At a crazy party, the teenagers are having their great time dancing and drinking. A drunk boy stops by a tree to relieve himself at the feet of what he thinks is a model dinosaur. Just then, the supposed-to-be model T-rex makes some moves and attacks the boy to death.
How is it even possible? Is it a real dinosaur? This is Movie Shortens.
Follow us today to find out the answers in the following movie titled: Tammy and the T-rex. Be aware: there are spoilers! In the opening sequences of the movie, we see the glamorous and attractive Tammy dancing with her group of cheerleaders.
Towards the end of the session, Michael, her tall, new, handsome boyfriend, comes in to greet her. The couple share a kiss. As they leave, they bump into Byron, one of Tammy’s friends, who compliments Michael on his looks.
Next Tammy discovers a rose Michael has hidden in her bag. Before they’ve had a chance to talk about this, Tammy’s ex, Billy, steams over, followed by his gang. Billy initiates a fight with Michael and the two of them wrestle on the ground.
A group of spectators gather around them, mostly cheering on Billy. Billy is clearly willing to fight dirty to win and grabs Michael between his legs. Michael responds in kind and the two of them begin to wail in agony.
At this moment, two police officers arrive and attempt to break the two apart. Eventually they manage to do so and it turns out that Michael hasn’t been hurt because he is still wearing his protective football gear. Billy, even more annoyed by this, is led away by the police.
Next we cut to a warehouse in which we can see a life-sized mechanical t-rex being operated by a very short engineer. This is a project of Dr Wachenstein, his tall, slender assistant Helga and two henchmen. The more muscular of these, demonstrates the strength of the t-rex.
First he offers it a barbell which it throws away and then a hunk of wood which is crushed in its mouth. Wachenstein then promises to give the creature a brain and immortality. Next we see a somewhat bruised Michael resting on his bed, looking at a bracelet he has bought for Tammy.
Tammy calls him and invites him over to her place, instructing him to park down the road and to enter by the window so her parents can’t see him. Michael eagerly obeys her instructions and drives over, scaling the wall to enter her room. Unfortunately this is witnessed by two of Billy’s groupies who head off to tell him.
Meanwhile, Tammy instructs Michael to remove his jacket and the two of them begin to kiss and cuddle on her bed. Soon Billy and his gang arrive. They brush past Tammy’s parents and force their way into Tammy’s room.
Michael, however, has made his exit and Tammy attempts to deny he was ever there. They spot his jacket though and then see he is running off down the road. The gang give chase in their cars and quickly take him down with a baseball bat.
They scoop Michael up and put him in the trunk, taking him to a nearby safari park where they leave him. Michael soon realizes he is being stalked by a cheetah, a jaguar and a lion. He attempts to make a break for him, but the lion catches him and begins to maul him.
A warden arrives and shoots the lion, saving Michael who is later taken to hospital. In the hospital, Michael is visited by Tammy and Byron. His Uncle Bob is also present, but has been drinking and has passed out.
Michael, meanwhile, is unresponsive and in a coma. Billy and his friend Weasel turn up and an altercation breaks out between the four of them. Billy slaps Tammy, but Tammy responds by kicking him between the legs.
Embarrassed, the two aggressors slink away. Next on the scene are Wachenstein and Helga. They are told of Michael’s condition.
Although he has been comatose for 15 hours, he has sustained no cranial damage. Tammy tells the doctor Michael has no family except his drunken guardian, Uncle Bob. Wachenstein then begins to interrogate Tammy about Michael’s character.
Helga, meanwhile, unplugs Michael’s life support machine, causing his apparent death. After a halfhearted attempt to resuscitate him, Wachenstein instructs Helga to take Michael’s body to the morgue, as Tammy and Byron lay on the ground. They fainted in shock.
Next, back at the warehouse, Wachenstein, Helga and their compatriots begin to operate on Michael. He briefly awakens, but is knocked unconscious again by the female member of the crew. Then, in a messy process, Wachenstein cuts into his cranium and opens his head to expose the brain.
This is removed and placed into a bubbling bowl of chemicals, from where it is wired up to the dinosaur, which physically responds as it is plugged in. Announcing he will complete the final lobotomy in the morning, the doctor and his assistant instruct the others to clean up and leave them to it. Soon a pizza guy arrives to deliver the dinner of the doctor’s support staff, but sensing danger from the dinosaur, he flees leaving the box on the floor.
The workers find this and begin to eat, with the larger of the two using Michael’s cranium to dump his crusts in. When he then heads out to collect the car, the smaller technician tends to Michael’s body, using a staple gun to reattach the top of his head. After that, he turns his attention to the t-rex and begins to mock it.
However, when he turns his back it decapitates him. When his big, muscly coworker returns he notices the dinosaur is moving and tries to escape, but he is trampled to death as the t-rex exits the warehouse. Following this, it frightens away a woman using a public pay phone, then using this, displaying remarkable dexterity, to call Tammy.
But, of course, despite having Michael’s brain, the dinosaur is unable to speak. Clearly on a mission to get his revenge, Michael walks his new body to a nearby party, where he hides among the trees. At the party, Tammy once again rejects the approaches of Billy, who is then lured into a dance by another girl.
He then leads her to his car, while his friend Weasel relieves himself at the feet of what he thinks is a model dinosaur. The t-rex swipes at his chest and he falls to the ground, as his vital organs spill from his body. Next the dinosaur makes a grab for the leg of Billy’s female friend as the two of them have fun in his vehicle.
When he finally sees the dinosaur, he runs away, leaving her dangling from its mouth by her leg. As Billy attempts to warn the others, he is also decapitated. In the melee Byron falls over, but rather than attack him, the dinosaur helps him to his feet and dusts off the shoulders of his jacket.
It then tramples a nearby car, under which two of Billy’s gang are hiding, crushing them to death. The two police officers, accompanied by Sherif Black, Byron’s father, later arrive on the scene. They continue to munch on popcorn as they analyze the devastation around them.
Finding two survivors, they attempt to understand what happened. They tell the sheriff it was a dinosaur, which he cannot believe. The story is affirmed by Byron, but it is clear that his father suspects the attendees were high and hallucinating.
He orders the party goers to be tested for drugs. Back at the warehouse, Wachenstein and Helga find that the t-rex has escaped. They are unconcerned about the deaths of their coworkers, but they know that they must find the dinosaur.
They also suggest tracking down Tammy to be their best chance to do so. Back at her house, Tammy is busy putting on makeup in her bedroom when Michael arrives at her window. Though initially scared, we soon find her in a barn with the dinosaur stroking her hair.
It then offers her the same yellow rose Michael had placed in her bag. Pointing to the bracelet he gave her and then back to his own head, and using a range of actions, the dinosaur conveys to Tammy that he has Michael’s brain. Tammy hugs him, teary-eyed and tells him how much she misses him.
Later at Michael’s funeral, both the dinosaur and the doctor look on as Uncle Bob gives a speech. As the attendees head off, Tammy hops into the freshly dug grave to try and retrieve Michael’s corpse. However, she opens the coffin to find him in no fit state.
His flesh has been eaten away by rats. In the midst of this Wachenstein attempts to take Tammy hostage in order to recapture the dinosaur, but he and his assistant are beaten off with the help of the t-rex. Tammy then promises to find Michael a new body.
Later at the morgue, Tammy and Byron uncover a variety of corpses as they look for a suitable body for Michael, but many of them are too old. They then hoist them up to the window for Michael to see, but he shows little interest, rejecting each one by hand gesture. However, he does pause, think and scratch his head when presented with a young, blonde female body.
Before they can find something suitable, Wachenstein and Helga, who have been bound up in the cab of a truck, make it to escape. The police arrive and they tell them that Tammy and Byron have stolen their dinosaur. Knowing how unexplainable their situation is, the young friends flee in the yellow truck, with Michael in the back.
After a lengthy chase, over roads and through an orchard, Michael is eventually knocked out of the truck by a tree. With a waterway blocking their route, the three friends know they are surrounded. Tammy instructs Byron to buy them time and she escapes with Michael, riding him like a horse, along a trail around the water and back to the town.
Having taken up refuge in a barn, Tammy and Michael are joined by Bryon who journeys over there on bicycle. In doing so, he gives away their location and the police surround the building, with their guns raised. Byron and Tammy attempt to suppress them, by waving her bra as a white flag as they come out to speak.
Wachenstein and Helga arrive with what they claim is a tranquilizer gun and persuade the police to let them approach the dinosaur to suppress it. Upon entering the barn, it seems the gun is real. Michael - the dinosaur attacks and bites the doctor in the chest, before spitting his guts in the direction of Helga.
She manages to get away as the police open fire, killing the dinosaur. Tammy runs to its aid, in a hysterical state, telling Michael she loves him. In the final scene of the movie, we find Tammy back in her bedroom.
Micahel’s brain is there too, once more in the bowl of chemicals and hooked up to a video camera and computer, allowing Michael to see and speak. Tammy offers him a whisky. Then, clad in an all-white outfit, with a feather boa, stockings and suspenders, she begins to strip for his entertainment.
