you satiety so you can lose weight and it's a great detoxifier for the liver and lymphatic system it helps improve assimilation of nutrients by slowing the gastric empting into the a small intestine and it's also been known to help support healthy blood pressure levels an apple cider vinegar has acetic acid and it has a pH of 2 to three so when you're taking apple cider vinegar do not drink it straight up many people do it can hurt the enamel on your teeth affect the back of your throat as well as the esophagus and the stomach
you want to drink it with one tablespoon to a glass of water dilute it and remember that less is usually more that means don't think that you have to drink lots of apple cider vinegar to get those results if you're taking too much too quick you potentially can get an upset stomach or even heartburn so start out with one teaspoon and gradually work your way up until you find your tolerable level and one of the worst things to do after you drink apple cider vinegar is brush your teeth the acetic acid that gets on your
