If you want to make money on YouTube as a complete beginner, then this video is for you. I'm going to show you the easiest niche you can start today for free. And I'm going to reveal all the secret strategies, including how to avoid zero views, how to keep viewers engaged so that your content can reach more people, and I'll show you the easiest way to create an eye-catchy thumbnail for your video for free.
And I won't stop there. I will show you a strategy that I personally use to complete the 4,000 watch hours as soon as possible, just to make sure your journey becomes successful. If you're ready, simply hit the like button to get started.
All right, I hope most of you guys have come across one of these videos. Trust me, channels like these are making lots of money just by telling stories. And we all love stories, right?
Yeah, that's the reason you're seeing these numbers of views. You can also do this. You just need to have a strong mindset and follow what I'm about to show you.
All right. So, we're going to start with channel creation. And I know each one of you can create a YouTube channel.
So, what I want you to do is to go ahead and create your channel. Now, to avoid shadowband, make sure to verify your phone number. You just have to click on settings.
Then here, click on channel and switch to feature eligibility. Now, just verify your phone number and this feature will be enabled. This will not only allow you to upload a custom thumbnail, but it will avoid you from shadowbanned.
For the advanced feature, you can verify it manually by using your ID or just leave it. It'll verify itself once you start uploading content. All right, let's go to the advanced settings.
Here, make sure the second option is selected. Yeah, we're not making it for kids. Now, back to basic info.
Here, simply select your country of residence. Don't select US if you're not in the US. For keywords, just head over to this website.
Then enter any popular keyword about your niche. Let's say scary stories. Now you can see we have all the trending keywords.
Just copy it like this. Then paste it here. Let's hit the save button.
Next is the concept. This is where it gets interesting. You see the concept which is the idea is the backbone of your video.
I know things like scripts and thumbnails play a key role. But all these I mentioned will depend on the idea. If the whole concept is bad, no one is going to click to watch your video.
For this, I'm going to show a simple trick that works. We're going to use these two channels. Know that this is just to show you how it works.
Now, you're going to add the Vid IQ extension to your browser. This will help you see the videos that are performing really well. So, we can copy the same idea to create a unique content.
Perfect. All right. Let's say you have the Vid IQ extension installed.
What you're going to do is to click on these three dots. Then click on view trending videos. Now you can see the trending videos here.
I'm on the free version. That's why I'm having only six videos here. But that's cool.
All right. So what are we looking at? We're looking at these metrics here.
The first one is the publishing date. And you're going to check if the video is at least a month old. The second metric is the views per hour, which is the VPH.
And for this you need to find any number above 50. if the video is a month old, but it's okay if the video is 6 months old or even a year and the views per hour is 20 or 30. So, if you check the second video, you can see the video was published a month ago, but the VPH is 250, meaning this video is getting 250 views every hour, which is good.
This one is also a 3-month-old video, but the VPH is more than 100. This is another example. It's a 2-year-old video with over 1 million views, but it's still getting 76 views.
Now you can put these three topics down and go to the next channel to do the same. Something like this. You can see it was published 8 months ago and it's still getting views.
You can add this topic. One thing to know is to avoid videos that are less than a month. Another trick is to use stories of the past or news.
I mean just find scary news. You can find some by searching on Google. To get the best result, switch it to images and you'll find millions of topics.
I've been using this trick for the past few months and it's really working. All right, we'll come back to these channels. So, do not close the tabs, just leave it opened.
Okay, so now you know how to find ideas. But that's not all. We need to write the script.
This is very tricky and if you skip this part, you skip at your own risk. All right, so we're going to use a trick that's going to give you something engaging. But before that, kindly show me some love by liking the video and subscribing to the channel.
This doesn't take more than 10 seconds to do, but it really motivates me to keep bringing you more content. We've been testing lots of niches to see if it'll work for you guys. Some of which don't even require subscribers and watch hours to make money.
So, if you're interested in learning, then make sure you subscribe so that you be the first person to watch. Thank you. All right.
So, we're going to copy this prompt from here and then head to chat GPT. Let's paste it in the prompt box. Now, do you know what we're going to do?
We're going to give it the idea we got from our competitors and give it a sample script. And know that we're not asking it to paraphrase it. We're giving it the sample script because we want to have the same tone, the same structure, the same pacing and formatting since the video we're modeling has proven to work well for our audience.
All right, let's hit enter. Now, you can see it says it's ready and we can go ahead and send the two, which is the idea and the sample script. So, I'm going to copy the title of this video right here.
Then, go back to chat GPT. Now, in the prompt box, I'm going to write idea and add a colon. All right, I can now go ahead and paste the title I copied from my competitor.
Now, I'm going to hold on shift, then hit enter to come to the next line. That's where we're going to paste the sample script. So, I'm going to enter sample script, then put a colon.
Now, let's head back to our competitor's page, then grab the link of the video we're modeling. Good. Next, we have to come to this website, transcribe the video, and then copy the entire transcript by clicking this button.
All right, let's head back to chat GPT and paste it here. Now, let's hit enter to see how it turns out. Remember not to use a very long video, else chat GPT won't work with it.
This is the best way to generate a script if you're in the story niche. I'm sharing this with you for free, and the only thing I ask is to use only 5 seconds of your time to like the video and subscribe to the channel. By doing this, you're not just helping the channel to grow, but you encouraging me to bring you more ideas to make things easier for you.
All right, so you're going to go through this script and do some changes. You can use Google Doc. Yeah, it's free and you can even use it on your smartphone.
All right, so you can see my script has no paragraphs. If you got something like this, you can manually add it by reading through or just copy the entire script and ask Chat GPT to do it for you. All right, if you made it to this stage, congratulations.
All right, we're going to create the voice over with this tool. So, copy the script and paste it here. Now, choose a speaker and then hit generate.
To make the voice sound natural, you have to generate it in batches. Don't just throw in all the script. All right, let's download it.
All right, so we're going to copy the entire script from here. Then go to chatgpt. We're going to start a new chat and then ask it to give us a text prompt to generate images for each of the paragraphs in this story.
Now, we're going to paste the script and then go ahead and hit enter to see what comes up. All right, we now have all the prompts for the visuals, but to make your video more engaging, you're going to need more images to change it every 5 to 10 seconds. So, you can ask it to give you three prompts for each of the paragraphs.
All right, let's open image effects. You can use Leonardo AI or use Whisk if you like. Yeah, each one will work fine.
I'm going to copy the first prompt here and head back to the image generator. Now, I'm going to paste it here and I'm going to add high contrast, highly detailed, natural light, cinematic, and I want it to be realistic. Now I'm going to click on the settings tab to make sure best quality is selected and the aspect ratio is set to 16 is to 9.
Let's hit enter. The images are not bad. Let's download this one.
Now you're going to follow this step to get all the images. Always remember to rename your images to make things easier when editing. All right.
So you're going to open any editing tool and import all the files which are the voice over and the images you generated. I'm going to use Cap Cut for this. Now add the voice over to the audio track like this.
Next, you're going to listen to the voice over. This happened back in 2012 when I was visiting my cousin who lived on a small ranch in New Mexico and arrange the images accordingly. I was 19 at the time and had just graduated high school.
So, my parents let me stay out there for a few weeks during the summer to help with work. Now, you can add transitions, effects, and filters. Let's check the result.
This happened back in 2012 when I was visiting my cousin who lived on a small ranch in New Mexico. I was 19 at the time and had just graduated high school. So, my parents let me stay out there for a few weeks during the summer to help with work and spend some time away from the city.
The ranch wasn't huge, but it was remote, surrounded by flat plains and some low hills on all sides. The kind of place where it gets pitch black at night and all you can hear is the wind or coyotes in the distance. My cousin and I would usually wake up before sunrise to feed the horses and check on the fence line, then spend the afternoon fixing.
The result doesn't look bad, but you can see these channels are uploading consistently. And we all know this method takes lots of time. In fact, it's easy to go viral with these types of channels.
So, if you're serious about this, then I recommend you use AI. This way, you won't have to spend all your time on just a single video. There are lots of tools out there, but most of them can create only shorts videos, and even the prices are way higher.
Therefore, one of the best tools I recommend for beginners is Video Talk. This tool can create short and long form videos as well. Let me show you.
You first need to sign up for an account and you'll get a dashboard like this. You can see you can do a lot with this tool, including UGC video. Anyway, I'm going to make a full tutorial on how I made $13,000 in less than a month from my drop shipping business.
And we're going to use this feature. So, make sure you subscribe. All right, let's click on the first tab to create a new video.
We want AI to do all the work for us. So, let's click on this button here. Now, we have three options here.
We can ask Videoto to do all the work or we can just paste in our own script here or upload an audio file which could be the voice over of your story and Videoto will do the rest for you. All right, since this tool understands human emotions and has been built perfectly for creating stories, we're going to use the first option. So, I'm going to go to the competitor's channel to grab the title here and then paste it in the text box.
Now, since the audience enjoys watching this particular video, we need to copy how the video was structured. I mean, the tone, pasting, formatting, and everything that made this video went viral. How do we do that?
We're going to copy the link of this video. Then, click on YouTube reference. Next, simply paste the link here and click the add button.
Now, you can add a brand if you like, but since we're creating a long form video, let's change the aspect ratio to 16:9. For the duration, I recommend you choose 3 or 7 minutes because you're going to create multiple stories and join them together, just as these guys are doing. Since this is just a tutorial, I'll select 30 seconds to save credit.
All right, you can use a custom character, but I'll keep that as default. For the media style, you can see there are lots of models here, including animated scenes. I'm going to leave the style and language at default and choose a speaker.
I'm going to go with this guy right here. All right, let's hit on generate. So, you can see video talk has given us the script.
Let's click on next. Now, we have all the prompts for our visuals. 30 prompts.
Imagine creating this all by yourself. That's timeconuming. And if you have less experience in editing, that's going to take you a lot of time.
All right, let's click on the create video button and see the results.
The kind of place where it gets pitch black at night, and all you can hear is the wind or coyotes in the distance.
My cousin and I would usually wake up before sunrise to feed the horses and check on the fence line, then spend the afternoon fixing equipment or helping the neighbors. One night after dinner, my cousin said he needed to go check one of the water tanks that had been acting up and asked if I wanted to come with him. I said, "Yeah, and grabbed a flashlight.
" We drove his old pickup about a mile out past the barn until we got to this tank near the edge of the property. While he was checking the valves, I wandered off a bit to look at the stars. It Tell me if this is not far better than what these guys are creating.
Using this method will make you stand out and you can easily go viral. All right, I'm going to show you how you can achieve the 4,000 watch hours so you can get monetized faster, but I think we should change the captions and add a background sound and sound effects. Okay, let's click on captions.
Then here, we can choose any of these pre-made templates. Now, let's drag it down a little. I think it's perfect.
All right, let's click on audio and find a nice background sound. I'm going to reduce the volume. Now, let's add cool sound effects.
All right. To export, you simply have to click on this button, and it's going to render the video for you. Once it completes the rendering process, you'll get a notification here.
Simply click on it, and you're going to see a download button. It's simple. So, how do you hit 4,000 watch hours?
It's actually simpler than it sounds. First, focus on creating longer videos. You'll want to aim for content that's around 25 to 30 minutes long.
Longer videos tend to perform better because they naturally rack up more watch time. Now, let's break this down with some basic math. To reach 4,000 watch hours, you need 240,000 minutes of total watch time.
Now, if you upload four videos per week, that's 16 videos per month, right? Assuming each video is about 30 minutes long and your average view duration is around 4 minutes, which is common in story-based niches, even for 25 plus minute videos. Now you need to divide 240,000 minutes, which is the same as 4,000 hours into 4 minutes, which is the average view duration.
As you can see, you need only 60,000 minutes, which is 1,000 watch hours. Now, let's divide the 60,000 minutes by the number of videos, which is 16. So, you can see you're going to need 3,750 views for each of the 16 videos.
Now, you might be thinking that it's not easy to get such views for all the 16 videos. That's true, especially when you're starting out. But also know that some of these videos will hit more than 10,000 views if you can follow what I'm about to show you.
Now, hear this. Your content can be the best, but if you didn't work on your title and thumbnail, trust me, no one is going to watch that video. The title and thumbnail are the only two that will make the viewer click on your video.
But if you do anything that you like, the viewers will keep scrolling and you end up getting no view. So the question is, how are you going to do it? Just relax and let me show you.
You can use the same title as your competitor or you can ask ChatGpt to optimize it for you. But for the thumbnail, you have to copy this prompt from here. The link is in the video description.
Let's head over to ChatGpt and then paste it in the prompt box. Now let's copy the entire script from here and then replace it with these text. All right.
So you can see we now have a very detailed prompt to generate our thumbnail. Let's copy that. Now let's start a new chat by clicking here.
Next, let's click on create image and then paste the prompt we just copied here and hit enter. Now you can see chat GPT is generating the thumbnail for us. This is a simple process and anyone can do it.
And while waiting for the result, I kindly ask for your support by liking the video and don't forget to subscribe. Your encouragement is all I need. Thank you.
Now, just look at this. How many can create this thumbnail? Even if you hire someone from Upwork or Fiverr, they're going to charge you not less than 20 bucks for this.
And you may not even get this quality. All right, let's download it. Now, we need to adjust the size and add some texts.
We're going to use Canva for this. So, let's open Canva. In the search bar, simply enter YouTube thumbnail.
Then, click on this option here. Click on this blank thumbnail and you'll get something like this. Now, import the image you generated on chat GPT and add it to the canvas.
Adjust it like this and play with the brightness, contrast, highlight, and saturation. Now, you can see our competitors are having texts on their thumbnails. So, let's do exactly that.
My video is about skinwalker horror story. So, I'm going to add it like this. You don't need to do anything complicated.
Just generate the image. Then add some text. That's all.
For the video description, I'm sharing this prompt with you for free. This will analyze your script and write the description with trending keywords. And it's not limited to the story niche.
You can use this in any niche. Just copy it from here. Then open chat GPT or DeepSeek.
I love chat GPT so I'm going to use that. Now you can see we need to insert our script here. Let's copy the whole script and then replace it with these texts.
All right. Let's see what comes up. Awesome.
You can see it has given us the tags which are good for SEO and it has given us a title too. For me, I don't recommend using this title. You need to follow what your competitors are doing.
So you just have to copy it like this then paste it in the description box. Now I'll upload my thumbnail. You can create a playlist if you want to categorize your videos.
Now here the video is not made for kids. So let's move on. For altered content, just leave it or choose no.
Let's disable all these. Good. For the tag section, I'm going to go to this website again and paste my title here and hit search.
Now I'm going to copy these tags and paste it here. It's simple. I'm going to change the category since this is an entertainment niche.
All right, just leave the rest at default. Wait for the video to upload and then publish it. Keep on doing this.
Don't stop and I'm confident you're going to see results.
