as Market occupancies you know where's the underserved markets um where should they build you know I think a lot of it has been when occupancies were were dipping you know we've been able to to really show that occupancies coming back up there's more residents looking for Senior Housing Services and we've been able to prove that out on the supply side is where it's really been timesaving you know being able to go to a one source and it basically tells you everything that's out there um you know we still have to do our due diligence and
and check you know properties under construction and that sort of thing but uh it gives us a great starting point from what's in the market and what's out there it's invaluable me we couldn't do our appraisals without it hands down from a data standpoint it is the source would I recommend Nick map vision to others in the industry absolutely uh it is the tool for knowing what is happening in senior's housing [Music]
