BETTER - The Double Transaction.

[Music] welcome to bettercoin in this video we will explore the main transaction type in our ecosystem known as the double transaction this process ensures safe ownership transfer directly from one wallet to another eliminating the need for intermediaries by enabling automated settlements first the owner sends better our primary token to the buyer who receives newly minted information tokens unpaids indicate that they do not currently own that specific amount of Bettors in their wallet and etherpay represents the price of the Bettors involved in the pending transaction to settle the transaction the buyer must send ether to the

address pay for better.eath which is the Smart contract ens responsible for handling settlements the transacted ethers will be directly redirected to the owner's wallet all transactions are settled according to the amount of ether sent if the buyer pays less than the full amount indicated in either pay they will only settle for the proportional amount of Bettors conversely if the buyer sends more than the full amount of ether pay the system will refund the excess ether and settle only for the unpaid amount of Bettors finally once the settlement is complete the unpaid and ether pay tokens

will be burned and ownership of the Bettors will be officially granted to the buyer the double transaction is settled reversing ongoing transactions if the owner wishes to reverse an ongoing transaction they can simply send zero better to the same buyer's wallet it's important to note that ownership is only transferred after settlement therefore any Bettors involved in an ongoing transaction still belong to the original owner even if they are not in their own wallet restrictions within ongoing transactions the unpaid token restricts the buyer's wallet from transferring the corresponding amount of Bettors until the settlement is finalized
