in my case i remember when i started it was about iis something called iis which is hosting websites on windows and you can see till today this topic is an opportunity for anyone to start with there is high student demand and low number of courses if you go down here you will see that my courses are on top of udemy because there is low competition and i created a high quality course at that moment in 2017 i think so here you can search whatever topic you want and find great opportunities to create courses or something else other way is to use keyword and content research tool you can use ideas an example let's say you are in the dog training niche enter and this tool now will give you ideas based on this keyword you can find topic ideas content ideas with monthly search volume with difficulty on youtube you can use free keyword tool to get metrics related to google we can use question explorer as a free alternative to answer the public to find what people are asking on the internet in this way we can know the demand and create a product based on this demand so step number one is content research and picking up the topic of the product and don't forget anytime you have davinci resolve you can use obs to record the screen record yourself we have a lot of free alternatives just find the right software for your product creation and if you need help in this if you pick to publish it again if it's a course online course you can publish it totally for free on udemy you can go to skill share if you want you can create an account and publish your courses we have a lot of online courses marketplace where you can publish your courses totally for free also you can build your own academy as i do with thinkific you can also start for free you can build your own academy with wordpress and plugins like learn dash like lifter lms and a lot of other plugins that you can start also for free we have a lot of free options to start with if you are selling something online a digital product you can use websites like gum road you can publish also and sell for free one of the best websites easy to start publish your product and start selling it even they have an affiliate system where you can promote through affiliate marketing so you can publish your product on free market places and sell it now here it comes step number four which is the most important and here i believe the problem is about selling the product let's see how i started from zero dollars zero audience and how i reached hundred thousand dollars let me tell you what happened when i published my first course on udemy back in 2017 the first day i published the course i got one or two sales i remember i said wow oh my god [Music] if i get everyday sales like this on every course then i will create like five ten courses and i build an income stream online an easy income stream but it wasn't the case let me show you back in 2017 what happened this is my chart you can see in april 2017 i made only 24 dollars it is that two sales i got from the first day 24 dollars the next month i got 18 in may then 124 dollars then after a couple of months i reached 600 dollars and so until i reached 6000 5000 and today i have 95 000 total revenue on udemy and on my academy around twenty five thousand dollars so i passed the hundred thousand dollars more how i did it simply when i started here i had zero dollars budget to promote and zero audience i realized at that moment i have to do my own promotion i have to market my own digital products to be successful so i built my blog hdk.
