hi yeah I'm Martin simper and I'm Chief procurement officer for Liberty [Music] Gable we provide procurement manage services to our customers um that's an endtoend sourcing capability um and as part of those Solutions we also offer um different Technology Solutions too the transformation has been incredibly good fun um we are pivoting away from being an internal procuring function to being one of a manage service as I mentioned and you know we're bringing our customers on that Journey too so the message is watch out for us we're growing um we we're we we're definitely out there
trying to differentiate ourselves and and and deliver a different service to have a credible service out in the marketplace you you need to be underpinned by technology and to be underpinned by technology you need key Partners we are lucky to be supported by Liberty shared services in that Journey helping us find the right procure Tech um to to build those Services um and beyond that we we've also got the ability then to to offer those to our to our customers um after we've underpinned and built them for ourselves the next 12 to 18 months is
all about growth so we really got to start to to drive our engine and build our business um from an organ organic and inorganic perspective um so there's huge huge amount of work going into making sure our services are fit for purpose based on our customer needs and what we think the marketplace needs and then it's about getting it out there and and growing it
