i am in maldives now there are some explanations that are going to have to be made why am i in maldives who am i in maldives with and all of those will be answered but it's currently 8 30 a. m and i'm every other piece of insanity that's going on in the world right now i had a couple people ask me hey man why are you not verified where did your blue check go on instagram [Music] and that is a great question i have been verified for like 18 months on instagram i remember the funny story how it came about when i'm in sort of my usual work schedule my phone doesn't turn on until one o'clock and that's when i eat lunch so i remember i turned my phone on i was eating my lunch i turned my phone my best friend goes check instagram check instagram it says nothing else and and the first thing goes through my head is like oh no someone posted something like someone got drunk someone posted something they shouldn't post it like because basically apart from myself there's i think two or three people who have access to my instagram on my team you know if there's ever any sort of community management stuff that needs to happen or you know sometimes i'll delete instagram off my phone for a couple weeks and i'll tell them hey just post something on my behalf so so that way i don't have to re-download instagram and do a post or you know do an announcement or something like that so the first thing that went through my head was like okay kieran golf really drunk and posted a photo of his willy i go all my stories nothing after ordering i go on my page nothing out the ordinary and i mess with my best friend felipe back i'm like dude like what what like i look there's nothing and he's like he's like dude you have a blue tick and i quickly scrambled back to instagram i'm like holy crap and uh yeah that was back in september of 2019 i believe anyways fast forward 18 months i wake up one fine morning here in maldives a couple days ago and uh and there's a notification that my blue tick has been removed for violating community guidelines now here's the thing in terms of community online it's not like i'm breaking like nudity or this that so there's only one thing and i've been warned for honestly i've been warned for nine months six months at this point and that is all the stuff i post um and i'm very very very vocal you know at least once a week or once every two weeks uh on this epidemic on how what we're living through is one of the biggest frogs in history you know i started talking about this stuff in um i think initially in august and you know the reaction in august when i talked about i was like how dare you there's people dying blah blah and like and and honestly the reaction was 50 50 and then by the time that i was posting about in september it was like 60 40 and then by the time that you know i post about it these days it's just like people like like literally i won't get one negative message back because of the amount of evidence that i put forward about the fraudulent use of the pcr test like it's like i've literally posted videos of the creator of the test talking about the ranges in which the data is accurate and past a certain point because it multiplies because it doubles every single time talking about basically how anything past that is junk data and i've literally posted official statistics from the cdc to show that hey this has the same fatality rate as the flu and conveniently the flu has just gone away in the last four months but anyways my point is um you know i've had tons of friends and you know even after it happened by the way in all honesty i'm surprised my instagram isn't gone like i'm very very vocal on there right so i'm so as i said i'm very surprised that my instagram hasn't actually even been taken down but uh i lost my blue tick so that's that now i did call some of my buddies and some of my connects and i explained the situation and like hey you know uh honestly it's very likely that you get it back sorry if i'm revealing secrets of some people but like probably i don't know i'd say 50 of the people you see with blue checks they've actually paid to have that happen i remember even when i got verified i had like friends of mine reaching out and being like dude how'd you get verified i'm like i just woke up and it was there well i guess that's not entirely true i didn't know this at the time but kieran had had applied for three or four months once a month uh i assumed that i just got declined the months prior to that but yeah i guess just on that particular month um he got lucky so in my mind i just it woke up and it was there but it turns out karen had been manually applying for verification before that anyway so i told him i was like dude like i just woke up and it was there like i don't know and i even got to a point where genuine friends of mine but they were like i will pay you 5 000 just to introduce me to the person who got you verified and then my budget is 50k to get verified yeah obviously people want the clout of getting a blue tick and whatnot and i was like you don't need to pay me 5k like if i actually knew someone i could help you so yeah blue tick is a very um sought-after thing so yeah i called some people in my network and they were basically like dude between the fact that you were actually like verified normally you didn't go through some process to make it happen and between the fact if you look on google like i literally own my entire google like the only thing that comes up is my name i even have apparently i didn't know this but i have something called a knowledge panel so apparently google assigns you that once enough people look you up or something like that but anyways they mentioned yeah realistically you should have no issues getting it back um but quite frankly i don't care i just thought i'd fill you guys in on why it happened i sent a message into a group chat with basically like some like close friends who are like dude like just i've had people tell me this for so long they're like dude honestly there's no point just stop talking about this you know stop talking about this it's gonna be all over soon et cetera et cetera and you know for me it's i've said this before i've said this in other videos i don't care i don't care i don't care how successful the senior is i don't care how much money i make i don't care what the outcome of this year is if i don't speak up about stuff that i know is wrong to me i consider this year a failure and i can't look myself in the mirror with pride about what happened in 2020 and 2021 and you know i've said this before and i'm sorry if this is a little insensitive i have never made more money than in 2020 in 2021 like i'm i'm making obnoxious amounts of money it has been so freaking good for my business because you know everyone's talking about like the new normal and so that guys i was running remote zoom meetings with my clients for three years i've been running my agency remote for three years nothing has changed in my life so i'm a unicorn business in a unicorn industry so yeah things are going pretty well and then before the other people were like oh poor e-man he can't travel does it look like i'm someone who follows the rules does it look like i'm someone who who if they're told you're not allowed to travel isn't going to find a workaround let me tell you something all of these lockdowns and stuff they don't apply to people with money maybe that's why i get so angry you know coming from a single mother household coming from a household where at some point we were on government benefits where my mom actually worked for the nhs minimum wage and she has friends there and she asked them hey how's it going and they're going empty because that's the truth you can walk past a hospital and you can see clear as day anyways as you can tell i get a little heated about this and this is what my friends say they're like man you know just stop talking about it you know you by the way as well as my businesses are doing right now i know for a fact because there are people who send me dms messages and because of my honesty about one of the greatest frauds in history have unfollowed me have unsubscribed said literally i will never work with i've even had people tell me you know i'm a business owner and the way you've talked about this whole thing i just could never work with your agency and i never will work with your agency i've had clients in the agency be like iman i would love to give you referrals but unfortunately like the way that you voice your opinions i don't think some of the clients will feel comfortable if i introduce you to them but i couldn't care less because i think if you sell your soul to the devil and you stay quiet about things that actually matter cool have as much money as you want you will feel empty inside and i know that i've already done my part and by the way you know let me make this a little bit more graphic for you or tell you the real repercussions of this because in your mind you might be going oh yeah you know some people can't travel for a bit you know who cares it's only a mask on my last copy-paste agency call right at the end there was around 18 people and you know someone asked me a question about everything that's going on um because pretty much everyone in cpa is smart enough to have similar opinions by the way i tell everyone all the time i'm like hey if you go and get the jib jab you know so that way youtube doesn't shut this video down if you go and get it be my guest honestly i don't care if you want to wear a mask i don't care you know i'm not going to stand here and berate you and call you you know even though i don't agree with it i don't care right but what i do care about is the fact that if you go look on the news there is nothing for the opposing side right they're like no no there are no adverse side effects there are no fatalities from the and yet on a call with 18 people on it three of their family members had been injured you know all the way from someone who just wasn't able to speak for a week and that's a pretty scary thing if you if your mom goes and gets that you know thinking that's gonna be good for her and for a week she can't speak all the way from that to one person's grandmother can't remember who they are they look in their eyes and they can't even see their grandson so when my friends you know tell me you know what just think you know look out for yourself just be quiet no because as i said i would give up every single penny that i have to not make a deal with devil and stay silent about things and quite frankly maybe it's because i'm a capricorn you know and we're just stubborn as hell i've just i've just never been able to stay quiet about things that i know are wrong all the way from when i was 16 and you know and i told everyone that i want to be an entrepreneur business owner when i grew up and you know my teachers were like the only way that you can do that is to go to college and get a business degree and this and i told them straight to interface college is a scam and everyone in my school berated me made fun of me and i took it because for me staying true to your principles is the most important thing in life i did it back then and i'm no different now i won't i won't bend and as i said my goal is not to stop someone from getting that or you know to stop someone from uh they said if you want to wear a mask i don't care do whatever you want but at least if i can wake up one or two people to question things to question the narrative then honestly i've done my job and i would give up everything for that and i don't know if things would be different if i was just at the start of my career and i really was putting everything on line but and just to be honest with you guys i will end off this year probably on the low end eight probably on the high end 15 million net after tax i worked from the age of 16 i started my agency when i was 16 years old i've worked for the past five years building up my businesses making millions only spending 20 of my income not buying the lamborghinis or the cheap wagons but everyone told me i should have bought them staying true to my principles staying true to my core sitting extremely cash heavy waiting for the right opportunity investing multiplying my wolf many times over so yeah quite frankly you know [ __ ] it if i get canceled if i get this whatever end the year i'll have around eight figures cool i can live off that for the rest of my life and if that means that especially if that means that i don't need to make a deal with the devil so be it anyways on that note i'm gonna going uh scuba diving i've never been at scuba diving before so this will be the first time all right so guys i will run you through my workout quickly we only wait when you go like that it's hard i'm not trusted all right guys so guys already through my workout we're gonna go like three minutes let me go scuba diving just warmed up i'm gonna do it's actually my fourth set dumbbell rows i think that's is this supinated a pronated souffle i don't know i don't know what time am i gonna do peaches i'm more cheap girls anyways before that probably do some dips a couple other quick movements and then probably finish off with a quick little circuit so yeah let's get into it [Music] so hot babe hey mom go get those cheap curls in update on training i'm trying to get to 90 kilos this year at the moment i'm 83 probably around like 83 kilos haven't done like a full physical since uh august and obviously in my gym at that point i was like 82 kilos 9. 7 uh body fat to be honest i'm not really sure what i am now basically september october i gained like four kilos of pure muscle uh doing like super strict carnivore um and and training although my training was pretty serious and then jim's all locked down and i ran a marathon lost lost pretty much like three kilos of muscle then i went to cape town and did strict two months carnivore again and was training every single morning at the gyms gained another three kilos back then lost some weight when i got back to lunch so i'm also fluctuating but hopefully now the gyms will be open at least i hope seriously for kind of the rest of year and i'll be going back to my normal strict carnivore i'm gonna try to gain seven more kilos oh also 83 kilos at six foot because this is a whole debacle no like five seven really yes i'm like the point is people when they meet me they're like oh you're a lot taller than i thought you'd be i mean i'm not even that tall [Music] yeah laura's actually a prime example i mean i'm not even taller than six foot i'm like 183 centimeters which is literally like the bare minimum you have to be this is these six feet it just secured any time he sees a comment on my youtube or my instagram asking like what height you are he responds to it and he's like yeah like i'm five seven and and because of that literally my google system five seven five eight but uh yeah no i'm 183 centimeters how tall are you 180 180 yeah damn so yeah basically laura this has been kind of the only issue we've ever had is she can't wear heels because she's 180.
no babe i'm telling you it's a power move it's not powerful it is a power wheel baby you're telling me that's not apparently i oh thank you very much how was that very good yeah i'm not sure about you you're very good so that's the fish that attacked me the other day and that's because what it's mating season no i'm telling you like what else did we see i saw that so wrapped up with scuba diving so wrapped up with scuba diving that was genuinely incredible i was saying to laura at the end that things like safaris have never really appealed to me because first of all like you're on a safari and the animals they're like they're literally just like off like just leave me alone like i just want to roam around just want to do my thing without someone like coming close in the car staring at me with binoculars etc etc whereas this is the first time i've ever been scuba diving and um yeah it's crazy you get down there and you're just like it feels isolated you just feel so at one with the ocean and like i swear some of the fish are like super happy to have you around like they seem super excited so uh yeah i know it's incredible as i said i've never been scuba diving before so to like see the way that like i don't know you know how sometimes you even swim out like especially here in maldives it's so shallow you like you know swim out and you're you just think that it's like straight down basically or everything everything's just sort of level like just seeing the way that it like cliffs off is just i know it's nuts and i found out at the end that only takes five days to get your certification uh so if i'd known that i definitely would have done it on the first day anyways now i'm gonna enjoy a nice monte cristo uh smoke this and then laura and i have a nice candlelit dinner to end off the evening then have a bit of work and i'll wrap it up for the last day of maldives and then i just got to do a little bit of admin for two new hires even though it's saturday usually i take saturdays off but these two new hires get started on monday so i just want to get them set up so yeah i'll get these two new performance marketers uh email set up so that way they can be on the team call on monday with danny and the rest of the team what did you say what did i say i forgot oh you don't want a camera now no i was just saying just saying that it's the perfect setup for a proposal did i lie no should i get justin to stitch in the tick tock which one oh no guys that was a joke i would like to make it clear here for my fans iman's parents that it was a joke he was actually running away to feel from like filming a tick tock but we thought it would be funnier if we like wrote like another caption and now people are like trying to understand the meaning of life and marriage under the comments section and like enough is enough so last night i didn't actually get around to creating the emails for two new hires at the agency so i'm going to do that now and then we actually have to leave in like four or five hours so just gonna go gym enjoy a bit of sun and that's it then all these log wrapped up but as i kind of briefly touched on yesterday i hired two new performance markers at the agency if you want to see a little bit about the process behind it you can go to the last vlog i was actually talking about it there and for those of you guys in copy paste agency you're gonna get a full two three hour breakdown on all of the sources we used because we have we have we have the data on who came in from the facebook ads from the linkedin ads from the facebook groups from reddit who even used reddit and then also specifically within that for example the facebook groups which came from which facebook group so i actually show the full process of how we got 150 candidates then streamline that down then he actually did less interviews this time only around 30 interviews how he brought that down to eight candidates the actual question that we gave to them and and the problem that we post them and how we analyze their results because it was very open-ended and then and then down to the three candidates that i interviewed and then actually ended up hiring two just to kind of future proof so yeah brought on two now i will say it's a trial month our ideal situation is at the end we have the bandwidth and also there's just good synergy between these two new hires so we end up keeping both of them but we have told them that hey there may be a possibility that we decide to only go for one and you may be one and you may or may not be that one that we decide on keeping so yeah just at the moment setting up their g suite account so so yeah basically that's that keegan giovanni if you're watching hello it must be really weird for them to like start working for an organization or company and then you can basically go look at like this person who you just started working for is like track like entire like four or five year journey but yeah apart from that i think i'll leave you guys um a woman a highlight of both interviews and my interview style is super super uh unorthodox because basically the main thing i'm trying to do when i hire is dissuade someone from working at the company and just ask really awkward uncomfortable uh questions to begin with so then that way there's no confusion later down the line and and i especially had to do that in this scenario because there are certain roles at the company uh well pretty much for greatnc. com where i hire within sort of my community or my audience for example sales roles or tristan you know my creative director or anything kind of basically anything for gradiency we hire within my network whereas for ihe media for the agency all of the hires aren't within my network as i showed you in the last vlog everything is like done under danny so so he's basically the cmo he's the one who does a video like it's all ig me and nothing's branded under my name or or unless you really really know who our agency is which pretty much none of the candidates did quite frankly you know we do well but it's not exactly like we're a household name and then yeah every single candidate doesn't know that you know i'm the one that's our ieg media so i'll leave you with 60 seconds of the first one with keegan um what do i need to do what are you looking for from me so that i can be that one guy hmm uh oh hello is it just work ethic yeah so i mean for for me on my side quality like quality is the most important opportunity because no matter how hard you work yeah okay uh value ideas a lot if you are bringing new stuff to the table also awesome so yeah those are some of the highlights of the first one and then now i'll roll into 60 seconds of the one with giovanni yeah you did indeed make an impression so i'll tell you uh kind of situation um first of all remind me how much you're currently making at the moment uh how i'm making right now yeah how much you're making in usd sit at their desk every single day and number one be really excited and proud about the classes they're working with but also be challenged and that for some that's like a incredible you know because uh for some people um and you know kind of for the right talent uh they want to lay their head on the pillow at night like [ __ ] like that was tough i pushed myself but i'm like really really proud of what i've done today so yeah as you can tell a very unorthodox hiring style but that's because danny vets all the candidates so by the time he gets a final round of interviews with me i know they've got the talent i know they've got the skill it's just a matter of and i think a lot of people forget this when they're hiring i think you know a lot of people a lot of bosses a lot of like founders like are so married to that name that they forget that yes a new hire needs to be able to give you what you want out of it but in the same sense you need to be able to give a new hire what they want out of the role right it needs they need to be able to get out of the role what they want both financially spiritually fulfillment wise and especially the company culture we have at our agency it's i don't know it's not really just like a clock in clock out type of thing so that yeah that's why i ask really just weird uncomfortable loaded questions because i'd rather do that to begin with then rather than come up four or five months later so very unconventional but it's worked very well so far you know i'm very very blessed and i can genuinely attribute 90 of my success to my team like and i'm i i know a lot of people say that because they just want to sound nice but generally sometimes i'll think about sometimes i think about how we achieve so much between the companies and then i realize it's like i'm just being honest most of my team have more skill grit and determination than most other founders so it's almost like you know my companies it's almost like 10 12 founders all working overtime and when i think about it that way it explains a bit more like i think about the sheer man hours oh man woman hours a day that my team puts in and how you can compare that to you know another founder who's you know actually putting in the work and then they've got a team that quite frankly um you know just a clock in clock out kind of thing for them as i said there's nothing wrong with that but we just have like this weird company no we just have this we just have this crazy like almost sadistic company culture where um we just love the work honestly so yeah anyways i am
