oh my intent has always been to become successful with what I do like anyone you know any serious professional person wants that and so I've always been serious about those things you know always even when I was a teenager singing in the bars or a kid in the bars my parents always taught me no you have to look your best you have to dress a certain way you have to be a professional and so I've always had that in my mind I was raised with that attitude so I've always taken it very seriously but I
think that the shortage of time these days has forced me to get people more involved you know if I'm on if I've got a tight schedule a certain day I have to have a makeup person do my makeup I never ever used to do that it's like no way I want to do my own makeup it's kind of weird to have someone do my makeup or if someone to do quotes was to do my makeup or my hair it was a luxury something I would do as a treat now I depend on it so those
types of things have changed I don't want to like do a sex scene or none of that kind of stuff I'm not interested in that I'm into more fun it was going to be sexy I want it to be fun I want it to be feminine sexy I want it to be I mean women are sexy let's face it I mean I mean you know women just are you know being feminine is a very sensual thing I wouldn't want to do anything that was that was directly related to sex I just think it's just too
coarse I would one do anything course I wouldn't do any nudity that kind of thing I'd like to start with the two people that have worked harder than anyone to get me where I am today and that are my parents they aren't with us anymore but they sacrifice the most to get me where I am too a time is a great healer for one thing and you start looking more towards the future as time goes on and start and stop wishing for what will never happen they're never going to be here to ever celebrate any
of these things but as a family we've all kind of we're getting over all that together my my both my sisters have had children since my parents died they have to accept the fact that you know my parents will never see their children and their children will never know my parents and it's very young when you're starting a new family it's for hard to deal with that so I mean when I look at them dealing with those things which are really the true realities of life I mean I hardly can complain that they're not going
to be around just to see my career happen you know I mean III I look at my family and they inspire me a great deal and I think that that is what makes it easier for me to do that you know to get through it and not think and live in the past wishing wishing wishing but I can guarantee you that they would be jumping for joy with what is happening right now when I sit down and go wow this is just the best is the fact that I am writing and recording my own music
this is a luxury for a songwriter a singer/songwriter to be able to record their own music it's it's a true luxury
