this so you learn exactly how to do it so to be able to perform this video we're going to be needing three tools that are completely free to use one of them is this one YouTube summary with chat GPT and Claud the second one is going to be Google translate which is also completely free and the third one is going to be 11 LS which is also completely free you can use for free you can start using for free I'm going to show you exactly what you need to do if you need the link for
any of these resources if you need any of the templates that you're about to learn in this video go ahead and open the text guide down below it will contain all of the links you just click open and use very neatly organized with all of the templates for free okay so this is what you're going to need Google translate YouTube summary and 11 Labs if you don't know how to use Google Translate just open it you don't even need to create an account YouTube summary just install it to your Chrome browser and 11 Labs just
click here try for free and create a free account now the way this works is I need you to go to YouTube and open a YouTube video so for this example I'm going to use one of my my own YouTube videos so I'm just going to open this video here and once you have the video open all you need to do is just go here on the right hand side after you have the Chrome extension installed and you're going to be using the YouTube summary with chat GPT and Cloud to be able to transcribe this
video so you're going to click here on this arrow and it's going to point down once you do this you're going to be able to see the entire script of this video you could either just copy it here by copying uh the transcript in plain text or you can simply select the parts that you want to copy and it will copy the entire script of the video this way after you have this you can simply take this text here to Google Translate just like this and you're going to translate it from English to Spanish so
basically since you have already copy the link to the video you can just paste it in here and Google translate will translate the entire script of this video to Spanish as you can see right here okay so you can simply copy the entire transcript after it's finished save it in something like a Google doc file by clicking the link below in a text guide and boom now you have the entire transcription of the video in Spanish now that you know exactly what you need to do and how to translate a YouTube video you're going to
be able to go to the next step so basically what you're going to be doing today is you're going to be looking for YouTubers that have around 5,000 to 50,000 subscribers to be able to offer translation services for their videos so if I go here to Mr BEAST's Channel and I open any of Mr BEAST's videos when I click here on this little settings wheel here if I go on audio track you're going to notice that Mr Beast actually has an option on his YouTube channel to be able to put any video as a language
audio track in different languages and Mr Beast obviously is a huge YouTube Creator probably one of the biggest at this point and that's why YouTube gives him this option but us normal YouTubers we don't have this option so if you go to my YouTube video and you click in here you won't find the option to be able to change the audio of the video so what do normal YouTubers that have from 5,000 subscribers to 50,000 subscribers do they create a brand new channel and they translate these videos to different languages so they can reach a
wider audience and make even more money by doing so and this is where you come in this is what you're going to be doing to help them out now how exactly are you going to be able to find these you yoube channels that have from 5 to 50,000 subscribers well just so you don't have to keep scouring the YouTube homepage I have a better option for you and you can simply click on the text guide down below and go to this website called Channel crawler.com and what channel crawler is going to allow you to do
once you hit their homepage click on start a free search here on the left side and you want to select subscribers and you're going to choose from 5,000 to a maximum of 50,000 subscribers because these are the subscribers these are the YouTubers that are most likely to accept these types of services all right from 5 to 50,000 subscribers YouTubers usually don't have a big team so when you come offering your service like this they're most likely to accept all right so this is what you're going to be doing choose here 5 to 50,000 subscribers and
click see results you can also choose the language which I forgot you can choose country United States for example you can choose the language to English and this will only show you channels that are speaking English in the United States so let's go back actually and let's sort by language so if I go back here and sort by language English and Country us now I can click here see results and I will only only see results from channels from the United States that speak English and therefore you're going to be able to offer these services
and people are most likely to accept so as you can see here this guy has 50,000 subscribers this other one 50,000 50,000 50,000 all of these channels speak English and you can simply click here on the name of the channel and you're going to be able to go to this Channel and reach out to them and offer your services also since they only have around 50,000 subscribers which is not a lot they're most likely to see your email and not to fall in their junk email inbox for example the way you find their email to
be able to reach out to them once you're here on their Channel click here on more and once you click here on more scroll down to the bottom and you're going to be able to see their email address if they have one on their channel for example this guy here doesn't have an email address let's try this other one here click on more now boom this one here has an email address on their channel so once they have basically for you to see the email address just click here view email address they're going to ask
you to confirm that you're a real person click here I'm not a robot then submit and you should be able to see this person here's email address and you can simply copy it ask chat G P PT to generate a template for you offering your video transcription services and you need to explain that it's going to dub the voice and not just a transcription services for subtitles when you do this you're going to explain also that you're going to be creating a completely new channel for them and if you want you can even turn this
into an agency service and run their entire channels in Spanish now here's what you're going to be doing I have a template that you can simply copy and paste it's going to be located in the text guide down below which says write an email to this YouTube channel owner and where it says here YouTube channel name you're going to switch the YouTube channel to his YouTube channel name for example like this just paste it in here and offering my video dubbing services and make sure he understands that we will dub the audio of the video
into Spanish and we also offer the services to be able to run this channel for him so he doesn't have to do any of the work if he is interested okay explain to him that the benefits of having a Spanish Channel and the opportunities this can bring and tell him to respond to this email if he wants more information or if he wants to book a call now here's the kicker when you're saying this there's a bit of information that you need to add tell him he can make an extra $2,000 a month by having
a Spanish Channel and show him this example so me and my team we found a channel here that actually is doing this very successfully called animal wise and this channel here is making an extra $2,000 a month just by dubbing their videos so you can easily show them this example right here and you can also tell him that we have dubbed one of his videos and he can see the result of our work by clicking this video so a lot of people they offer these services but they never show any proof of work what you're
going to be doing right now is you're going to be dubbing one of his videos and you're going to send him proof of your work proof that you know what you're doing proof that you can easily dub his video so he actually gives you some attention and chooses to hire you this is how you're going to stand out from the competition and down here where it says here is all the information about his channel go here to the channel click on more and you're going to copy this information right here and you're going to go

get paid more than the others okay so if you're speaking about money usually the CPM is going to be higher and RPM is how much YouTube passes on to you which is usually 55% of the revenue that they make so if they're making $10 you're going to get $550 all right so that is how YouTube calculates how much money you're going to make so if you want to make more money from a CPM or RPM point of view you need to choose a niche that is highly profitable and I have an entire video that you
can watch I'll link that down in a text guide off this video as well showing you the highest paid cpms on YouTube but I wouldn't recommend that you choose just the highest paid CPM because if you're starting a channel like mine which talks about finances and money that is not a very sexy topic that people actually want to watch so for you to be able to get a lot of views on these types of videos it's very difficult and if you're making videos about pranks or funny videos it's a lot easier to get views because

Spanish version of it so Spanish version it's going to go right here now we can simply copy this Spanish version of this text we can take it to the software that I told you at the beginning you will need called 11 labs this software here is going to create the audio file for us okay in a very humanlike voice okay so once you create your free account using the link down in a text file you can simply paste in the script you can choose what voice you want if you want to listen to The Voice

this and then you simply click here on translate and boom just like that they're going to automatically translate the entire voice of the video with the lip sync feature which is the feature that makes it sound like the Creator is actually speaking Spanish it syncs their lips to what is being said on a video in the Spanish language using AI so this is advanced technology and it's really really good because it looks like the person is actually speaking Spanish once it is finished uploading here you can simply click to download your video submit it to
