I'm just squatting in pants which is not very great but we'll get it honestly guys I do not feel very good today today's one of these days where the squat every day gets tough when you really just don't want to do it but you have to keep it up I have another 16 days until I complete this personal challenge to myself so I'll just leave the clips and then after that we have tested higher higher weight today today's more of a strength-based day so you slept you you alright guys so I just finished up the
low bar sports um it's feeling a bit more comfortable this yesterday was my first time trying it I tried it I got really frustrated but I stuck in there and I knew that you know sure I can or like resort back to highbar squad and be comfortable and lift the amount that I know I can list but its weak point that's something I don't have it in my arsenal and I'm going to need so there's no point just trying to patch up something bad days just going to rip off you know in a couple weeks
and however many weeks when I do need the lower score guys today is pretty much it encapsulates a day when you don't want to trade my knees I'm getting my first sort of injury from SWAT every day it's not like it won't stop me from squatting but it is painful and I've got a problem for a long time even when I play football so now each other coming back and guys honestly I feel just so nauseous I feel like I'm gonna vomit I don't know why it never happens to me but because you're going to
have good days you're gonna have bad days but on those bad days there's no point trying to lift the max amount of weight you can move to getting frustrated yourself you have to be congruent with how you feel train to the best of your ability but understand this is an off day this is a day when you're not doing this well and you know next time when you are feeling good just jump in there and do the best that you can so I'm gonna change and then we're moving on to chest the office on alright
guys so so okay so I've never actually done pull over so I've got someone at the gym he's going to show me how to do pullovers you know my chest is like a lagging body part for me so you know this is something they'll make it look cooler better basically anything I can do to improve at this point so yeah let's drop in each book alright guys so I'm all finish up with that pencil in there to teach me how to do it seems like a really good exercise and my trust has always been like
