all right guys so as you saw in her manifesting I did mmm fasting around a year and like a couple months ago basically when I first started working out I thought I'd try it and when I first started working out I actually did a month cut because I'm like okay I want a six-pack I want to look shredded and then I can move on from there one thing I didn't realize about intermittent fasting was the amount of mental clarity it gave me I was so sharp so focused so guys because recently you've seen a transition
in my channel my Instagram where I'm moving away from like dedicated fitness to rather than being known for fitness just being known for you know my my morals my values the message I'm trying to you know put out there my physique doesn't matter as much as it normally would no I'm not gonna get fat my name is your my fasting I'm gonna plan on doing it drumming back into again so if anyone for the people that don't know what it is is basically it's a 16 hour fast 8 hour eating window now I still want
to go to lunch with my friends I still want to go to dinner with my friends you know I still eating as a social thing so from me it's gonna meet 12:30 to 8:30 is my eating window and then from a 32 you know the whole night the morning no eating and seriously guys the amount of mental focus they gave me was incredible basically some of the keys for intermittent fasting is you want to remember that protein actually helps with satiety with helpful you feel so try and get your protein in earlier all in the
day and I was talking to most Samuels he was telling about carb backloading I've actually never heard it like never looked into it never tried it apparently if you eat your carbs later on in the day that helps as well also you want to get a lot of this in water like you just drink a lot a lot of water and pee Lord if you in termina fasting you want to get some of this in amino energy this is per scoop there's only 11 calories now basically the thing with that or 2.5 either 11 or
2.5 I can tell the thing with intermittent fasting is if it's under 25 calories you don't break the fast you don't break the what is it edible or catabolic rather share or sympathy our sympathetic that's not that's the word parasympathetic state you're in so you don't come out of your fast if you have something that's under 25 calories so something like this it helps with degeneration of muscle it'll help you retain more muscle on your fast and you want to drink this this is coffee you want to drink coffee because coffee once again stunts satiety
so you'll feel sort of less hungry after you drink coffee and yeah I'm blabbering on for too long I'm sorry ideas I've been filmed for like five days honestly I've just been so in like many different directions with different projects different stuff and I have not been that discipline lately so hopefully near my fasting will bring me back to that point I said in this clip so guys the next thing is okay I'm gonna have to bring down the show sweeter okay next thing is if this is really there's a lot of motion blur excuse

talking about is you know your sense of identity I sort of just came to understand or came to internalize that you know I'm a hard worker I'm a hustler people tell me you're soaked motivational you're so inspirational all this stuff and you start to believe it and you start to just accept that's who you are me myself a man I'm the whatever 16 year old who works hard is you know just a hard worker good work ethic sort of ahead of you know most teenagers like not a cocky way but you know just someone who's
sort of matured and grown up very quickly and someone who sets the president well when you take on that self narrative it's very easy to sort of just let go of your core and forget why you even started it recently I've honestly not been doing much work and I've been pretty lazy undisciplined and I've struggled to even create videos or create content or do client work and stuff like that because I took on the identity that I'm a hard worker and when you keep reinstalling in your mind I'm a hard worker it sort of substitutes
the work itself and you know I challenge you guys you know one thing I've really been having to let go of is thinking okay you are a man from three months ago six months ago a year ago you're a completely different person I'm a completely different person so what I want to leave you is I want to challenge your sense of identity there's a lot of people out there who have a pretty shitty sense of identity to be honest they think very poorly of themselves [ __ ] that you create your own sense of identity
you create your character and don't ever let anyone tell you you are person you are a set of words you're a set of characters the characteristics [ __ ] that you're a person you can be defined by words so number one I want to challenge you to you know test your sense of identity don't let other people define who you are number two keep reinventing yourself and don't let what other people are saying get to your head because I certainly did and it's kind of just brought me away from my vision in my purpose anyways
