if the player scored the penalty the goalkeeper team would be eliminated the goalkeeper hadn't saved a single penalty but when he absolutely needed to save it to keep himself in his team alive he managed to do it but his team missed the next penalty putting them in the exact same situation as seconds before if they conceded they'd be eliminated he had to save it again no matter what the goalkeeper saved the penalty once more his team scored the next one and the goalkeeper was literally a second away from making history [Applause]
