life but the life of generations after you no luck no Lottery no Rich parents just three puzzle pieces tell me how many times do you have to pray and cry before one plus one equals four what if you do it over and over for 50 years will one plus one become four if you're broke right now you're trying to get four by entering one plus one because that's what you've been taught your OnePlus One looks like hard work equals money degree equals money or even worse luck equals money wrong equations money doesn't care about you
or those extra things it just needs you to input the correct equation value equals money increase your value and you'll be able to increase the amount of money that you can make value is just helping someone get what they want a personal trainer helps someone get fit a nurse helps someone get well AI helps people save time the more important you are and the least replaceable you are to this process the more valuable you are to a Marketplace let's say two people talk to a business owner one goes up and says I can help 5x
your income this year the other one says I can make calls for you all day both are valuable but which one do you think is going to get paid more most people don't earn enough because they're too easy to replace and not close enough to someone's goal whether it be money time relationships Health family whatever the goal is you need to position yourself as a critical piece of that process the owner of Forever 21 went from being a janitor to a billionaire how well he realized that people valued cheap and trendy clothes and went on
to make billions of dollars but what happened when people no longer valued cheap unethical clothes well he went bankrupt it's just simple math that's just the equation of money if you're broke stop asking how can I earn more and start asking how can I become more valuable and less irreplaceable in the marketplace there's a million ways to increase your value and make a million dollars but to do this you need to dedicate yourself to learning this means that if you need to take a class you'll take a class if you need to read a book

do with it if you don't know the answer this question you'll always be broke but we can't focus on wealth until we get out of survival mode so before we get rich we need to get stable most of you probably have only one bank account and this is your first mistake I want you to open multiple bank accounts do it right now after this video I want you to label each account according to your expenses so one for the rent one for the phone bill one for the utilities one for whatever else you spend money
on and then one that is solely just your fun money whenever you get paid divide your paycheck and put what needs to go in each account in each account and do not touch them getting organized like this stopped my overspending and my constant overdraft fees it's okay to keep some money in the bank but if you keep all your money in the bank then you're losing money unless you find an account that actually pays you I want you to open a high yield savings account you can do this somewhere like wise Marcus by Goldman Sachs
and even sofa each of these accounts have about a four percent apy which is the highest on the market this means that each month your bank is going to be paying you to keep your money in the bank each paycheck I want you to put a certain amount into these high yield savings account it could be one percent five percent or anything that you feel comfortable with and can stick to the goal is to get a thousand dollars in your emergency fund by spending money today on things that you don't really need you rob your
future self of the wealth that it deserves so I want you to look into your life you can't cut everything but there are things that you can cut down on it what is it can you call utility company and negotiate a lower bill can you cut out on certain subscriptions unfortunately you can't cut your way to well So eventually you are going to have to increase your income which is doable I used to be an English teacher and we all know that they don't really make good money because they are replaceable to increase my value
and therefore my income I became a confidence English teacher this meant that English Learners who had a presentation or an interview or a speech coming up they would come to me not to learn English but to learn the skills to gain the confidence to present better just by finding an urgent problem and becoming the only solution to that problem I was able to raise my rates from fifteen dollars an hour to forty dollars an hour how can you do this well if you're a business-minded person I suggest starting a service based business find a problem
