In this video, we'll be showing order history. Again, this is just meant to be an overview. It's not showing all the features.
More can be explained on your training call. If you click on order history from the lefth hand menu, it will show you this order history. Any columns here, any fields here can be searched.
You can, of course, customize the columns. You can also see the statuses of all the jobs. If you expand the order history, it will show you the items.
It will show you the artwork that the customer approved. It will show you a preview of the artwork the customer approved. It will also show you any files that the customer uploaded, whether it was sent from the estimate artwork approval or at any time because as was shown, you can ask for the customer to upload art at any time.
This is really important for shops because now not only do we show the order history, but this is a file server cuz all the files are shown here for you. Any notes that were written throughout are shown here. So these are the job ticket.
These are all private notes. And from here you can go ahead and you can do a reorder. If you do a reorder, it will check for any updated pricing, which is very important for our shops.
And you can, of course, edit anything you need to add. It's the same as doing new order. It's just going to pre-populate everything.
You can change the contact, which is a popular feature as well, cuz you're basically quickly creating a new order that's maybe the same as another customer, but for a new customer or for a different customer. You can also from order history create a new estimate which works exactly the same as new order. You're creating a new estimate and it's the same idea.
You can change the customer. You can edit anything you need to add as well. From order history, you can go select go to order timeline which is a popular feature because it's a full audit history.
And what this means is it shows you the art that the customer approved, shows you any comments, and it shows the full audit of this job. And you can see it shows you when the estimate was created, it shows you what the customer removed. From here, you can see there are these little plots.
And what this is is this actually shows you the history of the estimate. And this was the estimate that was sent to the customer the first time. before they removed this line item, black and white copies.
And from here, you can also do a reorder and create a new estimate. This is also a very popular feature because shops tell us, "It's great that the customer can select what items they want to remove from an estimate, but afterwards they ask me to resend that original estimate or maybe the second version of the estimate. " So that is what the clock is for.
So if we click on this clock you can see over here it shows the estimate after the customer removed the line item and from here also you can do a reorder or create a new estimate as well in our system we have CRM functionality throughout. So you can always click in the name of the contact or the company. In this lake, I'll click on the company and it will go to the company page and if you go to order, it will show the order history of that entire company.
And then it's the same as the order history that I've just shown except it's just linked to this company. Or if you were to click on the contact, the contact as well from the customer portal, which as was explained in other videos, this is a branded portal. Just showing an example.
They can also click on order history. They can also see the status of the jobs and they can expand and they can also see their artwork that they approved, any files that they uploaded. And from here they can click on reorder and it will take them through our checkout system.
And they can also edit anything they want to edit. It will check any updated pricing and they can go through the workflow to submit this new order. Or they can pay on the last page.
They can even rather than doing a reorder, they can request a quote based on a previous order. Thank you.
