The story begins with Kohi arriving at his new school when the student council vice president [music] Erica suddenly approaches him and gladly offers to show him around. However, the moment their hands touch, his arch kelly aura creeps her out and she falls looking terrified of him. As Kohi tries to check on

her, a student named Su Kasa suddenly walks by. So Erica dumps tour duty on him and runs into the nearby forest where she desperately clutches her chest to keep her biological sprinkler system from flooding her legs. While on the way to the dorm, Sucasa asks Cohi how he managed to make the fearless Erica Squirm like a little puppy. But Cohei swears on his 3-in sausage that he did nothing at all. Upon arriving at the dorm, a blonde klutz named Keday [music] suddenly slips on the stairs and falls onto Coi, knocking him out. When he comes

to he sees Kadeay and her sister Harua both looking at him realizes they're his childhood friends and reunites with them. The next day during lunch complains to his buddies that Erica is avoiding him. So to cheer him Up, Keday gives him the [music] school map and tells him to take pictures of all the marked places before the entrance ceremony. After lunch, Kohi visits the garden to begin his assignment and spots a girl named Shirou searching [music] the small bushes for her rabbit. Before long, the rabbit runs towards Coi, so he picks it [music] up and

returns it to Shirou. Relieved, Shirou thanks him and promises to take him to his destination, the students Directing [music] building. Once they get there, Kohi takes out his camera and tries to take a photo. However, Shirou's older brother Seuddenly interrupts him and goes full syscon mode, trash-talking Kohi. When Shirou tells him Cohei helped her catch a rabbit, Se cools down and tells her to leave. Immediately after, the student council president Yiori walks out of the building and invites Cohi inside for [music] tea. After showing him around the place, Eio takes Kohi to the conference room

where they find Erica handling paperwork. The moment she spots Kohi, she flares up and drags her dumb older brother to the wall to scold him. Unfazed, Eori tells her to stop being rude. So, Erica lets him go and storms out. With her gone, Eori tells Coi that Erica [music] is his sister and that she's acting this way because she fell in love with him at first sight, leaving Kohi shocked. In his defense, Kohi swears he found the bathroom curtains [music] reversed, and Suicasa backs him up by revealing that he overheard Eeyori tell that he switched the bathroom curtains to trap him and Erica. While

they all discuss Eeori's weird prank, Erica walks by and overhears Cohei not just standing [music] up for her, but also promising to apologize to her soon, leaving her Flustered. Later on, while Sucasa and Cohei walk to their rooms, Erica shows up and tells Cohay to come see her at the Ancient Tree tomorrow evening, claiming she has something to tell him. After she leaves, Sukasa tells Cohi that the ancient tree is a popular spot to confess one's love at the school. The next day, while Kohi continues his photo taking mission, he suddenly remembers Erica and wonders

if Eori was right. Just then, he hears chaotic bird Movements around the nearby chapel and approaches the building to investigate. the auction continues, their door matron, Amay, suddenly shows up with the PUBG frying pan, breathing hard like your Karen neighbor, and demands that Kade explain what she's doing. At first, Kade tries to explain herself. But when Amay refuses to listen, she wraps up the auction and runs back inside with the others. Later on, while Coohei settles into his new room, he hears a sound from His balcony and goes to investigate. The moment he spots a basket being lowered into the room, Keday suddenly falls on him and reminds [music] him that they're having a tea party

in his room for the night. As Haruna also climbs down the ceiling ladder, Kohi tries to scold Keday for her rude entry, but it backfires on him. Afterward, Sucasa leaves and the sisters show up. After exchanging pleasantries, Kohi learns that Haruna did well in the mock exam and praises her. But Haruna says she's nothing compared to Erica who's among the top three students as usual. Just then they all hear Erica nearby complaining that she lost. After she leaves, Haruna explains that Erica and Kuzay always competed in math. But somehow Kuay comes

out on top. After Home [music] room, Cohi learns from Shirou in the locker room that her rabbit ran away again. However, as he promises to help her find it, Sees up frowning and asks Cohei what he's doing to his sister. After a brief silence, Sei assumes Cohei is making her cry, but Shirou explains everything, and Cohi runs off to help her find her rabbit. [music] Since it's his turn, Cohi spins the wheel, and pulls a card, telling him to accept the reality of what's about to take place. When EO plays his second turn, his card tells Him to stab the Blade of Truth into his hand. Initially, Cohi figures he's probably just joking, but when Eior picks up a knife and stabs his hand with it, he recoils in shock. Unfazed, Eeyori grabs Kohi, brings his [music] bleeding hand

close to Kohi's face, yanks the knife out of his hand, and as Cohi watched the wound heal up immediately before finally revealing his fangs. Scared, Cohi feels Eori sink his fangs into his neck and begins panicking, only To open his eyes and realize that nothing happened. As he sigh in relief, Eori suddenly reveals that he's a vampire, and Erica walks in at that moment, confirming that she's one, too. While Kohi processes this, Eori tells him that he needs to properly accept this reality, especially now that he knows their secret and then offers him a position

on the student council. Confused, Kohi asks Eori what he'll do if he refuses. And Eior says he'll have To erase his memory, just like he did to that girl at the chapel, so he'll forget everything that's happened since [music] he transferred there. Hearing this, Kohi recalls his time at the [music] school and realizes that his true wish is to connect with people and enjoy his life with them. Moving on, Erica adds that although they crave blood, they've been granted access to blood set aside for transfusions so they don't have to hunt humans like monsters. At this, [music] Kohi asks if they really have to drink blood to survive. And Erica says that even they don't understand why they crave blood so often. With his crash course over, Eior officially welcomes Cohi into

the family And urges him to be a good supporter [music] for Erica. Noticing his embarrassed reaction, he reminds Kohi of the moment he saw Erica uncovered in the bath earlier just to tease him. Embarrassed, Erica punches him to shut him up, but Eori gets up instantly and tells Kohi there's one more thing to do. After the [music] meeting, Aori takes Cohi back to his class and introduces him to everyone as the new lead organizer for the upcoming school sports Festival, [music] leaving the entire class in surprise. After that, Kohi spots Kuse who participated walking away from the track and praises her performance. Kuse tells him she wasn't taking the race seriously and just walks away, leaving Kohi puzzled. As the next event is about

to begin, the loud commentator Kade [music] tries to pin her commentary duties on Kohi. However, before she can tell him why, the starting gunfires, forcing her to continue commentating on the 400 Meter girls run. Keday immediately starts commenting only on Haruna's performance, [music] which rubs Kohi the wrong way. Over the years, Kohi actually received many letters from Haruna. Even now, as he looks through

some of Haruna's old letters, Keday spies on him from the balcony, giggling as she suspects that Kohi also likes Haruna. Before long, Kohi notices some movement near his balcony, yanks the blinds open, and catches Keday spying on him. Moments later, he calls Haruna into the hallway and urges her to take her busy body sister back to their room Before she gets exposed. Keday immediately tries to defend herself. But when she notices Haruna's puzzled expression, she runs away in embarrassment, causing Haruna to wonder if Keday also likes Kohi. The next day, during lunch, Kohi sits with

Keday and asks her if she's repented for what she did the previous night. [music] While Kadeay responds, Harrowina, who's approaching their table, spots them having fun and tries to sit somewhere Else. However, Kade pushes her over to their table, forcing her to sit with them and urges her to let her handle things. Then, Keday pretends she's full and stylishly switches seats to give Haruna and Kohi some alone time, leaving Haruna severely embarrassed. Later that night, during their tea party, [music] Kade continues pressuring Haruna to serve Kohi some tea. When Sucasa asks for some, she scolds

him for overstepping his boundaries and starts Trying to matchmate Cohei and Haruna. Confused, Sucasa asks why she's doing that, [music] but Kade ignores him and slams two disciplinary stickers on his cheeks. A few days later, Kohi calls Haruna into an empty classroom and asks if she knows why Keday has been acting so strange [music] lately. As Harun is about to respond, she suddenly hears Eori downstairs announcing the commencement of the publicity event for the cleaning committee's new uniforms And [music] rushes down to join them. After gathering all the students in the yard, Eior presents their

first model, Shirro, followed by his sister and a few more models all dressed in cutemade outfits. As the crowd cheers, Eio glazes himself for coming up with the idea. Just then, Haruna shows up in her own outfit. But before she climbs the stage, Kade drags Kohi to the front of the crowd and [music] tries to get Se to take their photo. At this point, Haruna Confronts Kade about being too pushy. But when Kade says she just wants her to be happy, Haruna gets really mad and asks if she's always been neglecting herself or her just

because she got into an accident ages ago and lost all her memories. With the entire crowd falling silent, Haruna just runs away crying. A few days later, during lunch, Kohi finds Keday sighing and asks what's wrong. Kennedy says she feels bad about her actions so far, claiming she only did Them because she thought he and Haruna were feeling each other. But Kohi assures her she's mistaken. Just then, Kohi spots Haruna approaching their table. But for some reason, the moment she spots Keday sitting there, she frowns and runs away, leaving Keday really sad. After lunch, Keday

tells Kohi that Haruna has been weak since birth and that their mother tasked her with caring for Haruna whenever they were alone. Unfortunately, [music] just When Haruna was starting to recover, Keday says she got into a ghastly accident that made her lose one year's worth of her memories and left her bedridden for weeks. Since then, Keday says she's been feeling guilty because her carelessness [music] cost Haruna the memories of the year she spent with Coi. Noticing Cohi's shock, she apologizes for everything. But as Kohi tells her not to worry, she admits that she's just trying

to make her little sister happy, Which is why she's always prioritized Haruna's happiness over her own. Kohi assures her that although he understands her feelings, he's not sure that's what Haruna wants. A few days later, Kohi takes Harua to a late night diner, tells her everything Kane told him, and asks if she can forgive her. Haruna then tells him that forgiving Keday isn't the main issue. The real problem is that Keday keeps prioritizing Haruna's happiness over her own, especially after The accident. At the very least, Haruna says that if the accident had never happened, Keday

wouldn't have had to hide her feelings for [music] Kohi just to make her happy. At this, Kohi tells Haruna to get up so they can go see Kadeday that instant and tell her everything without holding back, and Haruna agrees. Later on, Kohi brings both sisters under the school's ancient tree so they can talk. Haruana starts by saying all the fun things Kadeay got to Do as a youngster, which she was jealous of because she couldn't do them. Then, she reminds Kadeay that the accident wasn't her fault because she was the one who went out without

listening to her in the first place. As she tries to urge Kannade not to sacrifice her happiness for her, Kinade suddenly flares up and admits that she never really took good care of Haruna back when she was in the hospital because she was so jealous that Haruna, albeit sick, stole all their Mother's love for herself. However, after Haruna got into the accident, Keday says she swore to repent for all the bad things she's done to Haruna by doing anything to make her happy. Hearing this, Haruna immediately argues that she doesn't want Coned to sacrifice herself

for her. But after a few more emotional exchanges, the sisters eventually make up. Seeing this, Kohi gives the girls one of Haruna's letters from back then. After reading it, Ko Tells them that Haruana sent it to him shortly after losing her memories, showing that she was trying to move past everything and make new memories with a sincere heart. Upon hearing this, Keday reminds Haruna and Kohi about the promise they made under that same ancient tree 7 years ago, prompting the trio to renew it before calling it a night. A few weeks later, a random school

boy corners Erica at school and asks her out, but Erica turns him down. When he asks why, she tells him she's just following her rule, then leaves. On her way back to class, Erica reveals that she rejected the random earlier, mainly because she's decided not to date or fall in love with humans for obvious reasons. [music] Just then, Cohei shows up and asks what she's doing there. When Erica says she's just chilling, he gets closer to her, romantically plucks a ladybug from her hair, and watches it fly away with her. Moments later, Kohi returns to

the directing students building, does some paperwork, and complains to Eori, who's just lazing around that the upcoming pool [music] day is proving difficult to plan. Ignoring him, Eori suddenly says something about Cohi and Erica finding each other's G-spots [music] during an intense plot session. Shocked, Coi asks what he's talking about, and Eori explains that he's just reading Erica's [music] magazine. He then continues Saying weird stuff, asking the magazine's horoscope about the zesty compatibility between him and Se. However, when Shirou shows up and asks him to read her horoscope alongside her pet rabbits, he shuns her

away and asks Cohei when his birthday is so he can figure out his compatibility with Erica. Flustered, Cohi says he's not interested, but Eori tells him Erica's birthday nonetheless. Hearing this, Cohi checks the calendar, realizes that it's Today and asks Eior how he could forget such an important day. Eior says it's [music] because they're all immortal, so celebrating another flimsy year of living feels absolutely pointless. then adds that he's sure Erica feels the same way. Following this, he suddenly starts yapping about needing to replace the toilet brushes. So, Co scurries off to the shopping district

to get some. A few hours later, while Keday, Shiro, and a few randoms clean the school's abandoned Pool, Eriori and Se stand by to supervise them. As they chat, Keday screams at them to help out. So, Eori goes into performative mail mode, stealing the girl's breath away. Meanwhile, Erica discusses merging their swim meet with the upcoming pool event with Coihei and asks if he has any ideas about the kinds of events they can include. At this, Cohei brings up a whole textbooks worth of ideas he came up with while watching his TV earlier, Surprising Erica

and promises that this will make things fun. While Erica responds, someone knocks on their door with a sushi delivery. And Cohei quickly runs out to see who it is, only to find that it's Sucasa holding a gift box. To avoid spooking Erica, he quietly [music] thanks Sucasa for helping him deliver Erica's birthday present, then brings it back inside and gives it to her. Upon opening it, Erica finds a basket of beautiful flowers inside and stares in Disbelief. Kohi then wishes her a happy birthday, but the dumbfounded girl just keeps staring at the flowers until Kohi

asks if something's wrong. Erica tells him it's the first time she's ever received anything like this [music] and that she feels just like a normal girl. Then she spends the next few minutes sincerely thanking him for being this thoughtful before returning to work. By nightfall, Erica giggles like a little girl in love as she gleefully stares at The flowers Kuay gave her. When a sharp pain suddenly strikes her heart, sending her into a world of excruciating pain. A week later, as the swim meet begins, Shirou stares at the huge G-cups jiggling everywhere as she changes

into her swimsuit and feels a little sad at her underdeveloped cannons. Noticing this, Kade, also an unfortunate AUP [music] user, comforts her, then moves on to pester Porcus until she crashes out. Moments later, the women's swimming Competition begins with an otaku and sister Amayaka commentating before a large crowd of incel boys, [music] desperate to see Amayaka's bandoners in a swimsuit. Co, on the other hand, struggles to keep up with his conversation with Erica because he's too distracted, staring at her milk cannons. As for Eio, he puts on a strip show and makes the entire crowd

of girls squeal with excitement until Erica pushes him into the water. After that, Conday hosts The final event, the interclass water tag and explains that the girls wearing hats must protect [music] them from the male judo masters who will try to steal them for 5 minutes to win the prize. Once the event begins, the judo masters aggressively push the girls, yanking several hats off within the first few seconds of the game. At one point, they all surround Kuzay and pounce on her at once. However, to their surprise, Kusade dives underwater, swims out to safety, And

gracefully dodges all the boys charging at her until they give up. Afterward, the boys surround Shirou, and try to repeat the same strategy. However, when Shirou activates puppy eye mode and cutely tells them to go away, they give up as well, leaving Shirou and Kuay the only winners. Later that evening, while Erica and Kohi clean the pool, Kuza stares at them jealously from a corner, overhears some girls calling them a couple, and leaves in anger. Seconds later, when they're done cleaning the pool, [music] Erica expresses her sadness over the swim meet ending so quickly. So,

Cohi challenges her to a swim race to cheer her up, and she gladly accepts. Once their friendly competition begins, [music] Erica avoids using her vampiric super speed, but still wins the race. As she tries to help Coi out of the pool, she suddenly slips and falls into a very awkward position [music] with him. After a brief Silence, the duo slowly close in for a kiss, but just then, Erica feels that sharp pain across her chest again. When Cohi touches her out of concern, it happens again. So Erica pushes his hand away and runs back to

her room. There, she clutches her chest and pants desperately [music] as her craving for blood slowly reaches a new high. She immediately thinks of Cohei in an attempt to control it, but unfortunately that doesn't work. Hours into the night, Erica has a nightmare in which she finds herself trying to bite Cohei and jerks awake, only to realize that she accidentally destroyed the flowers Kadi gave her during her struggle earlier. Meanwhile, a female NPC walks out of the chapel, feels an eerie breeze, and spots a cloaked vampire on the chapel roof, staring at her. As she

screams, Amay, who's inside the chapel, rushes out to check on her, but unfortunately, the vampire is gone. The next day, rumors of The vampire sighting spread around the [music] campus like wildfire, leaving Kohi himself puzzled. After school, Eurice summons Sei, Shirou, Erica, and Cohe to the student council building to address the elephant in the room. While he frolics around, Kohi asks if he's the one the girl saw, but Eari says he's not that stupid. He then [music] suggests that maybe it was Erica, but Erica nervously denies the allegation. At this, Kohi asks whether there are

other Vampires on the island besides the two of them, but Eior says he's not sure yet. To investigate [music] this mystery, he suggests they all start patrolling the school from that night. Once everyone agrees, Eori ends the meeting. On their way back to campus, the squad spots two randoms advising each other to start eating extra garlic just to be safe, and Erica expresses how stressed she feels about everything. Eori urges her not to worry that much, As he's sure that uncovering the truth will put an end to the mystery. Later that evening, Erica and the

others return to the dorm to find Coned [music] cosplaying John Constantine, holding up a cross with a garlic necklace, and swearing to patrol the campus every night to protect everyone. Cohi and Haruna immediately advise her to stop trying to become a vampire's dinner. But Kade [music] ignores them, claiming that her almighty cross infused with garlic Bought from the farmers market is more than enough to repel the foul creatures. Amused, IO places the garlic necklace around Kaday's neck for extra effect. But as Conday slowly gets high from the stench, Karen Amay shows up radiating pissed-off mom

energy and angrily asks Conday why she's dressed like an exorcist from the Conjuring. Before Canada can [music] respond, Amayake gives her an earful and bans all students from going out at night until This mysterious person is found. [music] Hearing this, Eori trolls Amayaka, causing her to blush. But when Amayaka loses her cool, Kanade, Suakasa, and Haruna return to [music] their dorms. Later that night, while patrolling campus, Erica tells Cohi she feels bad for deceiving and betraying everyone. But Cohei assures her that she's not wrong for having a secret, just like everybody else. as he continues

filling her head with sweet [music] words. Erica Lustfully stares at his neck, takes a deep breath, and suggests they continue the patrol. Before long, they meet up with Se and Eori and [music] report that they found nothing suspicious. As they're about to give up, a strong breeze suddenly blows past them, and just seconds later, they spot the cloaked vampire jump onto a roof. Relieved, follows her there and demands that the vampire reveal themsself. When they do, [music] and the others recoil In shock as the vampire reveals herself to be Kus, the quiet girl. Erica immediately

demands an explanation from Koo, but Kuza says she caused the commotion earlier to bring her mysterious master out of hiding. Then she jumps down from the roof, looks at the other three's faces, realizes they're not her master, and flies away, prompting Erica and the others to chase after her. As they glide across the school's forest, Haruna spots them from Her dorm room balcony and runs out of the dorm building like a fool to investigate. Meanwhile, Erica chases Kuza through the trees like she owes her rent or something for several seconds. At one point, she closes

in on Koo and tries [music] to grab her, but at the last second, Koo dodges and leaps into the sky. Seeing this, Erica goes into vampire mode and jumps after Ku, but unfortunately for her, Kooi disappears into thin air before she reaches her. Seconds later, Erica lands in front of Haruna. Her eyes still red, [music] and for some reason, Haruna collapses. Just then, Kohi shows up with Eeyori. Upon spotting Haruna, Eriori immediately realizes that Haruna has seen Erica. So, he takes Erica to the chapel and urges her to erase Haruna's memory just as [music] she

did 6 years ago so they can continue living amongst humans. Realizing he's right, Erica walks to Haruna's room where she lies unconscious On her bed and quietly approaches her. Seeing her, Co, who's also in there, realizes what's about to happen and tries to convince Erica to trust Hauna to keep their secret. But Erica tells him this isn't the first time she's erased Hauno's memories. Explaining further, Erica tells Kohi that six years ago when young Haruana was nearly eeky by truck, she saved her by pulling her off the road with her vampire powers. However, since Haruna

saw her red eyes, Erica had no choice but to erase a year's worth of her memories, leading Coi to understand why Haruna didn't remember him. Erica then tells Kohhei that she has to erase Haruna's memories again because the earlier shock caused the memories she erased 6 years ago to resurface. Even so, Cohei grabs Erica and reminds her that Haruna is a dear friend who would keep their secret, not a computer hard drive that can be formatted on demand. He then begs Erica Not to format Haruna's brain again. However, Erica goes full vampire mode, repelling Kohi.

Then she places her hand on Haruna's forehead. At that instant, Haruna wakes up and thanks Erica for saving her six years ago. But Erica still uses her power on Haruna before returning to her normal human state. Seeing this, Kohi crashes out in disappointment. But when Haruna suddenly calls him by their childhood honorifics, Kohi recalls the memories they shared. Haruna then tells him that her memories are finally coming back. Satisfied, Erica tells Coi that she's tired of deceiving her friends, and Haruna hugs her to show her appreciation [music] for her sacrifice. A few days later, Erica

wakes up, gulps down a full pint of blood like it's Kool-Aid, and convinces herself that her blood lust is finally under control. Moments later, as she strolls to class with Kohi, she asks him about Kuay, but he tells her neither Kuay nor Haruna has been seen in school since that day. He then adds that Haruna said she'll tell Kade everything and asks Erica if she's okay with it. While Erica responds, [music] Haruna and an angry Keday suddenly show up. After an awkward silence, Keday suddenly hugs Erica, shocking both Erica and Coheay, then thanks Erica for

saving her sister back then. Although relieved, Erica reminds her that she's not human, but Kade says she doesn't [music] care as She still believes Erica is the same vice president she knows and loves. As Erica tears up in happiness, Kohi suddenly spots Kuay walking behind her and calls out to her. Kuse pauses and stares back for a moment, but when candidate starts waving at her, she just leaves. Later that day, Erica visits Eior Yori in his office and asks him if Kuz's master is really who they think it is. Knowing Eori, he makes weird jokes

about Kus, craving her master's 8-in Sausage. However, once he's done joking, he tells Erica not to worry herself about dependence like Kus, [music] especially if her master is who they think it is, and Erica nervously agrees. At that point, Shirou overhears them and tries to join their conversation, but Sei shows up and coldly shuns her to the kitchen to make new tea for them. With Shiro gone, Eriori reminds Erica of a promise she made years ago, and tells her to stay out of Kuz's business for Now, leaving Erica with no choice. Just then, Kohi barges

in, apologizes for being late, and tries to join the meeting. But when he spots Erica's gloomy look, he asks [music] what's wrong. After Erica promises she's fine, Eori punishes Kohi for being late by making him and Erica the new lead organizers of the school's upcoming cultural festival, leaving them both shocked. Later that night, when Kadeay and the others learn of E Yori's Decision, they remind Erica and Coohei that the cultural festival is right after summer vacation and urge them to begin preparations now. Kohi and Erica then complain that the job isn't as easy as it

looks because they'll still need to come up with event ideas, [music] but Keday and the others promise to help them out, and Erica welcomes them aboard. For the next few hours, Keday and the others help brainstorm event ideas. While they're at it, Kohi spots Erica looking sad, but pretends not to notice. Very early the next morning, Se finds Kuzay reading a book under a tree and tells her he has someone she wants to meet. Hearing this, Kuay stares at Se for a minute, but eventually she gets up and follows him. A few days later, Erica

and Cohei visit the shops that sponsor the recent sports festival to seek their support for the upcoming cultural festival. Since the shopkeepers all had fun during the sports festival, [music] They all agreed to sponsor the cultural festival as well. Later that evening, Erica and Cohe sit on the beach to take a break from walking around all day. After some small talk, Cohei gulps down his drink and asks Erica to tell him what dependence are, claiming he overheard her and Eori talking about it earlier. Before Erica responds, he reveals that he's noticed her getting distracted by

something ever since the Kuseé incident and urges her to share it With him. As the rain begins, Erica tells him that dependants are humans who have formed a contract with a vampire. Explaining further, she says dependants like Kuza are born from drinking a vampire's blood and that they not only have astounding physical abilities but also don't age or die. Around the same time, Se presents Kuza to the mysterious figure shown earlier and slowly unveils the curtains to [music] reveal Kuza's vampire master who is also Erica and Eori's mom Ka. Seeing her, Kuza slaps her, claiming

that she's becoming crazier every time [music] they meet. However, as she's about to leave, Kaya commands her to freeze in her tracks, which works and forces her to come closer. After that, she pets Kuzu, then reminds her that as her dependent, she has sworn absolute loyalty to her and must donate her blood whenever asked. [music] Back at the beachside, Erica tells Coi that as a condition for Entering the academy, she promised her mother that she would have a dependent by the time she graduates. If [music] not, she'll be forced to go back to the house

and live there forever, just as she did as a child. >> [music] >> That said, Erica explains that her mother always hated her for not behaving like a proper vampire and would sometimes [music] lock her in the basement cell. Hearing this, Koihei Crashes out. But when Erica urges him not to worry too much because she still has until graduation to find a dependent. [music] He volunteers to become Erica's dependent. Shocked, she reminds him of the risks involved, including losing his free will and humanity, then refuses to live in a world where Kohi is her slave

because that might also make her lose all the bonds she's worked so hard to create. Meanwhile, Amate finds Eori in the Chapel looking awfully serious, trolls him a little, and urges him to return to the dorm before it gets dark. When Eorio urges her not to worry, claiming the vampire case is solved, Amay responds so gently that Eori mistakes her for another lady from his past, smiles at her and makes her blush. Amay immediately turns her back on him, embarrassed, but Eori activates vampire mode and makes a joke about vampires desiring their lovers blood the

most. Confused, Amay turns [music] to him, but he quickly returns to his normal form and leaves laughing. Meanwhile, Cohei walks Erica to her dorm, but as he's about to leave, Erica calls him back to thank him, but fumbles badly. Feeling sorry for her, Co encourages her to ensure the cultural event is a [music] success, then gives her a nice smile and leaves. Just then, Erica gets the same sharp pain in her chest again, so she rushes back home and drinks all the Blood in her fridge to satisfy her blood lust. But in the end, she

finds herself still craving Cohe's blood. A few days later, a bunch of students line up at the directing students building to submit their event request forms to the student council for vetting. At one point, a random dude from the theater club submits his event request to use a smoke machine for the club's main attraction. But Erica tells him the rental fee is too high and convinces him To use confetti instead, which he happily agrees to. After attending to all the students, Erica suggests they call it a day, and Eori starts acting stressed like he did

[music] any work. Kohi immediately calls him out for being the most useless one, but Eio plays it off as a joke and suggests they all have a little party to sweat out the stress. Irritated, Erica tells him to enjoy his party alone, then urges Kohi to escort her back to her dorm, [music] which he Does. On their way back, Cohei notices Erica siloquising about the cultural event plans and urges her to chill out a bit, but Erica assures him she can never get tired [music] as long as she's working for the school, leaving him satisfied.

Changing the subject, Erica asks Cohei if he's come up with ideas for the cultural events after party. When Cohei fumbles his answer, she urges him to put some thought into the planning, cheers him on, and parts ways. Upon arriving at her dorm, Erica spots Kuzay's black cat, [music] frowns, and immediately visits her mother's villa that evening. Once Kaia presents herself, Erica asks why she summoned her earlier, and Ka says it's because she needs to know about her potential dependent, Cohi. Noticing Erica's reaction, Kaya ignores Kuza, [music] whose eavesdropping on them, reminds Erica that she's only

at that school to find her dependent and asks why she Hasn't already turned Kohi into her dependent. [music] After taking a deep breath, Erica asks her mother why vampires like them need dependence when they can now suppress their urges with blood from blood banks. Before Kaia responds, Erica tells Kaia that the modern world is different from what she's used to and assures her that she can now live with humans without needing a dependent. Hearing this, Kaia calls her claims nonsense because every Vampire knows that transfused blood isn't enough to quench their thirst. Even so, Erica

tells her mother that no matter how great the thirst is, she will endure it and live her life the way she wants. The next day, Keday and Eori dramatically inform Erica, Coh, and the others that they'll be taking the next day off to cool off. After that, Keday pulls a whiteboard [music] out from between Eori's butt cheeks and happily tells Erica and Cohei that they'll be Going to the beach and ending the day by watching fireworks and Yucatas. At this, Cohei agrees to Keday's [music] plan and while he convinces Erica to come along as well,

Shirou and Sean they won't be able to make it because they need to attend [music] dance practice for the autumn festival at the island shrine. Hearing this, Keday starts crying. But when Haruna suggests that they all watch the fireworks at the island shrine after swimming, Keday happily thanks her for The save. Shirou then asks Se if he'll permit them to enter the shrine. Once [music] Seg agrees, Shirou thanks him dearly, prompting the group to break into a huddle cheer. Later that evening, Erica stares at her blood supply in the fridge and considers [music] taking one

for the beach trip, but then she decides not to just to prove her mother wrong. The next day, everyone arrives at the beach [music] in their best outfit. While Cohei sets up the shade, Eori Removes his shirt, embarrassing himself. Over the next few hours, the group rides the jet ski, feasts on some watermelon, and plays volleyball with Erica slamming in the winning shot for the girls. During lunch, Cohei touches Erica, and accidentally sparks that painful reaction again, which Eori notices. Later that evening, as Erica grows worried about her rising blood lust, Cohi shows up with

some water, spooking her. [music] After apologizing, he gives Erica the water, turns up the heat, and starts rzing her, telling her how quickly time flies. As Erica responds, he asks whether she thinks the cultural festival will fly by quickly, too. And Erica says she knows the memories will never fade from people's hearts because they'll make the event fun for everyone. Hearing this, Cohei says he hopes she'll make good memories at the event. And this makes Erica blush so hard that she thanks him for warming her heart. Soon After, Cohei gets up and urges Erica to

hold his hand so they can return to the others. However, the moment Erica's hand touches his, [music] the sharp pain returns, causing the poor girl to run away. Immediately after, Yori pops up from behind and tells Coi that Erica is acting that way because she's short on blood. Confused, Cohi frantically tells him that Erica has already promised not to drink human blood or use dependence. However, Eori explains that in reality, If vampires keep themselves away from fresh blood for too long, they'll eventually be overwhelmed by powerful vampiric impulses they can't ignore. Moving on, Eior adds

that Erica is already showing signs of this. When Kohi suggests that she use her blood bags, Eriori tells him that she needs [music] fresh living human blood to satisfy her thirst, urges Kohi to help her out if it comes to that, then leaves. Later that evening, as the group climbs the stairs To the shrine, Cohi asks Erica if she feels ill, but she says no and continues [music] walking up silently, struggling to control the blood lust, driving her crazy. When they reach the top, the group reunites with Shirou and her brother and exchanges pleasantries. After

[music] that, Shirou ushers the girls to the changing room. And when they show up moments later, Cohei's heart skips a beat when he spots his cutesy love interest in her yucata. Minutes later, as they all wait for the fireworks [music] to begin, Cohei spots Erica looking really pale and asks if she's sure she's okay. Noticing her vision blurring, Erica says she's okay and thanks him for his concern. But deep down, Cohei knows she's lying. Once the fireworks begin, Euri purposely pushes everyone forward, causing Kohi to touch Erica and make the pain worse. Once everything's back

to normal, Cohei realizes that Erica's gone and gets Worried. Meanwhile, Erica is seen running frantically [music] through the woods to get as far away from Cohe as possible. Just then, she falls from exhaustion and starts morphing into her true vampiric self. Seconds later, Cohei spots her on the ground and tries to pick her up, but Erica pushes him away and begs him to let her go. Noticing the blood lust in her eyes, Co pulls her close to himself and hugs her. Within seconds, Erica gives into her thirst and Drinks Cohay's blood. The next morning, Erica

wakes up in her bed, recalls falling in the woods the previous night, and wonders how she got back to her room. Unable to remember, she convinces herself that she endured the blood lust and finally [music] got past it. Moments later, when she resumes her duties at Eori's office, Erica is so cheerful that even asks if something good happened. Erica happily tells him that she's now confident she can avoid her mother's Manipulation. But the moment Cohs and she gets close to him, the sharp pain returns. Only this time, Erica loses control of herself, staggers around the

room, and starts shivering as she finally remembers what really happened last night. Kohi tries to help her, but she instantly forbids him from coming any closer, thanks him for saving her, and pretends to be her normal self. Meanwhile, Shirou asks Eio to tell her what's going on between the duo, but Eio Urges her not to worry about their issues as they have to figure things out themselves. Hours later during lunch, Sucasa spots Kohi spacing out. But as he asks what's wrong, Kade suddenly shows up with Haruna, slams the disciplinary sticker on Kohi's forehead, and demands

that Kohi explain where he went last night with Erica. Scared, Kohi lies that he and Erica were brainstorming after party ideas using the fireworks as inspiration. And his brain deadad [music] buddies slurp the lie up like matcha. Around the same time, Erica is in her room, crashing out after realizing that her thirst can't be quenched by the blood in her blood bags. As the memory of drinking Kohi's blood floods her brain, her blood lust grows much stronger and harder for her to control. A few days later, Kohi reports to Eori's office for duty, only to

find Erica absent. To avoid incessant questions, Se drowns Kohi in work. But Deep down, Cohei feels Erica's absence. Later that night, while Erica clutches her bed and her entire body in pain, Kuay pops up on her balcony with Kaya's [music] black cat, shocking Erica and tells her that Koh's blood is special because the more she drinks it, the more her [music] thirst for his blood will become greater until she won't be able to resist it anymore. That said, Kuza delivers Kaia's message to Erica, telling her that her mother wants her Back at the mansion if

she has no intention of taking a dependent. Erica breaks down and says Ka promised to give her until graduation. But Kuza explains that this was only on the condition that Erica intended to take a dependent. Even so, Erica says she'll definitely find a different way to live before graduation and will never succumb to her mother's wishes. Curious, Kuz asks Erica why she's so stubborn about taking a dependent, but Erica refuses to be Questioned by her mother's toy and shuns her. She then asks Kus why she returned to Kaya despite knowing that Kaya will just erase

her memories of her again [music] and make her spend centuries searching for Kaya just for entertainment. And Kuzay says it's because she can't disobey her master. At this point, Erica is reminded of the harsh reality dependence face and admits that she's scared of what she might ask of Kohi if she makes him her dependent. [music] Stealing her resolve, Erica says she'll live like a normal human without her mother's or a dependent help. But Kuay reminds her that she can't fight her fate, then leaves. Later that night, Cohei spots Keday breaking into his room via the

ceiling ladder, holding weird talismans, [music] so he invites her and her sister in and asks why they're breaking in again. After serving some tea, Haruna says they want to have their normal tea party again. [music] But when Kade suggests calling Erica, Kohi urges them to let her sleep. After some more small talk, Haruna asks Koihei for an update on the afterparty event idea, but Kohi nervously says they haven't made much progress. [music] As Keday and her sister continue yapping, Kohi suddenly gets a bright idea for the afterparty. He immediately rushes to the student council building

to see Erica only to find her absent and questions everybody about her whereabouts. Euri and Shiro Tell him, despite knowing that Erica is currently hiding in the same room, that Erica is out on an errand. Kohi then tells them he wanted to show her his idea for the afterparty, nicknamed the parachute of happiness. But since she's absent, he shares it with Shurou and the others. Hearing this, Shirou praises it as a very romantic idea and assures him that Erica will absolutely love it. Kohi tells her he chose this theme personally because he wants Erica to

enjoy the Afterparty as a student, not just the VP. Then he hands Shirou his journal to give Erica when she returns and [music] leaves. Afterward, Erica comes out of her hiding place and assures Shirou she's doing okay now. But when she touches Kohi's journal, the pain worsens. At [music] this, Eori steps forward and explains that Erica is reaching the feral stage of her thirst and will most likely lose control and [music] attack Coh's neck if she sees Him, which will only increase her thirst. He then explains to Erica that submitting to eventually losing him will

drive her crazy. But when Erica crashes out at him, he tells her she can't escape her fate. Feeling sorry [music] for her, Shirou asks Eori if there's a way to return Erica to normal, and Eori tells her the only way is to find a donor with blood as special as Kuheis to replace him. After a brief silence, Shirou offers to become Erica's Dependent. And Erica asks if she understands that becoming a dependent means she'll no longer be human. While Shirou responds, telling her she just can't stand watching her suffer so much. Say loses [music] it

and tells his sister to stop talking, but Shirou stands her ground, claiming it's the fate of their family to serve Eori's family. At this, Se slams Eori against the wall [music] and asks if he intentionally set this up. When Eori Implies that he did so to help his sister, Se gets even angrier, but Eori scares him off with his red eyes. Seeing this, Erica holds Shirou and promises never to do anything that will take away her future and swears to find her path in [music] life. After the meeting, Erica drags herself through the rain to

the entrance to Kohi's room, collapses [music] just before ringing the doorbell, apologizes for what she's about to do, and disappears, leaving Kohi's afterparty parachute prototype behind. Later that night, she presents herself to Kuse in front of her mom's mansion. Moments later, while Erica chills in her mother's dungeon, struggling with the pain, Kaya complains to Kuay about Erica's stubbornness and calls her a useless failure for fighting the inevitable. The next morning, Kuahhei spots the prototype Erica left at his doorstep [music] and goes straight to Euri's office, only to find That Erica is absent again. He shows

Shirou the prototype Erica left at his doorstep and asks if she knows where Erica is. As Shirou is about to tell him the truth, Se shuts her up and Eori tells Cohi not to worry about Erica because she's no longer at the school. Shocked, Cohi demands an explanation and Shiro shakily apologizes, claiming that Erica left because she asked to be her dependent. As the poor girl breaks down in tears, Eori takes Cohei to the Chapel, tells him everything and while he crashes out, urges [music] him to accept Erica's wishes. Kohi argues that he can't because

he knows Erica wishes to live as a human, which is why she decided not to drink human blood or take dependence. Ei asks why he offered his blood to Erica during the fireworks festival. While Kohi argues it's because Eori told him to support Erica, Eori explains the thirst Erica has been suffering from ever since she drank his Blood and tells him she can't survive just with normal transfusion blood anymore. shocked. Kohi tells him Erica has been claiming she's fine so far, but Eeyori says she didn't want him to worry. He then tells Kohi Shiro's part

in the whole thing, including Erica's refusal, warns that time is running out for Erica's sanity and urges Kohi to do the only thing necessary for Erica to return to school before leaving. The following day, as Cohei supervises the Cultural festival preparations, he recalls the night Erica drank his blood and blames himself for not even realizing the suffering Erica was enduring just to stay true to herself. The next day, while taking a few photos of the stage, a few of the organizers show him the stage glitter effect they came up with, urge Cohi to bring Erica

back to school, and he [music] agrees. During lunch, Kohi mistakes Haruna for Erica when she shows up with Keday to Say hi, prompting Keday to demand why he would make such a stupid mistake. After apologizing, Kohi sulks and Kadeay and Haruna propose another tea party in his room that night with Erica present so they can all catch up and discuss the afterparty idea, which Kohi agrees to. By nightfall, [music] Kohi attends the tea party alone, confusing the others and lies again that Erica was too busy to show up. As Keday slowly accepts the lie, Kohi

[music] Loses it and tells everyone that Erica might never return to school again because of his stupidity. Hearing this, Keday slaps a sticker on his forehead and tells him along with Haruna and Suasa that they all know Erica would never miss the cultural festival for the world because she genuinely cares about the students attending it. even if she's taking a rain check from school. They tell Cohei that as the man in the relationship it's his responsibility to Bring her back. Realizing they're right, Cohei thanks them for the advice swears to bring Erica back for the

next tea party and runs out of his dorm to head to Kaya's mansion. On the way, he runs into Eori and Se who volunteer to show him the way to the mansion. Moments later, as Erica continues suffering in her mother's basement, Kuay shows up and takes her to [music] see Kaya. However, before she arrives, Kohi reaches the mansion and presents himself to Kaya. After [music] trashtalking him for a moment, she orders him to come closer and Cohei nervously does so. In time, he says he's there for Erica and Kaya [music] asks if he's come willingly

to become her dependent. When Cohi says no, explaining that he's there to take Erica back, Kaya loses her cool and asks why. Cohei says it's because Erica needs to return to the school life she enjoys with everyone, but Kaya tells him that what Erica really needs is a dependent. As Kohai tries to argue, Kaia throws him onto the floor with her vampirited powers, then crashes out at him for acting like he knows anything when vampires are the ones who've been disparaged for simply feeding on blood. She then begins strangling the boy while explaining that vampires

need a stable source of blood, which is why they take dependence. But even so, Kohi still argues that what Erica needs is friends who understand her. [music] Seeing this, Yori comments that Kohi is putting up a better fight than he thought, and Kay gives him a puzzled look. Iori immediately tells her that he's not taking sides [music] as he's only interested in whether Erica can find her new path in life, but Kaya assures him that nothing good will happen to her because she's going to murder Cohei. Just then, Erica shows up panting and tells her

mother to stop. At [music] this, Kaia throws Coi toward her and Gives Erica one last chance to make Coi her dependent or else she'll murder him. After refusing her mother's advances again, Erica begs Cohei to leave before it's too late, but Cohei says he won't leave without her. Erica then says that leaving is the only way for him to survive. But Cohei asks her whether anything has changed since she came there. Unable to respond, Erica listens as Cohe urges her to share her suffering with everyone at the academy. Even when Erica [music] asks what will

happen if she can't hold herself back, Coi says he'll willingly let her drink his blood just to ease her suffering a little. Hearing this, Kaya tells Kohi that if Erica takes another sip of his blood, there will be no turning back for her and he will have to become her dependent. Kohi boldly tells her that [music] even if he becomes her dependent in the long run, it's an issue only he and Erica can decide. With that said, Cohe turns to Erica, reminds her of the bonds she made with everyone in school, and asks her to

return to the academy with [music] him. With no other choice, Erica holds his hand in faith, and begins the long walk back to campus with him. Moments later, Ka orders Kuz to return to the academy so she can spy on Kohi and Erica and report their progress to her moving forward since she can't trust Eori anymore. Upon hearing this, Kuzay asks Kaya what she means to her, But Ka shuns her and orders her to do as she's told. Later that afternoon, Kohi and Erica reunite with their buddies at school. On the day of the cultural

festival, the entire academy gathers for the various events Erica and Cohei planned and has a great time engaging in the activities while Erica and Cohi supervise everything as they should. As for Shiro and Se, they finally get to perform their dance for the island shrine with their friends present and Managed to steal the show. During the afterparty bonfire, Cohei and his buddies gathered to watch the beautiful fireworks [music] and receive parachutes of happiness. For some reason, Cohei and Erica get the same parachute and the duo stares at it before smiling at their new life together
