But uh this session is just literally for I had spoken at blacksite and I spoke at Avengers Mastermind and because of timing we didn't get a lot of Q&A afterwards or almost any so the idea was to defer that over to these calls so I can ask answer anyone's questions so on any of the topics I brought up because I I spoke about what does life cost remainder of your life how do you Define done uh true retirement I talked a little bit about chat GPT I spoke a bit about um at black site I

spoke a little bit about kind of world affairs and some of my involvement in the macroeconomic impacts of what's going on around the world as much as I'm allowed to which mostly historical references um and then scorpion itself we we you know several of the folks in the group are clients of ours over the Last couple years so we always learning more things helping people out trying to avoid people making the same mistakes or learn from other people's mistakes and that's been um uh we've had lots of people grateful for that as we predicted disasters

in advance whether it's the banking crisis or FDX or whatever and predicting those things three to six months in advance so our clients don't lose their Investments um a lot of what we do is Trying to drisk our clients and protect them from everything from a divorce to to um not following Dan's rules of 40 4020 on reallocating their money appropriately um so and somebody just popped up let me get my chat room up here someone just popped up and says your company have minimum retainer so we do I mean we we work on retainers

kind of like a law firm um because you don't know what your Problem costs and I don't know what your problem costs and I don't even know who you need to fix it yet so just to separate the cha from the wheat we say put in a 10K retainer and then we can start talking and having a chat and figuring out what you need obviously we can do a quick anyone who's a member of this I'm happy to do a phone call with oneone to see if that's feasible but generally that's what starts things off

and gets you assigned an account manager And then we bring in whether do you need senior or junior level people then to help you out or research stuff and our minimum retainer is traditionally 10K um now if you want to fly to the moon 10K is not going to work we'll tell you to keep your money but if you what you have to have at some point is a budget that's appropriate or right sized for whatever the problem you have is you don't have to give it to us you just have to have it because

we like to Finish what we start and make sure the money's at least there I don't really care when you give it to us as long as it's there by the time I goes guys go to work because I don't like going in the red so what do you pay us monthly weekly six monthly whatever it doesn't matter to me and also it doesn't change the rates of they're going to cost whatever they cost uh typically companies end up getting into a routine once they've defined whatever it is they want us to Do for them

they figure out okay let me just give you 20K a month or whatever it is and just keep going just have your guys keep going every week we tell you here's the homework we did last week and what we discovered and then you approve whatever homework we supposed to do next week and there's no lock in at any time you stop we give you back whatever money is left on the retainer uh you can hire us today and fire us tomorrow if we're not smart and we'll give you back Whatever money is sitting there um

we're contractually obligated to do that so there's no real gotas in this it's pay as you go as long as you still think we're the smartest people you've worked with and we're helpful um typically at the end of a project the problem we've had is people won't let us close out the account because they're like leave the account open we'll call you with something else next week and we end up working with Them for about seven years as different problems come up and they keep throwing stuff over the fence so we we're kind of like

their ongoing outsourced R&D department for problems or crazy IDE ideas they have and they want to know hey will this work is someone else doing it what's this going to cost is this guy legit can you run a background yesterday we had get run a background check on this person we're going to hire as a maid for our kids and you know we'll Check what court cases they've been in the past if they have tradition of suing people Etc so we kind of run along beside you running protection on you so that less crap goes

wrong in your life uh someone said they just signed in what's the name of the company so the shortcut to get there is I'll type in the chat room concierge up.com and that'll take you to scorpion computer services.com which is the name of the holding company That my company uh has been around 30 years so we've we do about 30% of our work as government and Military long range missile defense and antiterrorism work 30% is Fortune 1000 from Kaiser Permanente to Wells Fargo Bank of America big companies like that mitigating risk for them concierge up.com

is the company that focuses on individuals uh startup entrepreneurs High net worth individuals families from family offices and kind of the personal Problems they have whether if their daughter has an eating disorder or they're going through a divorce or they have issues hiding assets or they're trying to do succession planning or whatever issue they've come up with and the last 10% of our Revenue then is Hollywood I've done everything from Spider-Man to some work on Top Gun to my own show Scorpion the TV show um and that's just kind of tech advisory stuff for Hollywood

although now we're getting More and more involved in that where it goes beyond Tech advisory and I'm either a producer executive producer on the projects um so that's kind of the the how I break it out in terms of where we spend our time so you can literally ask me anything about anything that's the unique thing about our business from you know cyber security stuff to we have clients who are just like I sold my business I don't know what I want to be When I grow up or I just want to be happy I'm

miserable how do you raise my happiness level or you know I don't know where I stand in the world am I a good guy am I a bad guy how would I know uh am I selfish enough am I not selfish enough am I too much of a doormat am I too much of a dick whatever it is we actually study all this stuff to come up with answers for ourselves and others everything comes down to a formula for us and in a Very scientific engineer way we answer these questions that are unanswerable you know

what's the meaning of life what's the purpose of it why are we here we have the answers so um you can literally ask me you know CH that's a big thing for me to claim but try me out challenge me with anything here and um I know a lot of you hopefully already know me or have a sense of who I am and how I work so uh yeah uh I'm just reading the chat Room someone said once we have an understanding of the problem will you give us a price estimate the the emphasis on

the word estimate but yes if we understand the problem and it's under our control and let's say you want to you want to be the new e-commerce company for selling lipstick to Venezuela and we're like okay you know we've done 50 different e-commerce platforms we have a sense of roughly what that costs we will be happy to tell You as soon as we know but for a lot of other things like you know how long it'll take for my divorce case to be handled or or some other issue it's kind of beyond our control because

we don't know what the judge is going to do we don't know what the other side's going to do etc etc so we can only tell you that the cost of the stuff we all we we do know that we have to do so we can give you a ballpark and we have averages from dealing with the same problems Across 12,000 customers now so we can certainly give you averages and say usually this stuff if it goes well will cost you 150 grand um in total but again it's all estimates and usual because stuff changes

so we certainly can't fix bid stuff unless it's something we're selling as a product um he said what's your outlook on Brick Nations replacing usd's Global Currency I think that total was was it 20 billion or something they put into it Which is a tiny tiny amount um when you look at GDP of the US and and what's going on I understand the initiative that's there but that concept's been around for a long time and I don't think that's what's going to be the nail in the coffin of the US I think the US is

nailing the coffin is themselves whether it's applying this wokeism culture to themselves the fact that nobody seems to be ambitious enough to want to own their own house or own Their own car or have the white picket fence or have a family or get married or have kids or everyone wants to be a traveling hippie Nomad and that's not good for a country um so the US dollar will keep getting weaker and there's no Economist in the world that can explain why we're even still standing based on the fact that we produce nothing and buy

everything based On credit from money we keep printing ourselves but the market can remain irrational longer than I can remain liquid meaning if it's a big delusion but if everyone keeps the delusion going including the other countries who are scared will fail then I guess the delusion keeps going and does that mean we all keep getting slowly diluted yeah it does as as the inflation kicks in and we print more money but are we in a delusion yes Are we in a bubble yes is it all not real yes do we all know that yes

is it stopping anytime soon don't know I thought it would have happened by now but other countries see us as too big to fail as well and the Ripple effects on them is bad so while it all makes absolutely no sense mathematically from a human nature point of view it all keeps going now the only reason other people don't come and take our lunch is we spend 400 billion a year on Military Infrastructure that is you know beyond 10 times more than anyone else would do although China is catching up fast but even then military

spending is not what makes the military strong Military Intelligence cyber work and accurate Hypersonic long range missiles what's is what makes the difference we could spend 30 billion building a aircraft carrier that looks really impressive but a half million dollar Hypersonic missile can SN it coming from the Chinese and that doesn't mean doesn't matter how much we spent on our boat we sank it it's over so it's not necessarily person with the most money wins it's the one with the best weapons not the most expensive weapons but if everything's longdistance and remote control and unmanned

then why do we have 3 million people employed by the military and 3 million employed uh indirectly by the military that's 6 Million people getting Universal basic income on our taxes who should be out just getting their own job but everyone's scared to admit that too so it's not a country for radical honesty these days um what's your hourly rates for the people on your team um 150 bucks an hour is where we kind of run as a minimum for uh our re Junior researchers and so on on the higher end then it can go

up to 600 bucks to th000 Bucks an hour for you know good Architects good lawyers good expert Witnesses Etc digital forensics uh cyber folks but the reason you have an account manager we call it super nny whose job is to B babysit the Geniuses and the customers because neither side speak English is to spend your money wisely so if they figure out yeah you need this expert but you only need them four hours a week and then you can use the Junior folks to do most of the rest Of the work then that's kind of

what we're going to do um so that's the kind of General spread of the hourly rates all right nobody's commenting on anything so I'm I'm going to start picking people at random at this point and I see a few faces that were on my call yesterday so I'm not going to going to try and avoid picking them out twice all right Byron uh so I I'll read left to right here uh Charlie RoR Spotlight on you ask me something hey what's up Walter I was just uh you know there at Arizona with you um the

question that I had asked you and I think you just answered it was uh about the the shift in global power like do you see that coming but like I said you you already answered it and uh so i h i don't have another question on top of my head I'm just Baffled still so maybe we could come back to me fair fair enough uh Rafael hi Walter how are you um so I mean obviously the the Global econom is kind of going a little nutty um a lot of crazy things are happening wondering about

hedges for you know safe havens uh is it exclusively going to be a precious metal kind of thing or are we looking at other safe havens out there that are going to make sense especially in the US I'm married to reality as a Scientist and that's really unpopular in hard these days because it means I try to take the [ __ ] out of everything and all the fluff so case in point if I'm going to buy a house and the land is worth 500k and the materials to build a house is 500k then that

house is a million bucks to me not 3 million bucks the other two million is fluff location location location it's got a good view it's a nice neighborhood the school Zone's good All that [ __ ] can change so if you want to sell it to me for a million and that's the cost of replacement then I'm okay and I'll assume it'll go up two and a half% anything else Beyond that's [ __ ] the same with precious metals diamonds material you can't e it you can't move it there's no shortage of it you can't

drink it so if we head for Armageddon here having a bunch of gold somewhere refined that used to be in the ground that you then dug up cleaned Refined and put back in the ground because you put it in the safe somewhere doesn't sound like very productive use of human uh effort now if you told me you bought a lake of fresh water or a reservoir or something you can eat drink or use I'd be like that's worth more gold to to me going forward um so some of you know Dave ald I was talking

to him uh the last um uh when we're in Phoenix and he was talking about he's on a third round of a fund For public storage in places with net migrations from U-Haul data showing that people are moving that direction into multi- family homes I'm like all right that makes sense when people move downsize lose their jobs move back into their parents or whatever they got [ __ ] they got a store somewhere so I don't see Public Storage getting worse anytime soon as long as he's not overpaying for too much fluff in the land

then that might make Sense um the same with cemetery plots buying rubber or what was the other one I was looking into recently um it it'll I'll let you know when it comes back to me but I try to you know coin operated La DRS arcing Lots until self-driving Ubers kick in stuff that there's no reason to believe there'll be less of it anytime soon and it's at the bottom of the socioeconomic scale in terms of who we're servicing so if you bought a bunch of cheap apartments in New Orleans that have been still devastated

since the floods and are at the cost of replacement or below it you're probably not going to lose money and if everyone in a mansion's moving into a house and everyone in a house is moving into an apartment everyone an apartment is moving into being homeless then I want to be on the bottom end of that supply chain not the top end where I'm stuck with a bunch of mansions I can't Sell so be very non bougie in how you invest and there's an old phrase that says uh sell to the masses eat with the

classes sell to the classes and you'll eat with the masses so rather than me owning spoggle Beverly Hills trying to run that 97% failure restaurant I prefer to own a chain of Subway sandwiches and be selling to everybody else and then I can live like a King so just keep that in mind especially in a recession because there's a lot more masses than there are classes when you start taking the credit out of it let me uh catch up here on our side chats uh glie made a tweet yesterday after the interest rate hike basically

said he would now start seeking seeing no interest rate increases yesterday was the last one okay with the show Scorpion is there Any way we can go to find out which are the based on true events um SE we did a about it came up so often we did an analysis on it uh at least I think the first season or first the second season and if we take actually break down the script the characters the interactions what we did it's about 70% true uh all those characters based on real people in the company the

things we did matched up with places we went but for because of The way Hollywood works first of all they bought my life rights but they didn't buy the life rights of my teachers my brother my sister Etc so they had to change all the names and places of those people um and then the same I think episode two or something is a bombing at a mall that but the way we solved the bombing and everything else is exactly the same as what we did with the Boston bombing so there are super fans out there

who've done a match up Between the press releases of what we're allowed to talk about in real life and match that up with with what happened in the show in the show there was a building called one Wilton I think that's where the bombing was which stores all the internet stuff for the area well if you know La there's a place called one Wilshire where the entire skyscraper is just routing equipment for the internet for the West Coast so again we know have permission from one Wilshire so it's called one Wilton so uh that's that

that's how you can figure it out but it sometimes I'll take three or four projects we did take the cool tricks we did and put them all in one episode because we don't always save the world 45 minutes between commercials and the way I answer it is all the romance and gun chases I only do that on weekends um let's see someone said why rubber um Jamie was asking that briefly it's called supply chain Economics I looked at how do I invest in the automotive sector when there's a battle going on between electric vehicles and

gas powered vehicles and some of the electric vehicles are eight times worse for the environment than the gas powered ones if you do the homework on it and factor in the lithium mining for the batteries there's also not enough lithium mine equipment resources or people to give Everyone electric car even if they wanted to buy it right now or give it to them for free we couldn't make enough batteries so I'm like okay I don't want to bet on an individ I don't like betting on horses so if I bet on an individual car electric

or gas powered I'm betting on horses but all cars need Wheels all Wheels need tires so maybe I should bet on tire companies but companies screw up because they're run by people so if I bet on Goody Year and good year pisses off the LAPD and the next 400,000 tires get ordered from melin instead I won't know till it's too late so now I go hire and go okay if the tire companies might screw up their branding or you know they have a recall or something that buries them then they all need rubber to make

those tires and none of us here know rubber people they're not famous or rubber companies they're not famous so they Can't really screw up as easy so maybe if I buy into rubber Farms then everyone will need rubber one way or another and the um worst case scenario is I own a bunch of land I can grow other stuff on that made me discover that they make synthetic rubber now because they don't want to wait for the tree sap to produce it so I put my guys on that went off all right tell me if

there anything could go wrong with synthetic Rubber and then who owns the half a dozen machines that make Those you know I'm I'm an ex farmer so there's a combine harvester somewhere that makes this [ __ ] who builds those because that guy doesn't have a ton of competition and now I'm down a whole Rabbit Hole none of us ever thought about but it makes sense to all of us that let's look at a recession unemployment and everything else and go there's no reason we' have less rubber during all that so I would put me

investing and Become the king of rubber over Raphael investing in Precious Metals any day because I can do something with rubber and I can sell it and other people need it um so that's what about rubber uh oh BR Byron just reminded me I yesterday I said air conditioning that was the other one I couldn't think of but yeah air conditioning well particularly air conditioning maintenance if there's unemployment people stay at home If we go virtual people stay at home if everyone's living in the meta Universe people stay at home we have global warming kicking

in it's getting where we need more and more air conditioning so as humans I don't think our relationship with needing air conditioning is going to change anytime soon other than needing more of it and if we're at home all day we have the AC on all day so we're going to wear it out faster than we used To so while real estate might collapse and there may not be brand new constructions every everywhere buying air conditioning systems maintaining them becomes very important because I don't think we can live without it my AC broke I would

move into a hotel if they didn't fix it so um that's one where again could stay the same should stay the same or go up but shouldn't stay the same or go down and when you reach a certain level Of wealth you're less worried about getting rich quick in the next big bump and more worried about not losing what you already have and being able to sleep at night so my attitude is I just want to find stuff that won't go down if something goes up it's a happy accident and that's a more reasonable approach

and in in a in a recession if a lot of stuff drops 40% and my stuff doesn't go down relative to everyone else I made 40% so that's still a good Day uh let me see does your firm work with individuals and firms build tax Havens and trusts um we are not a registered investment broker we're not uh tax attorneys etc etc but we know them all and all of our clients have the same questions and if you go to those people they'll often have questions going well can you move can you buy citizenship somewhere

else can you know where where should you go to is your bugout house or Bugout bag and that lawyer then will come back to us and ask us to research that stuff so whether you go to them first you go to us first we can refer you to those right people but go in there with all the right questions to hold their feet to the fire because you know perfect example go to your financial adviser and ask him what does the rest of my life cost and they won't show you a spreadsheet or numbers like

I showed you in Phoenix because they don't Know they haven't done the math and if they have they've done it till you're 75 not till you're 110 which is when you are going to live to because they didn't bother thinking about it updating their software um here Avengers you asked the room for ideas on Recession Proof dumb businesses what business are you looking at putting your money into right now there weren't many responses in the room so all the ones I just mentioned uh I love stuff that's Non-sexy other people aren't focused on it it's

brain dead it doesn't require me to run it a high school kid could run it or nobody's involved in it there's not a lot to go wrong I don't have to sell it I don't have to Market it I can't get sued over it that's what I call a dumb business and if I find the right one of those it's brilliant because I don't have to do anything so uh let's see air conditioning we saw and a breakout many stories about the Chinese Infiltrating our country by taking over the curriculum in our country Harvard Yale

Princeton Stafford I saw a sad thing today that the keynote speaker at Oxford the other day was MIA Khalifa a porn star so things have come down a lot long way when she is she is the speaker of the day occupying our surrounded surrounding countries changing the way generation thinks and progresses how true do you think this is Um my honest opinion on this this question of Chinese sabotage in the US the Chinese are very very smart very very educated and what I'm laughing at is I think they did have this masterly evil plan to

try and influence things in the US and then we beat him to it and they just looked at the crap we do to ourselves and went we couldn't do anything worse to them than what they're doing to themselves we're just going to Let them go and honestly I I I don't think there's any big conspiracy theory here I don't think we could screw ourselves over faster than we're doing it from our education to how we motivate the kids to the amount of time we're spending on Tik Tok to worshiping basketball players and porn stars to

like what more could they do to us they were're not voluntarily doing to ourselves if if they were trying to cope with an evil sabotage um what do you Call it propaganda a plan I think whatever they come up with they shelved it and went wow us beat us on that too uh so that's my opinion on it uh yeah of course there's persistent validate persistent validated threats there so don't underestimate them um imagine a building you know as big of Bank of America or whatever where people are going in every day N9 to5 in

their suits reporting for work sitting in their cubicles and each of them their entire Job is they've been assigned four to six American companies to steal the IP from and relentlessly hack so this one gets Boeing that one gets cocacola this one over here gets Kaa Permanente and their job is to sit there all day trying to figure out how to hack the people the employees the data the passwords the backup systems or anything else and they get extra bonuses if they manage to scrape any data out of that Cas in Point if they pull

some data out Of Kaiser on medical records they run that reference that with the social security numbers they have on people who are have top secret clearance in the military figure out that some guy has an STD start messaging him saying unless you want us to tell your wife where you got this from you better start giving us some secrets and um now they have an in and this isn't like a oneoff person or a thing they do sometimes or something they do clandestine this is a N to5 building full of people for a decade

that's their only job and they're just harvesting data out us and black Bailey and you can't do something like that without the government being aware of it so yeah they're fully aware of it that's where the data goes so there is that but I don't think they're they're too worried about trying to convince us to be anti-intellectual and not focus on education here we we are very happy to Do that to ourselves uh you also mentioned trash industry to or any company that people say do those are the companies that will Thrive yeah um you

know collecting people's trash especially in residential areas 20 billion a year last time I checked a couple years ago uh it's probably bigger now and again no reason to believe we'd have less trash anytime soon especially more people at home Um we actually had somebody look at we made a joke out of it because we called it the business the [ __ ] show but there is companies that will pay for excrement for feal matter for this feal transfer Health cure thing and they particularly wanted fecal matter it was very pure for people not taking

pills or chemicals or whatever else this is why I love my guys so the guys my research Department said they'll pay up to 600 bucks for good clean feal Matter why don't we set up little [ __ ] Banks all around Mormon communities and pay them 200 bucks to collect their feal matter and resell it and package it into this other uh company uh you know if someone trying to enter the room is asking me to admit them even though I'm not the host but okay um hopefully others aren't waiting to get in so yeah

um so we call that the [ __ ] show and I'm like perfect business because e who wants to do that but if no One else wants to do it and there's nothing illegal about it and I'm not there why do I care we're just flipping 200 bucks into 600s bucks all day long so we'll add it to our money printer business um let's see sorry the chat scrolling up faster than I can read it here um gash industry what do you think biggest Innovation Healthcare and Longevity Space Oh don't get me started in longevity

I mean you know that's a big thing for me our bodies are very frail we are just electricity Consciousness and memory stored in bi in our uh uh neurons and our brains we're not far from being able to back that up replicate it clone it move it around leave it in the metaverse ETC and that way you can throw away your meat vehicle that you walk around the planet on and that gets rid of all terminal diseases Health Care Nursing doctors chemicals biomed Pharm Pharmaceuticals all those Industries die with it if you can sidestep all

terminal diseases um the short version of that is head transplant work which is ahead of schedule now uh was the opportunity for the was the opportunity for TD show brought to you or did you pursue it how did that go um actually we created that I went to my own con your jop group and said I need us to cons your jop ourselves we need More Geniuses in the company they're hard to find we only hire above 150 IQ and they're one in 10,000 people they're introverted they don't Network they don't party they don't go

out really freaking hard to recruit those people if I write a book they won't read it if I make a m movie they'll forget my name in 6 months but if we replace CSI as the number one show on the air for four years and have every kid from 10 years old upwards indoctrinated 40 minutes a Week globally in 188 countries then we'd have an army of loyal followers who want to come join us so that's why we did it as a recruiting exercise so we took the producers Transformers Spider-Man Star Trek the director Fast

and Furious the writers of Sopranos prison break and hostages then I partnered with um scooter braa who has 400 million eyeballs through having Justin Bieber Ariana grante The Wanted Etc and had him be my executive producer and then he Went ahead and uh had Justin bber Ariana Grande tweet the first night we came out we moved Big Bang Theory as our lead in because the same audience and we had 26 million people out of the gate on the first night if you look up the neelon ratings um so we orchestrated it and that's the power

of coner we can orchestrate anything even if we need it for ourselves um do you have any faith in personality Tests as far as hiring certain type of Personality for position You' open what type of person make the best personal assistant how much does that have to do with me when I need one would you ever recommend a pa uh okay there's a lot in that um personality tests are great humans are not so unique as we like to think we are we very easily fall into cat categories I like Myers Briggs because it's simple

fast quick easy to Understand and it's been really accurate in my life um in personal assistance I think you need to define the roles very carefully in my business I have about seven direct reports who are all very well-paid mature people who know how to handle a business without me and what happens is I'm a shot caller there that means they find the problem they try to fix the problem they figure out how they would approach it and how much would cost they Write all that up and they text me and go I'm going to

do this and my job is to respond yes or no and if I just go yes then I don't have to do anything and 90 plus percent of the time I'm just going yep yes that's right that's what I would have done or better than I would have done and that's how you scale that part of the organization so my personal assistants are literally personal assistants they're dealing with really Important things like I bought extra cars find me neighbors G GES I can rent and stuff like that I have a guy coming tomorrow to hang

my TV down in down in the kitchen um just stuff I won't have time to get around to do find me a good plumber um but the for a personal assistant to run the business the business should be running itself and your job should be to think about three years out five years out 10 years out where's the business going to go next And that should be your only job if you're putting out last week's fires every time you come to work then you need to scale and we've helped companies do this it's called a

CMM scale or cmmi if you look it up it's the capability maturity model and it's how to go from everything being chaotic everyone has to play Hero all the knowledge is tribal knowledge in your head nothing's written down nothing's measured there are no kpis and Then building from there up into a company that runs like clockwork where everything is automated and measured and all the motivations are in the right place and everyone's clear on their roles responsibilities and there's a governance group that meets to make the decisions while you're on vacation so number one feedback

if you reference check for most of my customers is they turn to us and go thank you I can finally Sleep I can go to bed at a decent hour I can sleep and I'm not woken up at two: in the morning with crisis all the time so of all the stuff we do it gets summarized with thanks Walter now I can get some sleep um so we take the chaos out of it um terms of how to use the personality test hiring a personality to help you out on personal assistant it's it's going to

be very important in that case that if you're a Right brainer so you're more on the emotional Creative Marketing sales side that you hire someone who's more like me on the far left side who's an Executor Relentless military precise style executor who never [ __ ] up because that's going to be the complimentary opposite of your brain and they'll start helping you on all the stuff you forgot to write down you forgot to set alerts on you forgot to set your phone up on and they're really comp compensating for Your lack of left brain and

that'll make a huge difference um one area that I've seen the Myers Briggs or personality test stuff make a huge difference on is profiling your customer Avatar so let's take a traditional door to-door sales situation if your customers while walking up the driveway can figure out that this customer is a left brainer or a right brainer this customer is about Family and kids versus this customer just wants to see a spreadsheet and the ROI numbers of whatever you're selling your sales will increase 30% plus by matching correctly and that means in their little Satchel where

they have all their sales brochures and folders they've colorcoded them and they got four different sets of them even if it's the same stuff in a different order so if a guy like me answers the door they pull out a spreadsheet first and push The numbers in my face and say they've already looked at satellite maps they've worked out square foot my home and here's a custom quotee because didn't want to waste my time I'll invite that person in for a cup of coffee and talk to them but if they're coming up going to spend

15 minutes talking about my puppies my kids my slides and how nice my garden is I'll slam the door in their face I don't have time for it a right brainer would take the exact opposite Approach to work so adapt to your customers um you think uh laundry mats are a dying business they were but as more people become unemployed and they can only live in it's a dying business in a boom economy when people can afford an apartment that also has their own washer dryers on board and inhouse that's not going to happen as

they become unemployed and the recession Gets worse and they have to live on $400 a month rent instead of $1,500 a month rent suddenly those places aren't going to have any uh washer dryer on staff so again pick shitty apartments in shitty parts of town and you'll be fine um next person said Michelle said exactly you can't write this [ __ ] I think that might have been referring back to when we uh when we were talking about what we're doing to ourselves Versus what the Chinese could do to us but I see Michelle on

company's built on I took the extreme left brainers like me took me a while to realize that was a terrible idea because we had no right brainers at all so sales marketing um customer service follow-up account management was pretty much non-existent we sat there being Technically correct and completely useless so that's where we brought in the super nanes the more EQ project manager folks to deal with empathizing with the customers and hearing them and putting them at ease and understanding what they want and everything else and then letting the left brainers get on with actually

solving the problems and now that little Think Tank went from dysfunctional to very very very functional perfect marriage like X-Men I Run a home for the mentally enabled so awesome thank you oh thanks for your comment next one do you mention cemetery plots investing can you explain yeah I was mentioning cemetery plots in ZIP codes that are Jewish neighborhoods because they don't allow cremation which is the only thing that would screw you over on cemetery plots um and again just based on the very principle that as we go into a recession and maybe a Resurgence

of pandemics there's no Reason to believe less people are going to die probably more people especially with depression and suicide from unemployment so um cemetery plots and the other thing is while we talk about land being scarce cemetery plots are even more scarce because they're grandfathered in based on City Zoning you can't just start burying people in in a housing estate they must be in a zoned Cemetery area area so they have a monopoly over that part of the city That's why it's a good business and you don't get any customer complaints uh let's see

go to his Instagram he's deleted all of his history of videos and now I think he has like three up there where now all he's doing is republishing ones where he's talking about AI now not that Billy is an AI expert but he's a marketing expert and he's looking from a from a uh a Layman's point of view on What's changing in the world what are companies saying what's going on and if you want kind of the fun simple easy way to keep track of what's what's possible that's a good way everyone here today if

they haven't done it already is download ask AI or one of the apps that allows you to access chat GPT on your cell and start learning to use it for everyday stuff and I use it in meetings to make me look smarter I was in a meeting this Morning with some where we needed to figure out what is the industry average for how much people spend on it as a percentage of their revenue and yeah I could Google around for 15 minutes figuring that out but why not let chat GPT do it for me and

come back and give me a quick answer um so just having it there like the calculator in your pocket where you can just whip it out real quick hit one button and ask it will force you to start using it you'll start Noticing how powerful it is and how much better it gets the next level from just basically using it like that and if you can text someone you can use it there's no technology involved you ask a question you wait for the answer end of story The Next Step then is prompt engineering where if

you start using it then you're like I want to get better results I want to actually use these answers I want it to write a sales brochure for me I can actually publish And I don't want have to edit the hell out of it then you'll get better at editing that in ways that um will make more sense uh there's great ones now with mid Journey for I was sharing it this morning on how to generate good imagery for advertising and let me play it for you because it's a perfect example of prompt engineering I'm

talking about uh bear with me here for a second to pull it up Lately one second is not bringing up what I wanted to what I do for photography this is like my base prompt that I've been workshopping because it's kind of nice in Discord you see everyone else's post as they're going which at first bothered me but then I found myself reading all of them and I'm like oh that one's awesome what what did they say you do back slash imagine and then I say a dynamic photo realistic AK hyper detail photograph of blank

and that's When you would say like an astronaut underwater swimming with a fish the camera use is a like a M10 cuz why not go big you have to pay for the camera you go sweet as you want uh and then I say the photo is a film Mi look because I'm into that beautiful composition and sharp focus and then the most important part of the of photography on Mid journey I think is using shot in the style of blank if I need to visualize like a car still for like treatment or For like a

video I'm doing usually I say shot in the style of Aaron bmall because he's just a car photography goat and it's just crazy how much it takes it from like tasteless kind of shot of car to like really epic you get the dust particles kind of in the way that he shoots it but I do for photography this is like my base prompt that I've been workshopping because it's kind of nice in Discord you see everyone else's post as they're going which at first bothered Me but then I found myself reading all them so you

get the idea it's like you get really good at how you write these prompts and there's libraries of these prompts so you can steal other people's prompts and if you're into visual stuff you can scroll through a bunch of images and go that's a cool image what prompt did they use to generate that and um just get used to it from that point of view now using AI in the rest of your business again it depends on your Business and I mean I have a degree in AI up here that I got 96 uh so

that's uh that gives me a bit of a head start on understanding behind it how it works what the limitations are how much of it is simulated how much of it's real etc etc but it can really help a lot of businesses and it'll really unemploy 33% of people because even if you have a marketing person who's producing all this material let's say you had eight of Them working for you it's not that robots will replace them it's that Rob will replace six of them because two of them plus GPT can now produce better output

than eight of them could on their own and out of those eight people there's always two rock stars and six people who were like okay well now this is better than okay so the okay people are going to be unemployed um let's see I'm the founder hey there's Longer stuff on here I just want to how do we get the younger generation to want to have kids and start start the American dream um watch my show uh change the American dream to the American goal and reality um and honestly the answer to that is stop

babysitting everyone you know the only reason people screw up is they're allowed to screw up we're enabling them like okay screw up The taxpayer will pay for it okay screw up we'll have Universal basic income okay be average at your job till AI replaces you and you get fired well if we didn't support them at all then they'd have to get good at their job what a concept that would be so they're the ones who don't get fired um the trouble is right now when people screw up there's no punishment there's no public shaming if

someone is illiterate in using computers and They're laughing about how I don't even know how to turn them on in the old days if you couldn't read or write you'd be made fun of ostracized and unemployed and that's exactly what should happen to people today if they're not embracing technology it's not an option anymore every business is a technology company uh flipping [ __ ] I guess that's a Gary ve fan uh who's the guy in the IG that Walter you are showing oh um I don't even know I I can look up if There's

a name it says the the 50 podcast all one word on Instagram uh he just came up in my feed and I I like the specifics he had um yeah same thing what G what about AI in the legal field um yeah my I was with my lawyer yesterday and they're saying the next 3 to 5 years he's already changing careers because he said he doesn't see that there will be space in the legal World um the AI is already better than most paral leals and most contracts are cut And paste all the time anyway

and again lawyers did this to themselves they ra raised their rates through the roof ripped everyone off in every court case and every divorce they could and then um never worked on efficiencies at all in trying to cut everything is how many hours can they build Bill not how many hours can they cut down on all the redundancy if I need a partnership contract or non-disclosure whatever there's no way in hell a lawyer should Be spending a lot of time or any time giving me boilerplate contracts um but they will magically still manage to charge

me for everything from that to a prenup I was like I'm not the first person in the world to ask for these how would we not have bulletproof boiler plates already ready to go just stick my name on so just like taxi drivers didn't care about customer service and they quickly got replaced lawyers are doing the same thing and They will quickly be replaced um now they'll still have highend court cases as long as we have 70-year-old federal judges who don't understand software someone still has to talk to them but 99% of cases are settled

out of court so that part is going to get faster Arbitrage is going to be done by AI this is cheaper so contractual law will definitely change whoever is hosting this can you guys figure out why I'm the One admitting people to the room uh I just admitted another person up here but I'm just worried about not seeing those hopefully someone else is monitoring it um Al righty uh we have about seven minutes left let me read this long text because the only one I didn't read from GED rush I'm the founder of rrc discover.com

when I do a big launch we can help with All of that but you got to go do the road show and Pitch it to investors we're not going to do that officially unofficially if I love the idea maybe I'll throw some money into it or some of my close friends who I know would look at that would be interested in this I could say hey this might be right up your alley but I'm not the guy who's going to break out my Rolodex and take you on a tour of every every High net worth

individual who is an uh credit Investor that's a good way to lose all my friends um okay I think I'm caught up on the messages here almost uh let's see there's one more every new technology replaces jobs and companies true efficiencies what new areas company jobs will come from AI almost none is the answer in the past every time there's been a revolution people found new jobs because the skill set of going from a gas lamp lighter to A blacksmith and from a blacksmith to a taxi driver is two days training but you can't go

from an Uber driver to an AI programmer it's too big a jump so I don't believe AI is going to create as many jobs as it replaces because it's replacing dumb work with smart entities and the only new jobs would be even smarter entities so you're either telling the robots what to do or they're telling you what to do and I don't think well I know That only 5% of brain plasticity of people can have their brain plasticity change after 24 years old so anyone over 24 is generally so stuck in their ways and so

stuck in their habits that even if you did offer them the job they wouldn't they wouldn't adapt quick enough to it so I don't believe there's magically a whole bunch of jobs out there that are alternative jobs for people who are useless in the first place I think They're going to have to step their game up and work hard like the rest of us any other questions that someone would like to hear from my uh carefully censored answers Michelle's saying something but she's on mute anybody anybody berer berer Walter do you tweet regularly or or

post on Instagram like things you find interesting or anything like that where we can just kind of I don't know Tag along to your wonderful brain ride God no I'd be on the front I'd be on the front cover of every uh politically uh correct uh newspaper you ever thought about starting a a a paid for like patreon or some type of newsletter we just wanna we just want to tap in your brain for five minutes a day that's what I'm asking people keep asking that but a lot of the Social Media stuff seem like

that at the end of the day is a bit of an ego Trip for the people do it and I don't have feelings so it wouldn't be an ego trip for me I prefer the only feeling I have is one of wanting to be productive if you got a problem and you engage with us and I solve that problem for you I'm happy and you're happy and I like solving problems talking about hypothetical stuff all day that people find mildly interesting and then nobody actually does anything about it to me is just an ego Trip

so I'm interviewed on everyone else's podcast I think the second most popular podc podcast in history was when um Tim Ferris interviewed me it was 50 million downloads you can find a free copy of it on our website um so other people have interviewed me enough Dan did me on the money Mondays a couple of weeks ago that's up on his site um But I do those for general just PR to try to get customers and it always amazes me that no matter how many people are in the room there'll be still less than 5%

of you that'll pick up the phone and go two heads are better than one and this guy's not got a bad head so I'd like to have him in my life before I make my next mistake um or someone rips me off and um I do that for everyone who cares enough about themselves to engag with Me tell you what with the last couple of minutes I'd love to hear from anyone who disagrees with anything I said so far please jump in and correct me on something uh Mr Walter um when you I spoke at

black site you gave me um I didn't have a way to write it down you gave me some like personality um assessments I can do to kind of assess like where I fit in what my best traits are why I can't fight you know beat certain Um I guess uh subconscious things you know just to kind of to learn to analyze myself could you give me a list another list of a few of those please um yeah the person who has done that I respect intellectually who's done good work on this is Jordan Peterson the

psychologist who has an adic memory for Clinical Psychology and is hilariously controversial because he actually has the balls to get up there and say say the truth or facts of his Research and that's enough to fill stadiums full of the controversy around him so he went on tour and sold out stadiums so he has something is a book called The 12 rules for life but he also on if you hit up his website it's the main thing he sells is a is a personality test of all the other personality tests so he kind of took

all the best tests that he knew and merged them all together into one big long test of how you get to know yourself and I Don't think it's tremendously expensive uh it's probably a few hundred bucks but I think what he has probably surpasses what I have what I have would be different tests I liked but he's taken all of them and merged the best out of them into one test so I would start with that one there's a thing called situational matching then that will take your personality and tell you what kind of career

or job you're well fitted for when they did mine they sat me down and Gently broke it to me that I would make a very very shitty kindergarten teacher but I would be perfect at running an emergency room in a hospital during a war zone and I'm like perfect because that's closer to what my job is we're playing arbitra doing Arbitrage um or triage sorry um there's a group called ccl.org Center for Creative leadership double PHD psychologist for 30 years studying leadership they if you want to take an Extra step have a very good course

I have a lot of respect for them and they're in multiple locations here in the US they used to have a course called Looking Glass 360 and that's a real eyeopener I think they rebranded it some other name but if you call them up and say what is the new Looking Glass 360 called they'll know what you're talking about but be careful what you ask for because they will in one week burst all of your Delusions everything that you think about you that isn't true and you have to be prepared to it's the most valuable

thing in the world it's also the most shocking thing in the world so you have to be prepared to mentally prepared to say Okay I want to know yes sir thank you just to follow up on that too you talk about neuroplasticity so and my age what are the chances let's just say I get something in that personality Profile that I don't like um is there I guess uh ways to change that in your opinion or in just your experience yes it depends so for neuroplasticity I think so 70 or 80% of it settles by

the time you're seven years old and the rest settles by 24 and after that only about 5% of people can actually change their habits and the funny thing is 5% of companies last five years 5% of marriages are actually happier than when they were single 5% of Fund managers outperform the market um what's the other one there's uh if you put people in rehab you do a family intervention put them in rehab give them six weeks professional help and let him out six months later 95% of them revert back to the original Behavior so again

even in those extreme circumstances only 5% change so because of that this rule of 5% is pretty damn consistent so now the only question is Are you part of that 5% or not now if you're in a mastermind that means you're self-aware and it's self-improvement if you can afford to be in The Mastermind it means you made enough money to be able to spend money on going into Mastermind if you make more than 420 to 500k a year you're in the top 1% of people anyway uh in the US after tax that's only 250k so

the top 1% are not all Trillionaires and billionaires they're people that make more than 250k you want to be top 1% in the world you make more than 34k because when you factor in all third world countries the average comes down you make more than 85 Grand you're in the top 25% but if you're not top 1% It means 99% of people around you 99% of the time are wrong and they're not evolving and they're not Changing now that's self made If you inherited the money it doesn't count but if you're anywhere near those numbers

then the chance of you being in that top 5% are pretty good the other Factor then which affects everything in life is how badly how badly do you want to change how badly do you want it how badly do you want to be perfectionist or be a uh be optimal human and there's very very little documents of research out there on how To be an optimal human we've done we have done a lot of work at scorpion on that and I didn't think I'd have to I thought I would just ask someone and it' be

a book somewhere but it turns out all the Psychiatry and psychology studies are the pathology of what's wrong with you none of it is focused on the pathology of what's right with you so they can tell you there's nothing wrong with you but they can't tell you what you should be doing to be optimal With family friends yourself your happiness your health your your Investments your outcome your work life balance like what is the right answer what should you be doing for all that um so we came up up with that right answer figured it

out and we coach people into becoming as optimal as they want to be and we have a hot mess list for all the habits of the shitty humans that behave like hot messes who are the Opposite of being optimal and we use that actually as our Focus to go how how do we make you not a hot mess and by that I mean not keeping your promises not being logical not writing things down not learning from your lessons not keeping your word etc etc etc having a sense of entitlement not reciprocating in a healthy way

and we have a version for kids then that we reversed into we call it raising winners where if you're raising teen your kids How do you make sure that they're not a hot mess and that they're optimal humans too and it was our clients who forced us to do that because they've made so much money they're terrified their kids will grow up to be Paris Hilton and they want to De programing from becoming that and again every single thing we came up with is not taught in school all right guys hopefully this was helpful to
