we need to stop comparing every extraction Sho T every time a new extraction shooter drops people ask the same question is this tarov will this replace tarov is this just a tof clone and honestly we've got it all wrong T is its own thing it's been in velopment for nearly a decade I think it has deep mechanics insane complexity and a hardcore community that lives breathes loves the game it's not just another extraction shooter it's tarov so when a game like Delta Force or ABI or gry Zone Warfare comes out people immediately say oh this
is just another T cop but they're missing the point these gam aren't trying to be tarog they're trying to be extraction Shooters and that's what we should be calling them I get it I used to think the same when DMZ came out that was my first real extraction shooter I used to play Call of Duty I used to play war zone and then I got sick of it I wanted something slower more tactical more rewarding and DM Z gave me that I loved that it was more thoughtful um it was a more thoughtful Cod experience
you had missions you had teamwork you met people through proxy chat and suddenly it was a social game you actually built friendships and then Activision did what Activision does they abandoned it no major updates no real endgame it just Let It Fade Away so I was stuck what do I play nowain access to enemy is I did what anyone would do I went on Google and guess what guess what came up T so I thought all right I'll give it a go I installed tarov I jumped in and oh my God it was brutal I
had no idea what I was doing you guys will understand I watched a couple of guides I watched fix a I watched Stone Mountain a few of the streamers that I liked from from DMZ and cod had had played it I still didn't get it I didn't understand it I had no friends who played it no one to guide me and at that time I didn't realize that's what you needed a guide a mentor someone to show you the ropes so after a few painful attempts I quit and I just went back to Google and
this is where I realized TCO wasn't my only option at the time a bunch of extraction shooters were in development there was gry Zone Warfare Delta Force Arena breakout Infinity mentions of EX aorn mentions of AR Raiders and even pubg was experimenting with the genre it had pubg black budget was all all over the internet but here's the thing none of these games were trying to be tar they were trying to do their own thing people say ABI is a mobile tarov but it's not it's a streamlined more accessible version it has gun moding PVP
loot extraction but it's not as punishing or as complex ABI for players who like taro's gameplay Loop but don't have that time to develop and grow and do that grind gry Zone Warfare this isn't even about PVP it's a Milson focused extraction shooter it's slow methodical tactical it's for players who want that military realism rather than that just high stakes gun fight Delta Force if ABI is T of light then Delta Force is DMZ crap it's Cod Battlefield meets extraction fastpaced PVP heavy quick fights quick raids it's for people who want the FPS thrill with
added layer of Loot destraction exor and AR Raiders xor plays more like DMZ while AR rid is a Sci-Fi take on extraction Shooters they have similar mechanics to the other games but they are their own thing they're not tarov clones they're just extraction Shooters all the above are not tarov clones they don't want to be tarov they don't want the audience of T they want their own players different games same genre so here's the thing tarov isn't going anywhere it's consistently pulling in quarter million players it's been doing this for years tarov players love tarov
they're not looking for a new game they don't need advertising they don't need exposure their own Community keeps the game alive because every new player needs a mentor so when people say is Delta Force going to kill tarov is ABI the next tarov it's nonsense none of these games are trying to take tarkov's audience they are all targeting different types of players here's what I think we need to do stop looking for the next tarov and start appreciating these games for what they are tarov the hardcore extra exraction King ABI simplified extraction greyzone the milsim
