what's up amigos welcome to think further in your new my name is Antonio and today I'm gonna show you guys how to create a simple hat one image put it on the film and print it so don't go anywhere alright so first I'm going to show you guys coming to the sign not exactly it's actually from a tutorial I learned all we're gonna get that image I'm gonna teach you guys how to do it to a halftone you see Photoshop no trips off or nothing it's very simple once you know it learn how to put
it on the pill and reggae the song you see 45 LPI and then fine we're gonna print a simple halftone with just one color it looks pretty good as you can tell now it's not really that difficult once you learn it's gonna be real simple and right now this is like my second time doing half tones and I got bad weather my first time doing half tones was what I was doing with the CMYK in the stimulated process print kind of difficult to start we're off with but with this a lot easier to begin with
so right now going to show you guys the how to do it on Photoshop so I can go back in time for a little bit then we'll go on to today or I burn it and then print it alright so wanna clear this image I'm gonna turn to that tone and I cut this actually from a YouTube tutorial and I'm gonna spend here because I'm not really good at it I'm just gonna link you to that video so you actually see it go along with it now for this finished one with John in it because

black because this is gonna go on a black shirt and I'm gonna do is I'm just gonna copy copy merge I'm gonna paste it [Music] and just fix it and I'm actually gonna scale it just look bit smaller because I don't make this white to be right on the edge okay okay and I'm just gonna find this and since this is going to go on a black shirt I want the white that should be the stencil so it's actually in for this image for several input and that's it yeah when you invert an image almost
looks weird but don't worry then come okay someone's here since if I print to someone if I print this right away from right now it's not going to get a good film so I'm going to turn this to hats on sand the first I'm going to do is go to an image mode click great skill it's clean the score then it again image mold bitmap and the resolution I just heard that the important that plans to be exactly the same click on down hat so I stop screen okay and here now for the cause of
the LPI it all depends on you it depends on most of the screen and there's the formula for them everywhere real quick all right so pull up page where you actually find what okay to best use for a screen that you have or if you want to use a certain OPI one mesh to use and it's right here and it's right here so I guess the the duct side wherever I'll pay you want to use too much but by 4 / 5 because the mesh con you're going to use or if ya was trying mesh
use / 4 compile and determine the alternation use and here's the website all you link description below so you can figure that out but anyways let me go back to me image so I'm gonna use 45 because it would like to use a heart miss because my even thought to use a higher LPI the screens I have are really high mesh Sunday is 45 because I get better results because I do use that banana paper and I'm kind of limited even though the mice none of those higher up yeah but I said I'm issues with
this how can I stick with 45 and for the shape some people say Brown works better some people say this works better but I guess you're going to figure that your saw when you're testing and I'm gonna keep with the lips okay click OK and there somebody have your okay we're assuming you can see the little headphones so for you guys you can just print this from your right now to print on your printer but I don't have a printer yet and what I do is since I do take this to Office Depot what I
do is I say this to a PDF file gonna click Save As this time I'll just put John then in OPI John 45 oh yeah no ok same thing yeah this is okay all right let me check the power desktop okay so here's the PDF and what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna say this to my phone cuz I was my news feed right got Office Depot tomorrow after work all the city print it out I'm gonna come home put my screen and I'm gonna suppose this film and then we're gonna do the print so
Archie we guys tomorrow okay I have my screen coding and just the same time I'm gonna here with the blow dryer it was this real human in here [Music] so I'm gonna expose the first screen well do any screen hopefully I'm gonna use the second film that credit a smaller Russian because the first one yes to bigger this one looks better okay put your money on smaller table seeing enemy now for those guys seen my video again I give this the 1 minute 40 seconds on little mesh yellow north mesh because here we have all
right so I finally got done exposed to my screen to see not that bad and again at first this was the first film that I print it yeah I realize it look too big maybe hold on but decide to go just a little bit smaller this time okay hey what do you think and I was hoping that my dependent I ordered the Kenneth Oh something about right by the time I did this so I could print one with that one to test it out by day by the ways I stood aside to do it even
with this paper and right now I'm gonna set up the screen and I'm going to try this I'll try a poly white from Sanchez the one I got a festival Mexico it's not to give it a try to find tests at all and I'm not gonna do a test print and then I gonna print a shirt suck a half for me I tend to get ink on my fingers from my hands by me I remember to buy clothes yeah this thing's real luckily I have this kind of go comb oxy yeah to make it more
smooth more creamy you get back to you cuz it'll take a while to mix okay so I'll be beating this okay so I'll be mixing this for a while and getting closer time to get smoother more creamy look I think we're good so it's nighttime one of the producer you call it my because it was still too thick so I decide to add more okay okay good boy big bag my kids calling me okay yeah the incas to take many more buhdeuce garner this one more Memphis this thing is real thick I even asked them
if I need to I reduce it to this thing I'm gonna say no that's perfect tells me not by the same time it's okay because again if you have more of this little oxy yeah my bad yes absolutely our reducer aka reducer you basically make more eat well he says I push more thinner quote looks good but it's not that bright another pass on it okay so here's a print not that bad and obviously here having it all the Hat tones so I'm gonna block this out because if I block this now it looks pretty
good boolean game not that bad it's all gonna curing my shirt see it's like a block down it doesn't look perfect man I'm just wishing to ink well the new one that I just had more oxy yeah okay so now it's time to have my shirt [Music] okay me go so we're done here's the fine print looks pretty awesome man them these nothing came out better than I expected when I burned the screen for a moment I was doubting daddy come out perfect I'll think I'll bring another one by decide not to and that I
did it cuz it came out perfect wait like I mentioned earlier in the video I was hoping that because I did order the printer that kind of printer and also no print on actual screen cleaning film to compare with this one with the banana but hasn't arrived yet probably right tomorrow but but again sometimes just to show you guys again this is a banana that transparency film Office Depot not that much start of the print I was still able to get a nice frame so don't all worried about the Union you know of the badass
