Yeah, well, you know what? >> [laughter] >> I was a professional musician uh and I was touring the world and I was touring Germany and then this thing called coronavirus hit and and this pandemic and the tour was cancelled and I was sent home and I've been there for a year and a third and and I have no job.

And so a concert of four people is pretty good for me. I'm happy. >> [laughter] [applause] >> Thank you.

Man, man. >> [applause] >> You gave me you really gave me goosebumps. So, I'm such a big fan of yours and I remember we were on stage twice, I think, together in Hannover for the NDR and all that stuff.

>> I'm such a big fan and you it's really a pleasure and an honor that you're on this show and thank you so much that that you sing a second song. >> And me and me of you, Jan. >> [applause] >> Um and I I I suppose really for what I do genuinely want to say is that I haven't sung or played for a year and a quarter and it's a time which for musicians has been terrible where live music hasn't has not been there and you know, it's the thing that that we might do, but for me I've been very lucky to go home and spend time at home, but um but my band and my crew like thousands of other people have had a terrible experience of being sent home.

[music] And so, The Voice in Germany is still alive and well and doing music for for people and [music] for the contestants who might have been lucky enough to be there, but for me too feeling back. I've loved it. It's been such a pleasure.

Danke schön. It's a nerve-wracking situation. The artist, you know, is performing to audience and everybody at home and the millions of people watching and we've got our back to them.

Just feel like you've been on a roller coaster ride, so I can only imagine what the contestants are going through. >> Yeah, right. >> And you know, it's it's so hard.
