okay in this video I want to show you I want to actually talk to you about the squeeze page funnel now I think that the squeeze page funnel and I'm actually pulling this from the PDF that's attached so that you'll be able to reference it um you can see that I I've got everything written out here for you you can break down each page in a squeeze page funnel let me just show it to you and I'll get to it and then I've got some things right here okay that you can you can look at
but if we're to break this down one of the reasons I like the squeeze page funnel as your starting Place starting point is if you're going to break something or test something this one's the easiest one to test okay I know that I know that I've had the best success by testing my offer first and foremost using a squeeze page offering some very simple lead magnet is what they call it the lead magnet that gets somebody to opt in give me their information build a little Rapport and then you know take it from there to
where I want them on the next step okay in some cases it's just a matter of you know generating a lead list that uh down the road like there's there's instances where I haven't been involved in any networking companies or any business things per se but I still was driving traffic to squeeze page funnels because I knew the day would come and these were pre-opted in leads these were people that I knew were networkers so these were people that were you know interested in energy deregulation and so I'm going to show you okay the elements
of this The Squeeze page is really just the beginning of it is your you know squeeze page slash landing page the first page they see with a big call to action big promise delivering some kind of content this could be a video this could be a PDF this could be a book this could be a book you know offer you know like free plus shipping kind of thing and then when they clicked on it in the opt-in form they put their information in and they're redirected to the thank you and in most cases on the
thank you page there is a call to action like I said I have done this before where I I was just building a list and I didn't necessarily have a call to action or anything to sign people up to or take them to the next spot so the most important thing that I was trying to do here was develop a rapport to build rapport to build awareness of who I was my authority the brand you know that's what you're going to need to do you're going to need to develop your brand okay so if you
open up the PDF you know you can go through here and I walk you through you know kind of the funnel starts with The Squeeze page you want to make sure that your giveaway is very valuable to the end user okay and a lot of times people you know they hide uh their best content inside things I think it's important to give them you just about your best up front so that they go well man if you know what is behind the closed door because of what they just gave me okay this is a perfect
example of a thing that's worked really really well and this is a free book offer I wrote this book basically it didn't take me very long it was just you know let's record some stuff on audio get it transcribed go pay you know like 15 bucks to get the 3D cover made and put it on a squeeze page okay basically I'm driving traffic to get someone to opt in that might be interested in earning money in the energy deregulation Market not not real hard right the important part of what I did and I think I've
pointed this out before is that the book is value the book is value I called out my audience right here but I added a lot of value by offering a free video series okay and I might have a picture uh yeah I love to use videos in my follow-up sequences because I'm not a very good writer and I can record simple videos to deliver content faster and I this one right here is there is a way way better way or to it you know to engage people with emotion in video okay so as an example
the emails that come out to somebody is they are is kind of the sequence okay so I made a video page here that shows and I you know when they opted in I'm like hey this is part one of your four-part video series and this is me basically explaining chapter one of what it is and I'm kind of just explaining you know what they would have read okay so they wanted a book they got a book but here I am conveying with enthusiasm the whole you know the whole power of what we're doing and then
the next day I send them video too and these videos are like five minutes or less um just enough so that they know who I am because people do business with people that didn't know they know like and Trust okay so I'm offering valuable content in a video style series that goes through the course steps okay and then when they get to the final video so I've added value I haven't asked for a sale added value haven't asked for sale value again haven't asked for sale but when they get to video four now I make
a suggestion as to what step they should take so I pretty much edutained them I educated them and entertained them all the way to the point that when they click on this now they're going to go to my to my next funnel really which is you know hey this is my company this is what we offer I got my sales page there and then if they opt into that then then we're good to go and we're moving them in the right direction so I basically took them from a lead to a prospect to a client
