the noise and how do you do it I want to share with you very simple ways to be able to do that the first thing is breathing take a deep breath in and now the moment you do that you will find that the noise kind of starts decreasing take a deep breath in and out and it decreases the game and the power of that is it starts getting rid of the noise so by breathing you get rid of the noise and then you can practice something called left right nostril breathing that calms it on the

the mind instead you control the dimmer switches which is one breathing one left right nostril breathing to number three is about eyes understand how to control the energy of your eyes because your eyes receives the most noise and information right if you don't know what I mean very simple give you a situation let's say for example if somebody sets you somebody died that will mean something to you they'll be a little bit of noise if you've seen somebody dying that's a lot of noise in your brain right so understand how to actually control the energy
