat] not me, but the court.
So, you're held in contempt. Do you want to say anything in mitigation? Say that one more time before what?
Before I set contempt for what? For the manner in which mother, you ain't gonna have another chance at this. I'm going all the way.
Okay. Contempt for what? For the manner in which you've addressed.
For the manner of which I address. Can you just print that out on court minutes for me? I'm addressing it right now.
Okay. For the manner in which you hook my feels. Get the in your chambers.
This case is done. Okay. Let's go, boys.
Okay. I'm over you point. I'm going to I'm going to sentence you.
I'm going to sentence you. Oh, yeah. I'll do it.
Not hold on. I haven't I haven't issued the sanctions ain't touching my wrist. Okay.
Uh 10 days in jail for what? For contempt. Then what's going to happen to my dog?
If you want to keep on doing it, I can hold you in contempt again. And the sanction. I'm going to put a lean on your house.
I'm going to put a lean on your wife. What you're doing is wrong. Okay.
off. I'm going to find that that's contemptuous. Put a veteran's grandson in jail on the two armed.
You You're an American by son of [ __ ] Did you vote for Trump? You [ __ ] puke. Get the [ __ ] out of my town.
Okay. Get the out this entire my town. This entire Americans Mustangs.
Donald Trump. You don't like it? Leave it.
Okay. This entire you too. I don't know where side is also contemptuous.
Would you like to make a statement in mitigation? Yeah. You want to put me in a wholesale?
You want to shoot me in some bean bags? It's been done. Let's go, [ __ ] ass.
Come on. What are you going to do to me? Nothing.
You're going to do something to you for a change. Hold yourself accountable. The sanction.
Greedy puke. Yeah, you're getting audited. Your money better be in the right places.
I'm buying this town someday. And you're the first motherucker on fire. Let's go.
Nope. There's another sentence for that additional contempt. Off.
So call Donald Trump and off. Okay. 20 additional days.
It's a total of days on content off. I will. You ain't getting the last mark, you stupid.
I don't care. So you're going at this time. Shut the room.
Get the out of my port. even counter. Whoa.
That behavior is probably going to cost him some time in jail. In fact, it ended up costing him a whole month behind bars. Personally, I think he should have received more time, like 6 months in jail, especially after you hear what happened when he entered the courthouse.
Okay, so he is now no longer in the courtroom. Um, I will also tell you, Miss Far, apparently, um, I was told by security that earlier today he came and deposited, uh, some sort of animal feces in the tray that security uses um, for people's articles when they come um, into the court house. I I had intended to warn them about that as well.
I have ordered a contempt sign two contempt findings I frankly could have gone more. Um so with 30 days at this point based on that behavior which which is offensive to the dignity court um how would you like to proceed on this today? He's no longer present.
Um I can set this on the 24th um and we can attempt it again. Good luck with that. Something tells me that he's not going to calm down, especially when you deprived him of his lunch feces.
All right, so that's the end of the video. He has a few court dates coming up. And I'll definitely be bringing you those appearances.
