in general to your benefit and I know that in my previous video I said that Sexual Energy is repulsive to women at first but it's not just when it's in the wrong places it is okay so when your energy when this Sexual Energy is still just in your [ __ ] and in your balls that is repulsive but as soon as you turn this energy transmuted and you put it all over your body that's when it becomes powerful and that's when it becomes magnetic to women and by saying that I'm going to teach you how
to um transmute this energy to the rest of your body and become very masculine and sexually very attracted attracted to women and a lot of famous men have used this thing to accomplish not just to get women but to accomplish their goals or manifest a lot of things in their life because as I said before this energy is the energy of creation itself so if it can create a human life it can create a lot of other things okay so what this for this is for a later video but in this video I'm going to
teach you how to awaken this energy and what kind of of effect it has all right so whenever it's gonna be the next time you're gonna feel horny you're gonna feel like you're in the mood and what not I'm not telling you to just ignore it because your body is trying to tell you something okay your body's trying to tell you something like yeah there is this energy like do something with it all right so you can decide are you gonna put it into waste are you gonna come in your sock again or are we
gonna transmute it all right and the way it transmute it is just you're going to sit in a position like this like you know meditation I mean it doesn't have to be this position but I just feel like this position is the easier to explain it I'll go a little bit further okay and you're gonna breathe into it and with your breath you're just gonna try to distribute all this energy all over your body so as if you're gonna kind of like suck it up your spine and this is a technique I know from um
Joe dispenza a breathing technique from his book becoming Supernatural and um it can be even Amplified by using Sexual Energy with it so what you're gonna do is um the energy the Sexual Energy um happens in your wrote chakra right like at the bottom of your spine and what you want to do is pull this energy up all the way too to your um Crown chakra and um how you do it is what I just already said you just breathe in and as you breathe in you contract these muscles and you as if like you
imagine like you're using a straw and strong that energy up all the way to all your chakras that way you just have to try for yourself so really understand what I mean by that so yeah it's gonna look like something like this all right so and this energy like you're gonna move it all the way up all right and I have tried that myself I can't do it because I don't have like that strong energy um as semen like this works a bit differently for women but this works like in a very um significant way
for men um because um I don't know what's the size behind it but it just works better for men and the thing is that you're not allowed to you're not allowed to ejaculate and you you just have to transform all these ejaculation energy into your spine into your being and to your soul and you can feel it one by one entering away a chakra so like I don't know the names actually but there's like one um around your belly button then one in your guts your heart chakra your throat chakra um then the chakra in
your brain and your third eye and then the crown chakra right above you so your point is just to imagine that this energy is entering all of these chakras all the way up to the crown checker and um yeah this is like an incredible amount of power and energy that's just going to move up your body like there's no energy like this honestly there's not any more powerful energy that you can use for yourself and it's and it's also going to like rejuvenate you it's going to make you more motivated and I have been reading
the benefits and some of them were also things like growing muscles getting your voice deeper and becoming more masculine so uh not just to women but like to yourself like becoming more masculine as a person and that's going to create the energy that we are looking for because the energy is what attracts women and is what turns women on and you can you can learn this from Casanova too or like whoever any men that has a lot of girls like there's one trait about them which is their energy is very masculine there's their energy is
very um controlled and in place and this is how they do it okay so yeah I guess try it for yourself and um yeah the longer you go at this the better like I recommend going for at least a month and you know a lot of guys are like they get that energy down there they just can't do anything else just to come right but to come uh this is the other way how you can what you can do with the energy in a more um meaningful way so you guys try it um check out
