the best time to post on YouTube has recently changed and now there are three new time slots that you need to be posting in because if you're posting at the wrong time on YouTube right now whether you upload long form content or shorts the wrong audience might be seeing your content and then boom you're not going to get views from YouTube because they're going to think that nobody actually likes your content in fact this Creator right here just Chang his new posting times and get over 900,000 subscribers and this Creator was able to do the same thing except they get over 300,000 subscribers and the same exact thing can happen to you so long as you test out these new time slots by the way the last one by far makes the most small channels on YouTube go viral the first time slot you need to make sure that you're testing is going to be from 3: to 4:00 p. m. now you need to understand something this is going to be for your local time zone if you're uploading in Dubai 3: to 400 p.
m. Dubai time if you're uploading in New York 3: 4: p. m.

m. slot because what's going to end up happening you're actually going to decrease your reach and I don't think I mentioned this earlier so you need to make sure that you wait at least 1 hour in between posts if you're going to be uploading multiple shorts within a day because otherwise what's going to happen is you're going to get in the way of that last short and they're actually going to stop the YouTube algorithm from really being able to optimize your content because the first people that are going to see the content you post on YouTube are going to be your subscribers so if you post too frequently your subscribers aren't going to be eligible to see more of your content and then guess what ends up happening it actually decreases the reach that you get because YouTube couldn't show your content to those initial subscribers because they weren't eligible to see another piece of content you uploaded before I share with you the last and best time slot that you need to make sure that you're posting and if you want to go viral on YouTube as fast as humanly possible I need to show you a few things like how you could find the best time to post for the specific audience that you're trying to reach or how you could actually predict how many views you could get on YouTube before you even upload a video so here's how you could see the best time for you to post on YouTube for your specific audience what you're going to do you're going to come into YouTube Studio you're going to click on analytics you're going to click on audience you're going to scroll down a little bit and this is going to show you when your viewers are actually on YouTube and what you want to make sure that you're doing is posting in the first hour where it says very many of your viewers are online so for me it says that from 9:00 a. m.
until about 1:00 p. m. so ideally I should be uploading at 9:00 a.
m. you don't want to upload at noon or you don't want to upload at 11:00 or you don't even want to upload at 10:00 because that is going to stop how many views you actually get because very many of your viewers are online very many of them are online you want to post as soon or the first time slot because because that's going to allow you to reach the maximum amount of people and when it comes to actually being able to figure out how many views you could get when you go to upload something you need to come into this inspiration tab up here now what you're going to be able to do when you come in here is you're going to be able to do a search for different topics and then YouTube will actually tell you whether or not your ideal audience is going to be interested in that for example I'm going to type in right here YouTube best times to post and then this is going to tell me whether or not this is a good idea look what it says very high interest from your viewers many of your viewers have been watching videos about this topic in the last 28 days so guess what that does tells me that this video I'm creating right now is a really good idea on top of that it gives me other similar ideas that I could do and it show me and it shows me the videos I'm going to be competing against so it shows me the ideal length it shows me how many views these videos actually got so I can back in to how many views my video might get for example the max number of views one of these videos has is 144,000 views so I more likely than not am not going to get more views than that instead I'll probably get some average number of views of all these posts or what I could also do is if I come over to YouTube I can actually do a search for this thing for example best time to upload on YouTube I'm going to come over here I'm going to do a search for that I'm going to see this video right here and I will be able to see how many views per hour it's getting so it's getting 10 views per hour so if I pull up a calculator right here 10 views per hour time 24 hours 240 views a day so over a course of 30 days I may get 7,000 views every 30 days and if we look at how many views they got for this video well guess what it matches up to about that because 6 * 7200 is going to be around 4200 views so it's kind of on par with how many views they're getting and if we come down we could see the same for shorts like I upload a short on the same topic but this one is much older and guess what almost 500,000 views so what I'll be able to do here is back in how many views I could potentially be getting and as we see the lower down on here we get the less views per hour these videos are getting so if I really want to be able to get a lot of views on this topic I need to make sure that I'm going to be ranking number one when somebody tries to come for search so I need to make sure that my title is better for this my thumbnail is better for this my descriptions are better than this my tags are better than this because if not my video isn't going to replace this video and I probably won't get as many views as I want to be getting and if you use either of those methods what you're going to be able to to do is determine how many views you can actually get for posting something cuz here's the deal we all only have 24 hours in a day and we all can only upload a certain amount of times to YouTube so you need to make sure not only are you posting at the optimal time but also that the topics that you're choosing to create content on are going to get you the views that you actually want to get because a lot of people are misguided when it comes to this they're posting about a topic and they expect to get 10 million views but nobody's ever gotten 10 million views before for that topic so guess what it's very low odds that your video is going to get 10 million views and you need to take this into consideration before you post because it is drastically going to change the title that you use the topic that you use and also the format of your content now this brings me to the last and final best time to be posting on YouTube right now and that is going to be from 10:30 a. m.
to 11:30 a. m.
